Not the same as regular Baja Fresh restaurants. Low quality food that has no taste and looks bad. Actual Baja Fresh is 100x better.

probably one of your best bets for eating at the main jhh cafeteria, but this place still sucks. costs too much and it has low quality. i only ate here b/c i got a 50% off livingsocial. even then i thought it wasnt worth it.

Second the warning from Kathryn. I also had my credit card charged very very late from the Baja Fresh in the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Last week I was charged and I haven't eaten there in over a month! It surprised me - luckily I don't eat there often so I only had one pending charge. I will not be getting lunch here again. The food isn't worth the annoyance.

Was excited when I heard the cafeteria was getting a Baja Fresh. It turns out this was a Baja Fresh Express and Express stands for rude service and pricey bland food.

Truly one of the worst burritos ever. I got a chicken burrito with rice, beans, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. The rice was mushy, the chicken was dry, and the guacamole was tasteless. I am never eating there again.

If you have been to Baja Fresh at JHH during the past year, and have used your debit or credit card, be warned! There has been an accounting error. During an audit at the Hopkins Baja Fresh, it was discovered that your card may have been swiped, but not charged. As a result, Baja Fresh is retroactively charging accounts for fees not collected. Today, a coworker found that Baja charged her account (without telling her!) 16 times. Please watch your accounts and call your banks to contest these charges!

Man, I am really a Baja Fresh fan (over chipotle). Except this location makes it hard to maintain that loyalty. For some reason the ingredients don't seem very "fresh". The rice is sometimes overcooked and stale. The meat and beans are often on the dry side. Even the salsa doesn't taste as good as I remember. It's also really overpriced. The one good thing, because of the above, the line is always really short, even during lunch. You can get your food relatively quick. Until chipotle or some other chain moves in next door, this will still be the one place in the hospital to satisfy that Mexican food craving, and until then, I'll still be a customer.

Preternaturally slow. You have time to contemplate all of existence whilst in line. You can read a Camus novel - The Stranger, for instance - whilst in line. You can learn how to deconstruct ancient Greek verbs whilst in line. You can crochet a family of cat sweaters while in line. Once you get through the line, prepare for a girl to creatively overcharge you for your items. Correct her overcharginess. Get rude service. Wait another preternaturally long time for your food. Nearly starve to death. Have a miracle dream team of athletic and youthful, manly surgeons rescue you from near death and fight for your affections on the Johns Hopkins campus. Just another Saturday.

Ordered 2 chicken burritos and it was the worst . No flavor at all . Chicken was cooked out of the pack with not even a salt !!! Staff were not friendly at all . Not sure where is Baja fresh management for this location !!! I think it would have been more satisfying if I eat my $18 bill !!!
