Great people but what happened to what used to be the best place for deep dish pizza. SIze Does Matters - Their current large pizza is small at any other pizza estalishment. Really? High Prices for a large pizza thst b is really a small anywhere else ...with all the increased competition on pizzas? Only the view of the harbor is good here. Ingredients tasted frozen. This franchise needs major makeover fast.

Were told wait time will be 15-20 min. Waited outside for over 30. We got a text message saying out table will be ready in 15 min. The girls at the entrance blamed it on the computer.

Came here for lunch with my son and likely future daughter-in-law and was given the best gift ever in the form of a personal pan Spinoccoli. What is this oddity, you ask? Well...let's start with a flaky pan crust. Throw in some spinach on the bottom and then add broccoli and tomatoes and a smattering of feta cheese. Topped with a cheddar blend, this little personal pizza was something I would have fought over if I had to share it with anyone! Incredibly good from the generous helping of spinach to the perfectly cooked broccoli and tomatoes - just delightful. My kids shared a make-your-own pan pizza of chicken, pepperoni and cheese - their eyes rolled with joy several times so I know they were happy. They have a new electronic gizmo at the table that allows you to order a second round of drinks, or an appetizer, or dessert without actually talking with your server. Interesting concept. One can also pay their bill by credit card through this same system AND allows you to split the bill up to three ways. While that was not needed today, it's a nice feature to have on board for those who might desire said splitting. Great, attentive service, fabulous food, festive environs, happy family. Will definitely come back for a Spinoccoli fix again soon! :)

I am not a person who enjoys deep dish pizza (New Yorker at heart always), but I must say that if I am going to have a deep dish pizza, I will always go to Pizzeria Uno. This location has beautiful views of the Baltimore harbor. If you're going to have dessert, always get the giant hot chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. The only downside is that the location all but guarantees that there will be wait times to get in the door.

I came here the last two Sunday's around lunch time. The first time I had the shrimp scampi pasta , very disappointed and bland no taste of any sauce what so every. The shrimps and no seasons or anything what a disappointment. But my second visit got better as I got the bacon smoke cheeseburger which was very tasteful and cook to perfection. Also very great service from the FOH .

{3.5+} As I've gotten older my tastebuds for chain restaurants (and fast food joints) have seriously diminished. I don't care for the type of food anymore and to be clear - I wasn't exactly craving it over the weekend. Butttt after a loooong drive down 278 and 95 I was feeling pretty crappy and wasn't up for a walk over to Fells Point, plus the Orioles game was scheduled to start in 90 minutes and that didn't give us a ton of time to walk around. Uno's seemed to be the least offensive spot in the Harbor.... The place was packed when we arrived. Besides all the fans dressed in orange they told us they were waiting on a party of 22 to arrive but about 5 minutes after we got there our name was called. We were seated at a booth near the bar with a nice view of the harbor. Our waiter popped over just as we were settling in, he was the sweetest of waiters and told us he'd make sure we got a good meal and got outta there before the first pitch. We wanted to start with an order of a basket of their Soft Pretzel Sticks but were told they had run out. Bummer. So we settled on an order of Grilled Cheese Stix (sourdough bread with cheddar and romano, served with marinara sauce) and while they were probably something I could have made at home - they were warm, cheesy and ended up being a really good choice. For my main meal I kept things simple with a small walnut/goat cheese salad with blueberry pomegranate vinaigrette. I asked waiterman about adding some chicken to this otherwise simple salad. He said 'no problem' and did so without an extra charge. After the food arrived he checked back often to refill drinks and even asked if I had enough salad dressing. How many times do you go out and you have to flag down the waiter for more dressing? Seriously, this guy couldn't have been any nicer. And the salad dressing is killer. Absolutely perfect combination of sweetness to counter the walnuts and saltiness of the goat cheese. The whole salad really was fantastic. Hubs ordered the Firecracker Chicken Sandwich (grilled chicken, guacamole, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion and some sort of spicy mystery sauce). Best sandwich in the world? No, but a solid choice nonetheless. Overall a really good meal at Uno's, I won't lie- I was surprised! While next time I'm hoping to get to town earlier .... should I need a quick bite to eat I won't hesitate to stop into Uno's again.

I really like the place for its deep dish pizzas. It really tastes like in Chicago! Be careful, quantities are huge and one regular pizza is enough for 2 people. It is also very well located with a nice view on the harbor.

Ok so the service still isn't so great but the deep dish Chicago style pizza was wonderful. Darn the food network. I was watching an episode with the original Uno's in Chicago and I had to get one.... I still have to fly out to the original spot. The location is still awesome. ...right on the harbor. This spot can get very packed during weekends, rush hour, holidays and school breaks.

Alright guys, the reviews for this place seem to be poor due to service. However the service here was not offensive. We were seated at 7 PM on a Saturday night without a wait. We ordered the classic cheese deep dish pizza and a few beers. The flavors of the pizza were very good especially the tasty garlic crust! Our water glasses were empty and the server didn't seem to notice, but other than that the service was good and prompt. Overall, I would not frequent this place however I do think it's a reasonable option for tourists. The service was decent, the food was tasty, and the prices are reasonable.

So I've been here three times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME by the end of dinner I wished I would have eaten elsewhere. It has been a while since I've come back, and I didn't read the Yelp reviews before coming here since it was a last minute thing. Afterwards I remembered that the food is never hot, the service is always slow or bad and the food just isn't that good. I ordered the Classic Margherita pizza with the Artisan crust. The pizza was literally wet... literally small puddles of water from the sauce, so the crust was soft and mushy? I had to take a paper towel and soak up all the water. And it looked like they took 2 leaves of basil and tore it up and threw it over an entire pizza? I didn't finish one slice. I also ordered the starter salad with mixed greens, goat cheese and pecans. So the starter salad came after my pizza...?? And somehow the drink I ordered came along with the food also instead of before it. I can't understand why the service was so bad and slow, and the restaurant was empty? This was on a Sunday night. My friend ordered an Italiano Nuevo Deep Dish Pizza and when it arrived there was no sausage in the pizza. The waitress took and back and brought her another pizza, and told her that is the deep dish pizza that she ordered... but this pizza didn't have sausage either. She sent it back. An italiano pizza.. key word "italian" deep dish pizza should definitely have sausage!?? So the manager came over and apologized for the mix-up, but he didn't offer anything. How do you tell your customer that they don't know what they ordered? *blank stare* After that we were pretty much done. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. And it was so bad that we were still hungry afterwards, so we went down to the Cheesecake Factory for drinks and dessert. And the night improved from there lol

After a long night's walk on the Harbor, we (party of 3 adults and 1 child) settled in UNO's for dinner. We were seated quickly by a great wait staff. Our waiter "Kevin" was great and friendly. He frequently visited our table. The food came quicker than we'd expected. Everything was wonderful. I will be coming back.

Uno's food is always good, but I had to wait over twice the amount of time I was told when checking in (was told wait would be about 15min & I waited 35min, w/ 2 hungry kids!) **Lauren: we didn't get any updates from the staff, other than being told we were "next on the list to be seated" (after waiting about 25min) - only to see two other families still seated before us! The service was mediocre, but of course the food was delicious

Really terrible. On new year day we ate here with another family and only because Cheesecake factory wait was 45 min wait at 6:00 pm. We were staying at the Renaissance and were looking for somewhere convenient. It took about 15 min to get seated and then everything from there on went in total slow motion. The server seemed like a nice guy but he could not keep it together. Not sure if it was all B staff running the place because food took over an hour to come out after we specifically said just serve whatever food is ready first. We had 3 hungry kids. The kids mac and cheese literally looked like the boxed kind and i have no idea how it took an hour to prepare. Then the waiter took another 5mins to get silver ware once the food came so we all had to stare and wait for him to come back. I had the Italian chopped salad and chicken scampi which was as good as a frozen meal with very processed chicken pieces and an overwhelming amount of sodium. My daughter's burger tested like a hockey puck and the pizza was way too greasy and heavy. I haven't been to uno's in over 10yrs and there is certainly nothing in that experience that would get me to return. ***UPDATE**** 1/21/15 : I sent an email to their customer service about the experience and they really made an effort to say they will make improvements to this location as well as sending me vouchers for Uno's. Will definitely take them up on the offer to go back to a nearby Uno's. Kudos to them for valuing and listening to diners opinions. Way to go! More corporations should take a note and follow suite if they want to develop loyal customers.

Went for lunch. The view is great! If you are touring Baltimore, there are other local places to eat with the view, so I'd suggest having Uno in your own town, rather than eating here in Baltimore. Had the Power Salad - Spinach, craisins, gogi berries, feta, carrots, nuts, a light balsamic dressing. Simple. Good. Clean. Chicken Milanese - breaded and baked chicken with tomato and arugula on focacci. I think there was mayo on it too. but it was tasty. Lunch specials are M-F until 3 and range from 7.99 to 9.99

Came here to watch a FIFA game after visiting the National Aquarium. I was surprised to find it was so crowded! We were sitting at the bar anyways so it was fine. I enjoyed the $5 margarita special (there were a couple more..domestic draft and sangria I believe), the bar tender made it pretty strong too. I think I was good after one. We were pretty hungry and were debating between the grilled cheese and individual deep dish pizza. We ended up ordering the grilled cheese which was good but the guy next to us ordered the deep dish...I began to regret my decision. IT LOOK SO GOOD BUT SO BAD BUT YOU WOULDN'T CARE SORT OF FOOD. I am definitely coming back here for a quick margarita and that pizza. The view was also phenomenal, the second floor resturant provided a great scenery of the inner harbor and its yachts. I docked not one but two stars because the bathroom was absolutely HORRID. The floors were disgusting, there was trash everywhere..that wasn't the worst part. There were two or three stalls of which one was completely out of service. The other two that were working had the locks broken off of both and the seats were stained with only God knows what and THERE WERE NO SEAT COVERS...GROSS! I couldn't do it and went downstairs back to the Cheesecake Factory to use their bathrooms (didn't care if I had to wait in line). Advice to the manager/owner/whatever....PLEASE update and clean your bathrooms..your customers will not only be happy with the service and food but also the general quality of your restaurant. I will be back for the pizza but am still afraid to go in your bathrooms. Not trying to be rude but this issue NEEDS to be addressed.

The service was pretty lousy and it was not busy at all. The bartender seemed high. I sat at the bar and watched the empty/dirty glasses pile up at the end of the bar a few seats over and were never cleared the entire time I was seated there. I ordered the happy hour grilled cheese bites which were really good! I liked that they were cooked on sourdough and probably baked as well. My HoneyJack and Ginger was very tasty, too.

Every time I go here or any location of Uno's for that matter, the service is ridiculously slow. I know deep dish pizza takes a while but drinks, salads, apps, and desserts shouldn't. Poor service aside, the pizza is good. My fave is the farmer's market with the wheat dough. It has a myriad of delish vegetables and is better than the traditional veggie lovers. The last time I went was for happy hour before an Orioles game. The bartenders were chatty and friendly. It wasn't super busy but there was a nice crowd. Most of the items on the happy hour menu are $2.99 so you can't beat the prices. I love the shrimp and crab fun-doo. I'll be back for another happy hour, maybe tomorrow.

Above all else, Uno's second-level outside dining area has a spectacular view over the inner harbor. The atmosphere alone made my experience all the better. Service was good and fast. The salads were large. I ordered a personal pizza, which cost around $9.00, and it was a pretty decent size for that price. It was a thick pizza served in a hot pan, with big tomato chunks throughout the sauce. The waiter even cut and served me the first slice, which was a really nice touch! Considering all of the other waterfront restaurants I've visited have offered mediocre to bad service and food, this is the place to go for a good view and a good meal!

I am now sitting in a restaurant across the street from this Uno Pizzaria after one of the worst service experiences ever. I came here because there is no Uno near my home town and I love their food. I'm here on a business trip and thought I would seize the opportunity. They were slow to seat me; in fact seated others around me. The server was very slow to visit my table to get my order (iced tea, salad, and tomato pizza). It took several minutes for her to bring my drink, which was largely missing ice. She then disappeared. About ten minutes later, a gentleman showed up with my pizza but left when he saw that I had no plate or flatware. My salad never had shown up. Again a several minute delay. Now I am over it. At this point a mgr (?) appeared near me. He had circulated by earlier and asked if somebody was helping me. As I was flagging him down the server finally appeared with a plate and flatware. I told them politely that I was disappointed in the service I had received and that, at that point, I preferred to leave. He did not apologize (although the server did) but he offered to comp my food. I told them I was uncomfortable staying. He then began to argue with me! I couldn't believe it! As I was leaving he was telling the server (within my hearing!) how rude I was. I have never been treated that way in my life in a restaurant. Worst service ever and I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat it.

Service is prompt. Tuesday must be a slow night compared to the other posters. I got in around 7:30 pm and was seated right away. Hosted by the manager, and waited on by the bartender no less. Host asked me what to drink. I asked to sample the craft beers first. He gave me two samples before I settled on the IPA. That's good service in my book. Waitress came to take my order right after my tall beer arrived. I'm ordering a deep dish because I haven't had any in a long time. Got an appetizer for the wait. If I remember correctly, deep dish takes time. Plus the location on the inner harbor. This restaurant is going to be a great time. It wasn't long before my new style pizza arrived and it's good. But the service just gets better! I asked for a side of pepperoni because it would go well with the IPA and the marinaded mushroom pizza. The waitress was very accommodating and brought out the side right away. She also never skipped a beat with the other tables of customers. Later on I join a group of friends on the patio for a round before heading out. The manager courteously checked on us and chatted. Good job Uno! I wholeheartedly recommend this location at the inner harbor on Pratt.

I took my family here after a trip to the National Aquarium. I had pleasant memories of this place from a family trip 20 years ago. Seating was fairly quick, but it went downhill after that. The server seemed over-worked, as all four of hour glasses were empty before we got refills, and he didn't even give us a chance to order our entrees when he dropped off the appetizer. The pizza was good, and my daughter enjoyed her mac and cheese, but it didn't rise above the shaky service. We heard three glasses break while we were there, and I saw a customer almost fall in one of the resulting puddles. After I mentioned that it hadn't been mopped they sent a kitchen worker out with a roll of paper towels to try to clean it up. My wife mentioned that the ladies room was disgusting. All in all, I enjoyed the pizza, but I guess I should have just stuck with the memories.

Was looking to unwind after the first day of a business trip. I've been to the Inner Harbor area, so I was a bit familiar with the restaurants available. Ended up here only because the World Cup is on and I just wanted a beer with some finger food. The bar is open seating. The bartender was clearly having a bad day. I'm not here to make that any worse. And the bartender was nice. Asked for my drink order and then took my food order. I got a Samuel Adams Summer Ale. It's as seasonal beer. Why not? Hot day in Baltimore and a cold one sounds refreshing. My bartender asked me if I needed anything else as she was going to take a quick 5-minute break. I said to go ahead and take a longer one even. I was the only one at the bar at the time and everyone needs a breath of fresh air or maybe a quick seat to rest the legs. The bartender came back and my food was given to me. Asked if there was anything else I needed. Very nice about it. I got the Chi-Town sampler. Comes with 3 hot wings, 2 mozarella sticks, 2 chicken tenders, fries and chips and guac. This filled me up real good. Enough to share as a meal even. When I was finishing up, a few other people sat at the bar. The bartender took care of everyone with a smile and was prompt even though she probably wanted to head home for the day. Customer service is good to me there! Minus a couple of stars because my food was obviously not hand-made or authentic. I can be found at the freezer section at your local grocery story. Other than that, great place to unwind.

Ive been here a couple of times and i have actually worked here in the past. I don't like the how the restaurant is ran under pressure. it is really unorganized. The food is semi decent, I mean seems sort of dry to me sometimes or not cooked from scratch. The view from the upper balcony is great and really romantic and cool at night. Everyone is nice its just the quality I go after. I wouldn't really recommend this place first choice, there are other places in baltimore that are a lot better.

  • Cliff M.

Just average. Went with a co-worker for supper. Wings were ok but I've had better. Burger was good but I wish I had gotten the chicken Parmesan my co-worker ordered. Last time I was here I had the pizza and it was pretty good... Should have stuck with what I know. Service was average but could have been better... Would have been nice to have my root beer in a mug instead of a plastic cup.

Not like Chicago, but has a great view of the bay. Service was ok. It seemed like the manager was on top of things though. If it weren't for him we probably would have had a miserable meal. The food was ok.

  • Amira A.

This location pissed me off. They had one bartender on duty. I feel bad for him but they are disorganized. Who made the dumb decision to have one bartender on a Friday night?! Then had my friend waiting an hour for salmon. While they did comp her, she was the hungriest of us all. That mini a$$ pizza for $14 was a waste of my life and their 400 degree oven plus oven space. That pizza was smaller than a personal pan pizza. I can get good pizza cheaper at the movie theater! I want my $15 back!

My new year has never been better since I moved to Balt. I thought there is not much of a crowd compare to Macy's Thanksgiving parade, NYC's 4th of July, and Times Square elbowing crowd and ball-dropping, out of this world, unbelievable crowd (why- would-you-subject yourself to this experience, but I sometimes I do). UNO offers the usual with some limited and special deals. But when it comes to new year's eve, we pushed ourselves in. No room, no reservations and no surprise special new year's uncontrollable rowdy, hungry customers who can't stand the cold of the night, and can't stand in the lines and can't wait but can wait for the clock to turn 12 midnight new year's day. UNO will keep you warm at the distance, not just inside the restaurant. It is one of the places to be in the harbor mall for one and only deep dish pizza, lunch and dinner.

  • Joseph C.

The reason for one star is the service. My wife and I went there for dinner on a Sunday night when the restaurant was not very busy, and the service was still lousy. We sat at the bar, and twice throughout dinner, the bartender disappeared for at least 5 minutes. She was completely inattentive and acted as if refills were an inconvenience. I will never again eat at this restaurant.

    (1)
  • Caren J.

We ate here because we haven't eaten at an Uno in years. The seats were dirty, the tables were dirty, and the plates were wet...and dirty. I looked out the window and there was sauce all over the window. I'm not looking for it to be spotless but this was disgusting.

Went here for an early lunch, and we were seated immediately. It's nice when we don't have to wait. I had an individual sized Numero Uno pizza. It arrived nice and hot and was very tasty. It was a little smaller than I hoped it would be. I had room left over when I finished it off. My only complaint was about our server. He was neither friendly nor unfriendly, neither nice nor mean. He mumbled a lot and seemed rather distant and indifferent.

I love the food - but I am so tired of nasty restrooms. See pics. Service was a little slow. We were told there was like a 30 minute wait. Not a big deal, but the dining room was pretty empty.

The pasta with shrimp scampi was a bit overdone but the shrimp made up for it. Nothing too spectacular but adequate...just like the shrimp coming through, the view and location make up for shortcomings in my book.

Bf and I came here on New Year's Day and I was surprised they were offering the regular lunch special menu. Instead of ordering a full salad for $11.95, I got a half size salad and sliders for $9.95. How does that make sense? It doesn't, but I'm appreciative. Bf ordered soup and pizza. I thought the soups he tried were good, but everything is super salty. Then again, I don't add salt when I'm cooking. View of the Harbor is spectacular even if the day was downcast and cloudy. Our service was pretty good, and we were accommodated when we asked to sit by the window.

Was told I needed to try this pizza so after a Orioles game we walked over to Uno. My fiance and I shared a deep dish pizza and the kids had their own little kids personal pizzas. They are not kidding when they say Chicago style! I have been to Chicago and I know what a real Chicago pizza taste like and OMG this was it. The sauce, the cheese, the crust was great! I was stuffed but no way was I not eating my last slice! The kids said this was the best pizza they have ever had too. The set up in this place is cool and it overlooks Pratt and the Bay. Very nice and the staff was friendly too! Love this place!

Service is the worst !!! But the Food is worse ... Cold tasteless and undercooked !!! Its a pizza place that cant cook pizza properly , waited 16 minutes for a server even after telling the hostess . Plenty of places to eat . Should have flushed the $50 I spent rather then go here

Why it's still in business, I don't know... Food was horrible, wait was long, and service was awful. It is not worth it at all. What happened to cpk!??

  • Robby B.

I've only had pizza here, and it's actually pretty good. The Numero Uno has lots of veggies and meat. The Chicago Classic is all meat and very good. The deep dish is buttery and flaky, I've had small bites of other stuff here. It's fine, but nothing special. Service is solid. Prices are a little high, but not surprising or anything. The feel is a little overdone and cheesy, but not bad. If you're craving deep dish, check out Matthew's Pizza. With that said, Uno will get the job done and has enough variety for those who don't want pizza.

Chicago pizza! that seals the deal. big thick doughy fluffy crust. packed with meat and more meat. mmmmmmm. did the take out deal, two individual pizzas for $20. individual? more like share for two! can't imagine how big the large is (says for 2-3 but more like for 4-5!) it was six slices for the individual size. only was able to eat 3 slices and that comes from someone who can eat 3/4 of a costco pizza! service was pretty fast. got it within 15 minutes after order. also tried the calamari for appetizer. came with a buffalo sauce which was interesting. never had any sauce besides the usual marinara. had a lil kick to it which was pretty good. overall not bad. id come again if in the area. actually they do have multiple locations around the country. if i come across one, id know to get pizza here. better than BJs for sure!

Hmmm, where to begin. First I pride myself on being a patient and understanding person but even my resolve was tested last night. We came up for a Saturday night dinner. I knew in advance it would be crowded and I was fully prepared to wait. I waited 45min for a table (2adults,2children). I was originally told 30mon but things happen. At the 45 min mark I asked how much longer and was told I was next but now there were 3 parties in front of me...??? They were seating parties of 2 in huge booths while seats for two remained open everywhere. It seemed as if there was no rhyme or reason to their seating procedures We had waited so long we knew exactly what we wanted to order and had it ready as soon as the waitress arrived. Pretzels were burned, salad was not as described (Gorgonzola is not the same as cheddar) and my moms pizza was cold and had a random taco seasoning flavor to it. Our waitress was polite but never returned to refill our drinks and when we asked to speak to a manager, they never came out but sent her to tell us they would take the cold pizzas off of our bill. In total we spent over 2 hrs there and while the view is spectacular if is far below par.

Eh. The food is not bad. Not the best either. In fact, just skip the food. Come here on a nice, sunny afternoon, sit outside, and order a strawberry daqueri. You won't go wrong with that.

The food was average, but the staff are excellent and work well together. The view is great, but the lobster and crab dip tasted more of garlic than seafood.

Hubby sent me out with my best friend and we ended up here. Seated outside, we had a perfect view of the harbor. :-) I had the Rasberry Colada which was good but I would almost swear it didn't have alcohol in it. I ended up sipping on my friend's white sangria, that was really good. The Oreo, brownie dessert was good. The warm brownie was a nice touch. Our waiter was great. My only complaint was the messy tables. It was like the place needed a hot bath and bleach. :-)

Outside great!! Our server did great. I think it is all about the server. She was fast and honest. I like honest. Thanks Bridget!!

I went to this UNOs location yesterday afternoon for lunch. This was my second time ever going there. The first time was not so bad, but this time the service was flat out unacceptable. We get there and there's no wait. The hostess asks if we want to sit outside or inside. I said I preferred outside. Then she says "I don't know if they're serving outside right now. Let me check and see." (By the way, there was clearly a group of people eating outside) So a waitress comes up to the hostess stand, and the hostess asks her if they are serving outside. The server said she "didn't think so," and at that point I was irritated and I was not going to waste my time pointing out the fact that people were already eating outside, so I just said "Forget it, we'll eat inside. I prefer a booth." So she seated us, and our waitress promptly greeted us and took our drink order. She brought us our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered an appetizer, and told her we needed time to decide on the meal. I took a sip of my half and half, and it was not appealing to me at all. So I was waiting for her to come back so I could ask for something else.....and waiting.....and waiting. Finally after about 10 mins of not seeing her, we asked another server to grab her for us. She comes out and asks if we are ready to order our meals now. I told her that we were ready, but that I also wanted a different drink because I didn't like the half and half. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that getting a fountain drink would take maybe 2-5 mins max. After about 15 mins, still with no new drink and no sign or our waitress, and no appetizer (we had been there about 25 mins at that point, mind you), I literally just said forget it and we decided to leave. I told the hostess on the way out that we were leaving because our waitress took too long. I then ended up going to Matthews pizza in Highlandtown, like I wanted to do in the first place. Should've went with my first choice!

3 stars = A-OK We got seated quickly. Server was SO friendly. Salad was wilted and not too tasty. Hubbys personal pizza was good but SO small. My son barely ate his chicken fingers (and since they were on my salad I can tell you they were "ok" but not much more). My daughter ordered a crab shrimp dip which was good but should be served with a bread that is softer and more bland. When I mentioned the salad was wilted the server offered to replace it, but I told him it was OK since we were in a hurry (plus a huge group had just come in and I expected it would take forever to get something else). I was suprised when the manager learned of the wilted salad he offered to do nothing for us, but did say "Thanks for letting me know, I will see what's going on in the back with that. We don't want anyone else getting a wilted salad." Hmm... I guess the next person is more important? IDK. I just made a mental note about that. Anyway, it was the cheapest meal we had at the Inner Harbor, and did the trick.

2 Stars Went here for lunch during week since it was such a nice day and myself and 2 other co-workers thought a nice walk would do the trick. I've been to differant UNO's before and each time I have come away underwhelmed, unfortuantly I had the same exp. at this one too. I'll start with the postives, 1. The outside view of the Harbour is killer! One of the best, La Tasca has a great view as well. 2. The lunch menu prices are not too bad. They have 3 tiered lunch option, where u can pick two things and depending on which two things you pick, they can cost anywhere from 7.99 to 9.99 so the price point was a good one. 3. The food didnt taste all that bad, it was actually ok. (Had the crispy chicken wrap and a bowl of broc. cheese soup) The soup was ok at best, but the wrap was a little better. The negatives. 1. The service sucked... I useally dont say this about service since I used to be a servicer and I totally understand how busy one can get during lunch or dinner. But ther server wasnt busy, and treated us like we were taking up too much of his time. I had ordered all you eat soup and when I finished my first bowl, he a) never asked me for another one, and b) when I did request another bowl, he never brought it out. The server also delayed just about everything, from the ordering our meals to the check. We had to ask several times at each stage. I actually have no number 2, since the service was pretty and the food was bland at best. I wouldn't go to this chain again if I had to... I've been burned to many times by this place.

The pizza was phenomenal and the server was knowledgable of the food menu as well as the beers on tap. He made great recommendations.

Ehhh, it's fine, I guess. You know, before it was a chain and was just a Chicago exclusive it was a lot of fun. Even though it is a chain it's still a good one but it's not my first choice of a unique place to go. Kind of like the TGI Fridays of pizza.

I normally don't leave reviews for "chain" restaurants but for this I will make an exception. There used to be many Uno Chicago Bar and Grill locations in the Chicago area but the majority of them have since closed. On a recent trip to Baltimore, I decided to eat at the lnner Harbor location. The experience wasn't what I'd hoped it'd be and I was left wishing that I'd eaten at another establishment. The waiter we had wasn't very attentive and seemed to lack the ability to pay attention to detail. He brought out the bowl of soup I'd ordered COLD (what waiter doesn't check the temperature of the food before bringing it to the table?) and seemed to take his slow sweet time returning to the table to check on us. The ceasar salad I ordered was fair at best and they wanted $3.50 to add a few pieces of chicken. Really? I've always been happy with the Chicago area locations but this location was definitely lacking something. I make frequent trips to the Baltimore area and I will make sure to avoid this UCBG location during future visits.

There are very few chains that I like... That being said, I've been to Uno's one other time prior to this and didn't really have any feelings about it. I went before a concert so we were rushing to eat somewhere where the wait wasn't an hour long and of course, this place had no wait. I now know why... The food was terrible. I got a salad and an individual pizza and it truly was horrible. If I wasn't under such a time constraint I would have sent it back. The salad was not fresh at all. It seemed as if it had been made early that morning as all the lettuce and toppings were wilted and dry. That I could semi deal with...the pizza though was disgusting. This pizza tasted like it was taken out of a freezer, put into a microwave and halfway cooked. It tasted freezer burnt and the crust was soggy and hard at the same time. It really was absolutely terrible and I could not believe that this place is known for it's pizza. I hope that it was just the pizza that I got because wow, that's crazy. Uno's, just like your name...1 time is enough.

I can't believe the average rating is 3 haha. This place was fantastic. Sure, the floor on the patio can use a little sweeping, but the location is beautiful, the Crab Fun-Doo was AMAZING, and the pizza quality goes without saying. 5Stars.

Before going to the aquarium, my husband and I went to Uno since we were craving for pizza. We ordered Chicago classic deep dish pizza additional toppings mushroom, olives and pepperoni. It was pretty good. I liked it a lot! Yummy toppings! The place was packed - friday afternoon. The servers were very pleasant and attentive. Great view of the harbor and the restaurant itself is pretty. We will return to try more!

My gf and I were strolling around the waterfront on the look out for a good place to 1. Find a place open at 11am on a Sunday 2. Eat at a place we hadn't eaten in a long time and that we enjoyed. 3. Outside seating and good prices 4. No seafood as we were all seafood'ed (not a word) out. Uno's opened at 11 (YAY). Only a couple of souls inside. We were seated outside with a good view of the Inner Harbor. Looking over the previous reviews I was a little nervous on how the service would be. Our server was ok -attentive yet not overwhelming. While reviewing the menu, we split a house salad (large enough for 2). Their croutons are delicious although I am normally not a big crouton fan. Main meal we went with individual pies. Plain for her and Prima Pepperoni for me. Both were good. I remember it being better when I was younger but that was before I was able to experience great pizza. It did the job but it had to have been a time since I had been to one because I don't remember their prices being so high. Nearly $12 for a personal is a little much. There are a lot of restaurants in the area so choose carefully. ENJOY!

As a chain restaurant-hater, Uno's food has always been one of the ones that I don't dread going to. However the service here is not very good at all. There was a bit of a wait, but we were sat immediately because we were only a party of 2, but it wasn't until after the minutes of confused conversation that the hostesses had over the wait list. After our food had arrived, our waiter did not come check back on us and we had to ask another server to grab his attention for another beverage. He was rushed and then did not come back again until I was parched from thirst and ready for the check. On the other hand, the food was delicious. I got the artisan wild mushroom and cabot cheddar pizza. There were three types of mushroom on it and the bread was crisped perfectly.

Wow. Went to eat here over the weekend and went home feeling very confused. The two stars are for the service in particular. What kind of space cadets do they hire to run this joint?! Seriously, one of the more disappointing meals I've had at any restaurant by far. First off, they don't have those shaky pagers that politely inform you that a table is ready for you. Instead, they make what seems to be their loudest employees holler your name out at the top of their lungs waiting for you to come forward. If you don't report immediately, they start asking eat party waiting in the oh so tiny waiting area, "Are you (enter name here)? Are you (enter name here)?" until they find the lucky winner. Once seated, our waitress took our order with a very very confused look on her face and we couldn't figure out why. All I asked for was a glass of water with lemon! The boyfriend ordered a Coke (they only have Pepsi there... ew) with no ice and lemon -- not too hard right? Tell me why, she brings my water and a glass of Pepsi WITH ice and NO lemon?! "Oh, here's the exact opposite of what you ordered to drink, sir". Cmon. And not only that! When it was time for refills, even though we lined the glass nicely at the edge of the table, it took here about 5-6 passes by before she noticed maybe we were parched and in need of a refill. Gah! We ordered the Queso appetizer to start. Just chips and cheese, right? Wrong. The thing looked like it was sitting there for over an hour, curdling up in the tiny dish they provide. Is that why it's only $3.99? It should've been free! Other than the nasty non-queso dip, the food was actually good. Uno has a wide variety to their menu and they aren't too picky about substituting in your order. Food was good (minus the queso)... no complaints there. But really, just get some servers that know how what they're doing. Please!

My husband & I stopped by last night for a late night pre-birthday dinner. KC was our server and he recommended the artisan thin crust pizza, Wild Mushroom with Cabot Cheddar. I was a little hesitant but after the first delicious bite I was sold. We'll be in town for a few more days, I think we might have to stop in again and continue celebrating my birthday.

We stopped by this Uno on a Sunday for lunch on my birthday and the staff was amazingly nice to us. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was decent and the view was absolutely amazing.. Will I go back for a special occasion, no, but if im in the area and hungry its a great place to stop by.

I have only been to this place once. There was hair in my sister's food, the waitress' hair was falling out and onto the table, then she got our order wrong. She never asked if we wanted a refill, she didn't come to check on us, and it took 45 minutes for our food to come out after ordering it.

"Proper planning prevents poor piss performance!" Oh how I wish I could say this to the wait staff without risking spit in my food. I was shaking my head all the way home after an astonishing experience with the service at Uno. Hats off to the cooks who were quick and to the point. But with so many choices of give you a heart-attack, American comfort food (with adjacent free parking) to choose from these days, the food didn't have a prayer in the shadow of this service. Advice to Management (please convey this to your wait staff): 1. Do not attempt to provide the standard formula of service when there is party that includes kids under 5. The "bring the water, come back in 15 min; take the drink orders, come back in 20 min; take the food appetizer order, come back in 20 min etc. etc. gets old quick." It only makes kids squirm and parents angry. Advise your staff to respect this little known (often ignored fact) and get on with it. We'll happily order everything at one time. 2. If reservations are made in advance, ensure that there are indeed enough seats at the table and that the table is large enough to accommodate the party. A party of 11 (even if it includes kids) is still a party of 11. High chairs use the same space as a seats do. You can't get around this. If your restaurant cannot handle a party of 11. Just say so. We'll gladly go somewhere else. 3. Don't assign rookie waiters to wait on said party of 11. If your superstar waitress calls in sick, just shift some things around. Give him the booths. Let him run the bar. Don't bring him anywhere near my table. It just looks bad when a party that comes in after you with a similar sized group and includes dining kids gets their drinks and meal before you and are putting on their coats as your meal comes out, 1.5 hours later. Yes, they had a different waiter. Oh Uno Chicago grill, I want great things for you. I want great things for the inner Harbor. But at this rate, you might be sliding down that slippery ESPN Zone slope. We thought we couldn't get any more family friendly by deciding to go to Unos, but alas, we were tricked, bamboozled, I say! Any other suggestions, yelpers?

We go to Baltimore once a year. I have always eaten at Uno Chicago Grill but it has gone completely down hill in price and service. My husband and I got very small portions. I had the salmon and it cost 16.95. It was a very small piece of salmon. I mentioned this to the waiter and his response was that it wasn't his problem. My husband had chicken and also got a small portion. There was a long wait for the food as well .

I had a hankering for a BBQ chicken flat pizza so I headed over to Uno's. I've been to other Uno's in the past so I had a certain level of expectation and thus I was disappointed. The crust did have it's usual crispness and there was too much cheese on top which overwhelmed the BBQ chicken. The service was efficient but not much more than that. Definitely not the best Uno experience I've had.

  • Nia J.

RUN away from this Uno's. It is not like any other I have ever been to. I'm surprised the Health Department has not shut it down. From the manager all the way down to the busboys, the service was incompetent. One waiter spilled a large cup of Mountain Dew all over me (I am not exaggerating) and for no apparent reason (he didn't trip, no one was around him). The same waiter then spilled a deep dish pizza onto a neighboring table as he was setting it down (again I have no idea how this happened). Someone else spilled a huge glass of water and it took them 15 minutes (again, no exaggeration) to bring napkins and then someone to mop up. I won't even begin to talk about the food. The pizza was undercooked and tough. Not sure how that worked out. But one bright spot was the salads. They were really delicious. Of course I wasn't feeling so good a few hours later, but I attributed that to the pizza. Again, yelper beware. Eat here at your own peril. ps. I LOVE Uno's usually. This is the only one I have ever been to that has been like this. I imagine it is because they have a constant stream of tourists who just don't know any better.

  • Koren L.

I do not believe it was the waiters fault but when you sit down with 2 hungry kids order and then others come and sit after you and get there food way before you there is a problem. We sat there and watched 3 tables be seated, order and receive there food before our app. came out and it was cold! not to mention brought to two other table before it finally got to the correct table. thank goodness they did comp some of the food because I was already pissed with them. I was not easy but my two kids were great and waited nicely while the food came after such a long time! I hope they get better in the kitchen this was really bad. the app was not even that great. and the pizza was OK.

I've eaten at UNO restaurants before (my dad is a big fan) but this one is also a 'grill'. They had one of the biggest menus I've ever seen in a restaurant - a smattering of everything. Then on top of that there was a season food AND drink menu. They had tapas, quesadillas, steaks, pasta, pizza, etc. I just wanted some pizza. I had planned to eat at another restaurant downtown but turned out it was closed. The pizza (numbero uno individual size) was actually really good. I think Giordano's when I think of Chicago pizza, but this was more Lou Malnati's where the crust was thick but not doughy. It wasn't bad. Server was fine, place was dead. I would recommend they cut their menu in half & focus on what they do well -- but that's just me.

Just wanted to give this place some Yelp love because they showed fantastic customer service today. I was in town since I am moving to Baltimore and my hotel is pretty close to the Inner Harbor so I placed a phone order for pizza. I guess they don't get many phone orders for take away because the kid who took my order seemed very confused. Anyway, when I showed up, they said there was an error on the original order (Surprised I was not...) but that they were in the process of correcting it and that not only would my order be free BUT they offered me an additional free pizza and free bottles of soda. The food was standard UNO variety pizza but the customer service I received was stellar. For that, you get five stars. Bravo.

It is exactly as you would expect. The menu is diverse. The food is tasty. The service is nice. The outdoor patio is a great if the weather is nice to see the harbor. The day we went it started to rain heavy so we had to move inside, otherwise I can't complain. This seemed to be the most packed restaurant in that particular area at the the time, likely an indicator of its popularity. Enjoy!

  • Bill T.

Well, the food was as good as any Uno's. But the service was definitely lacking. They sat us outside and then forgot we were there. We actually had to phone the restaurant from our seats and then wave to the server to help her find us. Be warned that they have a strict policy about outside seating. No matter how cold it gets, once you're outside, you're outside for good. (And apparently forgotten, too!)

It has been a while since I've been to Uno, my favorite restaurant in Chicago, so when I saw Uno in Baltimore Harbor, my Sis and I decided to have our lunch there. Of course, I had to have their Chicago style deep dish pizza which I have not had in a long time, and it was as good as I remember it to be. And this included a soup. I chose clam chowder, which was good after having been outside in the freezing temperature. As for the service, the waiter was nice. Except he totally forgot about my coffee. Well, that's okay since the soup was enough to get me warmed up. And the view at this place. Wow. It was a great view of the inner harbor. Definitely highly recommended. Not just for their Chicago style deep dish pizza but also for the service, the atmosphere, the service and the view.

My girlfriend and I ate here tonight and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was nice and they gave us a nice table with a harbor view. We got a deep dish pizza, which was excellent, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Our server Jeff was great and he even made our desserts at the end and "piled them on" for us and gave us a little extra for our $2 desserts, which were very tasty. Great meal overall!

Uno's...good deep dish pizza with a excellent view. The Hostess was very pleasant and greeted my son and me with a smile. She asked if we wanted inside or outside seating, considering the weather was upper 80s with high humidity..."inside" was a no brainer. We got a window booth, with an excellent view of the inner harbor. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of the TVs (Flat Panels) laid out in sports bar fashion. We ordered: Kid's Deep Dish Cheese Mushroom Pizza- $3.99 Not bad, the pizza filled my 9 year old up, even with his tape worm like appetite. Raspberry Lemonade -$3.69 Yikes...a bit pricey I think for some Raspberry flavored Syrup Avocado Egg Rolls - $8.99 The cooking oil was a bit too hot the crust was a bit over brown and hard. The filling was still cool. The dipping sauce was flavorful. 3 Way Wings (Honey BBQ, Asian, Wowza Sauce) $9.49 All 3 sauces were sweet, it was hard to tell them apart. The one with sesame seed was my favorite. The Wowza is really nothing to write home about. Ice Tea - $2.59 OK - Restroom Review Men's room was clean and well stocked (but they just opened for lunch). It had 2 stalls and a standup, but only 1 sink. Note the restaurant is located upstairs in a shopping center, the shopping center's restrooms...scared me...use the facilities first in the restaurant before you leave.

I'm from Chicago, and I understand deep dish pizza. With that being said, Uno's rendition of the original deep dish pizza is an acceptable match. I opt for the deep dish pepperoni and sausage when I visit this location, and it is usually pleasing to my taste buds. However, with the exception of one late Tuesday night, the service is impeccably slow, and it turns me off from dining. After attending a few Happy Hours, it's obvious the bartenders overwhelm themselves, and neglect their customers... I'm sorry to say, that's what you get with restaurant chains in areas of high tourism.... Sucks! I guess nothing beats a great Chicago pizzeria.......

HORRIBLE! I don't know were they find the retards or how little they pay them I've seen some dumb employees but the ones at uno are by far the most un professional I have ever seen when we got there we had reservations but that didn't even matter because it was first come first serve they then sat us down and left us just sitting there for like 25 minutes with just a menu they didn't even ask us what kind of drink or anything so we got up to leave turned the menus in and the bitch at front just goes table for two without even asking any thing the place is very poorly managed wouldn't ever go back. HORRIBLE! Would give a zero but yelp wont allow me to don't go to uno in baltimore p.f. chang is way better they have way better service and better food.

There are far better places in Baltimore to go than here, so do some research! The salads are small and mediocre at best, and the kitchen forgot to put the chicken in it. The service was super slow for our large group, but the atmosphere is nice with a nice view of the harbor and Pratt street.

We come to Baltimore at least once a year and always make it a point to eat here. The past two years, we've even had the same server, Terry. He's cheerful and chatty and attends to our table like he doesn't have anyone else to serve. I've been to Chicago several times and had authentic Chicago deep dish pizza. I actually prefer Uno's to what I've eaten in local non-chain restaurants in Chicago. The pizza sauce is excellent and we love the big chunks of tomatoes. The crust is light and buttery, almost pastry-like. On this occasion (March 7, 2013), I also tried the surf and turf: steak tenderloin tips, crab cake, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was peppery and tender and the crab cake delicious. In spring and summer there is the option of sitting outside on the deck and watching the boats on the harbor. I highly recommend Uno's if you're in the inner harbor area and want a delicious family dinner.

I live in Arlington. The only thing that made picking up visitors from BWI at 9:30am suck less was the promise of brunch at Miss Shirley's. I got a recommendation from a friend and the yelp reviews followed suit. I checked the website and there are now two locations. The new location by the inner harbor hadn't been reviewed yet. Sweet! A chance at FTR. We all know how hard those can come by these days for restaurants. Also, my visitors hadn't been to Baltimore so a trip to the quintessential tourist hub was necessary. I scored with some street parking and we walked to the bottom floor of an office building to a dark Miss Shirley's storefront. It was the day after Christmas so I assume that's why they were closed. Sad face. I got some rock star street parking and already fed the meter for 2 hours, so we hoofed it over several blocks to the inner harbor to see what eats were available and open at 10:30am. I looked longingly at the Fogo de Chao but they weren't opening for lunch for another hour. I've been to Camden Yard twice but never really spent any time in the main drag of the harbor. I know it has tourist attractions but it also has all chain restaurants. The two restaurants open at 11 were Five Guys or Uno's. This wouldn't have been the first time I've had Five Guys for breakfast but I hadn't been to an Uno's in five years so I was due a visit. The lunch deals are great. For $8ish, you get an entree, choice of AYCE soup or house salad and a breadstick. I got the rattlesnake pasta which consists of alfredo, chicken and jalapenos over penne. Not impressive but no complaints. I'm not sure if all Unos are like this but this one had a self-serve soup bar for the AYCE soup. I got to have cups of each soup. The only tasty one was the clam chowder - well seasoned, creamy, the potato chunks were a nice consistency and the clam meat was tender. The veggie soup was disappointingly bland and the broccoli cheddar was too salty. The warm cheesy breadstick added a nice touch to the meal. I didn't mind this Unos. It's clean and has lots of windows looking out onto the water. Our waiter was friendly and responsive. For the price, you get an abundance of food...albeit mediocre food.

Not the worst food in the world by far, Uno at the Harbor Place is an after work retreat. Inside was pretty dull(but it was a nice day out, so the patio was taken advantage of.) Their Happy Hour eats menu has adequate taste with substantial portions(no skimping here). My bartender was cordial, but we didn't have much to talk about, meh. The wings were had a decent amount of kick and were not too saucy. A bit for my tastes, meat-wise. My only issue with the menu is WHO makes a Quesadilla with PIZZA DOUGH? Really, I know it's for pizza, but I would have ordered a pizza then. At least stuff it and make a buffalo chicken pocket, SOMETHING... Other than that, solid place amidst stiff (or not so stiff) competition in the semi-congested, Harbor Place restaurant scene...

Wow guys... I think they must have fired those servers because I had an amazing experience at Uno. I've been to Uno several times throughout my life, but my most recent visit is obviously the most memorable. We went for a late lunch after doing the aquarium and all that and decided to get a small chicken fajita pizza and their shrimp and crab fondue. We asked the server if that would be enough and she said it should be and then showed us the size of the pizza. Our drinks were refilled promptly and our server was attentive. The food was pretty dag on good! The chicken fajita pizza was flavourful but not overwhelming. The shrimp and crab fondue can be described with one word - HEAVEN. All in all, lunch was inexpensive and delicious, and FILLING (we ate around 3, and weren't even hungry yet at 11 when we decided we should get dinner before everything closed). I'd definitely come back - Uno is one of my favorite places to eat at the harbor.

As a kid, I loved Pizzeria Uno. Now, I realize that my tastes have evolved a lot and I can sometimes be a bit snobbish when it comes to food, but I'm 20+ years older so that's my prerogative. We ended up here last night after the Sox/O's game because we had a 4 year old with us and didn't want to wait for any of the other nearby restaurants. I wish I'd done a little more research regarding harbor food but that's neither here nor there. The food and service were awful. None of us, including the 4 year old with her cheese pizza, liked our food. And somehow, the bill came to $80 for 4 adults and a child. Never ever again.

If you want the real deal go to Ohio St. in Chicago and eat at the place where it all began (see my other review on that)! Ate the pizza at this joint and it tasted like cardboard and looked almost premade. The onions were still raw (Which didn't surprise me seeing as the staff told me it takes 10-15 min to make one.) and the sauce really didn't even seem like sauce just tomato paste and tomatoes. The servers and ppl who worked the counter were very helpful and sweet... but unfortunately this place is just another tourist trap chain restaurant. I can see now why most of Uno's restaurants don't exist anymore. Not saying that Unos isn't good, just saying if you want it, take the effort and go to Chicago where the good stuff is!

I am surprised by the negative service reviews. I went two nights ago, and perhaps it's because it's September and out of the main tourist season, and we ate dinner before the peak dining hours, but we had excellent service. I told our waiter that we wanted to make it to the ball game in time, and he recommended that we not do the build-your-own pizza to accomplish that. We got in and out quickly without rushing, I had a nice margarita and the pizzas came out in a very reasonable time. The outdoor seating is very nice if it's a good temperature outside. We had an excellent experience here.

The service was sort of slow, but the food was good! I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and for $3, you get a salad and a mini dessert. WELL WORTH IT! The cranberry wrap was tasty, except when I first ordered the wrap, the chef forgot to add my chicken to it, but it was okay. The mini dessert, I got..apple pie with ice cream and that totally made my night! It was so delicious. Our waiter was super friendly!

This review is only for the pizza (we didnt try anything else). This is hands-down the absolute BEST pizza I have ever had. The toppings are delicious, bursting with flavor. I love the crust, can definitely taste the freshness. It was even good the next day - I thought it would be soggy since its deep dish, but it wasnt. The only downside is that a Large pizza looks more like Small from other places. But since its loaded with toppings, it is pretty filling.

Homemade Raspberry Lemonade, Appetizers and Steak! Kudos to Uno's for Portion control. I'm from Rockville and I came here for a Motor Trend auto show at the convention center three blocks from Pratt street. Fortunately, it was worth the ride over.

We attempted to eat at Unos recently and it was just awful. The 2 (or 3) hostesses were completely disorganized and apparently they don't use pagers when your table is ready. They told us it would be 15 minutes and three times they called our name, started to seat us and then changed their mind. When we finally did get a table, it was dirty and the area around it was dirty. Who wants to have to stare at the leftover chicken pieces from the previous diners? Anyway, after 10 minutes no one had come to clean the table (or to take drink orders etc) so we just left and found food elsewhere.

The service here is horrible. The hostess' have an authority complex and the servers are either VERY poorly trained or plain retarded.

There is not much to say about Uno. To that end, I will keep this review brief. I was more so disappointed with the food and probably would not return because of it. I actually ended up returning to my hotel room and ordering room service. The service I had was the opposite of what Tom I. stated. I had no problem with the service here from the hostess to the server. The service will probably allow me to give this Uno a 3 stars (maximum).

I must agree with most of these comments about service. Seating is a nightmare if they're busy, and it seems they don't have any clear system. The food is typical American fare. It tasted fine, but it's hard to mess up food from a chain considering they have so many standards about taste and what not. The real disappointment came after we left. My girlfriend and I had an ok dinner, and that particular night there weren't too many issues with seating, so we were feeling like perhaps Uno had redeemed itself. We tipped our waiter 20%, which I think is a pretty good tip for normal service (this guy didn't go out of is way to make our visit any more enjoyable, he was just run of the mill). Anyway, when we checked the credit card statement, he had added on more money to the tip, and had actually increased it by another 5 bucks! We called the restaurant to let them know of their server's "mistake" or whatever. They apologized, and promised to send the money by check through the mail. Granted, it's only 5 bucks, so we didn't care all too much except on the basis of principle... We're still waiting for the check, and it's been 3 months. Needless to say, I think we'd rather just get our money back by not going here ever again.

"Best burgers on earth!" Yeah right. More like "Greasiest burgers on earth!" I'd rather eat a burger from 5 Guys at a fraction of the cost. And the service was mediocre to say the least. The guy forgot to bring us silverware and even though it was a slow night, he took forever to bring us and take care of the bill.
