My family has been coming to Ledo Pizza for years...I think they have some of the best pizza and I also love their subs, but service here leaves much to be desired. One time my mother and I waited almost an hour for our food, while everyone who had come in after us had been served...and it's a small place, and it wasn't all that packed. Needless to say, she was a little discouraged. The next time I went back, I placed an order for pick up. I got there 15-20 minutes later to pick up my food and the person who had taken my order said they were sorry, they hadn't sent back part of my order. So I wait about another 20 minutes, turns out, he hadn't sent back my ENTIRE order and thought he only missed half, so after some of my order was completed after 20 some minutes, I had to wait for the rest of it...and it just didn't seem to phase him. He didn't seem to care at all. There were people in line waiting to be helped on, and he didn't even attend to them, but just threw them off onto someone else behind the counter. I think their service needs a little bit to be desired, sometimes it doesn't feel like they know what is going on, but the food is good...so...it's a tough call.

Ledo Pizza is my favorite chain pizza restaurant. In college I would travel far and long to get to the closest Ledo's. Unfortunately this specific Ledo's is incredibly unpredictable. Some days it is the same old recipe I know and love, and some days its is very doughy and the ratios of cheese/ sauce and crust are just not right. I have continued to go back always hoping that it will be an "on" day, but after today's experience I think it will be a little while until I am back at this location.

FAVORITE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA! I was so excited that our gluten free pizzas were also in the trademark square shape. I ordered a white pizza with feta and basil and I wish I could eat it once a day. The room was designed well for intimate conversation, and the booths were cute and comfy. The non Celiac's in our group was very happy with his regular pizza. We will be back!

The Dent Guys are working at Valley Motors doing Auto Hail Repair when our techs said we should try out some Ledo Pizza. we have ordered 3 large pizzas for our techs. The Meatlovers pizza was the best over all..

I loved this place! I'm in town once per year, and a huge group eats a mess of pizza here. They're fantastic sports about the lot of us taking up all that space. The meatlover's was decent, and the medium was enough for two very hungry people.

I absolutely loved their cheese and vegetable pizza with goat cheese, pineapple and apple toppings. My friend also loved their chicken wings and mozzarella cheese sticks. The best thing about their pizza is the thin crust, so you actually taste the pizza and its toppings and not just the dough like in some other pizza stores. The new owner was very nice and friendly and I would say since the change of the owner the quality of their food has really gone up. The ambiance of the store is cozy and they also have plenty of seating area, moderately clean, with two tvs and is a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy football. I totally recommend this pizza place.

The new owners are clueless pure chaos. Pizza has gone downhill since Joel sold out. Wrote a note to corporate and was promised a call back. Never heard a word. The chain has no quality control. I have eaten Ledo"s pizza since 1959. The chain's recipe is different from the original restaurant. More interested in turnaround time than quality. Original pizzas took 20 minutes to cook, now it takes 19.

Called at 10am to have pizzas delivered at 11:30 to our ofc 1.5 miles from their store. They told me that they could maybe deliver between 12 and 12:15 but couldn't guarantee due to only one delivery employee. I told them I would pick up the pizzas at 11:30 instead. The gentleman on the phone said he wasn't sure if he could have my food ready by 11:30. Seven pizzas with 90 minutes notice for a pizza place should not be so much work.
