After the Super Bowl Championship Parade, the Baltimore crowds flooded the downtown restaurants, including this one. At first there were only 2 people making sandwiches but one the line grew and grew, I could tell they called a few more people in to work. The workers were pretty fast and the cashier was still chipper and friendly even with the incredibly long line of customers. My sandwich was made just how I wanted it. Definitely slightly above satisfactory for a Subway. The only points it loses is its location. The neighborhood is pretty dicey around it. We were going to go the McDonald's just north of it but all these police were there. It's rumored there was a stabbing at the McDonald's this afternoon. Watch out! FebruANY has most footlong subs at $5. Great deal!

Sandwiches are OK. Service is really needs some improvement. Cashier has no attention at all. They tried to charge me for footlong but I got 6 inch. After I pointed her at this fact she gave me one more 6 inch sandwich. Seems like they don't really appreciate when theirs own clients wants to use restrooms. I spent 10 minutes asking a key. Finally I got in restroom. Restroom is clean. However there is no paper. So make sure you have your own toilet paper. Also I don't like that employee who unlocked the restroom door for me asked me to lock it after I will be done, so whoever gonna need restroom have to ask them unlock it again.

The best Subway around, hands down. I usually steer clear of Subway b/c there are better sandwich and sub spots around, however, this location won my heart b/c they are quick and the selections are fresh. I've never had a bad meal from this Subway and since it's so convenient I now eat here more than I have any Subway restaurant in the past few years.

This is the worst subway I have ever been too. The service is terrible and the food is not made well. The staff does not communicate and instead of your sandwich ring up to $6 its $9 because you requested a little more cheese. Never again will I step foot in this restaurant.

While attending Otakon I was going for a donuts run and didn't know this subway was here. I didn't sit upstairs so I can't tell how much seating there is, but downstairs where food preparation is located has only two tables. Food was fine. Biggest problem? Service isn't that great, I realize that it's a Subway but some enthusiasm would have been nice. I couldn't even understand what the lady who was running the register was saying. Not a bad experience but could have been better.

This place is good and bad. The good. The food quality is great. Ingredients are top notch. Prep area is keep clean and things look fresh. The bread is always fresh. The cookies are delicious and soft/chewy every time i purchase them. The have ample seating with an upstairs. The bad. The service is sub-par. The sandwich makers are going through the motions and look lethargic as they make my sub. I specifically asked about the tuna when it was made and what was in it. He looked at me like I'm an idiot and his answer was I don't eat tuna so I don't know. Overall the place is good. Just know what you want to order, don't ask questions and keep it moving.

The woman making sandwiches was hostile, throwing meat on the bread, short tempered, an couldn't answer any questions I had about food. I asked for a drink carrier and her response was "we ain't got none of those", but offered me a bag instead.....For cups. I WILL NOT be back to this subway.
