I am here every day. It is my convenient place for coffee. The food is decent. Good for a chain. I miss their shrimp roll sandwich; it was $10 but very, very tasty! The service is very friendly. They are quick and pay a lot of attention to your satisfaction here.

Good food and Panera is usually consistently good and popular. , we went here at 5 on a Friday night before a concert. It can get crowded at this location. We were going to meet some friends in Baltimore but we had no idea that there was another Panera a few blocks away so we got confused. During our stay, I guess one lady had to yell loudly to tell a a guy to quit following and bothering her group and it got really tense. I guess it's just cuz it's the city but I wish I could at least feel safe while eating

This is a great place. The staff are friendly and they are the quite efficient in working through busy lines and getting people's orders in. The morning and lunch hours are really busy, but despite the line, the wait isn't that long which is really good. I complained to the manager once about having an issue with my sandwich and he was very kind to reimburse me as well as give me something else on the house to make up for it when he saw me there again. The menu items have a lot of variety and are quite delicious. Get a Panera Rewards card so you can get freebies when they have specials. I've gotten a few dollars off sandwiches and drinks because of it!

Just wanted a bagel. Took 30 minutes because the set up was awful. They had one woman taking orders and that same woman was filling orders. She was perfectly nice and not her fault but there seemed to be no manager moving things along and literally each order was taken and paid to this woman then everything stopped while she made espresso, bagels etc. Would walk past this panera unless you are wasting time and not that hungry

Friendly staff, food comes out quick and fresh and there is ample seating indoors and outside.

This place has a great location - right near the Inner Harbor. I got the turkey bacon bravo which was good.

A reliable choice for any traveller who hasn't had an opportunity to find something on yelp. Add a 4th-star if you're looking for free wireless. Well, it's Panera; what can I say? The consistency is well carried out across all of the chains I have come across. I actually ordered a sesame chicken salad and a stew, so I'm here reviewing the non-bread selections: they are A-OK. I'll take this salad any-day, but will choose a thinner soup.

Consistent -- like most other Panera Bread's. I love the location. Lunchtime tends to be uncomfortably busy, but if you're taking it with you it doesn't matter. The good news: since there always so busy, everything is fresh!

Found the macaroni and cheese to be a little salty, but otherwise it was good. Nice atmosphere just to hang out with friends, but I don't think this is the best location for a Panera (there are so many other restaurant choices!).

Awful two tiny slices of mozzarella on a sandwich. Ridiculous waste of my money. Don't waste yours !

Staff Sucks every-time I go in there they seem to get worst. They seem to be more interested in talking to each other about how customers look then doing there job. They make the experience awful. It easier to go to corner bakery or walk to the Starbucks then deal with there bad attitudes

Well........after looking at reviews I guess I lucked out. The employees we're friendly and the food was good. My wife had a spinach and artichoke soufflé and she loved it. Clean and good experience. Thanks !

Dirty, poor service, hastily constructed sandwiches. A mess from start to finish. Not sure why it's so difficult to put 3 or 4 ingredients on a sandwich in an orderly manner. Take 30 seconds, I paid $9, you owe me a half decent meal.

Ordered a large iced green tea. Tasted amazing. Walked in and ten staff was loud and inattentive. Talking about boys and other shit while people are standing. One cashier asked my order and suggested something for me. No indication that it has to be picked up on the other side. So there I stood waiting...and waiting until after a few minutes I asked if it was ready and the cashier who stood there looking at me the entire time told me go to the other side. Just then the manager (I assume) handed it to me. Other than that my tea was great!

Management should enact mandatory customer service classes. Handing a paying customer a bag without saying a word to them, or even looking at them is in extremely poor taste. Good thing the bread is tasty or it would be a zero.

You get hostile looks if you interrupt someone's conversation when you dare walk up to the cashier and actually order something. They'll keep conversing even as someone hands you the receipt--cashier won't even bother to look at you because, hey, after all, you're getting in the way of their chat. Good luck waiting for coffee--station may or may not have someone there. Just a nasty place.

It's Panera Bread, a nationally recognized chain dining experience, what more do I need to say? Well a lot, actually. First the location is superb. It's right on the harbor and is a destination for tourists and locals alike. Grab a bite to eat, link up to the free wifi and hang out for a minute. The staff is friendly and nice and if you actually get to know them they might hook you up with some free food! I love coming here mostly for breakfast, but their lunch and dinner choices are nice too. I love the new pasta they added to their menu. The bread and pastries and fresh and food is made to order. Also sign up for a Panera Rewards card so you can get free items (i.e. a free bagel or smoothie) from time to time.

Very nice location, clean, and friendly staff right in the heart of Inner Harbor.I've been to several Paneras, in several states. They all are good and very consistent. The frap is always good, and not overpriced. I enjoy the soups and my favorite sandwich is the Chicken Caesar sandwich on multi-grain bread. I will definitely recommend this location and every other Panera Bread location. Their service is always awesome!!!!

Really bad service. I ordered a smoothie, sandwich and pasta. The lady in charge was really lethargic treated me really bad she gave me half glass of smoothie and I had to regularly remind her to get me the order. Really not a panera experience! Never coming here again

It's a Panera! This location however is prime for anyone down for Otakon or if you work downtown. The prices here are reasonable and the food is good. I like the new tortalini they offer, and the mac and cheese is good too. They get through lines quickly, and the staff is friendly.

Just had the worst experience ordering a bagel. They were clearly understaffed and out of control. There was only one woman taking orders and preparing everything. Waited in a five person line for twenty minutes. Insane.

They have baked goods that surpasses ANY baked goods from ANY place EVER. Need I say more? Staff is always friendly, speedy and efficient. Food is always fresh and unique. Cant express my love enough. Only bad thing about this location, is there is ALWAYS a line

Used to be my go to Panera spot when I worked downtown. I love Panera to death but you better bring back my favorite chocolate duet cookie! Extremely overpriced but so delish.

Panera Bread never fails! I love going to Panera's, especially when I'm traveling, but too bad they don't have such a cutesy little place in NYC. I always like the cozy atmospheric and their sandwiches with a soup. I also fell in love with there cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese! If there's a Panera near where I live, I'm sure I'll be a regular. I'll go there with my book or my laptop and just enjoy the atmosphere with baked goods aroma around. Really like this quiet location. Really wished that NY would have a Panera!
