Not the best Starbucks I've been to but it's close to my job so that earns them an extra star. I appreciate the fact that no matter how long the line is they usually get me out the door in less than about 7 minutes before 8:00. The seating area is a little small for my liking though, but I've only been able to "hang out" in there a few times on a Saturday waiting for the nail shop across the street to open so that's not much of a problem for me. What is a problem for me though is after patronizing them daily they still consistently spell my name wrong (I'm kind of anal about that). But I'm still going to continue to allow them to give me a proper wake up call (cup of joe) daily.

Being a student, I do like coming into Starbucks (SB) to study. Two things I look for when I step inside Starbucks are: 1) a table in a semi-secluded area or corner and 2) outlet. This SB meets those two requirements. The two corner tables seem like the two best tables where you can avoid all the customer traffic. Thos location has outlets, but they only have two outlets and both are in the corner. So that's adds to the fact that two corner tables are the best tables for studying. If you want to study/do work, get one of those tables. When I come to Starbucks I expect good wifi and coffee/drinks coming out quick - I will, no doubt, wait longer if they decide to do latte art, but other than that only fraps should take a little while to make and send out. My service was swift, I ordered my tall flat white and I got it in ~5 min. On the other hand, I am sad to say that this Starbucks has weak wifi connection. I lost connection 3 times. 1st/3rd time I had to wait roughly 10 min to reconnect. If your work is dependent on good and continuous wifi connection, I would not recommend coming here.

Definitely not the best Starbucks I've been to. It's in a rather sketchy location but I still frequent it pretty often since I live so close. The service is fine so you will get your drink but the environment is not very conducive to studying or conversation. The wifi is very shoddy and there is limited seating. I tried to come here and study a couple times and it's just not an effective study space at all. The last time I studied here, a guy sat at my take and pulled out se rolling paper and started rolling a joint and then proceeded to smoke it inside. Needless to say I have not returned here to study.

Being a student at the University of Maryland, this is my go-to Sbux. It has great coffee and drinks , and the employees are nice... but sometimes they won't have everything. And the atmosphere is actually a little depressing. Usually when I walk into a Starbucks I want to find a place to read or study, but when I walk into this one, I just want my drink and to get out.

I rarely come here and it's always a disappointment. Today was just the last drop... of awful coffee that made me write the review. Too bad I walked too far before I could try it and couldn't get my drink fixed. They managed to make a frap watered down and yet too sweet. That certainly takes talent. It was so sweet that after a few gulps, I was nauseous. Also, in what world does skinny or skim drink mean "put half a cup of whipped cream?" Every time I get something from here, it is either too watery or there will be a giant glob of ice. The regular coffee is always burnt. The lines get too long and I don't feel like the staff are doing anything to facilitate expediting the process. I get asked if I want to get food while I am still in line, which is nice, but why not get my drink order while at it? Never again. Never.

Weak internet, good dark roast, friendly and helpful wait staff. Clean interior and great music. But I've been here 20 minutes trying to access my work so I can work on it.

For some reason I never seem to get Starbucks unless I'm on a business trip, maybe cause it's all expensed? Who knows. I was strolling through the streets of downtown Baltimore and stopped in for a cup of Joe. The baristas were extra cheery for it being so early in the morning.....gimme some of that energy, y'all! Grabbed my iced americano and headed to the mini bar which was clean compared to a lot of other Starbucks but then again, i came in fairly early before it becomes filthy with the morning traffic. I was looking for one of those souvenir cups that you can find in every state but apparently Maryland does not have one....WHAT?!!...Maryland Starbucks, where da cups?!

Terrible!! Rude staff! The black dude is the worst! My co worker and I went there for coffee this week. She asked for a simple drink and then waited 10 mins! What happened was he forgot to write her order. Naturally my co worker was getting upset and asked for her money back because we were rubbing late. He would give her the money back and took a total of 4 minutes to make her drink ice caramel macchiato it was. When he was done he pushed the drink towards her and proceeded to the next customer. No apology, nothing but a nasty attitude!

As we all know and love it's STARBUCKS! So why four stars? The customer service is extremely great, fun, and makes a quick stop for a drink fun. There isn't much more that can be said... 4 stars.

Not a frequent coffee drinker but I have been happy with my visits to this Starbucks. The most recent visit was on a friday afternoon where they were not too busy. Contrary to the other review the service was very courteous. We were greeted when we entered, the employee taking our order was friendly, and we were handed our coffee with a smile. This Starbucks gets two thumbs up for the service and a 4 star review.

Everyone here is always friendly, and like most Starbucks, the atmosphere is good. I'm not a great fan of their coffee and tea, (too burnt/too strong) but they always have whatever Starbucks is offering like peppermint mocha etc. My suggestions from here would be: 1. Peppermint Mocha (even decaf is fine) 2. Peppermint White Hot Chocolate 3. Pumpkin Spice Latte 4. Lemonade Iced Tea or Orange Iced Tea 5. Orange Mocha Their convenience options are pretty good too, like bottled drinks and so forth, but they're very expensive (Dunkin Donuts is cheaper but doesn't have salads etc.) The key to this place is that it is a nice place to sit and read and have a cuppa.

I've never been one to get caught up in the Starbucks craze, but I have to admit that when you're in the mood, they make good coffee. On my way to Lexington Market this morning I stopped in to use a gift card (that's the only way a grad student like me could afford $4.25 for a cup of coffee). I went with the carmel machiatto (I can barely pronounce it, let alone spell it) and grabbed a cinnamon roll. Both were delicious, and the service was quick and polite. The seating inside the restaurant is ample, and it has the typical coffee-house lounge-type feel you would expect in a Starbucks. The location is about 2 blocks from the University Light Rail stop and is not far from Lexington Market so it's an easy place to stop when you're on the move.

This is actually one of the larger Starbucks in the area, but can be very crowded, especially during change of shifts at the hospital. The baristas are always nice, and very efficient (appreciated during those crowded times). The seating is usually taken, which can be a bummer, but not a big deal when its nice enough to go outside or you're taking it on the go!

It's another Starbucks on another corner, but what makes this one different? It opens the earliest of any Starbucks around it (5am) and every single barista is pleasant, welcoming, and ready to help you start your day with some good coffee and/or food.

Run of the mill Starbucks near our Inner Harbour hotel in Baltimore. Pretty fast service for being quite busy on a Sunday morning but as always (and this is more of a complaint with all Starbucks locations as of late) they were out of the Turkey Bacon breakfast sandwich. If its such a popular sandwich, why not keep more of those in stock. This happens in every city we are in and at most locations unfortunately.

I still love Starbucks. I've been trying other coffee shops. But I must face facts. I'm either addicted to Starbucks or blinded by love of Starbucks or is that the same thing? I was lost, lost, lost, on the mean, 1-way streets of Baltimore. I was looking for the South Locust Point Marine Terminal. My iPhone map thing kept taking me to the Inner Harbor. Ugh. We pulled over so I could get some coffee. Starbucks was fast. My coffee was hot. The baristas were nice. My order was correct. I scored free wi-fi to do a more intense, non-behind the wheel search. When I got back on the mean, 1-way streets of B'More, some city workers led us to the South Locust Point Marine Terminal in their work truck. Thank God! And Thank God for Starbucks! I needed that caffiene coursing through my veins in order to keep up with this quick little truck! I'm a fan!

Another Starbucks, nothing to add to this overpriced coffee chain.

Of the Starbucks restaurants in Baltimore this is the most difficult for a hundred reasons except for Heather, the sweetest barista who does her job and others while the rest just move in ultra slow motion! When did Baltimore start imitating NYC? It doesn't matter if you tell the cashier your drinks, you have to repeat it twice to the barista and even then they may not get it right. They really need to add to, change the staff and renovate this store.

I'm only writing a review so you know where it is. It took me three days of failed breakfast choices before finding this location. Only three blocks up from the Hilton and Camden Yards. They have a full selection of breakfast options, so I tried the greek yogurt parfaits, bagels and fresh fruit on different days. Hot or cold coffee depending on the time of day. It made it easy to pop over to get breakfast before really getting up for the day. ;)

I love starbucks and probably spend a great deal of money there over the course of a year. This one is close to my office so I'm a frequent visitor. I have come to avoid this lately. The new employees are not very nice - and rarely look you in the eye when placing an order. Used to be very friendly and some even knew my name and favorite drink. I don't know who's doing the hiring lately - but they could use some help.
