Had lunch today. Dolores, our server, was incredibly kind and efficient. I watched her help a little girl that was crying because she had lost something. Dolores found it and the little girl was all smiles again. Make sure to ask for her to be your server, she won't let you down.

Came here tonight, the night before otakon, to get something to eat and some water cause of the heat. We were treated terribly by our server. She was rude and very dismissive. We had barely started eating when she came to my table and said "can you just pay now so I can clock out" and then stood over my boyfriends shoulder, watching him write out her "tip" terrible.

2 of my friends and I went here tonight for otakon. The lady working the register was extremely rude and had attitude with everything...also all 3 of our meals were burnt... by time we got our food we didn't even care...would not recommend to anyone..., even if they want a fast byte.

Johnny Rockets is the standard by which I judge all other chicken burgers, I seriously love their chicken sandwich. This Johnny Rockets location is more similar to a food court stand than an eat-in restaurant. There are a handful of tables that you can receive table service at, or you can order at the counter and carry your food to go. When I stopped here for a lunch, I decided to take my food elsewhere to eat - who wants to eat inside when on the Inner Harbor? I had my food in less than 10 minutes, and the servers working were friendly. My chicken burger wasn't up to the normal standards of Johnny Rockets. The chicken still had the seasoning I love, but it looked like it was cooked too quickly and there was a hard crust on the outside in parts I had to peel off. The meal was good enough to get my Johnny Rockets fix, but I just wish it had been prepared with a little more care.

We ate here last week on a weeknight. The restaurant was pretty deserted. It's pretty much out in the open at the Light Street Pavilion. Our waitress was friendly. The food came out somewhat quickly. We got the chili cheese fries and I got a Rocket Single burger. The fries were pretty tasty, and it's nice that the tables have napkin dispensers. It was nothing fancy but satisfying. I thought the burger tasted great. The sauce and toppings (cheese, lettuce, onions) that came with it were a nice touch. The flavors all blended nicely together. This is a good place to eat if you're doing something around the Inner Harbor. It's not worth going out of your way to get here, but it's a good alternative to Five Guys. It's not a fancy place, meaning you don't get actual silverware and real plates - everything was put on paper products. If you're really hungry, they also have double burgers.

Again, don't call yourself fast food. If you're not fast. 20 minute wait for food... And still waiting

We were seated at a retro-feeling "booth" with a jukebox. A slim vase with a single red, real carnation was a nice touch. I got the smokestack single and chili cheese fries--both were ample and satisfying. The bun was quite fluffy and absorbed the grease well. The bacon was generous and the burger itself tasted good. The fries had a good ratio of chili cheese to fries. It was quiet around 7pm on a Wednesday night, and our waitress was nice and not intrusive, while being on pointe to keep our styrofoam cups filled and even offered to fill up my cup as I was about to leave.

SICK! After eating here with my family we all got sick. I would avoid at all cost. Well that's unless you enjoy spending an hour or so in the bathroom. The total was $60 for four people to eat subpar fast food. This place has rude customer service and I will never eat here again. It's really only for tourists that don't know any better. AVOID!

I'm a big fan of the Johnny Rockets chain, with the awesome retro theme and delicious burgers, and was excited to find one in the Harbor Place. A native of Baltimore, I make it a point to try chain stores to see if they include a bit of Baltimore flair, and this Johnny Rockets didn't disappoint! The setting brought forth nostalgic images of Baltimore's past amid the hustle and bustle of the busy location. I ordered the mouth-watering Houston Burger with fries and a thick Oreo Cookies and Cream shake, and honestly could not stop eating! The waitress was really friendly and made me feel welcome even on a busy Saturday afternoon, and my food arrived relatively quickly. Everything looked delicious, not thrown on the plate haphazardly like some other burger joints. I left full and happy without putting too much of a dent in my pocket. All in all a great dining experience that I look forward to revisiting with friends and family.

Normally I wouldn't bother reviewing such a popular chain establishment because c'mon you know what you're getting with JRs, but my sister wanted to go here last weekend and the waitress was so freakin' friendly I had to say something. The burger might be just ok but the people are nice as hell.

It had cool old school decor and uniformed staff, other than that, it was a regular joint to get a burger and oreo shake.

So this is a new restaurant that is a bit hard to find inside beside Ripleys believe it or not museum. We got there right as a booth opened up and a great hostess sat us right away. She was incredibly nice and quickly took our drink order. The downside and I truly mean downside is this is the tiniest place to eat. We had plenty of room in our booth, our service was good, our food was good and great value but felt a but rushed when there is literally a line of people standing there watching you eat. My husband and I both had rocket burgers. I had sweet potato fries. Both kids had chicken fingers and fries. My daughter said the chicken fingers were just right...with the right amount of crunch! Burgers and s.p. fries were good and we all left with full bellies. No complaints other than they truly need more space!

He said," Too bad because they have good shakes. This place just had bad service. The manager didn't acknowledge us standing at the counter to place an order. He apparently had other things going on, so he didn't feel the need to take our order. When he did, it was like we were robots, not a thank you or anything. Then he gave us diet coke when we ordered a regular coke. That guy needs to get some customer service training bad." She said, "I agree, service from the guy standing at the cash register was pretty bad, pretended like we werent even there, other than that the shakes are good."

The service was absolutely wonderful here. My hat is off to the staff there, because they did a great job. On the other hand, the burger was the most tasteless burger I've ever had. The roll was good, the toppings were good, but the meat of the burger itself was just bland. BLAND. BLAND. BLAND. Not worth the money!

This is the WORSE Johnny Rockets ever.... The Workers are rude, and you can't sit in the restaurant part, unless you tip the cashier, that's what they told me. The food here isn't as good as the other one's I've been to.
