I stopped by this Starbucks thinking it was a convenient location but no matter how early I get there, the line is out the door. One barista, one cashier, and another person floating between (sometimes seemingly doing nothing). The customers are mostly young kids who aren't sure what they want to order or need to search for the right amount of change. The drinks take about 20 min to come out and add to that the 20 min of waiting on the line. The parking is metered on the street and I saw some cars getting tickets. Traffic around this location is a nightmare because of the number of schools nearby with parents dropping and picking their kids up. Even if you do get your coffee, you'll spend another 20 min trying to get by all those SUVs dropping their kids off. There are traffic cops but they don't say anything when cars stop in the middle of the street when the light is green to let their kids out of the car. Will find a Starbucks that doesn't take an extra hour in the morning.

In and out in 3 minutes flat! The location of this Starbucks is very easy to get to and if I lived in the area I know I would be a frequent customer!

ordered a grande skinny caramel macchiato and my daughter ordered a tall javachip frappaccino. both were made quickly and tasted like my normal starbucks drink. good stuff.

I literally only ever go to Starbucks for maybe 4 different types of drinks (I'm not the biggest fan of their coffee, but their teas are alright), this one is in a good location, right next to my bank and Eddies Market. Went to the ATM to get cash out and of course the machine was out of cash...whatever. It was hot out so I popped in Sbux for a water bottle and a Peach Green Tea Lemonade. I can't recall what time it was but there was NO LINE! (I can see it might be much busier on weekends, or around when the school up the street lets out) Maybe 3-4 people sitting in chairs, on laptops but otherwise very quiet and cozy! My drink was prepared very quickly and I was in and out in under five minutes, which hardly ever happens at any Starbucks. I'm definitely more likely to go to this location instead of the Charles Village one from now on!

While not my favorite, this is a very decent Starbucks. Most importantly, the drinks are done right. This is with the exception of the sole time I think my barista forgot to add espresso to my latte. That or he mistakingly added milk-flavored espresso. Regardless, I have never seen someone's eyes roll so far back into his head as I did this barista when I told him my latte tasted like steamed milk. For the most part, the baristas here are very friendly. If they screw your drink up, they are quick to fix it and they do it with a smile on their faces. There is outdoor seating as well, which is a nice touch. The tables fill quickly, even in the cooler months. Many patrons will bring their dogs and tie their leashes to the tables while they sip cappuccinos and read the paper. The location is nice since there is also a bank, pharmacy and grocery store sandwiching this Starbucks. It's easy to run multiple errands and then get your java fix all within the same block. Parking can be a bit of a pain in peak hours. Roland Park Public School, RPCS, and Gilman all share Roland Avenue as well, so the area can be a zoo when school's letting out, making the parking situation even worse. When I don't have to fight the soccer moms for a parking space, however, this is a convenient and quality place to get my Starbucks latte fix.

This is the most poorly operated Starbucks I have ever been to. Always a long wait even if there aren't many/any other customers, inability to open both registers when needed, wrong drinks, not friendly employees who aren't happy to be there. I go out of my way to go to the towson or mt. washington store.

Consistently the worst Starbucks anywhere. Their biggest problem is the staff or lack there of. They consistently have maybe one barista and a cashier. The cashier is busy making sandwiches rather than taking coffee orders. The manager should be fired.

Ok...just had the shittiest experience. I know most of the staff at Starbucks and I cherish them. BUT...this one non-smiling incredibly grumpy employee was so rude! He messed up someone's coffee order two or three times....never apologized either. When he finally got it correct, I said 'awwwww' to the customer..happy she got her drink. The employee says, very sternly.....'I don't need that'. I asked, what? He said, "I don't need the awww". It was in such a manner, it made me wince. WTF???? Let me also say that I am very kind, I smile at everyone and am not in your face. I am a how are you, please and thank you girl. All of the rude customers who come in there and he goes off on me??? I am so sick and tired of rude employees...and I have noticed that they are usually under the age of 30. Whatever happened to feeling lucky to have a job and grateful to the customers whose money keeps the businesses running. Spending four bucks on a coffee only to have someone take your words in a negative manner and respond with nastiness...well, this is more than I am willing to take. And on top of that.....both of our drinks SUCKED!!!!! He can't even make a double tall latte!!! My kid has one of those frappacino's.....the whipped cream was melted and the drink tasted like cardboard. In conclusion, he must be unhappy with his performance as a barista so he is grumpy. I give 4 stars because everyone else there is awesome. But they need to fire this prick.

I don't even want to call where this is located a strip mall because it's a lot nicer than that. On the corner of a little strip of stores on Roland Ave, this is a lovely Starbucks. Stopped in a few times on my way to the bank a few doors down, you will get your standard Starbucks favs. Some afternoons there is a man and his HUGE dog sitting outside. The dog seems very docile, just sitting there as families oogle him. People in the area must have a different sense of humor. A light pole outside has a few fliers on it advertising missing gazelles and magical worms. Interesting! The only time I would recommend avoiding this area is around 3-3:30pm on weekdays. There is a school nearby so upon dismissal there are tons of kids everywhere corralled by their parents who are hopped up on coffee beans. They also like to hudde outside on the sidewalk making others have to zig-zag through the little groups.
