Two words: NEVER AGAIN! Service here is HORRIBLE. I've been waiting for my soup & salad for 15 minutes now. It's a weekday well past lunch and there's only 2 other people dining. Thank god I had some entertainment as I was waiting ie. the 3 wonderful lady workers at the front saying fuck every two seconds and complaining that they don't want to serve people (very loudly I might add). Food was bad as well. Breadsticks tasted like straight up basil and everything in the potato soup was undercooked and crunchy. If this is what the simple things on their menu taste like I can't imagine how their entrees taste.

Five stars for a takeout pizza? Yep. Hot fast fresh and delicious. Staff was prompt and cheerful. We have been gluten free lately, so I didn't know what to expect. Oh and not too expensive.

This review is for CARRY-OUT ONLY: I ordered pizza around 5:40pm on a weekday (with no NFL, NBA, or college games on). They told me the pizza will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, so I arrived at 6pm. The pizza wasn't ready for me to take until about 6:20. So to anyone that wants to carry-out I would recommend to go 30 minutes from when you called. I don't blame them that they were delayed because when I arrived, there were 3 other orders ahead of me. The food on the other hand was delicious. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and the buffalo chicken baked cheese fries. This place offers pizza that is better than Papa Johns and the taste is by far way better. It is less greasy and they cut the pizza into squares and each piece has at least a piece of pepperoni. Basically, they don't skimp out on the ingredients. However, that is what you get for paying ~$20 for an 18-inch pizza. The fries on the other hand were $6 and the amount they gave was nominal. It barely was enough for 2 people. It was really good though. The customer service, I can't really say too much about it except that the cashier was friendly and tried to get my food out asap. There is free private property parking nearby, so that is really nice considering it is Baltimore. If I dine in, i will update my review for the future. Pros: - Free Parking - Food - Plenty of seating (if I dined) Cons: - No Wifi Overall, I would get this over papa johns or dominoes any day

The front counter is terrible. Wait there as 2 young ladies were talking to each other about customers they dealt with. My order was not correct twice. Horrible experience

I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant. A couple years ago we stopped in to get carry out and no one ever took our order so we left. When a friend suggested we go for lunch recently with our kids I figured why not give it a shot. Maybe they were having a bad day before. We entered the restaurant, 2 moms and 4 kids under the age of 4. It was seat yourself. No one was up front. We sat in the back as to not disturb the other customers with our kids. There was another group that had just sat down with about 4 adults and 3 kids. A waitress greeted them and got a drink order. She did not acknowledge us. She got them their drinks, took their order and checked on other tables over a 15 min period without ever speaking to us. I went up front and asked if I could order at the counter since we had hungry kids. The man said no, table service only. I told him no one has come by. He said they would. Sat there a few minutes more and nothing. Not even an acknowledgment or an I'll be right over! So we left. No one even stopped us or asked us why we were leaving on our way out- terrible service- won't be returning!

I love Ledo's pizza. It might be my favorite pizza ever. I had it for the 1st time in DC and the one in Baltimore is also awesome. The thin crust is so good that we usually fight over who gets the edges. I haven't had anything bad from here.

Home of the two hour lunch. Don't come here if you are expected back to work anytime soon. With only two waitresses for the entire restaurant, every lunch is a long lunch,

Just say no to Ledo's. I came to this restaurant with high hopes since a couple of my friends were very positive about it but ended up being very disappointed. They served excellent buffalo wings but their pizza is mediocre. Something about the crust isn't quite right. It's nice & thin but not crispy at all. One of the people I came with also ordered a brownie sundae, and after trying one bite I was horrified. The brownies had obviously come out of plastic bags and the ice cream was, uh, defective. I really don't know how else to describe it but it did not taste right.

I'm not sure why I bother trying new places before I check Yelp. I ordered a carryout pizza and ended up waiting about 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. The pizza is definitely mediocre and it borders on just plain gross. I usually am a fan of thin crust pizza but I am baffled at how the crust doesn't get crispy AT ALL. In fact, if you peel the toppings off, you can draw little pictures in the uncooked pizza dough. (Seriously.) And just when you think it can't get any worse, it's ridiculously greasy. In fact, they put a layer (or two) of wax paper under the pizza which makes it so that your pizza is floating in grease and your crust gets even soggier (if even that's possible, and I assure you that IT IS)... Also, the people working there seem to be immature kids. The one semi-adult acting person was the lady who waited on me and I felt really badly for her. The other employees were busy grouping around a kid (not an employee) to inspect what she'd purchased at the mall. After looking around at the empty glasses and people waiting for their food, I can't imagine having to eat in here.

I've been eating at Ledo's for 18 years since I moved to Maryland. This is the first time ever I have been disappointed by the pizza. The pizza was very heavily saturated with grease and minimal pizza sauce. Toppings thrown on carelessly and heavy. The bacon was basically raw. I was very disappointed by the flavor of the Ledo's Deluxe pizza in Comparison to the Ledo's in Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties. The cook for this day was not taking pride in delivering on the Ledo's brand. The cashier that assisted me was very professional and nice. Suzzette W

Decent pizza. I typically order from here to get the buffalo chicken which is pretty good. They usually quote 15 minutes for pick up but I end up waiting when I get there. Just had the spinach salad which was average.

It's ok for a chain style restaurant. Nothing special in my mind. But it's cheap, clean and convenient.

pizza crust was blah. the toppings were tasty and creative and the reason for a 3 star rating. the chopped salad with grilled chicken was a joke because there was barely any chicken in it. i see no reason to return. i get better pizza and salad at Harris Teeter

Remind me Never to go here again! I called in and ordered a spinach salad for pick up. They said 15 minutes. I know they are usually slow so I gave them 20 minutes. I arrived and paid for my salad and waited... and waited ... finally she came back to say that the kitchen had forgotten to inform the rest of the staff they had no spinach! So no salad that I'd already paid for. I had to take a less expensive salad instead (a Ceasar with noticeably wilted romaine). It's a shame that the staff here can't communicate with each other or the customers.

Love it!! Gluten free friendly and it's amazing pizza!! You never have to wait very long either. I think many people don't realize where this Ledo's is because of the location, but it is in the best spot in the city :)

Me and the mrs were in the neighbourhood and thought we'll grab some calazones to go while on the run. We missed a string of signs that it was a bad idea to order from here. So here are the string of signs that we missed that should have warned us we were about to make a monumental mistake ! 1. Barring one other table, the entire restaurant was empty on a weekend evening. 2. There were no customers waiting for carryout either. 3. The person in the kitchen looked so uninterested that she kept peeping out of the window every minute for some weird reason. 4. The dang Yelp had some scathing reviews for this place which should've made us bolt to our car ! Since we missed all the above signs, and being tired of a game night traffic, we ordered a chicken calazone and a veggie calazone. It set us back by a not so bad ~$15. The first thing you'll notice is that the calazones not just look undercooked, but it is compratively smaller in size than many other Italian eateries around. I overlooked the raw looking dough and cut into the calazone..i spot screaming raw onions and green peppers with some gooey looking ricotto cheese. Thinking how bad it can be, i took a bite and found myself eating a seriously undercooked dough with absolutely, eye watering raw onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. The marinara sauce can easily pass off as Heinz ketchup with vinegar. The mrs chicken calazone was no better with chunks of raw onions, and strips of fibery uncooked chicken. The next time i want to eat raw veggies i'll just order a darn salad and not a calazone! So yelpers, if you spot a Ledos, don't miss the above signs..just run, hold your wallet tight and just run !!!
