Great food. Great drinks. Great service. Great atmosphere. What more could ya ask for?! The place is just starting up but I can't imagine it'll take long before it's a neighborhood favorite!

You can't go wrong with righteous bar food and 32 beers on tap! Plus there's a crazy bartender on Saturday nights who goes by Ricky Bobby (I think his name is Tim?)--always a great time when he's behind the bar. Hands down my favorite chill neighborhood bar!

I have a feeling I'm going to quickly become obsessed with Silks. A friend of a friend is the bartender but that's not the best part about Silks although we do like him (hi Joey!). The best was the $6 burger I had on Sunday afternoon. The bacon cheeseburger- YUM! You can get a Boh Tower which is ginormous and a lot of Natty Boh but sorry can't remember how much beer comes with it. It's $18 and great for a group! Quick service and a nice little spot around the corner for us. YAY Silks!

Small spot with a lot of charm! Bartender was very friendly and prices are fair. Specials look like they are more then worth it, $5 bombs and lots of happy hour specials. Good selection of craft brews (staple in Baltimore bars) good selection but not over powering with choice of liquor. Which is a great thing, finally a bar that realizes you don't need 37 flavor choices of vodka, tequila and whiskey!

Loved the burgers! It helps that they were on special for only 6 bucks... I'll be honest, it's not clear to me if that's a daily special or not but I would not have been upset to pay the full price (~12) for either burger we had. And the sidewinder fries were great! Very well seasoned. The coleslaw was honestly the only weak point... I wouldn't pay the extra money for it again... I wouldn't even choose it over chips for free. We will definitely be back for more.

Though I have not dined at Silks, yet, I keep finding myself here everytime I go out in Canton. The staff is awesome and brings a great vibe to the atmosphere, which is mainly relaxed during the weekdays. Beer selection is above average and the mix drink selection are averagely priced, but the availability of daily / weekly drink specials helps to make this location a great place to stop in and get a few drinks - even after happy hour - and save cash. One plus is the Bloody Mary buffet - one set price, large selection (it has been a while since I was here during the weekends when this is offered so it may be a thing of the past). 4 stars - definitely worth checking out whether you are drinking / dining / or just hanging out i'd recommend Silks - Canton.

Silks is a great addition to the Canton corner bars in this area. It has the right amount of unique Baltimore style and class. Our service has always been top notch, and the place emits a fun vibe. I've been there for a crowded ravens vs. steelers game, as well as a happy hour one rainy evening, and have thoroughly enjoyed both. One special I've enjoyed is their $6 cheesesteak, which was delicious (and very low price). We also tried the BALT (bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato), which was excellent. The fries were some of the best I've ever had. Like, worth getting even though you're trying to stick to your New Year's resolution good. I really love this place and would recommend it to anyone! We will be back!

Bartenders are great! Food was delicious, especially the fries. It's a fun neighborhood bar where everyone seems to know each other or get to know each other. Request some 90s music and a cheesesteak with all the kinds of cheese

The food was pretty good. The French dip was my only complaint it was just a cheese steak sub with an juice. The fries were amazing and service was impeccable. I am more then willing to come back just won't get a French dip again.

Food was just okay and drinks were pretty expensive. However, they make very delicious crushes (as all Baltimore bars must)

We go there a few times a week because we love Brian. Donny is great too. We eat there occasionally and the food is pretty good. However today we had an experience that unfortunately may keep us from going back. I was aggravated but my husband walked out. I don't want to put it into detail but let's just say the kitchen can't be managed and there is a reason why the seats are never full. A simple request of "dressing on only half the salad" was answered by "f#!? that! we aren't doing it." Honestly they could use the business but just lost ours. Trust me when I say we know "the business" and the request was an easy one. Wish them well and Brian we will see you out hopefully soon but not at silks!

Great food and service. Love the crab mac and the honey old bay wings. They have a good beer list and nice upscale casual type of setting. Good for all occasions.

I went into Silks on a Sunday morning for brunch. The place was very nice and clean, the bartender was knowledgeable and very helpful. The 3 stars is due to the food. I order Eggs Benedict and the eggs came out fried, if you are a restaurant that is going to serve Eggs Benedict atleast mention on the menu that the eggs are not poached or do not offer such a specific dish and then change it. I will be back but only to order basic items and drinks

We've tried this place twice in two Sundays for brunch.. and we're 'ok' about it. The prices are decent, the menu is small (7/8 items?) and indicates "no substitutions". My friend and I are bloody mary drinkers. We didn't even see the bloody mary bar until our second trip here, and then it was only after we had ordered already. Still, they use Zing Zang, one of the best mixes around.. so we weren't too upset. We'll try it on another trip. Orchata French Toast looked rather bland with no plate dress-up or sides. My friend indicated that it was ok.. but not for the price. I had the mediterranean omelet, and aside from needing a little more feta, it was yummy. The omelet came with dry white toast (no choice here, and where's the butter?) Another friend ordered the breakfast quesadilla which was exactly how it was prepared/presented. She also received dry white toast. The bartender seemed a little gruff and barely awake at 10am... I didn't dare ask for butter/jelly.. and we finally asked for water as a chaser to the bloody marys. He couldn't even put place settings out for each of us, but instead threw 3 forks, 3 knives, and a pile of napkins, in front of me to dispense. Not a big deal but the effort just wasn't there. The fact that it is a short hop from home is mainly the reason we'll return.. that, and they serve zing zang. I'd like to make it here in the evening soon to check out their other menu.

Silks is my go to for brunch. I like it because the bar atmosphere is relaxed and upscale at the same time. The bar area has many windows providing great natural lighting. The biscuit with creamed chip beef gravy is very hearty and delicious. The biscuit comes out light and buttery with a nice crunchy outside. The chipped beef gravy is very smooth and thick with a large proportion of beef mixed in. They also are offering a great selection of craft beers including Southern Tier 2XMAS one of my all time favorites, as well as mimosas and full selection of liquors.

We had the crab cakes (as I'm a true Baltimorean) and they were decent. But the salmon cakes were fantastic! Asparagus cooked perfect and mashed potatoes were real and tasty. The best part was the price- great value. 11.99 for two big fresh salmon cakes, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus - great value. My wife and I will definitely go back. I hope they can stand the competition. Try them, save some money and have a decent meal.

Went here last night and am very happy that we did. The restaurant/bar has been completely renovated and they did a great job with it. The actual bar itself is over 100 years old and runs the entire length of the restaurant and is the most beautiful feature of the space. Anyway, we both ordered hamburgers. I had the juicy Lucy which has cheese inside the burger. The hamburger was hot and juicy and absolutely delicious. The French fries that accompanied it were in itself very creative. Potatoes cut with some type of spiral slice. They almost look like thick potato chips, but are very seasoned and very delicious. The orange crushes were excellent. And the wine was poured with a very generous hand. We've been everywhere in Bmore and will definitely return to Silk's. Anxious to come back for the brunch. Try it!! You won't be sorry!!

It's what you want your local regular corner bar to be. Good solid bar food. Cheesesteak and BALT are delicious. Meat seasoned well, bacon flavorful and cooked to the right consistency. Their french fries. Get out. Yummy. Nice craft beer and bourbon / whiskey selection . Service. When the bartenders know your face and your drink order after one visit that impresses the sh!t out of me. Interior. The old school woodwork in the bar is beautiful. The restaurant area is simple and classic. Great friendly bar in Baltimore. Go here....and save me a seat.

We love Silk's! This is a place we go weekly with friends to catch up and enjoy some great food. We love to go on Thursdays for cheesesteak night, which is absolutely delicious with their very unique sidewinder fries. However, we have visited on other occasions and every single thing we have tried has been great. May I also suggest the crab dip? Its excellent! Along with the great food, they have a variety of beers to choose from. We also love the staff there! They remember us and its always nice to see a familiar face who knows your drink order!

New place in canton. The bartenders Mikey & Brian are awesome. There is something on the menu for everyone and everything I've had was good. They recently added a ton more tap beers and the selection is great! Give it a try!!

I like Silks. The atmosphere is good, service friendly and the food is very good. Their menu is varied enough for all and the quality of the food is obvious. Happy hour is the real deal. I return again and again.
