Better than many of the other Chinese places around here.

I have eaten at this Hong Kong for as long as they have been in business next to the Kmart that is soon closing. After so many trips to one place I figured there would be at least one negative, but their isn't. On al occasions, the food was hot and cooked as ordered, and quickly prepared. They don't voluntarily offer the crunchy noodles anymore but they will give them to you upon request. The prices are unbeatable and if you want to eat inside there are only a few tables. I highly recommend Pork LoMein, General Tso Chicken and Sweet and sour chicken.

We've only ever get the Chinese food here-always good! When we walk in and order food-we don't wait long at all-they knock the food out quickly. When we order before pickup it always ready T the exact time they tell us to come! We hope they don't close up or change owners like many of the other store-front type places! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! (Though they could steam clean the place once in a while...)

Very greasy with very little flavor, even for cheap Chinese food. I've tried this place three times now, different foods each time, and I don't care for any of it.

Located next to Kmart, everything is cooked up fresh and the portions are decent. Order at the counter and there are a few tables available to sit and eat once your order is ready.

This "hole-in-the-wall" take-out restaurant was a great find while I was away on my business trip. The receptionist at my hotel recommended me here and I was in dire need of a Chinese take-out fix. The place is really cleanad everyone was friendly. The wait time wasn't the quickest, but in return I got some amazingly fresh and pretty darn tasty food. I went here about 3 times during my 2 week trip an everything I tried was pretty delicious. There isn't too much going on in California, MD but if you happen to be here and want some Chinese food, I highly recommend HKIII.

Really? Why does this place have such good reviews? I've been here 3 times and this place is RAUNCHY. I honestly don't know why I gave this place more than one chance, because I saw cockroaches running around one time, and I had one cooked in my sweet and sour chicken once as well. This place is definitely unclean. The only good thing about this place is their crab rangoons. Seriously, don't eat here.

By far my family's favorite Chinese Resteraunt in town. The staff has always been friendly, the portions are generous, and their egg rolls and egg drop soup are second to none.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
