Stopped in here with my family on the way to a Yo Gabba Gabba show right after Christmas. Great choice! It was clean and the pizza was very good. The staff was mostly friendly. You could tell the one girl had been through a tough week, or so it seemed as she sloughed around the place, with a long face. The pizza was good, though, so we'll probably be back.

The worst customer service in the world avoid at all costs. The lady who I dealt with was horrible (angrily hanging up the phone) even went as far as to lie when they took about 2 hours to get my food delivered. The delivery guy said he called me multiple times and I had my phone in my hands with no missed calls. Get your act together crazy Greek.

Good pizza dough.. Nice and soft like fresh bread. Also very impressed with the plain salad. Cheap eats. We got it to got it to go and they also have seating. They also deliver.

I'm not going to be as harsh as others can be on here and other sites. The place is in inner city Baltimore, and based on that alone, I feel that it exceeds any expectations that you could have for a quick-stop pizza place that isn't in the financial district. That being said, yes, the quick tips and other reviews say that there is a Crazy Greek guy behind the counter, I haven't verified his ethnicity, but he sure seems crazy. The first guy who ever brought me to this place a few years ago, I know for a fact to be crazy, and he referred to the proprietor as "Greek" so the guy looks and sounds like a duck, you draw your own conclusion. As far as the food, I used to come here a few times a day for their $5 13" subs. The subs were good, filled with meat, hot, great. I changed jobs so hadn't been back downtown until we just opened a branch office down the street last week. That being said, Today I bought a large cheese pizza for myself and a few co-workers. I walked the 2 blocks instead of utilizing their delivery service, which only accompanies a $1 delivery charge! The pizza was done quick, hot, fresh, no issues picking up or paying, and everyone was nice. This was my first time back to the place in almost 3 years, so I didn't exactly know what to expect. It's certainly not a "five star" joint, but for the city downtown, based on speed of service, quality of food (past and present) I gotta push for 4 here.

This place hit the spot for a late pizza craving I was having, but that's about it. I'm a tough critic when it comes to pizza having the ability to eat New Haven Style Pizza when I want. Just not a lot of flavor in the sauce. I guess I was really expecting Greek Style (known for their sweet sauce). I would probably give it a 2.5 since it filled a need, but I can't justify 3 Stars...Next!

Right on! Baltimore has a lot to be desired when it comes to quality pizza joints so when I found the Crazy Greek on Bmore Eat 24 I thought I'd check it out. BAM! Price was nice. $20 for huge 18" pie with 2 toppings. Giant slices and quality ingredients. Good sauce and cheese good crust. Flavor on top of flavor. This place is A-OK in my book. This could be a go-to spot for delivery pizza from now on. I'll be hitting these guys up again for sure.

Would like to rate 0 stars. The pizza was terrible, the box smelled as bad as the restaurant and I found several hairs on the first slice I picked up. Threw the entire pie in the trash. Horrible, stay away.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Got a veggie grinder for about $8.50 including tax and came with fries and a soda. When I ordered, the cashier had stepped out for a moment and the other worker "wasn't allowed to touch the register" so I had to wait for the cashier to return to pay. She came back well before my food was ready so it wasn't a issue, it just was very strange to me. Food was hot, place was clean, given the "carry out" style and location of the place, it's overall pretty good. I'd definitely go back.

This place is what it is and it succeeds! Its a late night cravings spot. Open till 3am and has a huge menu for the afterbar appetite. The place isn't the cleanest, and it isn't fine dinning. The two women working there were actually nice and helpful. I ordered the Gyro to go and took it back to my hotel. The service was quick i was a bit disappointed i didnt see the crazy greek guy everyone talks about. I ate the Gyro about 10 minutes later and it was still hot, it was great and it was filling! When I rate places, I rate based on the type of place it is, the prices, and the expectations based on appearance and how the place presents itself. This place earned 4 stars for doing what it does very well.

I don't know if he is indeed crazy, but his 18 in. pizza for $11.00 was excellent!

A quick note....the area around Crazy Greeks is shady after dark. I would not recommend walking alone at night to get takeout....def do delivery. We ordered the gyro platter and cheesesteak and brought it back to the hotel. Gyro came with lots of lettuce but no red onion. Fries were good, but they only gave one ketchup packet. Salad was fresh (they give you a brick of feta). Cheesesteak was still toasted after a 5-7 minute walk back to hotel. All in all-a decent place to eat.

Rest assured, the name is not a mere marketing gimmick for trademark purposes... it is, in fact, owned by a crazy greek guy. i went here looking for a change of pace from the usual crappy lunch offerings around the UMD med center with an office squad of about 5. he got orders wrong for one of us, overcharged (at least) two of us, and ALMOST overcharged a third... by arguing that the price of one item was higher than it was on the board (handwritten directly above the counter). after insisting several times, he finally took a look at the board above the counter, and agreed the price was incorrectly marked. ridiculous ordeal for overpriced food that ends up being nothing to write home about. the rest of the staff seemed fine, and to be honest i felt bad for the girls taking orders at the counter for having to work with the guy. for the same exact greek/mediterranean/american-style menu at a friendlier, far more popular spot, try Kirby's.
