Mehhh, not too impressed! We were looking forward to trying Pasquale's and beginning the heated Kings vs. Pasquales debate. In my head it was going to be a good one. I guess the good news is that Pasquales was bland, lacked flavor or seasoning, and left much to be desired so I guess that saves us a fight? Anyways, save yourself the trip and head down the street to Kings, where the pizza is always sooo good!

The subs are great. Steak n Cheese & Italian. Fair price along with good service is a plus! They deliver! Overall...Pasquale's is on point

So my boyfriend and I are on a quest to try every pizza joint in Frederick and I'm already getting sick of writing about pizza, so this is going to be short. This pizza would be damn near perfect if the outer crust wasn't quite so tough. I'm a big fan of "pizza bones" and I didn't bother eating these. Other than that...perfect sauce, perfect cheese and perfect toppings ( yelp.com/biz_photos/_yYG… ). (I still like Pizza Blitz better tho...)

They make much more than pizza. I tend to love their hot steak and cheese sandwiches. We used to live in Italy and my son says it's the closest to what we had there. Yes, the crust is a bit unlike what you get from the places who pull it out of the freezer or the dough is mass produced in some factory half a country away, but it's authentic. And it could be better but, all in all, their pizza is damn good. Haven't tried delivery.

Bacon, steak, and cheese sub. So darn good. Have not been able to try anything else because this sandwich is so darn good.

Bummer---the place has potential, but they need to work on their flavor. Large slices of pizza at a reasonable price, but there's nothing special about it. There's no flavor to the crust--it's just blah--and the sauce is light. C'mon, step it up a notch and you'll be a hot spot.

Hands down my favorite Italian food in Frederick. I love the eggplant parm but you can't go wrong with anything here. Any of the dinners you order come with bread (amazing) and salad. The Garlic bows are amazing as well. I go here every chance I get. I haven't gotten to try the pizza and subs yet, but my boyfriend really enjoys them and he is not easy to impress when it comes to Italian food. You have to try this place!

So I walked into this little pizza joint around the corner and decided to order a pie. I was pleasantly surprised. I made the mistake of not calling in my order so I had to wait a little while for it. It was actually pretty good. The pepperoni was crisp and the crust was too. It was a little more than I expected in cost but we'll worth it.

So, after many good reviews onYelp and co-workers telling me the pizza here is equivalent to a culinary blow job, all I can say is that I'm left with anything hit a happy ending. Went for a large cheese in carry out simply because if you can't get cheese right, you will never get anything else right. Well low and behind they, didn't get Hesse right. Ever order pizza by the slice? You know, a slice from that pizza in the window; the one made three hours ago that the counter guy takes a slice from and re-fires it on the oven? Yeah, that's what my entire pizza tasted like. The cheese was as chewy as the government subsidized cheese cubes in the public schools back in the 80s. (And it wasn't even extra cheese) The only thing chewier than the cheese was the crust. I nearly mistook it for gum. The sauce was bland and watery, such a shame too. I had such high hopes for Pasquale's too. King's has nothing to fear. This pizza is as lousy as it gets. If you want bad pizza then do yourself a favor and save a few bucks here and just go for Little Caesars; eat the worst it worst if you want to eat lousy pizza.

I have to admit, I am a bit of a pizza snob, coming from NY, and didn't have high expectations when we moved to Frederick, but I was pleasantly surprised by Pasquale's. Our neighbors recommended it, so we ordered the sausage and mushroom and then I seasoned it up with garlic, oregano, chilies, and cheese. It was a very solid and tasty pizza! Pasquale's has become our go-to pizza night place. If you search online, you can usually find coupons as well.

By far the best pizza in Frederick! So lucky that it is right down the road from us, we have tried other pizza places like Lintinis and they SUCK. Highly recommend if you want great pizza!

We ordered pizza at my office last week and it was delicious. So delicious, that I'm ordering again today! The white pizza is amazing! Highly recommend.

Awesome steak and cheese here. The place might be a little cold and I dont think I have ever seen the staff smile but they can cook some good meals. My girlfriend loves the pizza there but I can never stray from the steak and cheese with fries. They have to use great quality meat for the steak because it has great flavor. The cheese is incorporated throughout the sub which I love...it gets almost creamy. Some places just put on top. I think I always have to wait a few minutes for the fries because they come straight out of the fryer. Great place!

Subpar Steak and cheese sub. I ordered a small and was charged for and given a large. When I questioned the size (this is a small??), I was told it was a large, and only a dollar more. Well, that's nice if you actually wanted a huge sub, but I did not. The mushrooms were from a can, the lettuce overly plentiful, and the fried onions were small chunks, not the sliced rings I expect. The best part of this sub was the roll, which was slightly crisp on the outside. I threw most of this sub away. Blah.

Yes it is the best pizza in Frederick. I've tried the Kings NY up the street but doesn't compare. I've also tried Pizza Blitz but not as good. I like the plain cheese or sausage. Also the chicken cheesesteak is phenomenal. Actually everything I've seen here is good. I couldn't be happier to live right across the street.

Perhaps the best NY style pizza we've had in Frederick - but we've only tried half dozen places, so it's hardly conclusive. Plain cheese pizza was best. Also tried the sausage and mushroom based on reviewer Lou L's reco ... and it was decent enough; my only complaint is the mushrooms are the rubbery-from-the-can kind rather than fresh real ones. Well I guess my other complaint is they didn't appear to have roasted red peppers for topping. Regardless, we'd take out from here again.

We have searched high and low for great pizza in Frederick and this is the place. I would rather drive from Knoxville to get this pizza instead of going to King's in Brunswick.

We ordered delivery and they said it would take 30mins we waited an hour for our pizza! When we ordered our food the customer service was not good, the guy wasn't with it at all felt like they just opened up a pizza shop. We told them we had a side entrance and for the guy to come there. And they came to the front door! The pizza quality was okay but not worth the money. There was a good amount of cheese without getting extra cheese but the pizza sauce was bland nothing special. We won't be ordering from here again. Papa Johns and Illforno pizza is much better! Very disappointed.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations.
