Ruby Tuesdays is one of my favorite restaurants. But this Ruby Tuesdays needs some major work, the employees need some training,. Service is terrible, the whole entire time my drink was empty, never saw our waitress during the duration of our meal, other then when we were ordering and when we received the tab. She was busy at the bar chatting and watching a football game. The table was nasty when we arrived and the salad bar didn't even have thousand island dressing. I will never go back to this Ruby Tuesdays, and management needs to take notice.

Over the years I've gotten tired of Ruby Tuesday, Fridays, Applebees etc.. The food at this location is always good so I wont complain about that. The staff is honest and respectable. I left my phone in the booth were we were eating and didn't realize it until I got downtown to the Kevin Heart show. The manager stuck around until after the show for me to get there and returned my phone to me, amazing!

Food so so. Service sucked. Took order, brought food, never came back. Sat at table, everyone coming in door watching us eat. Won't be back.

Wish I could give less than one star. Pathetic! Mediocre food, horrible staff! Just save your money.

Place isn't that bad. Over all the food is ok. Burgers are great. Drinks are cheap (cant be mad at that). Service is hot and cold depending on the server you get.

The main reasons I come here are because it is close to my home and the salad bar is a great deal. Unfortunately I have frequented this location enough to confirm that the 2-Star group rating is appropriate. Here's what's going on. Sloppy and casual. That's how I choose to describe how the staff present themselves and the environment. Staff typically appear just fine, but they're commitment to cleanliness within the environment consistently fails to meet my lowest acceptable standards. Whenever I come to eat, as I'm guided to my seat, I walked past 3 or 4 empty tables decorated with prior guests' dishes. Often I'll see dishes left in random places, as if someone made an attempt to clean them and then got distracted, leaving them for a moment or two or three. The tables are always sticky, and out of place. The last time I went the table were shifted out from under hanging lights, to the side of these lights. This meant that when you got up, you smashed your head on the light. Everyone. Even servers. The salad bar always looks like a gang of squirrels and rabbits got to it first, and gave their victims no mercy. There is typically salad flotsam scattered around the floor of the salad bar. THIS IS THE FIRST THING YOU SEE WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. It sets the tone for the entire experience. The menu is usually the same Jack Daniels this and Jack Daniels that. Very little seasonal variety or innovation. These firms typically update their menu once a year. Zzzzzzzz... Anyways, even though the salad bar is a good deal, I feel the need to shower after visiting. I will probably no longer choose to come here unless my wife forces me. Why allow a business to insult my sense of cleanliness and organization when competing restaurants will work harder for my loyalty?

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My mom & I used to come here a whole lot & the service was much better. I had to send my drink back. We have been waiting an entire hour to get our food & they only have about 12 tables seated in the whole entire place! The ghetto employee that is seating people, has wiped the same two tables at least 40 times, instead of trying to assist her co-workers. Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS RUBY TUESDAY LOCATION. I'm a Ruby Tuesday employee in Linthicum and I was appalled at the service I got tonight. We sat for 20 min without drinks at our table after the waitress took our order. I asked for soup first and flatbread as my entree. My flatbread came out first before anything and she still didn't bring the drinks! Then another lady brought my friend's food and proceeded to have to bring us our drinks and silverware. My soup came out LAST. Server still didn't come back until we were halfway done and when she did it was with a half-ass apology. But it still took her another 20 minutes to come back after that. As a server and a Ruby Tuesday representative I'm honestly disgusted. Worst service I've ever experienced. And though this was the worst experience, it isn't my first bad experience with this location. I won't be coming back.

Not the cleanest RT I ever been to bathrooms included. Can't say anything beyond that. Cause if it isn't clean, see ya!

Wow where do I begin? I went here is this past week for dinner with my children for dinner. It started off slow! No one was at the hostess desk for at least 10 minutes which made me think I had to seat us ourselves! Well right before my children chose a seat a server came to us and told us it would be a 20 minute wait since their system had gone down. Since we were already there and I didn't know where else to go I decided to wait! That was a bad idea, The staff was very un professional. They kept telling everyone the same story they told me about the wait and the system! The place wasn't too clean looking. The laughed and joked around in the presence of customers. I was right by the door, which was close to the hostess desk so I could overhear personal conversations which is tacky and to top it all off our food was horrible and burnt! I won't be visiting here again! Ruby Tuesdays is not like it used to be when I was a child. Oh well!

Slow service , bartender unfamiliar with the beers on their menu, food extremely under seasoned. Vegetables microwaved and out of a can. Very disappointed.

We all had the salad bar. It was so tasty, neat, and appropriately chilled. I left a picture before I reviewed. The pik is the product of my creation! Then we added a blondie for dessert! Very good experience thanks to our Star Server, Lee!

Last Saturday, I went to visit my Dad in Baltimore with my husband and niece. This is my Dad's go-to spot because he is vegan and he likes the salad bar. Unfortuntely, they closed the RT that was closer to where he lives, so we drove out to this Loch Raven location. With that being said, this place is straight up nasty! First of all while we were waiting to be seated, we noticed that food was all over the floor to the left of us where people were sitting and eating! This should have been our first clue to walk out and go somewhere else. We were seated at a booth and when our food came we noticed that gnats or fruit flies started flying around our food! I don't mean just one or two, I mean a swarm of them! I looked down beside me near the window and noticed food and dirt every where! Gross!! We asked our waitress to move us to another table, which she did. But get this: She says, "they don't clean up around here like they should", and then proceeds to wipe down the table where we were just sitting! But it wasn't just the fruit flies that bothered me, the whole place looked like it needed a good scrubbing down with Lysol! Getting back to the gnats or fruit flies or whatever they were, they followed us to the new table y'all! Now I'm losing my appetite and getting sick to my stomach, and the waitress had the nerve to ask us if we wanted dessert!!!! Seriously???? The only reason I did not speak to the manager, and anyone who knows me knows I would have done so in a hot minute, is because my 80 year old Dad was there and I did not want to upset him. But believe me, I wrote in a complaint on the RT website concerning this location and the regional manager called me back the next day. He said next time I'm in there the manager Dave Thomas will "take real good care of us". There will not be a next time, do you hear me!! To the health department I go!

Yelp fam, I swear I held off on this review for a long time because this place used to be one of my faves and I wanted to chalk things up to it probably just having a bad "slump" and would get better. But after a year of watching the quality of this place go down the toiletbowl, I can no longer hold my peace nor my angry fingers!!! This location is only a few years old (maybe 3 or 4) and I started off going at least once a month when it first opened. (Mainly because Ruby Tuesday's started its $5 drink specials and, hey what can I say, I loves a bargain...especially on the Tennessee Teas). The first few years were sheer bliss and then the honeymoon was over and now I'm ready for a divorce. What could turn things so sour? I hate to say it but YOUNG MANAGEMENT. That is the only excuse for why it's okay for the following to go down in a place of business: -Cooks (visible to the public) to wear "Thug Life" shirts with their work pants along with cornrows that were not hair netted. There should also be no reason why I can hear about where one of the chefs scores his mary jane or the condition of the club one of them went to the weekend before, mind you all this is seen and heard from my seat at the bar while they were at the grill cooking the food! -A faucet at the bar that, every time it's turned on, has gnats flying out (and the bartenders and managers are well aware of the issue yet in 2 months timespan nothing has changed). -Shrimp to be served TRANSLUCENT even after my requests each and every time that they be made WELL-DONE -Steak that comes out slightly pink after I request well-done then it comes back so tough I'd have more ease cutting (and/or chewing) open a tennis shoe -Hosts that appear only after customers have been standing at the front for at least 2-3 minutes..and even then they are chewing food because they were behind the wall eating a meal (this has happened more than 3 times in the past 5 months) -An hour before closing the take-out order phone is taken off the hook so no one could get through (and I actually witnessed the manager do this). I could go on and on but I think you've read enough. It's sad to say this but these horrifying changes did not occur until I started seeing young managers (early-mid 20s) take over the store. The downfall of this store is a reflection of what the managers will allow or turn a blind eye to and so they are really to blame. If you're in the area and find yourself at a crossroads between one last meal and dying, I'd say just make your peace with your maker and ease on down, ease on down the road to the promised land.

Worse RT's I've been to, EVER! There was hair in my food, took an hour after we set down to get our food. Our drinks were not refilled frequently, the setting was cramped and tight. The salad bar was disgusting and filled with old, spoiled and wilted lettuce leaves and other vegetables. They need to shut this one down and start all over

Ruby Tuesday on Northern Parkway in Baltimore is my favorite restaurant in the $$ catergory. First of all, I like the turkey burger with swiss cheese, mushrooms and onions with a side of coleslaw. I can never eat more than half and I take half home for later. The service is great and management is very accommodating. I would recommend it as a nice place to take a family with small kids. I come to this location not very often but yesterday we had a work employee lunch carry out. I ordered the petite salmon. The salmon was the amount of food for a 5 year child, it was extremely dry and it left a deep imprint in the carryout container. I think it was over cooked but I still believe it was overpriced for the size of salmon. I would not recommend the petite salmon to anyone

FOOD POISONING..............I have NEVER had food poisoning in my life. We ordered the shrimp fondue. My boyfriend had a very little bit. He said it didn't taste as good as the other Ruby Tuesday we got it from. I tasted it and was like your right but I ordered it so I was gonna try to eat it. I finished most of it. We came home to take a nap with our daughter. He wakes up and says his stomach hurts. He said hun I think there was something wrong with that food we ate. I said no way because I would be sick to. He ran into the bathroom vomiting. Maybe 15 min went by. I said eww I can like taste the shrimp in my mouth.....I was vomiting and had diarrhea at the SAME TIME for near 10 hours. I thought I was going to have to go the hospital. I called out of work and finally it stopped around 10am the next day. I have never been so sick. He was so happy he only took a few bites.....I found out later that I should have contacted the restaurant and the health department.

This is my "Cheers" in Baltimore. Service is always excellent and the food always good. RTs have the best salad bars of any national chain. Parking is also never a problem.
