I work right by china fun so i always order here. The food is good, fresh and always hot. My only problem is every time I tell them to make it spicy it is like they dont know what I am talking about

I just moved to the area and only tried them once. It was enough. The staff is rude and they added .50 for my order because it was under $10. So much for accommodating the customer. I won't be back and you should avoid this place

We placed a rather large order & I asked for a total on the phone. I was told they would bring a reciept with the order. When the order arrived, the reciept was in Chinese. I called the store and was told the reason my addition didn't agree with theirs was because their (online) menus prices had not been updated. When I pointed out that even the prices that they were telling me didn't add up to what they charged me, they said they would call me back and hung up on me. I waited and called them back and was rudely told that it couldn't be fixed. I wish that giving zero star was an option. They are a rip off!

On Friday evening, I called to order a dinner for my family and they said my credit card charge would not go through. I gave them a different card and again, they said my card could not be charged. I was on the phone for 20 minutes while they kept attempting to charge my credit cards. Finally, I said I would pay cash. After waiting for our food for over an hour, I called them back and they were extremely rude and very unpleasant in telling me my order was cancelled. When I said, again, that I would pay cash, they seemed bothered by me trying to order from them. As I was restating my order, they said, using their broken and hard to understand English "No dinner for you!" - I couldn't believe their negative attitude and ended up ordering pizza instead. Two days later, I logged in to my bank accounts and noticed they charged me twice on each card! I had to go through my bank to get all the charges reversed. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

They do give you a lot of food for your money, but the food was just average. It's very, very salty.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
