This location is absolutely unprofessional and can never get an order correct. When they first opened up about a year ago and the management team was running it, everything flowed smoothly and orders were correct. I can't tell you how many times I have come through the drive thru to not only get the incorrect order but to be grunted at as though it's my fault that they have to work and do their job. Most of the customer service reps hardly speak English or understand it either. About a month ago I came through and ordered the 2 breakfast burrito meal and received the steak and cheese bagel meal. When I called they said to come back through the next day to receive a free meal and the manager again gave me the Steak and Cheese meal because that's what my receipt stated. After several back and forth he finally got it correct but shoved the receipt in the hand and was very rude. Today I stated that I wanted an Un-sweet iced tea 3x's and still received a sweet iced tea. I finally marched myself into the restaurant and explained to them what had happened. Not once did they apologize but only shoved an Un-sweet tea at me and suggested that I taste it before I leave so that I wouldn't be dissatisfied. I would NOT recommend every eating at this McDonald's and as much as I do not care for Burger King's breakfast's I would rather go there on my way out to work because of their professional service at the Rt. 26 location then ever return to this unprofessional location of McDonald's. Word to the wise, in order for a restaurant or company to survive in this struggling economy you MUST have professional customer service with a smile and a THANK YOU!! I pride Chick Fil-A for this kind of professionalism. I plan on putting this information on Facebook as well as filing a formal complaint through corporate. Not good McDonald's, NOT GOOD!! Bad news travels very quickly in today's society. I've been in CS for 20 years and if I treated my customers or clients this way I would have lost my job a long time ago.
