Love them their new yorker pizza is amazing. Been ordering from them for a while. I do hate that the drivers never bring my food to door but the food is always pretty good. Worth ordering.

Delivery is fast. The cheese steaks are small and are made with low quality meat and cheese. The cheese steaks in school were better then this. Slightly better then jail food.

The food is excellent. These are one of the only fast food places in baltimore that I know that is open until 4 in the morning 7 days a week, its awesome. They deliver food so fast probably in less than 10 minutes from when you ordered. One thing I don't like is sometimes their delivery man has an attitude which i'm sure makes people feel uncomfortable but other than that this place is pretty cool.

Terrible customer service ...Delivery driver never stepped out of the car and left...Why am I paying for delivery and tipping you if you don't do anything??? Will not order again from here.

Food is ok. Our delivery person couldn't be bothered to come to the front door, and instead stayed in his car and laid on the horn to alert us our food was outside, causing a scene in our neighborhood. Will never order from here again.

Now this review has nothing to do with the food itself, my wife and I enjoy it every time we order. This is about the driver... He comes, hands me two bags and a pizza (never got out of the car of course) and drives off, very little dialogue. While we're eating, my wife asks for her drink, at which point I realized I never received it, so I told Eat24 (how I ordered, awesome app by the way) and then I received a call from the restaurant. The man relayed what Eat24 had told them and then said the driver said he gave me the drink which was a lie. I told him all that I received and he said the driver will bring it back to me. He finally comes. This time he is much further out in the street. I walk down the steps to get the soda; he just has it hanging out of the window. He didn't seem to pay me much attention. This time no words from him apologies or otherwise. I get to the car and I grab the drink, and before I could even say thank you, he peeled off, his tires just inches from my foot. That is rude, unprofessional, and dangerous, and my heart rate is still through the roof. I would never recommend delivery. Ever.

Their food is good, I usually get the philly or their stuffed shells. It's not fine Italian or anything but it's a good fix at 2am. However, I gave them 3 stars because they always seem to screw something up on the order like they sprinkle season salt all over the fries so you might say no salt and they put all that hypertension on it anyway.. It's just little things they forget like that you paid already on GrubHub or that you said provolone cheese.. Soo being that we like the food we stick with them.. Maybe one day they will get it right Lol

I've eaten food from here over a dozen times and pretty much order the same thing. As far as the food is concerned. Its hit or miss. The fried chicken and french fries are a reliable bet. Delicious onion rings and Italian sausage. I'm less than impressed with their subs and some of their other side options. Ordering is always a non-hassle UNTIL it comes to delivery. I've ordered food from York more than anywhere else in Baltimore and I eventually stopped because their delivery drivers SUCK. They are so terribly rude. Like other people have mentioned they don't really deliver, they drive somewhere close to outside your door and you have to leave your residence to retrieve your food. They give you supreme attitude when you make them get out of the car and bring it to the door. The only times they've come to the door were when I arrived at the door scantily clad, which is ridiculous, "so NOW your legs work?" I've also stopped tipping on my card. Now I ONLY TIP IN CASH and if they, suck, I just don't tip. Also, no matter what you order expect to wait at least 45-1hr. Although, more often than not your food will be piping hot. The chicken is soooo good. But the service is soooooo bad. So so bad.

Not sure what Ally was talking about--none of the several guys that have delivered to me have ever gotten out of their cars. Which, I agree, annoys the living hell out of me. I understand it for people living in apartment complexes--sometimes security just doesn't let you up--but we live in a single family home in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking. If I wanted to put on shoes, I would have gone somewhere where it wasn't going to take 45 minutes for my food to arrive. As for the food, it's pretty good. The pizza is reliable, and my father-in-law seemed to like the wings. I like the fried mushrooms. It's great they have a good selection in case someone isn't in the mood for the traditional fare.

Yum!! Open late, great food, prompt delivery, and commitment to superior customer service. Especially love the cheesy breadsticks and pasta, but there's nothing that you can go wrong with on the menu. :)

The pizza is OK, but the vegetable wrap was terrible. Ultimately, the place is pretty forgettable.
