I can't believe that I am giving fast food a 5 star rating but my experience was excellent. The drive-thru was quick and the girl working was extremely nice and thoughtful. My chicken sandwich was a huge piece and my bread was not soggy or dry. The fries were perfectly cooked and also were not burnt or soggy. I can't complain, 5 stars it is!

This location needs to work on its greeting. Also, I went through the drive thru, jumped on the highway only to reveal that they gave me no napkins............wow. Are profits that tight that I spend $5.45 for a "chicken" wrap and get no napkins? Really? I like that you are employing people from the hood but don't get hood on me by not giving me napkins..........please. I won't return.

completely blown away by the quality of the food and attention to detail, the cleanliness, the friendliness and attentiveness of the entire staff. owner is very involved in the community too. recently held second event w BARCS in the parking lot. one of the adoptable pups even found his new forever home. the owner is so gracious...provided the pups with grilled nuggets and the volunteers with refreshments! This store also is a sponsor of BARCStoberfest 2014 on Oct 25 in Patterson Park. She will have a Chick-fil-A booth at the festival. it doesn't get much better than that!

Love me some Chik fil a! Clean and comfortable, and the drive thru was pretty efficient. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and a regular sandwich. Both came fast. Only complaint-they almost forgot our milkshake, we had to ask twice for it! But for the most part, a great place to satisfy cravings.

Just a quick note, I received a call from the restaurant owner who did apologize for what happened. She seemed genuinely concerned and intent on correcting the issues, so I will try them again in the future and re-evaluate from there.

Love this place. The cost isn't too bad compared to other fast food restaurants but the customer service is amazing. Not only are they super friendly when ordering, they walk around and offer to throw away your tray and to get refills for you. That is a winner in my book. Great food and clean. I love eating here.

Call me late to the bandwagon, having only found out about the Chick-Fil-A hype when my friends raved about the upcoming store opening in Manhattan. So I decided to find out for myself when I came across this store on a sojourn to Baltimore. Just like a pubescent teen faced with his first time in the sack, I had no idea what to do, so I went with the original chicken sandwich and original chicken nuggets. The cashier asked me if I wanted Chick-Fil-A sauce to go with the nuggets, so I played it cool and went with it. I must say, it was a pretty good sandwich, and the nuggets tasted like actual chicken as opposed to the ones you get at McDonalds. The sauce turned out to be some sort of spicy mayo, and went quite well with the nuggets. The lemonade I got to wash it all down was also delicious. I'm pretty sure it was squeezed in-house. Way better than the ones you get from Minute Maid and Tropicana, which is nothing but flavored sugar. I don't usually eat fast food, but when I do Chick-Fil-A will be one of my top choices!

I always consider that Chick-Fil-A has phenomenal customer service (except for the express Chick-Fil-A's at school), but this specific location has gotten my attention. My girlfriend ordered the wrong soup because they did not ask whether she wanted the chicken noodle or the chicken tortilla, and when she went up to ask about replacing the soup, they agreed to it in a nice fashion. I applaud Chick-Fil-A for the top-notch service they provide. And now onto the food. I maybe biased because I'm in love with the spicy chicken sandwiches here, but it was again delicious! My girlfriend decided to try out the chicken tortilla soup and the salad w/ the avocado lime dressing. I thought the soup was just any normal average soup you could buy from a Harris Teeter but the salad dressing was the bomb. The only complaint I had with this location was the one time I came during breakfast and the cashier gave me and my friend attitude (probably because it was early and they were just grumpy). But it didn't bother me that much in that it would bring down their ratings. Pros: -Drive through -Customer Service Cons: -this is the only Chick-Fil-A in the city

This is the only fast food joint I'd ever give 5 stars... their food is absolutely the best! A chicken sandwich delux with pepper jack is my go-to but their nuggets milkshakes and fries are awesome too!!! I've been here when 10 cars were in front of me in the drive through and was out in 5 minutes. They're always so friendly- and the honey roasted bbq sauce is the best sauce I've ever had in the world!!!! Mmmhmmmmmmmm

Love all Chick-fil-as and this one is great! Location is super convenient as well as lots of parking. I've come before for dinner and breakfast, and every time, the staff are friendly, service is quick, the decor is cute, tables are clean, and most importantly, the food is delicious! Yum!

Great addition to the Canton scene. Like any other Chick Fil A, it's very clean and friendly. Customer service is their #1 concern and they will make sure you are satisfied. Tips: Tell them to go easy on the ice. They basically fill the cup 90% with ice then your drink. I think this is actually a procedure they practice unless told otherwise by a customer. Every Chick-Fil-A i've been to does this. If it's busy, walk inside. The drive in can get backed up so walk inside and you'll get in and out faster than the drive through line. Do not feel scared to speak up if something is wrong with your order or food. They WILL make sure you're happy. Be on the look out for receipts that have the survey on them. It's literally a 5 question survey of how things went and you get a free sandwich!!!! Cant beat that. (I think it's 1. Randomly selected 2. the credit/debit card number is remembered so you do not keep getting them 3. after a period of time it all resets) I got 3 surveys within 2 week span, which was great!

I am so happy to have a new Chick-Fil-A in Canton. I have been there at least twice a week since it has opened and tried almost everything on the menu. I like their sandwiches (classic chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich) and salads. The Cobb salad would be my favorite. Staff are super friendly - they will bring your food, refill drinks, and take your tray away if they can.

Came here for dinner with my fiancée and a friend. The interior isn't as large or clean as the one off Exit 126B on the I-95, but it's still not bad. The service was fast and friendly. They had a special promotion tonight, where we each got a free choice of cookie, small fries, or ice cream. The food was great, as usual at Chick-Fil-A, though they messed up my order. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with no cheese (which is also what my receipt says), but they instead gave me a chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese, pickles, and bacon, which was really weird. I ended up eating it anyway because everything here is yummy.
