I had a chance to come here last Saturday (3/26). Bistro Sensations is located in the White Marsh Mall food court. After doing some walking in the mall, I made a stop here to get something to eat. I ordered the Chicken Pita Press, which came with a side of macaroni salad. The Chicken Pita Press was HUGE, but it was pretty good. I didn't have much more room for the macaroni salad, but I did get to eat some of it. The salad was OK, nothing too spectacular. The main reason for this place getting 4 stars is because of the Mango Sweet Tea, which was awesome. I would come back just for the sweet tea. Total for the Pita, salad and the 20 oz tea came to 8.52. Bistro Sensations was a nice surprise in a food court cluttered between Burger King and Ruby Tuesday. I'll take Bistro over both any day.

Don't waste your time or money going to this place when there are much better options in the white marsh eatery (R&R Taqueria, etc). The "manager" working the cashier was very rude and completely unhelpful when it came to answering a simple question about the meat content of their food. After blatantly lying to my wife (a vegetarian) that their crab soup contained no meat, she refused to apologize for her mistake. When we asked the "manager" her name and the telephone number for Bistro's customer service she refused to cooperate. We contacted another location just to get this information since it appears that this company does not have an online presence (shady!).

Frankly speaking, this place has gone downhill big time in service while increasing in price. I am tired of begging for service in this day and age and have decided that spending an average of $9.00 for a Salad and Ice Tea deserves proper service even in the Mall. Bad service has happened often to me and my family here since mangement changed. The Salads are good and so is the soup, but I cannot get over the lack of courtesy from the staff. They simply do not care if they are out of bread or any accompaniment that you have to ask about and is included in your purchase. Service with a smile needs to be demanded by all of us these days or this trend will continue. We are done with these guys.

This place is delicious. I love their chicken salad! Any of the croissant sandwiches are tasty. Crab soup is perfect. Awesome drinks made from scratch. In a mall full of frozen foods, grease, and cholesterol ... Its a very pleasant change. The only reason they missed the 5 star rating, is due to the price. It seems that anyplace that offers you healthy options now adays, has to rob you on price. A family of three could eat at a dine in restaurant for the same cost as this place.

The food is quite pricey for a small place located in a mall. I ordered a combo (1/2 salad, 1/2 soup) and it came to about $9. If you're trying to eat on a budget, this isnt the place to be. However, I must admit that I personally like Bistro Sensations, solely on the fact that they are the only place located in the mall that offers healthy alternatives for people who don't want to eat chinese food, mexican food, pizza or philly cheesesteaks. Their homemade drinks and sandwiches are almost always on point. But beware, the mall is a busy place on the weekends which means that Bistro gets busy as well and the service here tends to screw up a lot of orders, in a rush to get them out to the customer. While standing in line to order, I saw three people come back with their food. Not only was the order incorrect but they gave them a turkey sandwich rather than a chicken salad sandwich, wild right? Pretty sure turkey and chicken don't even sound alike.. or maybe they do? Check it out, you may like it - just make sure you got some dough on you because it aint cheap.
