This review is based on delivery. I'd really rate it a 2.5. I ordered eggplant parm and garlic bread from this place via grubhub. It ended up cost me $16.00 (including tip). I kinda regret ordering eggplant parm from here. I'm sure a pizza would have been better. The eggplant parm was on top of a bed of spaghetti. The spaghetti was very tough (undercooked) and there was way too much sauce. Also the garlic bread was burt. I don't wanna give this place a bad review but you know what I mean..I the food just wasn't worth the price. Plus I specially said "please call when outside" and of course the delivery guy rung the doorbell 3 times, which triggered the dog to go wild, which woke up my roommates. But I can't blame that on the restaurant. I didn't enjoy the eggplant parm but I still like these restaurant and will stop on for some pizza time to time

This place is now out of business, I assume it will just be consumed by Wharf Rats and pigeons, which would be an improvement.

Should have known but when it's late and it's the only place open 24 /7 you get desperate. I placed an order on Eat 24 and the message said it would be delivered to me at 10 a.m. the next day. So I call the restaurant just double check it was on its way. The guy that answered was incredibly rude and condescending. He was on speaker so others heard it and couldn't believe I still would accept to have the food delivered to me. My friend suggested I cancel right then because of how mean he was. He said of course it's coming and that's just an error message that will be there in 40 minutes. 2 hours and nothing. 20 hours later, still nothing. Not even at 10 am! Lol

I realize this is a carryout place and we went at the end of what was probably a long day, after the fells point festival, we just stopped in to grab a few slices to take home. This place was dirty inside and the employee who was out front when we walked in walked right behind the counter without washing his hands to put our slices that had ordered in the oven from where they had been sitting for god knows how long. Also there was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom. The pizza wasn't hot and scared me from everything I had seen. I took a few bites and decided not to eat it.

Absolutely awful service. 1 hour and 15 minutes after I ordered delivery I called and asked where my pizza was. I was told it was back at the restaurant because I didn't answer my phone when the delivery driver called. My phone never rang. I had zero missed calls. I told this to the manager on the phone. All he had to say was if you want your pizza you'll have to answer your phone when my driver comes back later after he's finished delivering our newer orders. Don't waste your time. Terrible service and no care or respect for customers. Clearly, they don't want your business

Excellent pizza. I've only been here twice so far and had a cheese pizza both times. It was delicious both times. Great crust, sauce and cheese. One of the best pizzas available in Baltimore. They had some great looking specialty pizza slices in the case on the counter when I picked up. Looking forward to trying some of that as well. I think they have much better pizza than Hot Tomatoes around the corner.

So we tried this pizza joint (via delivery) for the first time a few days ago and I can pretty much sum up the experience in one word - OK. I'd like to think I know pizza pretty well seeing as how I've eaten so much of it over my 30 odd years on this planet and I think it's safe to say that Italian Graffiti falls into the "it's pretty good" category. Delivery time - 40 minutes The pizza is New York style meaning that it's thin (not crispy) crust and slices the size of your face. By design, it's meant to be folded down the center prior to insertion into your pie hole. Now that we know what it looks like, how does it taste? The dough was a bit on the wimpy side and there was no nice bubbly crust to dip at the end of the slice. Actually, you're left with a pencil-thin piece of crispy dough more reminiscent of a bread stick than a pizza crust. The sauce was OK, not mind blowing, and lacked the spiciness that I've come to enjoy from my pies. We went with the standard pepp and mush variation. Overall, the toppings were plentiful and the sprinkling of oregano was a nice touch. No dipping sauce. That was a bummer. Maybe you have to ask for it, I dunno. We also ordered the side of garlic bread with cheese and arancini (basically a fried ground beef/rice ball). The garlic bread was nice and thick and loaded with buttery garlic and a thick coating of mozz. Just what you want in a garlic bread. The baseball-sized arancini, while crispy and hot, was a tad on the bland side. It came served with a small container of marinara sauce for dipping (also a bit bland). So what's to be made of Italian Graffiti? If you're looking for a pretty standard pie of the NY style you probably won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a pizza that'll have you begging for more, look elsewhere.

Like most pizza and sub shops in the area, Inconsistent is the best word to describe this establishment. Their pizza is usually the safest bet, but my most recent experience proves that Italian Graffiti can fail horribly at pizza as well. I ordered a bianca pizza that arrived over-baked and horribly burnt on the bottom. After calling they attempted to remake the pizza, but it was still very burnt on the bottom. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this from the one slice I quickly looked at when the reorder arrived. To complicate things I used Foodler to place the order. When Foodler contacted Italian Graffiti the manager gave his personal assurance that the second pizza wasn't burnt so he would not authorize a refund for the pizza. Luckily I was able to resolve the issue for credit with Foodler by sending them a picture of the pizza.

Everything about this order was the worst. Their delivery said it would take 45-60 minutes, and it took an hour and 40 minutes. Their buffalo wings were so fatty, I couldn't even eat them. Also their tiramisu was frozen through. Disappointing.

Major pros are the interesting topping selection here (chicken fajita, buffalo chicago, etc) but the pizza itself didn't taste fresh. Very thin crust (crispy) but the sauce and cheese were nothing special. Service was fast, good for a grab-and-go but not a place worth seeking out.

Don't waste your time here. There are a lot of other carry out places. Try one of those.

Delivery took an hour but pizza was solid. I'd get it again but it's not in the BMore top-5.

I ordered a pizza for my office through foodler, two hours later, no delivery. I called their restaurant and spoke to the owner who insisted that his delivery guy had tried to deliver it but no one came to the door. Our office has a receptionist with a glass front door. I explained this to him and he began yelling at me that he was a doctor and how dare I tell him that his delivery man was lying. I asked for him to refund the price of the pizza and he told me that foodler has to do it. So I called foodler, who agreed with me but said that they can't refund the money without the consent of the business and he was refusing to give consent. The foodler representative apologized profusely, advised me to write some reviews and refunded the tip.

Not the prettiest place in the world on the inside, but some of the best slices I've had in Baltimore. Nothing exceptional, but in a city with a severe lack of good pizza-by-the-slice options, this place definitely gets the job done. The owner might want to consider showing something besides Fox News on the TV, though. Paranoia is one of the only things that doesn't go well with pizza

$4 for a huge slice and a soda? I'll take it! It's not the healthiest lunch around but it's fast and it tastes good. Definitely better pizza than at the Broadway Market which is just a block away. They put out 8 different pies which is a great selection for lunch. The interior was a little dingy but, true to the name, there was Italian graffiti on the walls! The Italian in me chuckled at the "Tirami-su" and "Tirami-giu" graffiti since that means "pick me up" and "pick me down." Overall, I'm pleased!

Update: ordered delivery and the pizza wasn't hot and the sauce/taste/crust were very lacking. We got one meat special pizza which had a lot of meats but the crust was so mediocre that the pizza was lackluster. Would rate 6/10. We also tried a Caprese pizza and this was a 1 or 2/10. No sauce. No garlic. Ting tiny bits of chopped basil (so little it was purely decorative with zero basil taste), one little cherry tomato per slice, and the cheese was nonexistent. The crust seemed like half of each slice. Definitely will not get this again.

Delivery took 1 hour 40 minutes One of the worst pizzas i've ever had. I would have been happier going to royal farms and grabbing a tostitos out of the freezer.

I ordered delivery from this place through GrubHub. It took an hour and a half for the food to get here, and when it finally arrived it was cold. The Alfredo sauce was disgustingly runny and the chicken tasted terrible as well. I couldn't eat more that one bite. I also ordered cheese fries with the cheese on the side, and of course it was on top of the fries. The cheese was cold and dried up. Also, I ordered a bottle of water that they didn't bring. It's safe to say I will not be ordering anything from Italian Grafitti ever again.

I have to agree with my fellow yelper about the sanitary condition if this place. There were unfinished pizzas on the floor by the stove stacked on each other. Pretty sure putting food on the floor is a health code violation... And gross... And they didn't heat the slice they gave me :-/ who knows how long it's been sitting there

Trash pizza. Weak crust just isn't my style. Ended up there after the bars a few times and regretted it every time. Will call dominos next time. Will give it to them with the toppings though. They're pretty dope.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this place. We have ordered 3x and had problems every time. First two times were delivery and the food was cold, last time was for pickup, we live 2 blocks away, and when my boyfriend arrived for the order the owner told him the guy that makes the subs was out on delivery and they were too busy to make the sandwhich. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has no idea of customer service.

    (1)
  • Chuck W.

This is the slowest place that I ever visited. The owner/delivery man has no clue about running a business. After returning to the shop a man who walks in 15 minutes after me told him that he's waiting for two pizzas and without verifying the owner gave him another customer's order. I waited another 45 minutes for a large pizza. Unbelievable!

Yummy. Get the tomato and garlic pie. Awesome. Delivery can take a little while then again I'm across the harbor so I'm happy that they drive over to Riverside to deliver us tasty pie.

Ordered at 7:45...got food at 9:30. When it arrived it was Luke warm and the cheese was coagulated. Flavor was pretty good but like the star rating guides...I've had better. Btw...driver wasn't at all apologetic which would have made things better

Was not very good! Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and wings. Although the sauce was okay the wings were soggy, we had to turn the broiler on to crisp them up. The wrap was absolutely horrible!!!! The lettuce and tasted old it was very soggy same goes for the tomatoes! It tasted like the greens were weeks old. We also ordered a pasta dish which was over cooked and almost mushy. Not to mention we waited an hour for delivery (when we live about 4 blocks away) and we paid a good amount of money. This might be a good spot for a slice of pizza on the go but nothing else. I am completely done with this place!

Although this place does not have the best pizza I have had, I gave it four stars because of the friendliness of the staff and the price. Only $2 for a large slice of Cheese pizza! The slice was huge too. I chatted with the owner about being new to the neighborhood and he explained his concept for the pizzeria. Cheap food, quality ingredients, and late hours. Ideal for the area. I go back when I am in the area because for $2 a slice, it's a steal.

normally, we love this place and order a pie often enough. coming from Brooklyn NY, that's huge for us. *wink*. I have to say tonig was the first time I've been severely annoyed and disappointed with our pizza spot of choice. we ordered for delivery, with the usual 45 to 1 hr wait. when the delivery boy arrived, he had brought us the wrong order. by the time we realized this, he was down the street so we called to see if they cold get a hold of him on his cell - thinking he had our right order in his truck. NOPE. when we called the pizza place, they blamed the delivery guy and said he picked up the wrong order. so, he came back, picked up the food and said he'd be back. that was another (additional) 45 min ago. time frame: hr and a half... AND STILL NO PIZZA YET. we called italian graffiti again and were told "he's on his way." NO offer for any kind of comp or discount or anything for THEIR mistake. THUMBS DOWN.

I have been here about 6 times, 2 times I just got carryout. Im not sure if the delivery is good, dont live close enough for that. Each time my pizza was fresh & hot when I received it. I will admit, the cashier sometimes who I believe is the owner can be a little snippy. There is no AC in there so if its hot outside, its gonna be hot in there too (surprising right?). I usually get a sausage pizza with green peppers. The best pizza I ever had was from here once, I got a philly cheesesteak pizza. Very, very good,

French Fries?!?! On my PIZZA!!!! Surely I have died and gone to heaven!! Or Italian Graffiti...... I had heard great things about this place, over and over, and one particular day when my pizza craving was out of control, I decided to give them a shot. The french fry pizza was amazing. I immediately ordered a tomato pie for the following evening. They had never made one before but took copious notes and even called to clarify (twice) to be sure that everything would be made to my exact specifications. "We'll make whatever you want," they told me.. "Whatever we can do to make you happy. Maybe my husband should take lessons from them. The lady at the register was SUPER sweet and patiently told me what was on EVERY pie they had on display. Which took a while. Satisfied with the food, satisfied with the service... ironically enough, the pepperoni wasn't anything to write home about.. I found that their more unique slices are their specialty, but hey, fine by me. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Don't go to Graffiti for the fine dining ambiance. Graffiti is just a hole in the wall in Fell's. Go to Graffiti for the pie. The pie is much more than competent and the portions are generous. Plus the price is nice. A slice and a soda is a full lunch for $4. If you're dropping in for lunch then you're in luck. Graffiti usually has six or eight pies of all different varieties lined up for sale as slices. I can recommend their meat pizza --it features a couple of extra meats that you don't typically get on the standard meat pie around town. Also check out the bacon cheeseburger or the buffalo chicken. Both are nicely executed. Don't get me wrong. Graffiti is not just for novelty pie. Graffiti makes a pizza margherita that has me convinced that somebody in the kitchen knows a thing or two about Italian food. Compared to the nearby competition, Graffiti rules. Mysteriously acclaimed Brick Oven Pizza around the corner charges for every single topping they plop on top of already cooked cheese slices. Is that any way to get a slice. No. It's not. There's only five booths at Graffiti. If you've got one of them at lunch time then please hurry up because somebody else probably needs it.

Very good pizza. Nice thin crust and generous sized slices. Prices were good too. Didn't try anything else on the menu. Nothing fancy about the place, but the staff was friendly and the service was good. Was looking for a place to get a slice while I walked around Fells Point and this place was exactly what I wanted.

I ordered form this place on a whim. Well, actually, I wanted delivery and Italian Graffiti was the only flyer I had for local 'zza. Lucky me. I ordered the sfizio and was amazed. I wasn't expecting much from a place that looks like everything else. The first thing I noticed was that the beat up car that pulled up the street was spray painted from bumper to bumper in Italian Graffiti...uh...well, graffiti. You know when the pizza man's coming when you order from this place. Orders are always correct and on time. Delivery guys are always friendly and professional and appreciate a tip. Now back to the pizza. This is a unique one here. The Sfizio is grilled shrimp, artichoke hearts, tomato and onion on a garlic crust that's one of the best crusts I've tasted anywhere in this town. This pizza joint seems to have come out of nowhere but the folks running it really know what they're doing. If you're in the Fells Pt. area and want a good pizza then this will be a good spot to check out.

Not terrible but not particularly good. We ordered a pizza with feta and banana peppers. Tasted kind of cardboard-like and not very fresh. However, the Caesar favorite salad was fantastic. If I go back, I'll just order the salad.

This place might have the best chicken parm I've ever had! YUMMM!!! Also, the portion you get is ginormous! I mean two full chicken breasts?! This place clearly does not skimp on anything! I also substituted sauteed broccoli for the pasta it normally comes with - thank God - otherwise, I would've needed to get my stomach pumped. I just couldn't stop eating - it was so gosh dern good!

I ordered from Italian Graffiti last night, mainly because I just arrived in Baltimore. I was just too tired to go out and they deliver. It's pizza how bad can it be; well it can be really bad. The whole wheat crust is very good; it just sad it's covered with tasteless sauce that's no better than red colored water. The margarita pizza is listed as a specialty pizza. Really! The caprese salad was uneventful and the crab cakes were missing the crab. I didn't expect much given the reviews but I didn't expect just awful...

Good prices, good pizza, good selection, nice staff...no complaints from me. This pizza definitely won't change your life, but it's fine and the price is quite reasonable.

I like the flavor of their crust a lot better than their competitor BOP. I highly recommend the Graffiti Feta pizza (field greens, mixed vegetables, artichokes, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar). They also have a great deal on slices, just $2 for a slice the size of your head. Free delivery is also a bonus.

  • Mark C.

Best pizza in Fells, easily. But if you try to get anything off their menu in the evening, they will rip you off. One night they will charge 2.25 for a slice, the next night they will charge $4.00. It's a shame bc BOP is overpriced, market pizza has too much flour, hot tomatoes is disgusting, and little Italy closes way too early. Also, the night manager is pretty creepy.

My default eatery when i dont feel like cooking. I have been searching for a solid cheeseburger sub and a good slice and found both here. About a dollar more than other pizza joints but I think its worth it and really enjoy this one. Definitely worth sticking your head in the door to check out the slices on display.

This place is great! Portions are large, the price is right and the food is quality. The veggie calzone is huge and delicious and a plain cheese slice is killer too. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu! Great little find in Fells!

  • Kelly M.

Oddly, good food is harder to come by than it should be in Fells. That's why I didn't hold out much hope when my coworkers suggested we go here. Thank god I tagged along. This place serves great pizza with great, unique toppings. And the slices are HUGE. I've tried the meat-lovers, ham & pineapple, taco pizza and chicken parm (I'm a pig) and all of the above are tasty. If you need a quick and satisfying meal served by friendly staff, this is your place. Be forewarned, there's not a lot of seating and it's definitely bare bones as far as decor is concerned. But who cares, when there's great pizza to be had!

Just got a 16" thin crust with pepperoni and mushroom, that's good pie. It's not thin crust like you would normally think, it's just not thick crust. Delivery was pretty fast for 7:30 on a Friday night. Perfect amount of cheese and toppings, good sauce, I'm very happy. Will definitely order again.

I stopped in here after the best of in the City Paper. I love to try new pizza and the way the reviewer raved, I figured at the worst it could be just normal pizza. I ordered the eggplant parm slice, because it looked amazing, a super meat slice for my girlfriend, the meat eater, a Greek slice for me and a plain slice for us to share. All total with two can sodas, it was around $14. Not bad. The eggplant parm slice was incredibly hearty and fulled me up immediately. My girlfriend said the meat slice was a little too meaty and didn't care too much for it. We both ate some of the plain and enjoyed it. The sauce was a good red sauce and not bland and the cheese was gooey and not excessive, like many do it. The Greek slice was last and I ate half because I was extremely full. It tasted fresh and the veggies had a good flavor. A week later I was around Fell's again and stopped in for the eggplant parm. slice and a plain. Both did not disappoint. I have gone in regularly since and every time leave satisfied. My friend had me get her a Greek salad the one time and it was huge and aside from some gross lettuce, tasted great and had a flavorful dressing that didn't overpower the salad. The only improvement I would make is having fresh iced tea and a bit better drink selection. The place is kind of off the beaten path for Fell's and if you want to eat in, your choices are soda and Nestea. Something a bit healthier would be preferred. The pizza, however, needs no changing.

Decided to order from here after reading the reviews. Had a large chicken parm sub which was huge (enough for two) and one of the better ones I've had in recent memory. It took only about 30 minutes for delivery. Will definitely order from here again.

Got a pepperoni pizza here because they seemed to be the cheapest in the area. It was your average pepperoni pizza. If you're craving pizza it will hit the spot but it's nothing out of this world.

  • Liza J.

Awesomest pizza joint in Fells. They do catering in a pinch. Everything I've ever had from here has been phenomenal. Calzones! The meat one rocked my face off. I know this is terribly glowing but there is no other place in Baltisnore that I can think of that while sitting on my couch have 50 buffalo wings delivered to my front door. Friggin awesome. Try the Bianca, it is the perfect go to pizza when you want something other than pepperoni. If you happen to walk in on a day with chick parm pizza by the slice, do not pass it up.

Only giving them two stars because we've been waiting an hour and a half and STILL don't have our pizza! Saying that they're on the road 20 minutes ago is no excuse!

  • Joyce K.

have been driving by this place, and after reading the reviews, wanted to give it a try. i had the thin crust, it is definitely new york style and probably one of the best pizzas i've had in baltimore. the toppings were generous and well seasoned. i was also eyeing a slice topped with fried eggplant parmesan slices topped with ricotta. i think this place is a great value, too! i think it's on par with Trattoria E Pizzeria Da Enrico in columbia (which when i tried the pizza there, was the best pizza i had had yet after a couple years in maryland). unfortunately, that place is too far to go on a whim. so i'm really glad i found this place and gave it a try!
