Just a quick shoutout to the manager at this location who made good on a screwup! Ordered I baked good, which was not what I ordered. Called and came back the next day. The manager did me a solid by replacing the baked good and bought me and my girlfriend some free drinks. Now that is good customer service!

Been to this Starbucks Coffee around 8 to 10 times, and the last experience compels me to write a review. Somehow it took me longer to go in and get a giganto (yeah, I know that's not the real size name!) dark roast coffee than it took to get an omelet platter at Ashland Cafe! Turns out they forget about my order, losing it add they instead concentrated on the next iced latte with a double shot of skim rhubarb syrup concentrate, half-size swirl of non-dairy hazelnut whipped cream, and gentle sprinkle of ferry dust! This Starbucks simply seems disorganized. They have more than enough staff to handle the admittedly heavy patronage, but they do not seem to have a solid system down, and it shows in the slow moving lines. By comparison, the less busy Starbucks down York Road a piece turns folks around much quicker and feels more efficient. Again, less traffic, but far less staff as well. Methinks I'll have to duck this Starbucks, and just hot the other or an alternate nearby joint with decent coffee. Hold the pixie dust!

This is an average Starbucks location, they have decent service and consistent on their preparation of cafe drinks.

Although ubiquitous, there is a reason Starbucks does well. Their staff are invariably knowledgeable and nice. They work quickly and deliver a tasty product. They vary their menu according to season, have a variety of treats and a relaxing ambience. That said, this Starbucks seems to deliver on the promise more than most other locations. There is plenty of seating, parking is easy and the staff goes over the top to recognize you, even if you have only been there once or twice before. Good people here.

It's Starbuck's, you either like it or you don't. I do like the set up of this one, with the little tables and that booth further back, but GAWD is the location awful. Don't try to turn left on York Road.
