I've been to this chipotle twice and never had issues with the customer service that people have noted! friendly and quick service with normal portions!

If the food wasn't decent, this place would easily get 1 star for customer service. The music is unnecessarily loud, and the staff just doesn't want to listen to you when preparing your order. This place needs better management.

This is the worst Chipotle that I've ever been to. Was ordering two corn tacos. The girl tells me that they don't have those. Corn tacos? I just had some at another location. She says, no we don't have hard tacos. ... I didn't ask for hard tacos. I asked for corn tacos. So we make it over that hump. Next I asked for beans on just one- speaking up this time to make sure that I didn't have another incident. I got beans on both. Same thing all the way down the line. Not one person listened to my order. So in the end it was wrong. Went to sit down to eat it and either the corn tacos were old or hadn't been warmed enough. They were dry and broke apart as I picked them up for the first time. The steak wasn't even cooked to par. I would never come back to this location. Chipotle is normally pretty consistent. Not here.

It is with great sadness that I must give a Chipotle a bad review. I love Chipotle. I eat Chipotle everywhere I go and think I can honestly say that I have been to close to 50 chipotle's around the country. This is the worst Chipotle in the entire world. The service sucks. I do not know how the people working there have jobs. They are lazy and wont wait on you when you are standing there. They will screw up your order. They will be rude when you ask them to fix it. Avoid this chipotle at all costs. And when people are so lazy and ignorant to you, you wonder... Are they preparing the food in a sanitary and clean manner. I can't trust them to put corn in a burrito, can I trust them to make the corn in a hygienic way? It sucks that this one is so close to me house and I have to go so far out of my way to get the burritos I crave because I can't stand going here. After this review, I will never buy food from this place again. I suggest that you don't either.

It is my great misfortune that this is the closest chipotle to my apt! Came in around 9 to get some hard tacos...they were out! They were also out of veggies, sofritas and a bunch of other stuff. I don't understand how you can fail to make extra ingredients when you are going to be open for another hour! Either close at 9 or make sure you have enough food. It's really not acceptable, especially when you have less than 10 items on your menu. The service is absolutely terrible. An employee told me I was "killing her" because I told her they were out of forks in the front. Smh. There never seems to be a manager on duty and if there is they're definitely not doing their job.

I definitely won't be coming back to this Chipotle. I have come here once before and they weren't stingy at all with their portions. When I came here today the guy making my burrito was SOOOOO stingy. Everytime he picked up the scoop and scooped the rice he would dumb out half of it, same thing with the chicken and steak. I was livid and i still wish I said something. There was MAYBE 5 pieces of chicken in my burrito and 5 pieces of steak. The meat in general just tasted bad also, like it wasn't marinated and it was cold, and lacking in seasoning. I know chipotle is known for their stingy portions but COME ON, a girl needs her protein. Pissed.

Surely workers. Rarely food in the bins to make meals. What's there is not fresh. Atmosphere of get your food and get out. Don't bother.

I never write bad reviews and I love chipotle but I have all but given up on this chipotle. For a company who base is making burritos, the concept seems beyond them. They fill up the burritos so much that they can't even close them. This is so messy and frustrating and it happens every time here. I even tried to stop them and tell them they are adding too much and it won't close. They assured me it will be fine and soon as I open it, it falls apart before I can even pick it up. Their staff needs to all be retrained on portioning. Especially when it comes to the sour cream. I feel like they add about 1/2 a cup to the burrito when I asked for a small amount. That is so unhealthy and makes the "burrito" mess almost Unedible.

This location needs a COMPLETE staffing overhaul. It's worth driving to Canton just to avoid the terrible customer service. First off, for the amount of staff on the clock at any given time you would think every item on the menu would be fully stocked, instead it's a common occurrence to wait for guacamole, salsa and steak. The counter and dining room are always filthy and there is more often than not one or more employees eating and chatting in the dining room. I hate to think about what the kitchen looks like. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes (with only 2 people in front of me) for an order that i needed to repeat 3 times. The cashiers response was... We're having a rough time today. They have a "rough time" every day. Corporate needs to step in.

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! The location is full of a super ghetto staff and they still manage to run out of everything when its not even busy. I've been here 5 times and they can't roll a burrito without breaking it to save their lives. Last time the chick rolled my burrito and broke it completely. She then asks me "This aight?". Yea I love eating burrito that falls apart instantly! Thanks!

This Location Has Poor Customer service from management to its employees. There inconsistent in there portions I thought Chipotle offered good fresh farm to Table food but instead this location serves up terrible food and attitude from the line to there guest. Bottom line I think it's time to call corporate on Chipotle in Locust Point.

This is a terrible Chipotle. I was here today waiting in a five person line that took about twenty minutes from start to finish. While it was 5:30pm, half the food wasn't prepped/made/ready. They kept trying to pass off this dry nasty chicken to customers. Some guy who wasn't paying attention finally got it on his burrito, even though the three people before him requested and got the newer chicken. Hello! Throw the old meat out! Don't sneak it into some poor guy's burrito! WHen I finally got to the end of the burrito-making process, the cashier excused himself, ran into the back, and came back up a few minutes later carrying a few big vats of corn salsa for the line. There were at least four other people there who could have done this besides the guy responsible for the cash register! Bitch please! The food itself tasted fairly standard, not great but not terrible, but the service couldn't have been slower. There were more employees than customers and the line still somehow ate up 20 minutes I wasn't expecting to spend that way. The acoustics are weird and the staff basically have to shout at you to get your order, which must really suck for them. I will tip at my Canton chipotle from now on, especially after seeing the alternative.

I like the unique seating arrangement of this Chipotle. Otherwise, it's a typical Chipotle with tattooed hipsters rolling up your burrito!

This location offers a whopping 50% discount to police officers and firemen, active duty military in uniform get no discount however. The food is average and the variety is just not there. Thats a shame too because I was really looking forward to eating lunch here.

They're still working the kinks out at this location as of Feb 2012. Most of the employees are brand new and still getting a feel for the job. Obviously, employee-customer interaction is crucial at any Chipotle, so this can affect your food negatively until they get up to speed. But the biggest long-term problem they have here is acoustics. The employees cannot hear the customers well and until they solve this problem you'll need to keep a very close eye on your food as it moves down the assembly line; there's a high change they misheard you and accidentlaly messed up your order.

It's a chain so foodwise, the food taste the same as other Chipotles. Their table arrangements are a little more unique from the other ones. The ones here are more like communal tables. It also wasn't busy for a Saturday afternoon.

This location is poorly staffed , I usually come in for a steak burrito bowl and the last few visits I have had , I had to wait over 15 minutes for the steak to be either cooked or cut , I felt that needs were not handle at the time , when I finally did get my food the steak was very chewy , tough and dry , I thought the point of chipotle was to taste the chipotle pepper well the steak wasn't as spicy as I though and the sour cream was really watery and made my bowl nasty . Since this occurred I will NEVER visit this location again , they staff was playing around and didn't seem to have their attention , the line wasn't kept up and it was filthy , I suggest if you would like chipotle visit the Pratt street location it's a thousand percent better . Something needs to be done about this location immediately !

The crew here is clean and efficient, as good as any Chipotle I've visited. Note that they tend to start running out of one or more ingredients a good half hour before closing.

Unfortunately for being one of the most accessible chipotle in Baltimore, it's costumer service is below acceptable levels. I believe is pretty clear that the lack of management and training is a major contributing factor. From beginning of the line to the cashier, there is lack of communication which in turn causes the customer to repeat it's order 4 times. I am aware of the human factor involved in any kind of operation but these mistakes have been made consistently in every visit. I can assure you that it's only a matter of time in which this customer base will no longer appreciate this location, no matter how good the food is.

Have you ever seen a Chipotle empty?? I have not. But this one is relatively new so great for getting my Chipotle bowl fix on without waiting in a long line. I like the bowls way better than the burritos because the tortillas aren't soft and chewy enough- kinda thin and on the harder side in my humble opinion. But the bowls are awesome and my favorite is the chicken with black beans. Sometimes I wish it were served a little hotter especially during the winter season. I was freezing in here once, like teeth literally chattering! It was probably because the place wasn't full of people during the time of afternoon when I stopped in but it has been better since the weather has warming up. I like to sit on the short little round soft stools by the window because I sit too low in the hard wooden chairs that aren't as comfy. Great location and glad to have you Chipotle!

I have tried this location numerous times and every time there is a problem. The one day while getting a free meal because something was wrong previously, that order was also wrong. This time the chips were stale. Paying almost $5 for a little more than a handful of chips and guac. (which is the only shining point) and then have them be stale, is ridiculous. They always offer to fix the order and that is fine, but why can't they get it right the first time?

I love all the Chipotles, they are a great chain and usually have a line out the door. This one is new in between Fed Hill and Locust Point on Fort Avenue. The decor is a little different than other Chipotles I have been to. Large table, so there aren't many private tables, but it is a great place to eat, and they have huge windows, one of which looks right at the Domino Sugar sign (a Baltimore icon). Outside of that, Chipotle just makes good food. I am never disappointed. This one has Coke Zero, which I haven't seen at many of them, and has everything else a typical Chipotle would have. Great job!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
