I don't think I'd ever want to go back.. Gosh really..bugs in the food!! Yeew man.! Just now spent $8.05 on an Italian combo panini and found a bug in my lunch.. seriously!! :O It's so annoying that they don't clean the veggies properly before serving it!! #panera #buginfood #annoyed

Normally I love panera bread. But after this experience, I may never come back to this location. All I can say is, if you come to this location, don't go to Van's line. That has got to be the rudest women I've ever seen panera bread employ. She has no business waiting on customers. None. *update* in addition to Van's terrible attitude, when I got back to the office I found that she had put my soup on the order incorrectly. So not only rude, but inaccurate as well.

About the same as any other panera. Usually with chains they maintain the same standard of service and food prep no matter where they are located. This one is pretty busy in the mornings when I stop in for a quick breakfast. The staff is efficient and keep the line moving quickly. There is plenty of parking in the lot so you won't have to walk far. If you like panera this one won't disappoint.

I love panera bread. I enjoy the soups and sandwiches but not the price all the time. This is my regular "go to" soup place as they never disappoint. This location has always in my opinion been very nice to eat in and the staff has always been very friendly. This may be due to the fact that I only go early in the mourning during non busy times. I just wish their combos weren't so pricey

If you have been to 1 panera you have been to them all. This panera was clean well staffed and everyone was very helpful. I do think they need to give up on those flat bread sandwiches though. The one I had was dry and lacking in turkey but the basics you get there are always decent. I will say that this location always has my asiago bagels in the morning unlike some other locations

This is your average Panera. The people that work here are super friendly, but it is a bit on the slow side.

Chicken cob with avocado sooooo good. I been going there for lunch two days in a row. The staff is friendly and I like the service

I frequent this Panera quite often since it's close to where I live. Food wise it's on par with other Paneras. It's not as clean as other Paneras. The quality of the staff here are the worst. I may have been here about 20-30 times, and out of all that my order might have been right about 5 times. They usually forget to put an item in the bag majority of the time. Now I check almost instinctively knowing I will be missing something. Other times they will give me something other than what I ordered. The staff doesn't pay attention. When they ask if u want bread, chips, or apple. I usually say apple but they just ignore what ever I said and give me bread. On the bright side I do get a free pastry every time they mess up, which is about every single time.

I think this location tries, but they are really struggling to keep up with the usual experience a customer has at a Panera. No one seems to really know how to work the cash register except the manager, the drink station is sorely confused by the fancy espresso machine, orders go completely missing in the kitchen, and I've never actually had the correct order on the first shot. Unfortunately the staff seem confused and flustered each time, as if it was a surprise that the customer ordering a salad actually wanted to eat a salad. I still go here on occasion, but only because options are limited in the area.

Well I like the fact that one of the employees picked up my finished plate. So kind you earn 1 star more Franchises should pay their employees more

I could only give this one three stars because of the staff. Its hard to order food from a place where the employees can not pronounce the food. But the Mediterranean Egg white and Ice Chai Tea is to die for.. If you can beat the work crown stop in

Panera food is pretty consistent from one location to another. I've always enjoyed the French onion soup and the chicken noodle. The turkey bacon bravo sandwich is my personal favorie. The strawberry poppyseed salad and and fugi apple chicken salad are great. Seasonal specials are tasty and the pick 2 menu is a good deal. While the bagels and flavored cream cheeses are tasty, the other baked goods are never as good (or fresh) as they look. There is a customer loyalty card that provides surprise rewards. The most notable thing about this location is how quickly and accurately they are able to serve very large crowds.

The sandwiches lack meat (Panera standard) but, for people like myself that love meat, 2 and 3 slices is just sad and what I call a "shadow sandwich", hence the lack of meat that looks like a shadow in between the bread. On a positive note the flavors that Panera combines is different and tasty compared to your kids' school lunch sandwich. I've had the Napa Almond Chicken sandwich and as my posted pictures show the Sierra Turkey sandwich. My first time trying the Greek salad, which was a half salad was purrtyy good. The feta cheese baited my cheese loving butt in. The raw onions aren't a top pick, but adds flavor. Ohh yes @ the pitted black olives. This side salad was a nice size and made me just want to order a full size, but I can't pack myself with leaves and be satisfied. Unfortunately, I needed more dressing and upon asking the worker, I immediately received more on the side. It almost seemed like she knew what I was going to ask for because she already had the dressing close to hand. Thankfully the extra dressing was free. OMG whoa now, at the hard A** baguette that I shouldn't have asked for as my side with my pick 2. Next time I'll play it safe with the Panera Bread brand potato chips or the good ol' apple trick. All in all the experience, ambiance and workers was a good mixture. I guess food places can't please everyone with their pet peeves, but I can say I left satisfied. As always check out the Mac & cheese!

I love Pandora Bread especially their Italian Cold cut. I will continue to visit this establishment because all the food not sold for that date is donated to the woman shelter.

This Panera is right near my work, so I frequent it for coffee and sometimes for lunch. It's decorated like any other Panera, so don't expect any thrills. One thing that I really like about this location is that they do well with crowds. It gets extremely busy at lunches but I never seem to wait too long or become frustrated with the lines or service. Sometimes they can't avoid the line when they are using all of the registers but they are very fast and efficient. I've never had an order made wrong or incorrectly and everyone here has been very nice. I especially like the women who work the morning shift and usually take my coffee and bagel orders. They are the best! For food, if you've never been to a Panera, most everything is delicious and they have a diverse menu for all. I usually get a mocha latte, skim milk, no whipped cream or a tea in the morning, and my lunch/dinner order is always a "You Pick Two" that can be made up of everything. I really enjoy the Lemon Orzo Chicken soup but I don't like their new Chicken Noodle- tastes too much like flavored water. You can always ask for a taste of any of the soups!

Panera is always good but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The person who took my order was very curt.

Yuck, found hair in my food. Ordered a sandwich (my FAVORITE sandwich) and there was hair entwined into the seam of the box. Short black hairs. SO grossed out. This has ruined this sandwich for me. I am traumatized.

The food is always GREAT here but the attitudes are hit and miss with the cashier and food preparers. That prevents this from being a 5 star rating. I understand that 6:00am is a rough start for all of us but a genuine smile and hello beats the standard rehearsed greeting any day. The food is sooooooo good though.
