This used to be a good place to come for pizza or pasta, but it appears ownership has changed along with the good food. I ordered lasagna, it was cheep and had an odor of burnt plastic(?) The service was poor, inattentive, and it was clear that the staff just didn't care. Real sad. A lady sitting behind me ordered a club sandwich and they had to ask her how to make it! I really hope they make an effort to turn things around

Was super worried about the changes with the new owner, but the pizza turned out ok. Not as good as it was before, but still a solid choice.

I have been going here for years and actually used to work here a long time ago. It was a great place for a first job. I went back last night with my family and it was very depressing to watch. We had a great waitress who really was working hard. It was her first day ever as a waitress and she was running around all over the place. But, apparently she had to because she was the ONLY waitress there. There was one cook and I guess the new owner. No one was there to ring people up or to bus tables. We left and there were 9 tables that needed to be cleaned off. There was no structure and they definitely needed more people there for a Friday night. The food was actually pretty good but it took a while to get. My recommendation would be to get some more people in there and really train them on what to do. As we left we thanked the waitress for her hard work and told her not to get frustrated. However, I bet she quit that night because it was so stressful. Hopefully this place turns it around because it has always been a great place to go and I dont want to see it fail.

If I could give it a zero I would! Starts off with waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF for pizza to be delivered, the excuse? "We're sorry, a large soccer team came in" the problem? Instead of calling to tell us, we had to call to find out what the heck was going on. Had they called then we woud have just gone and picked up. Second issue: the pizza was terrible...all 3 of them. Yuck! never again. There are too many good places for pizza out there to waste your money on this!

We went there for lunch on Sunday. The waitress got our orders right and we were in and out in less than an hour. There were four of us. We got drink refills and the cook came to check on us and asked if everything was good. Overall great experience, nothing like what other visitors have described. Food was good and tasty and price reasonable. Give them a try.

This place is despicable due to laziness. I had ordered pizza over the phone for one particular item. Instead, they gave me something else because they did not want to take the time to correct their mistakes. They did not care about their mistakes at all.

This is a rare update and my first re-review under the new ownership. Upon arriving I was quickly greeted by a friendly host-waitress. The order was quickly places and my pizza fired, then came the wait. This is the part I hate and that's my fault for not calling ahead. So, I waited for the pizza as I forgot to call ahead. While waiting I noticed it was pretty dead but that's to be expected at 1900 on a Tuesday night. The waitress was chatting with a customer for most my wait and appeared attentive to their needs. I didn't have to wait all too long for my small cheese pizza. It was about fifteen minutes or so. Next test was to see if it survives the ride back home. This is done by placing the pizza in my Little Caesars pizza heat bag and then a fifteen minute drive home. Once the pizza made it home, I went right to work on it. First thing I noticed was that it was small. Too damn small for a $7.99 pizza, especially or a dollar more for a medium. Wit that said, the pizza was hot, and the cheese very gooey. It was a classic New York pie in every sense of the word with a decent overall NY style flavor. I can't rally against that. At the end of the day, it's a pretty decent pie, but the price sort of turns me off, and with Rocky's a mile up the road which has a better pizza, I can't give this a four or five star review. Still, it's a good pizza if you you live nearby and want a quit pie.

Been here 45 minutes. They gave us drinks, my wife's salad and a basket of bread. Still waiting for food. Edit: got the super pepperoni... Nothing super about it. Could have bought a frozen pizza and cooked it at home in half the time it took for them to make it. It also would have tasted better. Used to come here in 2006, it was a great place then. It is definately not worth the money.

We have been patrons of this restaurant for over 20 years. We don't live in the area anymore, and were recently back for a visit. We love their grilled chicken pita sandwiches, so ran over one day for lunch. It was about 2 pm, so not busy. The restaurant has been painted, and is extremely dark and not welcoming. We sat at a table, requested our drinks and reviewed the menu. It is quite extensive compared to the old days. Our waitress came to take our order, and unfortunately did not have a great command of the English language. She did not understand what a side salad was, questioned me several times about it. I was very surprised when it arrived at the table it was correct. We ordered our meal with some difficulty, and then waited....and waited. While we were waiting, two separate tables of customers left because it was taking too long to get their orders taken. One table left because it took too long to get the food they had ordered. Our food arrived, and it was tasty. However, we never received any refills on our drinks. Another table wanted refills on their cokes, and were brought diet coke instead of regular coke. The waitress did not understand what they wanted, and after about 5 minutes, she brought them a can of sprite and new cups. Not what they wanted. This was our go to restaurant for lunch at work. The food was great, service was awesome. I don't expect this place to be open for long. I cannot imagine trying to get waited on and served on a lunch hour. Good luck, but next time we will go to the other Lintinis owned by the original owner of Lintinis.

When I worked on Thomas Johnson Drive (2001-2005) several of us in the office would frequent Lintini's a couple of times a month. I believe they changed ownership a few years ago. Before the change in ownership I would rate the food as average and reliable. Sandwiches and pizza seem to be the most popular items among our group. My husband and I went there a few times after the change in ownership but did not find our go to favorites to be as tasty as they were before. Last night we were in a bit of a hurry and needed some quick dinner before a class downtown. Because Lintinis is close by we decided to give it another chance after an absence of at least a year. Not many people in the place, only about 20% occupied at dinner time. I would assume that's because it is in a heavily business area and probably does a better lunchtime crowd. I ordered my favorite which is the grilled chicken pita. My husband had the cheeseburger sub and we split an order of fries. The grilled chicken pita is better than when the new ownership first took over a few years ago, but not quite up to what I remember 10+ years ago. Husband reported the cheeseburger sub was okay. Same for the fries which used to be exceptional. It's average food served in a perfectly fine environment and we were in and out in about 35 minutes which was important to us. Our waitress was delightful, and that probably made the difference between us going again if time is an issue and not returning. May also use it as carry out option. I think the tab came to just under $14 for two sandwiches and the fries. Give it a solid "C" rating.

Not good. Meals were not delivered all at once. The special of the day, spaghetti, was cold. The cheesecake was frozen. Only one server, who was new and didn't provide good service.

I guess I just don't get it. Nothing here is memorable - the best I can say is that some things are just okay and are kind of edible. Everything is very bland and nothing tastes particularly fresh. Most things taste like they are premade, or frozen and reheated in a microwave. I wouldn't go here expecting any sort of decent italian fare. If you want something inexpensive and quick or need to feed picky kids, I suppose Lintini's will do. The pasta is just.. awful. Overcooked, mushy pasta. The tomato sauce tastes like its from a can, the cheeses are all very low-quality tasting and flavorless. No fresh herbs used in anything, only a touch of dried herbs here and there. The alfredo sauce is just awful, I'm not even sure how it could be considered alfredo. I asked if I could have a different pasta with it and they claimed they couldnt do that, so it makes me wonder if this stuff isnt totally premade. It tastes like cheap, nondescript, tasteless shredded bagged cheese, mixed in with some milk to form a goopy, gummy paste. It tastes like it came out of a powdered mix in a box of mac n cheese. Not good at all. I couldnt even stand more than a few bites. No butter or parmesan flavor to be found. No garlic or herbs anywhere. Yuck. The pizzas and subs are okay, in line with any chain delivery pizza joint.. take that as you will. Its simple, basic food. If you need something cheap and quick or like basic, bland food that isnt heavy on flavor or spices, Lintini's will work. If you're looking for quality pizza or flavorful Italian, skip this and head to Il Forno or Nido's.

This is my favorite place back home I think. Every time I go back to visit, I always get some take out from here to eat with my Aunt and Uncle. I am addicted to their breaded mushroom appetizers. And their manicotti is amazing. I also love how they serve birch beer here, not to be confused with root beer. Its small inside, but clean and cozy. Its a great family run Italian joint.

Cute place to eat and great place for lunch! They have cheap prices and lunch specials. There subs are pretty good for the cheap prices you pay. Better then subway subs. There French fries are good and always hot. Haven't had any of there pastas but the prices are pretty good. There pizza is okay but Ledos is better. Overall the food is pretty good.

The pizza is good and reasonably priced. Everything else seems frozen and pretty bland.

I used to eat here ALOT growing up. And I have to say living down south I miss the chicken tender sub. Not the healthiest grub but good food.

Had lunch here today. The food is alright consisting of the usual subs, pizza, and Italian dishes. We did get some mozzarella sticks but they had been cooked to long and all the cheese had seeped out of them. So all that was left was a fried outer casing with a hint of cheese essence inside. maybe it was the big guy up above looking out for my ticker. The best part about the place is the booth next to the fish tank since my boy loves to watch them. The fish tank makes eating here with a kid a little easier. Usually no wait with fast and courteous service.

My family and I have been going to Lintini's for years and it is great! This place is nothing fancy but the wait staff and the owners, who are always there, are very nice and more than accommodating. This is definitely a family restaurant with delicious Italian food. The place is pretty small, although they have recently expanded, but don't let looks deceive you. When we come, we always come for dinner and always get pizza (which is the best in Frederick). Their pizza is the kind that you have to eat it with a fork and knife because there are so many toppings! Their crust is pretty thin and is always done perfectly in their oven. I don't live in Frederick anymore, we recently moved to Bethesda, and still come to Frederick every once in a while to have a casual Italian dinner.

This brings back memories! I used to eat at Lintini's for lunch when I worked in Frederick. I recently met a friend there for lunch and it's expanded and nicely decorated. I always liked Lintini's because you could grab a quick, inexpensive lunch. It was always consistent. I especially liked the chicken over a tossed salad. Do they still have that?

Food is awful. It seems like everything comes in a box frozen and is thrown in the deep fat fryer. If you like cheesesteaks made with Steak-Umms then this place is for you.
