Pre game Orioles festivities on Memorial Day here was unbelievable amazing! The weather was cooperative so we decided to sit outside and order a couple of blue moons along with buffalo chicken salad plus chicken tender with fries. Very delicious and they served just the right amount before heading to the game. They had a good selection of music and games you can keep yourself entertained by outside as well. Very convenient since they are one block or less from Camden Yard in case you are planning on seeing the game. Our waitress was a sweetheart and she treated us well. Excellent customer services! I had a lovely time here!

Pre-game Orioles game dinner on a Monday. $12 for mussels (20 small muscles) $18 for 20 wings, good deal, but all 20 had to be same flavor. Kinda sucked, but waitress gave us hot sauce on side. $13 each for pork belly tacos(3) and flank steak tacos(3). Very small considering each taco was more than $4 each. Would have been better off with hotdogs and beer for the $77 it cost for 4 of us sharing ( with Tip). Decent food, nice staff, good service, but not much perception of value found here. Will probably not come back to eat, but nice atmosphere

Chicken tenders appetizer and crab cake sandwich were very good. Fries were excellent. Homemade sangria was refreshing. Friendly service.

Came here to get a simple meal. It's the kind of place that won't accommodate special diets or needs. Being gluten-free, I'm used to the challenge. But tired of having to pay extra when I actually get less food. In this case, because their fries aren't safe for me to eat and come with my sandwich, they won't allow an adjustment of potatoes or salad unless I pay $3.00. And I'm getting no bread. So to have the same amount of food someone else is having I have to pay at least $3.00 more. It's ridiculous. The food isn't good enough to come back. Don't waste your time. I get it, it's a grille, but that's no excuse to offer safe options that cost the same.

My group attended lunch here before an Oriole's game post-riots. They cleaned up and replaced glass that was shattered by the locals. We ate in the bar area and enjoyed the atmosphere and televisions. Food was delicious- we had the pulled pork sandwich, a daily fish taco specialty, a burger and a chicken sandwich. If they had better quality servers this would have been a five star review. Our group did not care for the lack of attention from our server, nor her various tattoos and piercings (not to mention pink hair).

I decided on this place as it was literally across the street from the Hilton I was staying at. I arrived around 8:30 so I didn't have any of the service issues I saw in other reviews. In fact the service I did get was really good. After looking over the menu I had no idea what I wanted. The server suggested the BLT so I went with that. I really wanted a crabcake, but only saw a sandwich. I asked if I could get one served as an appetizer. Turns out for $10 it was the best crabcake I've had on this trip! If I came back I would order two and a side salad and be perfectly happy to give them a little over $30 after tip. The BLT was good for $9.95 . It had fried tomatoes, avocado, and fresh mozzarella. It was a kicked up BLT for sure. The bacon was decent as the one piece was a little less than done or at least not done enough to my liking. It made it a little too fatty. The chips that accompanied the sandwich were good, but a dipping sauce like BBQ would have been welcomed. This place had a nice vibe and I would return if I'm in the area again.

When you first walk in your not sure what to think, but mind was blown away. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff greet you with a smile. The food was incredible. Blacken salmon tacos and old bay frieare the bomb. Thanks for making this a great experience for me and my family

Nice classy place if you want to stay away from Pickles. Got the buffalo chicken wrap and it was ok. I wouldn't get it again The salads are delicious. Pretty pricey. Unless I want something classy I would rather go to pickles for the same if not better food.

Had lunch on a slow day. Got the Shrimp Tacos. When they arrived, at first glance, I was totally disappointed. It was basically three grilled shrimp on a tortilla with lettuce, tomato and some kind of Russian dressing. (Two of them). Looked pretty boring. But this dish was surprisingly delicious. Was totally blown away by the tastiness of the grilled shrimp and warm grilled tortilla and the spicy creaminess of the dressing. Great combo! Bring a sweatshirt, the air was blowing hard.

Great place to go before an O's game. Less crowded and sleazy than Pickles and Sliders but a bit more expensive. I'd like to give a special shout out to the security guard working. Brought our dog a bucket of water and chased out homeless drunks who were harrassing patrons. This seems normal but in downtown Bmore this stuff is rampant.

Wife and I came to get a quick bite to eat. Owner/bartender greeted us sat us down and got our order. Very friendly. Right across the street from Camden Yard. I had the rock fish taco. Excellent flavor. My wife had the sliders, off the charts, juicy, great flavor. Staff was very attentive. Orioles game was, atmosphere was great. Highly recommended.

I travel for work, sometimes in excess of a week at a time, so finding a reasonably priced place with good food is a necessity. This place has been a great find. They have fantastic daily specials and the staff has been friendly and attentive on each visit. Tonight I had their bistro filet off the daily specials and I was impressed. The steak was perfectly cooked. Possibly more impressive were the perfectly cooked vegetables. Not mushy. Still had a bite. Wonderfully seasoned. And on top of that, some delicious garlic mashed potatoes. Winner!!!!

I don't come to Baltimore much for dinner, but while staying here I walked from my hotel to Frank & Nic's. It was about a 3 min walk from the Marriott. The food was good and the place had a lively atmosphere. The service was great! The bartender noticed I was on foot and made sure I had protection from the rain on my way back. :)

Love going here after work or even getting takeout. Their BLT is amazing! Fried red tomato, avocado and cheese on this classic sandwich!

This place was within walking distance of our hotel and right across the street from Camden Yards. The food came pretty quick. Crab dip was decent but would have been better if it was served with crunchy toasts rounds instead of a soft bread loaf. The burgers were alright not bad but not great either. The service is where this place fell short. We sat in the bar area which isn't that big, you can pretty much see everything and everyone who is seated there. The problem with that is we were able to see our waiter pretty much chilling with the group behind us, laughing it up and having drinks... We had to have another waitress take our order. The service pretty much sucks. We watched an older couple get up from their table and walk up to the bar to ask for their check. Then they had to walk back up to get them to run the credit card because the waiter never went to the table to collect the bill. I'm from the area and probably won't be back to Frank & Nic's.

This has become my go-to pre game spot or hang out in general when I want to watch a game in the immediate Camden Yards area. There's nothing wrong with Sliders or Pickles unless you're looking for a decent meal. Frank and Nicks always has quality food, although their draft selection can be confounding, their mixed drinks (get a martini) rarely miss. Very friendly and attentive staff make this arguably the best bar around Oriole Park.

I'm so sad to hear they had to close today due to criminals vandalizing their establishment yesterday. My friends and I love coming here before and after games. I stopped in to pick to my cc that I had left a few days ago.. and found out that they were closed bc of the riots. They didn't deserve what happened yesterday (4/25/15) neither did their patrons. I hope that people who have never been here come and check them out!! It's a food hometown spot.

We stopped in here before the O's game vs the Yankees. We walked towards the stadium area and had thought about going to the other local bars, pickles or sliders, but they were jam packed full of fans. We saw the signs for the West End Grill clearly marked in the window, that fans were welcome, food and drinks available. Considering the crowd at the other spots, I was surprised how quickly we were sat. Wait staff was extremely friendly, and greeted our table promptly. My husband had the cardiac burger, came out a little over done for what he had requested - but he also inhaled the entire plate.... I ordered the southwest burger, I'm a huge fan of avocado. And I literally had a half of an avocado on my sandwich - delicious. Good place for groups, I wonder what the atmosphere is like on a non game day/evening. Strikes me as a hot spot for business lunch meet ups in the city to casual locals looking for something tasty.

One would think for a high end restaurant practically right next door to one of the busiest convention centers (not to mention the baseball field right behind it!) that their service would be impeccable. Maybe that is just San Diego culture because this place was slower than a high snail. Maybe we had a big group, but we also saw other groups of 10-12 around the restaurant so we figured "they can handle us." We even had a reservation so that should of already tipped off the staff and cooks to be ready to be on point...nope. That's a sorry assumption I made. The waitress was incredibly rude especially when she got an order wrong! My friend ordered the salmon sandwich and what came out instead was as salmon salad. Of course, you want the right dish you ordered (and paying for) so we informed the waitress of the issue. The first thing the waitress says is "well the salad is good too. Don't you want that instead?" OH HHELLLLZ NO she did NOT! Oh that made my friend fuming. Really, the waitress should of just apologized, take the salad back and give her the correct order instead of making a fuss about it. What made it worse was that she did this sigh of annoyance and an eye roll when she grabbed the salad. Along with that hoopla, it took two hours to get our food! Two fish tacos (that freaking Rubio's could make in 5 mins) brussel sprouts, the salmon sandwich and whatever dish I got that I forgot. Braised brussel sprouts that tasted like toilet water with goat cheese on top..yuck!...no flavor at all and they billed us the most ridiculous amount for it. The brussel sprouts cost only $5, but if you kept reading down on the receipt, the added gratuity was over $7 making the dish itself $13! BLASPHAMY! Mess up our order and overcharge us. Grrrrr. This went to talking to the manager status and he could give e F*** really. He didn't really seem to care what we, his customers, had to say. Frankly, I think he just wanted us out of the restaurant more than wanting to provide customer service.

A short walk from the Hilton near the ball park in Baltimore, this sports bar offers a reasonable alternative to expensive, stuffy, hotel food. I had a Cuban burger and is was very good. Although the bacon was little burnt, the Barbecue sauce was tasty and the service was pretty quick. I went for the banana bread pudding but was not happy with it. It had a top crust of bananas that had turned an unappetizing brown, and although the bready part was tasty, it had an unappealing texture that was a little too loose and wet. It came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that was nearly tasteless. Overall a mediocre experience, but there were lots of families eating there so it has a decent appeal and is larger and less divey than the neighboring joints.

The service was less than average. There was confusion on who was waiting on who. Took a long time to get our check. I got the BLT but it didn't really have any flavor. I was looking for the salt (none on the table). The tomato was fried and I was looking forward to that but there was no seasoning in the batter. It was a big "so what". Our dishes were never picked up from our table and others and because of that, trash was flying into the street.

Stopped in for a beer while I waited for my guy. The place was somewhat empty for a game night. I decided to order a Natty Boh since I've seen it everywhere and never tried it The bartender was almost bothered by my selection, since Baltimore has better local beers. I know, I've been trying them all. After my beer, there wasn't enough to keep me there. I couldn't wait to get out and find a new place to meet up with my guy.

I decided to eat here because it was next to my hotel and I felt I could get a decent meal other than total bar food burgers wings or fries..I ordered Chicken Marsala and mix green salad with the ginger vinaigrette dressing...The food is pricey but I guess it has to be for the rent for this place right next to the stadium got to be high. Now this is how the dish was delivered on 2 separate plates..Never have I had Chicken Marsala in a red based sauce...this was disgusting.... I had to send it back taste like 2 microwave chicken breast covered in a tomato based sauce with onions and mushrooms ...I cook Chicken Marsala at home its a very easy dish & the sauce is brown not red...So now I'm waiting for the waiter to come get this I should have ordered the blacken tuna sandwich like I was I originally was going to order...Now when the waiter came over he acted as if he had a problem with me returning the food..Sorry I'm the customer and I have to eat it....if its not good then its NOT GOOD...well he brought me over the menu this one didn't have the chicken Marsala on it .,. That's when the manager came over asked me about the food I informed him that I cook & that Marsala sauce was tomato' based he said yes it's their version of it that it has a marinara sauce mixed in the sauce with Marsala wine....ummmmm. NOOOOOO that totally changed the dish....I see why they took it off the menue I just dont know why they still handing out the old menus with that dish on it. Chicken Marsala has a distinctive taste it should never be altered .

Frank and Nics is a conveniently located bar/restaurant located near the ballpark, stadium and convention center. They have fairly typical offerings, but also such dishes as salmon and chicken parmesan. I tend to stick to sandwiches and appetizers when I'm there and generally find the food to be okay. That being said, the drinks are good and they offer some good specials and specialty drinks. Service can very but I'd say it's worth checking out on gameday or for happy hour.

I went here while in Baltimore for an event. I went in and ordered a cider, to which the server then offered a shot of fireball to go with it. It was fantastic. For food I got a smokehouse burger which was very nice, even though the "medium" burger was a bit more "well" than I wanted. But c'est la vie. The spotlight, though, was the fries, which were golden and crispy outside while being steamy and warm within. These were by far some of the best fries I've had anywhere. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're downtown B-more.

This is my go-to place before Os games, which means I've eaten here about 30 times in the past year, it's consistently good and dependable. Frank & Nics isn't the frat-party drink fest you see at some nearby places corralled by crowd control fencing, it's an actual restaurant with a system of service and food production that doesn't seem to ever fail, and the food is actually quite good. It's a step above bar food in a sports restaurant atmosphere. Everything has always been good...until last night but my waiter Luke saved the day! I ordered Shrimp Tacos for the first time. I've had most other items on the menu. But today, this dish is very disappointing. It's just three shrimp on a tortilla with SLICES of tomato and shredded iceberg lettuce. That's it. No beans, NO CHEESE, no avocado, no salsa, no side of rice, nothing but shrimp, tomato, lettuce and tortilla. it's just a boring plate for $15. I usually expect a list of questions from the waiter if I try to send food back but Luke apologized (not his fault), said "I'll correct this immediately", offered me an alternative that was expressed to my table within minutes. It was an opportunity for me to start thinking badly of a place that I really like, but Luke put the VALUE back into Frank & Nics for me through great service. But, Luke isn't the only one, the service is always good here. They must have a great hiring screening process or excellent training because finding younger service staff usually means inconsistency, but not here. Go Os!!!

Frank and nicks is a great alternative to the other pubs around the stadium. The atmosphere is much more comfortable. I just feel that the service is lacking every time I go. Also the food and drinks aren't anything special. It's definately my go to when my only options are Pickles, Sliders, and Frank and Nicks.

Good food. Bar can get rowdy after an oriole's game so watch the kids or take them to the dining areas. Service was okay. Amanda behind the bar was a great server though.

Ordered the shredded beef short ribs and a side of mac and cheese. Both items were so good. I'm not really sure how anyone is supposed to bite the sandwich with the onion rings stacked up all high like that... but I just ate them separate. The mac and cheese was very tasty and the cheese was nice and thick. Can't go wrong with either of those. My friend got fish tacos. She seemed to enjoy it. Anyway, came here with a friend and it happened to be right before the o's game. Wasn't packed at all like I had expected. I was just in the area for a soccer tourney, so I couldn't drink... Waitress looked a little bummed about that, but what can ya do? The staff was really nice, but they kinda left us sitting around for a while. Prob to go help people actually drinking, lol. I don't blame her. If you read this, sorry! NExt time...

Good service, even during an O's game. Attentive wait staff, quick service. The food was great, absolutely loved the portobello sandwich. Grilled asparagus were a little underdone for my taste, but still good. Salmon was cooked well. Not a fan of the of the fries, don't really like breaded fries, prefer simple fresh cooked fries.

  • Kelsey I.

I went for happy hour with some friends, and the place was almost empty. Nevertheless, the server was really nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the wine tasted as cheap as it was, and the fries, crab dip, and cheese sticks were pretty bad. Too many of the fries were mushy, the cheesesticks were hollow in places, and the crab dip was mostly cream. I wasn't expecting fine wine and unique food offerings, but the overall quality was pretty disappointing. If you're staying at the Hilton, this place is certainly convenient and affordable, but the food and drinks are unremarkable.

Exceeded my expectations! Thank you Frank & Nic's for a great end to my day. After traveling all day, an easy walk from the Hilton, this place was perfect. Sporty and welcoming, the service was great. Pub specials and local brews kept my budget happy. Wish it was game season, Camden couldn't be closer & this place looks perfect for the post game celebration. I'll be back!

Frank & Nics West End Grille is a MUST before the orioles game! The atmosphere is great and the food is delicous. Very reasonable on price of beer too. I always get the bbq bacon cheesburger, can't beat it! If your in the area for a game check out Frank & Nics right across from Camden Yards!

  • Jared J.

I would probably give Frank and Nic's 2.5 stars, but since I'm feeling punitive today, I'm going to round down to 2 stars. The restaurant is decidedly mediocre. Before I even get to the food, why is it a "West End" grille? West end of what? It's on the east side of the block. There is not a "West End" neighborhood in Baltimore that I know of, at least not anywhere near that area. I guess the restaurant is arguably in western Baltimore since it is west of Charles Street, but it is certainly not in "West Baltimore" as that area descriptor is used in The Wire (or to describe Baltimore's poor neighborhoods west of MLK). The liberties that Frank and Nic took in naming this restaurant make me question whether or not there is even a grille on the premises. Like I said earlier, the food and service were nothing to write home about (but worth writing Yelp about apparently). On my recent visit, I ordered a turkey melt with avocado and fries, and my hot date ordered a burger, but requested no onions. Naturally, the kitchen sent out chips instead of fries and slathered the burger with onions. I'm not keen on sending food back unless there is an egregious error, so we simply removed the onions and made do without the fries (better for my health?). Nevertheless, it appears that attention to detail is not a specialty of either Frank or Nic. My recommendation: go to Sliders or Pickles instead.

My guy and I have been here several times. The food is standard pub fare. It is satisfying and tasty. Some of our group shared apps and were happy with all, especially the pulled pork on waffle cut sweet potato fries. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and my guy had the cheeseburger. Both were tasty and filling. For you beer lovers, they always have game night specials. Someone knows the right way to run a restaurant.

Stopped in here before the Ravens game on 10/13 for lunch. We arrived at just the right time, 11am, as it filled up right as we sat down. I had the Tuna burger cooked rare with sweet potato waffle fries. I love fish and this was the best tuna sandwich I have ever had in my life; I have had many in my lifetime. The seasoning and blackening were absolutely perfect. The only downside is that I paid $2 extra for the sweet potato fries instead of the chips and they literally only gave me 5 fries that came out cold. I would only give this place 2 stars, but the tuna burger was so good it saved the day. I would come again just for the burger, but I will never again pay to upgrade my chips to the sweet potato waffle fries. The fries had a ton of potential as I love waffle fries and I love sweet potato fries, but they dropped the ball on serving them hot and putting enough on the plate to enjoy them. Service was terrible at the rear bar due to being understaffed for a Ravens gameday, so while we wanted to have a couple drinks we only got served one each. I though it was very unprofessional that some off duty employee kept running back and filling her beer cup and then going back to her table. She spilled beer everywhere in her haste, not sure why she was in such a ruch. Beers are a bit expensive $6.50 for a bottle of Goose Island Nut Brown and $4.25 for a Bud Light draft, but they aren't outrageous. I personally think it should be a crime to charge more than $3 for a bud/miller/coors and $2 is a reasonable price. Microbrews should be around $5 a bottle unless it is some rare brew or a large bottle. This is just my opinion and maybe the owner will consider it going forward... The food prices seemed pretty reasonable, especially since my burger was so good.

Walked in while in town for a trade show. Needed a place to work for an hour and have a beer. Bartender made me feel immediately comfortable. Introduced himself and made sure I had a nice time. Great selection of beers, menu looked great, but most importantly was the type of place you want to be at while there. Wish it was in my town. Would be a regular.

Started off alright, we were seated quickly, that was about it. We waited 10 minutes for a server to approaches us for a drink order, then waited 10 minutes for our drinks which were flat and room temperature. We ended up not staying for dinner and went somewhere else, the bar was only half full with open tables and we were told they were backed up... Would not go back...

I stopped by for shrimp bisque cause it was so cold out. It was so and so, kind of overpriced for the quality of soup.. but service was fast. I ordered and within 5 mins the soup arrived. There was a few pieces of shrimp, the soup was also a bit salty as well. Overall eh, but that's what you get for a sports bar. Quality of food is never that good..

  • Meghan S.

Salad was good. Crab dip hardly had any crab in it, no big chunks, lots of creamy base. My friend got the crab sandwich, which was on top of beef, so the crab flavor was overpowered. Go elsewhere if you're craving crab.

I can't say enough about this place. Decent beer selection, extensive menu of apps, sandwiches and entrees. Loved the OB wings and salmon. The best service I've received anywhere in Baltimore, hat tip to Joe, the owner and his staff... made me feel like a regular for a week. Beats the heck out of the crowd controlled fenced places around the corner.

The food was all delicious!!! The burgers are super moist and cooked as ordered. I would highly recommend the special they had while we were there, the brisket burger. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the service really isn't that great. They promptly take your order and deliver the food, but if you want refills on drinks and such, it is tough to know where your server even is. It was perfect for us because we just wanted a quick bite to eat before the orioles game. It is a quieter and less crazy atmosphere then most of the bar restaurants around. You felt like you could actually relax and enjoy your food. We will definitely we back again!!

Good burger and mashed potatoes. Their fries were not GF because they precoat them in a flour mix for crispiness. Thanks to the server for being conscientious. Great place and great people.

I had the blue cheese burger and it was spot on, really good. My wife had thr buffalo chicken wrap and said it was a little too hot for her taste but nothing some extra blue cheese couldn't fix. Service was nothing spectacular. Sat waiting for a refill for about 10 minutes after the food arrived. I would go back for another try.

We had the room in the back reserved for a birthday party, and there were two bartenders helping out. They were both very friendly (maybe too friendly? by the end of the night one of them was playing flip cup with us :D) and the orders kept coming without having to wait for long. Drink of the night was the Orange Crush for sure. Apparently, the place is known for it enjoy!

After reading some of the reviews my family and I decided to give this place a try after the O's game today. The reviews from my group were mixed. It is very close to the stadium, easy to find and very well marked. All of those things make for a good experience. We were seated right away and met our server who took our drink order. There is a good selection of drinks from martinis to beer and wine as well as their Crush drinks. I had one of those...yum! It seemed to take our waiter a while to come back for food orders and while trying to tell him them he didn't seem to be able to hear any of us. The food was...ok. my fiancé was not impressed with the chicken ceaser wrap and my turkey avacado melt was good but not enough avacado. What my dad and step mom liked were the choices on the menu that were meatless. There were several different choices and they both enjoyed what they ordered. One big complaint is that it was soo loud we couldn't even here the people at our table. I thought I read that the noise level was lower at this place tham others. Not true. Between the music, people and whatever is on the tv's conversations were not easy. If you dont want to mess with the noise you're in luck because we noticed they have outdoor seating. Hope this helps! Enjoy!

I would come here again to hang out at the bar, NOT for the food. The mushroom burger is a joke. The portobello was tough and bland and the only decent part of the dish was maybe the french fries.

I stopped in here for a fairly quick bite to eat on a game day. I ordered the "Philly" cheese teak, and not surprisingly it wasn't exactly what you'd find in Philly (we are in Baltimore, after all). I'm not even from Philly, but it was chopped steak on an average bun, apparently they think offering the option for cheese whiz is what makes it. They ordered chips with it, I wasn't sure whether they were supposed to be crab-flavored or Old Bay flavored or what, but I found them hard with an overpowering taste. And I like Old Bay on most things. I wouldn't say it was worth 12 bucks, at the very least. This is sitting more at a 2.5 than a 3, but I suppose the cheese steak wasn't that bad and the place seemed nice enough, not a cramped dive like the adjacent bars and I'm sure some of their other food is decent.

This place is nicely located across from the ball park and the Hilton. The food quality was great; try grilled fish taco!

We were staying at the Hilton and wanted a quick and easy but delicious brunch....the concierge at the hotel recommended this. It appeared to be just a sports bar so I didn't have expectations foodwise. I ordered the veggie wrap and my mom had the BLT. Our waitress, Ashley was so beyond lovely. Checked on us numerous times, chatted with us and was just so beyond pleasant. I was super surprised that the food was as good as it was. The veggie burger and the crispy fries were delicious. Mom loved her BLT because it had avocado in it. We were thrilled with this place considering it was nothing fancy. Perfectly priced, great service and food.

Went here for a work dinner and found the place to be friendly and very sports oriented. We had the room in the back which was nice as the main area is pretty noisy. Our servers were very nice and efficient. Appetizers were good. Try the mussels and clam dip. I'm not a big fan of calamari or wings but they were quite passable. The crab cakes looked amazing and I found myself looking enviously at my coworkers who ordered that option ... especially with the steamed spinach. I got the short rib sandwich which was a little dry; I think they tried to overcompensate with the barbecue sauce, which I ordered on the light side. Drinks were good too. The strawberry champagne drink was good, as was the white cosmo. I would go back again but order something different.

Had an outstanding lunch here today. Based on reviews, I tried the crabcake sandwich, it was every bit as good as others indicated. Staff was extremely friendly, I sat in the bar and was well taken care of. Nic came over to the table and introduced himself..I highly recommend you try this place, you will not be diappointed!

This is a good place. Great casual neighborhood bar and grill. Right by the Orioles stadium. Fun, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. Employees and owner go out of their way for you. Food is excellent. Good hangout

Not good :( !!! Read yelp reviews and was excited to try, big mistake! Their "specialty" pulled pork nachos, very disappointing, they were all out of sweet potato waffle fries, so they chose to use regular fries and didn't let me know about change until I saw my dish and questioned it. The pulled pork was very fatty with connective tissue holding it together in a big blob. The crab mac n cheese, was lacking in crab- not even a lump! The mac n cheese was mediocre by itself and no crab made it terrible! The other dishes we tried were no better :( I'm just so sorry we wasted one of our Baltimore vacation meals at Frank & Nic's, it was truly disappointing:(

Brunch and breakfast no longer served. Bummer for a nice weekend at Inner Harbor and the family wants breakfast. However, what we did have (buffalo chic wrap, coconut shrimp, THE BLT, and the turkey sandwich were all excellent.

Went for dinner with a group of 9. The waiter didn't write anything down and therefore came back three times to ask what people got. He messed up two orders and never brought out our waters. The food was average at best. I had the turkey avocado melt. It was ok, but the bread tasted like it had a stick of butter on it so it was really greasy. The fries were good and there was a half-descent beer special. I'd imagine that this place is really busy during Oriole games and that's probably how it survives. I may go back for drinks before a ballgame, but not to eat.

Ended up here with friends before the Orioles game. Some of the staff seen with it...others, not so much. We sat in the area to the right of the bar, it had its own little bat. We were served by Frank the owner.very nice. We had drinks, wings, and crab dip. Tasty bar nibbles. Then 3 of us had fish and chips, which were very good, not greasy at all, 1 had a shrimp wrap, and the last ordered a chef salad but got a Caesar salad but didn't complain, but didn't eat most of it either. Servers had no clue what food went where, haha, they kept trying to bring us more food. Overall it was good, not spectacular, but solid.

Firmly 3 stars. Good location and decor, but as usual, the better lookin the wait staff, the less they care about good service, and the service wasn't good at all, despite being almost empty.. ( but that does say something about the staff looks! ). The guy who probably doubles as the bouncer at night was the most helpful and friendly of the staff, by far. The buffalo wrap was good but not fantastic. Don't think I'll come back unless it's raining again and you don't want to walk far!

Just flew in from LA and we're looking for a reasonable, not too noisy, comfortable place to eat. I did the normal yelpaloo and several places came up. From the moment we came in we were well taken care of! Really good menu, good prices and great service and excellent food. Ethan took especially good care of us. He knows what great customer service is all about. The Thai mussels were delicious and my wife loved the asparagus! I would give this place high marks! I'll be back the next time I'm in the area!

Hadn't been here in years and was excited to see if it was as good as I remembered. The BLT was as wonderful as I remembered. The server caught that one of our party had croutons on her salad and returned it to the kitchen for another. Would recommend this to friends for a nice causal meal before a game or to meet with friends.

We arrived early for a Ravens game in frigid weather. We were heading towards Pickles or Sliders but they were both pretty crowded so we tucked into Frank and Nics. We had lunch and beverages. I saw many comments about the poor service below but ours was fantastic. I know the owners take the comments to heart and have worked on upgrading the service. Ours was great - we're not super needy snap jump folks but the servers worked as a team and were as charming as they were efficient. Food was good - and portions were large but my five stars is for the fresh squeezed OJ used for the cocktails. Who does that anymore???? And for the staff - it was packed and they clearly staffed up for game day. It's a great alternative to the local dive bars with more food choices, great service and did I mention the fresh squeezed OJ? We'll be back. It might be our new good luck charm since the Ravens won. (0: It's only crazy if it works.....and the desserts looked awesome. Next time

I recently came to Baltimore to visit a friend and see an Orioles game. We decided to eat lunch and hang out at Frank and Nic's until the weather cleared up, before heading over to the stadium which was conveniently located across the street. Not expecting to be "wowed" I ordered The B.L.T., which offered an interesting twist on this simple classic. It had fried red tomatoes, bibb lettuce, applewood smoked bacon, fresh mozzarella cheese, avocado (which I edited out), and mayo...and claimed to be "an experience, not a sandwich." Let's just say that it definitely was not bragging foolishly or trying to be pompous...this truly was an experience that I believe in my lifetime will NEVER be rivalled. This epitome of sheer perfection arrived in front of me with a hefty offering of crisp bacon, cooked precisely the way I had requested. The fried red tomatoes were quite a vision in all of their succulent, lightly battered loveliness. And if I told you that I still cannot erase them from my mind one week later you might just think that I have a serious addiction to food, in which you would essentially be correct. This "sandwich" is representation that perfection clearly does exist, even if made by imperfect beings. All of the dishes consumed by our table looked absolutely delish, but the next time I have the opportunity to stop by Frank and Nic's I wouldn't think twice about ordering something else. The funny thing is that we ended right back there for dinner after the game. Still satisfied from partaking in several hours of "social eating," my husband and I opted for lighter fare and split a side salad and an app. The Mixed Green Salad couldn't be any fresher. The app that we chose were the Chicken Quesadillas, which consisted of shredded chicken, Havarti cheese, poblano peppers, red onion and tomato, served with house made chipotle cream. Disappointedly, my husband and I noticed that the chicken had an odd, unpleasant flavor...and after trying to put a finger on it we both concluded that it tasted more like turkey meat! I can't imagine any restaurant substituting a meat without their customer's knowledge, so perhaps it could just be chalked up to poor quality chicken, possibly canned. I actually would not rule out ordering these quesadillas again, but would instead request them vegetarian style. It is now time to wrap up my review of this new Baltimore favorite of mine. Although my time spent in possession of that B.L.T. was way too premature, it surely was a "monumental moment in food."

Came in around 11 am. The place was empty. I asked for a table, but since I was alone, the hostess had me sit at the bar, even though I didn't want to... I asked for a table, right? Alas, I order the hot turkey with honey mustard sauce. There was a scant amount of sauce so I asked for more. I lathered my sandwich with the sauce, and ... it was just mustard, not honey-mustard BBQ. I asked to see the cook. This guy comes out, puts his elbows on the bar and says, cook: "Yeah, what?" me: "Is this the honey-mustard" cook: "Yeah, what about it" me: "How do you make it? cook: "Vinegar, honey, mustard, yeah me: "It just wasn't what I thought is going to be cook: "Maybe we should just change the name on the menu then, huh? me: "I guess. cook: "Well, sorry" and then he walked away. Run from this place.

The crab dip had little to no crab in it and my husband got a $14 salad which was as big as a side salad which my sister in law got. They charged us 20% gratuity for a group of separate checks with 8 people. The norm is 18% and the food sucked the service wasn't good enough for a 20% tip and that's what I usually give.

I came in here on Mardi Gras after my Zombie Bar Crawl (yeehaw!) since I had a coupon for a free drink. The place is very modern looking, but very empty, something I was not expecting on a Saturday afternoon. They also have a very small beer selection, with only 3 beers on tap. The menu was pretty decent. I tried the BLT, and it was pretty darn good. The service was also friendly. Would I come back here though? No. I don't really hang out in this area of Baltimore, and it feels way out of the way.

I don't know why this place keeps getting bad reviews. I'd been here for happy hour a few times but the food reviews were so poor I never got more than fries and drinks. Went here yesterday for dinner with the bf and his parents and I thought it was great. Crab dip was excellent, the calamari was crispy but not over-fried, and my honey dijon chicken sandwich was HUGE. Bf got the turkey BLT which he says is one of his favorite sandwiches ever, his mom got a crab cake sandwich, and his dad got salmon tacos. Everything was good all around and although the service was a tad slow, it didn't stop us from having a good time.

After a day wandering around Baltimore, we ended up here on an 'urban spoon app' roll. The reviews were decent, so I thought we'd give it a shot. Should have 'shook again' The atmosphere was fine, it was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon. Service was decent. We started with a couple drinks (had to change the drink order a few times because they were out of things) and the crab dip. The dip was actually not bad. It went downhill fast though. Grilled cheese. How can you screw up a grilled cheese? Well, you can not grill it - I'm pretty sure they put a few slices of cheese on bread they put in the toaster for 30 seconds or so. Top it off with some undercooked bacon and a slimy slice of tomato and call it a sandwich. Prosciutto Burger sounded good, but the prosciutto was horrid and tough, and the burger - ordered medium rare - was well done and tasteless. At least the fries were edible. $50 for 2 drinks, decent fries and crab dip - I don't think I'll be back.

After a whirlwind 24 hours in Baltimore, we were looking for a really good lunch before we picked up our bags at the Hampton Inn and headed to the airport. We did not have the energy to go far or work hard at finding a good restaurance. The nice man at the Sports Legends Museum confirmed that Frank & Nic's would be a good spot. He was SO right! Our waitress, Shelbie, recommended a beer to my husband, that he really enjoyed. We started by sharing a bowl of crab chowder. It was so good, I had to get my own. Hubby had a steak and cheese sandwich that he loved. Came with really good fries. I had a humungous burger with harvarti and mushrooms that i could not come close to finishing after the crab chowder. Very particular daughter had the pasta prima vera and she loved it. Shelbie was a fabulous waitress who gave us great recommendations. DO NOT HESITATE TO GO HERE!

Pretty darn good! Great casual, hip setting. The blackened tuna salad is VERY good. The salad is not huge size wise, but the tuna is succulent and the salad is delicious and I was quite satisfied. A friend ordered the salmon salad which appeared to be a bit more substantial, but I don't know if it was more flavorful. The sandwiches are a good size with a healthy serving of shoe string fries. Would like the fries to be a tad crispier. Prices are not terrible.

In Baltimore for work and didn't want to walk too far from the hotel until we got a lay of the land. The service was good but the food was unimpressive. The side salad was nice size but the lettuce looked like it had been around a day too long. The chicken parm sandwich was adequate but nothing to write home about.

Not what it's built up to be. Paper menu with about 8 over priced items. Food served in baskets. Drinks in plastic cups. Cheese steak is on par with Subway. Not sure if the Hilton is getting a commission in this place, but they over glorify. Would not go here again.

Sunday brunch was outstanding. The crabs benedict was delicious, home fries were awesome and the portions were just right. The place was quiet, but it's right around the corner both camden and the ravens so I'll bet it's way more crowded on a weekend night. Spacious inviting interior, clean and helpful and the Bloody Mary was awesome. There are high top bar tables, cushy boothes, some couches, and huge golden tee machine.

Great Food! Best BLT I have ever had. The weekend brunch specials are a great bargain. Lots of TVs to watch the games on Sunday. They have NFL Sunday Ticket in HD available on all of them. The drinks are a little expensive but the atmosphere is great and the place is really clean.

Alrite, this is the most normal like place near where I am staying in baltimore, md. When I say normal I mean bland and sometimes extra salty. (Coming from a guy from tha south extra salty is saying something.) Positives, Guiness on tap, nice amount of items on the menu that aren't too weird, although some are kind of like a 'this is my take on' fill in the blank. The Chicken Fettucini is truly that, Chicken Oil Garlic and Fettucini noodles. I was like, "They forgot the freakin alfredo!" I look at the menu again and sure enough, they didn't have it on there on purpose. (Weird) At this point in the Baltimore game I have given up on trying crab cakes, too risky round here, but they have those too. I tried their buffalo wings, good, yet it also tastes like someone dropped a salt bomb on them. I tried them at a second visit just to make sure they meant to do that, and sure enough salt bomb was there. I think it's in the sauce. The place looks nice, the staff look like they came off the set of Friends, and it looks like a businessy lunch joint crashed into a Joe's Crabshack bar. Food is okay. Better than most i've tried in 'Charm' city, although I felt like going in the back and smacking the chef around a bit. "Where's my Alfredo?! How much salt do you eat?! Who does number 2 work for?!!!!" You get my drift. Eat the regular sandwiches there, they are nifty. Stay away from anything the bartender chic recommends. Go with your gut. I mean really.

Don't bother. Place has potential (decor and location) but food, uh, not so much - it's just basic bar food. The online menu looks good (seared tuna sashimi, asian dumplings) but you'll get to the place and those items are not on the menu. Service was below average - slow - and waitress had an attitude - surly.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton next door recently. We asked the desk clerk to recommend a place that was within a short walk and this is where she sent us. Our first reaction was that Frank and Nic's has something of an identity crisis. When you walk in, you see the Zagat rating right away. The website describes the restaurant as "casually elegant," and some of its decor was very well done according to my wife (who is an interior designer). At the same time, someone made a bad decision to supplement that chic interior with tacky beer signs that are more suitable for a corner bar. We wanted to watch the baseball game, and they have a number of flat screen televisions so you can see from just about any angle. That was nice. We ordered buffalo wings and fried calamari as an appetizer and dinner salads for our main course. I know - it's a strange meal choice. Eat heart attack food and then follow it up with a salad to pretend we're actually healthy people. Go figure. The calamari was limp and greasy and we agreed that it may have been the worst we have ever had. The buffalo wings were heavily over-salted and instead of coming with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing, they were served with some sort of homemade concoction. There are lots of opportunities for chefs to put their stamp on different dishes - but don't screw up a staple like buffalo wings - just make them well and leave them alone. All in all, we rated both appetizers as an F. On the bright side, the two salads were terrific, but how hard is it to screw up a salad? The service had some problems. Our waiter was attentive, but the thing he seemed to spend the most time attending to was his own muscles. Okay, you like to lift weights pal, but seriously, look at your muscles at home or at the gym. You really don't need to flex for my wife and me. We're not interested. The death knell for Frank and Nic's occurred when my wife went to the bathroom. She salvaged the few remaining sheets of toilet paper for her visit. By the time she left, there was not a paper product remaining in the bathroom. When she came out, she notified the waiter. About 10 minutes later he stopped by and said "we're working on it." Working on what? How long does it take to drop off a few rolls of toilet paper? If you chose to go to the bathroom during that time and didn't check for toilet paper first, you would have been stranded! Frank and Nic need to take down the beer signs and embrace their "casual elegance." They need to rethink their approach to calamari and buffalo wings. And they need to instruct their waitstaff to spend less time flexing and thinking about their muscles and more time making sure they're not leaving addled customers stranded in a paperless bathroom.

PROBLEM: You are planning to attend a Sunday afternoon game at Camden Yards or the Stadium... and you'd like to have a nice brunch beforehand. But you know that there is no decent place to eat in that area if you aren't the kind of person that likes Pickle's. You either have to park the car twice (once in Fells Point and once near the game), or put up with overpriced tourist-trap crap around Inner Harbor. What's a hungry but lazy fan to do? ANSWER: Have brunch at Frank & Nic's. A stone's throw from the north entrance to the Yards, Frank & Nic's is new; the space is airy and pleasant. It's casual but much nicer than a diner, with warm woods and an upscale, modern feel. Many of the dining areas are carpeted, the chair seats are upholstered, and the music is kept low, so that even on a very busy Sunday -- in a large space chock-a-block with Red Sox fans stoking their furnaces so as to cheer on their team for almost 4 hours and 18 runs -- the noise level enabled easy conversation. The brunch menu was short but sweet, and the prices astonishingly low, given the prime location. Crabcake eggs benedict ($12) was the priciest item; pretty much everything else is in the single digits, AND you get one side dish thrown in for free - anything from bacon to hash browns to bagel. (I resisted the siren song of hash browns and took the fresh fruit.) Cinnamon French toast ($9) is challah cut about 4 inches thick and dipped in creme brulee batter. It comes with whipped cream, strawberries, and vanilla icing; if this sounds like a Cinnabon-type overdose, it actually isn't, but you can get the condiments served on the side if you want. My husband loved it. My eggs benedict were prepared just right; the whites were fully cooked but not overcooked, and the hollandaise had been made with a light touch, not the usual heavy oily slather. If you're not in the mood for brunch food, the entire menu is at your disposal, including a kids' menu: mac 'n cheese ($6) was being ordered all over the place by the short-legged set. The only unpleasant surprise was that they charged $3 for mug of coffee, but given the low prices for everything else, we felt it wasn't outrageous, especially as they voluntarily brewed a fresh pot for us. Service gets very high marks. Knowing that restaurants make their money pushing drinks, I really appreciated that, at her own initiative, our waitress didn't bring our mimosas ($4) until after our food had arrived. No, it wasn't neglect or carelessness; she told us she wouldn't. The mimosa tasted fine, by the way; of course it's just cheap plonk, but what do you want for $4? Equally impressive was the fact that she did not push a refill of our kid's lemonade. Wait staff commonly beef up sales (and, thus, their tip) by asking children if they want more of something. This practice really gets my goat, as it puts me in a lose-lose situation as a parent: either cave in, or say no and risk getting into a public power struggle. All in all, I'd give Frank & Nic's very high marks for brunch. The three of us ate our fill and enjoyed 5 drinks (1 lemonade, 2 mimosas, and 2 coffees) for $40 - the price of one sun-roasted seat waaay back in right field at that afternoon's game! By the way - we went to this place despite the mediocre reviews on Yelp, because I saw a good review in the Baltimore Sun.

Was one of the best places downtown. Now they changed the menu and went downhill. However, the burger is still one of the best in Baltimore. Got rid of the tuna sashimi, sliddders, and everything else good. Catering to baseball crowd who can't appreciate good food, apparently.

Went here to watch Eagles/Redskins MNF - GO EAGLES! and happy hour. Crabcakes -- It was decent, moist and full of lumped crab meat . But it was $28! - that seems a bit pricey considering how small the entree actually was. This place was just kinda expensive for what it is in general. But I guess it can be excuseable since it's right across from Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium and their only busy period would prob only come around game days.

Went to Frank and Nic's for the Super Bowl. They took our group's reservation for their back room for a party of about 50 people, give or take a few. We arrived at about 2pm for the 630pm kickoff and rolled out at around 11pm after the Ravens crushed it. The service was great and they were wonderful dealing with our huge party for like 9 hours (I guess we spent enough money). Food was decent. Drink selection was big enough. Very friendly and speedy bartenders even at the height of the craziness (the football game). Good job.

Went to this restaurant to watch the Women's World Cup Final on a Sunday afternoon with a couple friends. We would have preferred more of a sports bar type setting, and with more people. It was pretty empty but I think it has just emptied out because its right next to Camden Yards, and an Orioles game had just started. It was also set up as more of a restaurant by day, club by night, type of place. The food was decent. We had the bruschetta and chicken quesadilla to start. Bruschetta was all right... though I would up the cheese and add less tomatoes. I then had the buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken was breaded to the point of being crunchy, which I did not like, but overall, it was pretty good. Service was good, as at the time there was more staff there than customers. We were also sitting right at the bar, so it was easy to call over the bartender. When i went to restroom, i discovered that the place was huge, so I'm sure at some point, it gets packed. The restroom was interesting with red lights that were flame shaped. Overall, decent place, but not a memorable experience. I'm sure its a completely different place at night.

This place is completely fine and has decent food. It is a nice spot to go before an O's or Ravens game if you want to grab some drinks watch some sports and not worry so much about all the hustle and bustle of the other bars nearby (Pickles/Sliders).

I've only gone here for lunch. It's a good close option to my work, but the service is often spotty. I'm not in love with the place and would recommend walking several blocks down the street to Pratt Street Alehouse instead. Or better yet, a bit further walk to Alewife. The dishes I like here are the BLT Salad and the veggie wrap.

  • After a long day in meetings, my colleagues and I spent the evening at Frank & Nic's. The restaurant is modern and stylish with a decent if unremarkable menu of contemporary american cuisine. The service is very quick and friendly without being too "overpowering" as it can be in some american establishments (where you can be asked over and over again if everything is OK). The food was good and arrived in very good time, especially considering that there were over 25 of us. All in all, a comfortable and informal restaurant with solid but unspectacular food and great service.

Just came back from West End Grille and once again I was disappointed! The service is absolutely horrific! There was hardly anybody there, yet no one served me--I had to wave down a server 5 minutes after the hostess sat me down. The waiter did not even apologize and gave me attitude as well. It took them 25 minutes to get me a small $8 cob salad and 32 minutes for my average $10 buffalo wings. My girlfriend and her friends joined me later, and they too remarked about the poor service. One friend asked for hot sauce with her fries and the waiter just nonchalantly said no and quickly left our table without querying whether or not she wanted something else. My girlfriend also asked for diet coke and the waiter gave her water instead. I could go on about the other bad experience but I would have to write an epic essay to do so. Rewinding back a few months ago during my first encounter, the service took forever despite the restaurant being empty. The waitress was rude and the food was bad. The burger was average to below average---In-and-Out would shame this burger. The fries were soggy and over-salted. In sum, if you want to go to a nice looking spot, with snobby wait staff, who makes you wait and overpriced food then this is place to go!

Went here to see a friend in a band play...and that part of it was great! Great spot that was a little more upclass spot to here ppl rock out. However, the place was packed. Took forever for the waitress to come to our table. I'm also not a huge fan of that area of Baltimore...I feel like other than Pickles...where can you go after that? If I wasn't seeing my friend play, I don't know if I would have discovered this place on my own. But all in all, a good time had by ALL.

Frank and Nic's opened in the Zenith apartment building within the last couple months. The space was previously unoccupied for quite a long time, so I was excited for a new restaurant to be opening only two blocks from my house. Yesterday, I tried it for lunch. The interior is modernly decorated and impeccably clean, but also quite comfortable. They restaurant is trying to go for "casually elegant" dining. I think they've succeeded on a decor level, as I didn't feel that I needed to be dressed nicer than I was (jeans and a sweater). It is definitely appropriate for a business casual lunch. Menus were large laminated pieces of paper. I don't know why, but I don't like when restaurants do this. There is something to be said for a menu that has some weight to it, is bound, and which you can page through. It's just me, but laminated menus don't say, "I'm casually elegant." They say, "I'm lazily cheap." The menu includes appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, entrees, sides, kid's options, and dessert. Lunch and dinner menus are basically the same with minor subtractions or additions. I felt that some items are grossly overpriced for what you're getting. Others are about average. I ordered the maryland crab cake sandwish for $15 and exchanged fries for a vegetable side for an additional $2. The waiter told me that "it would be the best crab cake I've ever had." He added that if I didn't like, he would buy it for me. That's a bold statement to make. The crabcake was good, but wasn't the best. Of course, I finished it because I was hungry and didn't get it for free. If was mostly crab meat, so I was happy about that. The entree version (minus bun, plus a crabcake) is $28. I bit pricey in my opinion. The service was excellent and all of our needs were met; however, we weren't even asked if we wanted dessert. Big mistake in my book. The check was brought without any mention of it. Of course, my boss was paying for the lunch, so I didn't complain. The food is good here, but it's overpriced for what you get. You're basically paying for the decor and the food presentation. I guess that's how they get the elegant in there. I'd say they are catering to the "hip and trendy" who pay inflated rents in the Zenith or to upscale Orioles fans that couldn't be seen in Pickles Pub around the corner.

I posted a review for Frank and Nic's several months back. My husband and I go there quite often, usually on Friday after work. I have enjoyed every meal and appetizer but yesterday was amazing...the absolute BEST Shepards Pie I have ever had!! Awesome...My husband had a taste and was amazed...a friend joining us for dinner also had the Shepards Pie and loved it as well. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the wait staff is wonderful...a great location, fun atmosphere...just perfect!!

By far my favorite restaurant/ bar in Baltimore!! Either before a game or just a night out, I love Frank and Nics!! All of the food is awesome (my favorite app is the crab dip) and the waitstaff are friendly. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Tom to take are of you because he is awesome! I like that it's clean and more upscale than your typical bar in the neighborhood. I can't say enough great things about this place!

I have been meaning to try this place for a long time based on the rave reviews from friends. Well I got that chance this past Saturday, due to having a living social deal to burn as well. So me and two other cohorts made our trek to this establishment. And I was really impressed. The steamed shrimp was very tasty and you got a generous size portion, it was a definite plus that the shrimp were nice and plump as well. The shrimp was steamed with guniess and old bay which gave it a nice flavor. Of course the old bay wings were on point, I had tried the proscuitto burger which came served with a crispy prosucitto and a deep fried tomato. The proscuitto was a littyle on the salty side but otherwise the burger was pretty tasty. My friend had the fish tacos that were prepared wiith the fish of the the day, which was salmon and she stated that they were pretty tasty, and her husband had the blackend trout with mango salsa that was outta this world. the salsa was served with generous chunks of mango and just the right amout of heat that was not overbearing. The service was really good. I can see myself going back again when the weather gets warmer, its a great location for O's games and other sporting events as well. I like that they have televisions at every angle so you will not miss any action of your favorite sporting event

Been here a couple times, it's really laid back and great service/nice staff. Seriously craving the crab dip again... and the buffalo chicken tenders... and the fries... Will be coming back soon to get my fix :)

Great turkey burger, great fries, great service. My husband loved his beef burger and son loved his crab cake burger. If we were local, would be regulars.

I had high hopes for this place after the Baltimore Marathon but it was just OK. While the restaurant was filled, the wait staff seemed to be running aimlessly. Our waiter never even came back to check on us. We had to grab two other waiters to get drink orders put in after the initial food order. Bottom line - For a restaurant/bar near a stadium, you think they could handle crowds. Food - Decent Drinks - Camden Crush (their speciality) - not so good. Didn't come with an orange or anything. Should have stuck with a basic draft beer.

This was an ok place..service was very slow, took us 15 minutes to get our drinks..had a burger and fries which were good..nothing special about this place, just next to Camden Yards and happens to serve beer and food. I'd rather find somewhere else to eat, probably wouldn't come to this place again.

So I came here after the cab driver from the airport guaranteed that "crabcakes" would lead to "women" (paraphrased). Anyways, I had the crabcake sandwich, and it was pretty good, but for $15, a little pricey. My friend had the misfortune of ordering the Asian Dumplings, which were five tiny fried dumplings for $8. He was not pleased. Overall, pretty good, but portions are small for the price.

Three reasons for the 3 stars. Good burgers Nice cool breeze on outside seating Good looking waitresses Other than that, the service was slow and fragmented, had to ask for fork and knife to eat and in general felt a bit uneasy there.
