Ordered two little cheeseburgers, fries and drinks. Drove home to sparks to surprise family with take out. Opened up wrapped burgers only to find no burgers on the buns! I seriously thought we were on punked! Never had this type of experience ever so I guess I am lucky. I have learned to open up the wrappers now to make sure the workers put the patty on the bun . Seems like a minor deal and it is in the overall scheme of life but it really is unreal how a business can be so successful yet serve and charge for burger less buns!

This is my twins' favorite restaurant from peanuts to fries and everything in between! They love the fun decor and the music as well as the food. One gets a hot dog, the other a burger, both with bacon, mustard and pickles. The fries are always abundant and this location is clean and the staff is friendly and put out well prepared food. See you soon, Five Guys!

WARNING! Your burger will most likely come apart, regardless of what you put on it. Two beef patties(One for a "little") with the cheese immaculately melted across and in between. An everything burger here is blissful. This also justifies NEVER eating at a McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Red Robin, Checkers, or Ruby Tuesday again.... Sonic still gets a pass... Too bad I can't take peanuts with me...No one has to know. PS, never tried the Hot Dogs, but haven't heard any bad about them either.

One of my favorite Five Guys locations. Great service and awesome food. If only they would cook the burger to your preferred temp. Sadly all burgers are well done and they use two thin patties per burger to ensure thorough cooking by their crew. Despite that, the burgers are awesome and you'll love them.

I love that I can go online, order five guys, and then force my husband to go pick em up. There are not many other occasions where I can mention guys and get away with this behavior. Nothing is better than your husband asking you what you want for dinner, saying "five guys" and having him agree with you! Really though, it's very cool that the burgers are a flat price and you can pick your toppings. I think I'd be too shy to actually order in the store because I like so much stuff on them. I mean, if you can have five guys and all the fixings for free, why not go crazy??!!! My friend has been telling me for years how great five guys is and that I have really have to try them. Once you try five, there's no going back! :-)

Although it may differ from person to person, Five Guys is still my favorite place for a burger. The patties are decently thick and juicy. The fixings are fresh and the cajun fries are the BEST, which is why it's so great that they throw in a bunch extra into the bag.

(02/25/2011) Your basic greasy (in a good way) burger place, with whatever mess of toppings you want. The more you put on it, though, the higher the slippage factor to the burger. The meat as a mild beefy flavor like ground round, is a thin patty, and they only do well-done. The bun is soft, chewy, and sweet, and they don't skimp on the mayo. A "Regular" burger is actually two patties; a "Little" burger is one. Fries are cut in-house from whole potatoes; they display the sacks in the store, and tell you what farm "Today's Potatoes are From". Today's potatoes were from Dc Farm in Blackfoot, Idaho. We got them Cajun, and they were soft and spicy. Other things on the menu are a hot dog, split, grilled with cheese and/or bacon, a grilled cheese, a "veggie sandwich" (be forewarned, this is really a "topping" sandwich). Free peanuts in the shell from a barrel while you wait, but the wait's not long. All the white tile gives it kind of an industrial bathroom vibe, but who's lookin'? A notch above fast food, and still fast.
