I eat here all the time and usually have no complaints-- today's service was super slow/disorganized and the fries were WAY over salted. Disappointing.

Burgers? Yum! Fries? Yum! Prices? Holy crap! 25 bucks for 2 burgers, 1 regular fry and a drink is outrageous. At least the food is good. :)

Great burger, great fries! This particular location has excellent customer service. everyone I have spoken to is polite and helpful. Since I am gluten free I get it without a bun and bring my own bread. The staff never balk at no bun.

Not specific to this location, but wow, Five Guys got expensive. I think beef prices have shot up over the past couple of years, so it's not entirely their doing. When my wife used to get our "usual," it was around $12... now it's above $15. A Five Guys run has definitely become a rarity in our house. I probably shouldn't be eating fries on a regular basis anyway. This location is alright, but the last time I went in, they screwed up my order and gave me one patty instead of the two that come of with the regular burger. Of course, I didn't realize this until I got home, so I didn't bother to do anything about it. Like I said, the price and calories have driven us away a bit, and it didn't seem worth the effort for a product I won't be purchasing much of in the future.

OK so here it is! At this point in LIFE, everyone should know about 5 Guys Burgers and Fries. Now i don't know who these 5 men were but they deserve their own Mt. Rushmore or at least a special place in the fast food Hall of Fame! I have not once ever been disappointed by 5 Guys! Now on this particular visit i was greeted by a very friendly female face. She had great customer service skills and even complimented my toppings choice ( I think she wanted the D). My food came out hot and delicious! The cheese was nice and gooey! The meat was seasoned just right and not over cooked. What else can a person ask for from a fast food place? Recommendations... So obviously i recommend this place but there are a few things you should know. It is a la carte. So if you want what typically comes in a combo meal you better ask for it by name. Get the CAJUN FRIES the first time you go. All the burgers are doubles so remember that. And even the hot dogs are delicious! They also offer free in shell peanuts! So if you're a little low on cash you can go in and order a small drink and grab a bunch of peanuts and get your protein on! Bonus treat: youtube.com/watch?v=_Z1K…

Five Guys is probably my favorite burger place. This one is usually fantastic. The employees are always polite, and my order is usually ready very quickly. Being able to order online before I leave the house makes things much easier. The location is great for mot Odenton neighborhoods (walking distance from my house), and although prices are higher than the nearby McDonald's and Dairy Queen, the flavors are beyond comparison. Also, portion sizes are pretty big. My wife & I typically split a large fry and have trouble finishing it after eating their healthy-sized burgers. I have trouble coming up with a better burger place in the Ft Meade area.

So close to Telegraph Rd, a great quick spot for a bite to eat. Friendly staff, quick service, and clean environment. Definitely a five guys that actually made me enjoy the chain. Order your burger "All The Way!"

Ok, I don't give 5 stars but in this case I have to if for no other reason than to even out a poor reason to single star an establishment. Now for the review. It's 80-20 beef, patted thin, grilled on a well seasoned flattop with the addition of bacon, cheese and a host of options coupled with a HUGE order of fries (perfectly cooked) and coke products to drink. That's it, that's the majority of their menu in a few simple sentences. It is simply Genius. Five guys took one of the simplest and most American of meals and perfected it. Is it healthy? Yes and no. It's like anything else in this world. Something to be savored in moderation. Hell it's really a days calories in one meal but when we go three of us split the fries (yes they are that big) My son shares a sandwich with his mom and I and 2 soda's complete the meal. The minimalist approach is one of the keys to this chains success and the simplistic decor is appealing so I am unsure why it would garner such a low rating. Enjoy a good burger in a clean establishment you owe yourself that much :).

We eat here regularly. They're fast, accurate, and tasty. I like that I can order and pay online; then I jump in the car and it's ready when I get there - no wait!

Until recently, our town had limited choices for burgers either McDonald's or Dairy Queen. Unfortunately, neither are up to par even at the fast food level. It was refreshing to see a Five Guys move in to the hood. We have eaten at other Five Guys across the state and anticipated the opening of our very own in Odenton. We went opening day and have been back several times. The burgers are always freshly made and topped to please. They offer a little burger also. Service was friendly and quick. They offer too many burger toppings to mention, everything from traditional toppings to mushrooms or jalapenos. And if you love onions, you can get them grilled or fresh. We have a varied opinion in our house on how to top a burger. At Five Guys, even the pickiest in our bunch is pleased. So, Mr. Everything I like to get down and messy and Mr. Plain I hate a mess are both full and satisfied by the end of the meal. The burgers are wrapped in foil and numbered in the sequence that they were ordered to avoid playing the peak and see who's burger it is game. This allows each dinner the pleasure of opening up their own culinary treasure. French fries are fresh cut, cooked in peanut oil and large enough to share with two to three people. They are Five Guy style or Cajun. They are served inside a paper cup overflowing into the brown bag. They are served skins on and the smell permeates your senses as soon as you open the front door. Fountain beverages are sold to cleanse the palate. For the non burger lovers, they also serve hot dogs. Though I don't believe I have ever seen anyone eat a hot dog at Five Guys. They also offer peanuts in the shell while you wait. Odenton Five guys is unpretentious. Their menu is simple. Their service is quick and friendly. The place is new but it is always clean no matter how busy they are. It cost a little more to eat at Five Guys than their competitor across the street but it is worth it in every sense of the way. Fresh, hot and served to order! The only down side to Five Guys is the need for a children's menu. As a mom of teenage boys, the portions are perfect.

Best burger and fries in town! No complaints.

Not being picky here. I know this isn't a white-tablecloth fancy steakhouse or anything. And I mostly come later in the evening. But is it too much to ask for a burger joint to be clean? To at least appear to be so? This place is filthy. If they clean it at all, they certainly don't clean it until after closing. And it's not just an appearance issue...I've gotten sick a few times ordering anything other than a burger.

Way to over-priced, place was dirty, employee service was terrible. I too like other customer felt sick after eating here. Could be because they flat-fry their hamb. I'm sticking with DQ across the street which flame-broils their hamb, not greasy and much more healthly and better price.

This is going to sound wrong, but I love Five Guys, but I have to give it one star for several reasons. First the decor, it's minimal, corrugated steel, plain furnishings and really nothing else. If its the cheapest possible way to make a restaurant, you'll find it here, they cut all the corners! The menu is like do you want fries and a drink with your soda or not. All is served in a paper bag that is immediately soaked with grease. No one reading this will care, they will either love Five Guys and continue to go there, or they will realize it is a cattle farm as soon as they walk in the door. Let me put it this way, I love burgers, from the commercial variety I especially love Wendy's, Wataburger and heck even Hardee's top the list of places you've probably heard of, but this place is something else. There is a new movement in dining out in America, it's the give it to me cheap and tasty, forget the health and fancy stuff, I want volume and flavor! You'll get it here, but you'll be paying for it in medical bills sooner than you think. So here's the bottom line, I seriously love these greasy dripping burgers and simplistic serving style, but for Christ's sake, it will really kill you. My conscious can give no more than a single star!

Love Five Guys - great combination of tasty food, reasonable prices, and quick service. Eaten here several times and have never had the problems other people are complaining about.

Excellent burgers! Need I say more? The employees are upbeat and greet you upon entering. Makes you feel welcome there. Ordering is quick and the orders come out quick, too. One would think this is a bad thing but with Five Guys it's always good.

Food is normally ok, but service is hit or miss at this location. Had to wait over half an hour after scheduled time for an online order because they forgot about me. Got a half hearted apology and by the time I opened up my food, the buns were soggy messes.

The burgers are as good as it gets. Sauteed onions and the fresh cut fries do it for me everytime. I only order the little burger the little fries and a little drink. They are serious about burgers, any way you like them.

This location is sort of in a weird location in a semi-abandoned shopping center in Odenton, but has always provided great service. If you haven't been to a Five Guys before -- their burgers are great. Their patties fall in the juicy, loose, and drippy category, as opposed to the tighter burgers you get at places like Fatburger. Lots of topping choices -- including an "off menu" grilled jalapenos selection -- unfortunately, the buns don't stand up as well as I think they should to a heavily-laden burger. A small fry is enough for 2. A large fry is more than enough for a family of 4. Order appropriately. Want to try my favorite? Little cheeseburger, relish, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, hot sauce. Yum!

Affordable, fast and great service! Their burgers and fries are tasty. Their order of regular size fries are huge! My son and I would order a burger each but share an order of regular fries.

Five Guys is a personal favorite. This particular location is great. They work fast and get the job done (feeding me!). Service The service is great all the time. I have not had a bad service experience at this location. Also, they keep the place clean. Quality The food is cooked to perfection. The fries are plentiful. One thing I like about Five Guys in general is they do not charge you extra for toppings. You can get all the toppings on a burger if you want. I usually get the little bacon cheeseburger with a regular size of cajun fries. It was a large meal for a bette price and quality than you would get at McD's. K.I.S.S. principle, just go and enjoy.

This location is always on point. Burger is less greasy and the customer service is superb. It's a Five Guys so nothing else much to review, just read all their awards plastered on the walls. P.S. In-n-Out is still better!
