I was pleasantly surprised (all thanks goes to my fellow Yelpers' reviews)! For the price and the perk of having it delivered to my doorstep, I've decided that they're now my go-to for some Friday night Chinese take-out. However, I was disappointed in their donuts. They weren't very fresh and lacked the sugar they needed- boo! But aside from that, the General Tso, steamed dumplings, veggie lo mein, shrimp eggroll, egg drop soup, and white rice hit the spot. I'm a happy fatty!

My boyfriend and I craved for some chinese food. We tried their Combo Fried Rice, good for people. And their Sakura Roll and Black Dragon Roll. Everything tastes good and tasty! And delivery was fast!

They have by far the best Chinese food on this side of town. I love the Singapore noodles with extra shrimp and the half and half is amazing. I come here all the time because the place is clean and the food is not Full of MSG. They offer chilled pineapple chunks which complements your meal and the spring rolls are delicious not greasy or overcooked. So if you're in the mood for some good Chinese cuisine make sure you call Asian Taste ask for Sophie and she will take your order.

I was looking for a New Chinese Restaurant and take out place because I just moved to Baltimore. I'm really particular about were I eat but I was referred here and thought why not? I ordered from them and explained my situation and from first pick up they were welcoming, nice and they really aimed to please. I love their shrimp and broccoli, the Crab Rangoon, the homemade iced tea and the shrimp rolls/egg rolls. From the outside it looks plain but once your inside it's wonderful. I would order from the more but they don't deliver and I don't really like having to drive to get food especially when I'm tired.

Um...so did the owners of this place get their friends and relatives to write 4 and 5 star reviews for them??? The food at this place is TERRIBLE. I was hoping, by the other reviews, that this would be one of those restaurants that look unassuming on the outside, but still has delicious food. I was very disappointed. $50 worth of food. All of the egg foo young patties actually looked uniform and perfectly shaped...as if they were mass produced and came frozen off of a delivery truck. They didn't look or taste fresh. House egg foo young and almost no meat...THE WORST I HAVE EVER TASTED. The shrimp toast...I'm not sure what that even was. Greasy, doughy, gray mass of...I have no idea. Crab rangoons...tough and chewy. Hard to bite and they were too sweet. Curry Shrimp...bland. How can curry shrimp lack flavor? I can't even address the noodles and dumplings. The best part of our order was the beef sticks, but even they aren't worth coming back for. If you have a craving for Chinese food, this is NOT the place!

Yum! Our favorite Chinese carryout place. Way above average for Chinese carryout. Good hot and sour soup, love all their veggie options- crisp and not overcooked. They now have real brown rice (natural brown rice) which is a huge bonus! Husband loves the General Tso's Chicken. The owners and staff are always very nice!

Tried this place after reading the reviews and boy was I pleased. I ordered the shrimp egg fo young and it was delicious! The gravy was so tasty. Only reservation was the shrimp... Could have had more in the patty but other then that it was great! I will def order from here again! Oh and the delivery was super fast.

Solid sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. Beef was nice and sauce was flavorful. Shrimp egg roll was crispy with like two shrimp ( I think four more would make a difference). I Will definitely return to try more items on the menu.

Would give no stars if I had the option. I had my teen daughter call in an order for me and the man over the phone was rude-- hung up on her twice, saying she was talking to someone else. Hello-- she was taking the order from me to relay to you over the phone! Never again, you guys lost a faithful customer. I wouldn't give your business another penny.

Yum! I had been looking for a Chinese delivery spot near me and - thanks to Yelp reviews - I tried Asian Taste tonight. Will definitely order again! The place was very busy so it was a bit difficult to place my order, as they kept putting me on hold. But my order arrived pretty quickly with a friendly driver. The sesame chicken (white meat) was delicious! The chicken was good quality and the sauce was flavorful and light. The quantity was large and the white rice was just the right stickiness. I also had a pork egg roll, which was so tasty! This is definitely my new go-to place for Chinese food! Can't wait go try some other dishes!

Food was delicious and they have decent sized portions. Plan on ordering from here again. I didn't get delivery but I like that it is an option. Only complaint is that they do not accept Credit Cards, so if you do decide on delivery you must have cash.

The food is great. My favorite is the general tso's. The staff is always pleasant. The delivery driver was pleasant also. There is nothing like great service. Makes you not mind continuing to spend your money with this business. I will continue to support this business.

Decent local Chinese joint on the east side. Very nice Fujianese family owns the place . Talked to me in mandarin for a bit. Decent food but not outstanding. My egg roll was blah but the Hunan beef actually had chili garlic sauce, bean sauce, and the full flavor profile. Not as good as I make it, but still alright in a pinch. It's safer and cleaner than the drug dealer den that is Garden Sea down the street.

A gem in the Northeast Baltimore area -- Asian Taste has it all. Flavorful, delicious food. Affordable prices. Friendly staff and delivery people. This has instantly become our go-to Chinese delivery spot and I encourage you to do the same if you live in the area.

Very nice family. Pleasant over the phone and in person. Food is great! They are not heavy on the seasoning which to me, drowns the taste of the food.

We had chicken and broccoli with extra spice and wanton soup. No frills - everything looks just like how other Chinese places do it, but the flavors are good, the price reasonable, and the service was super quick - I started my call to place the order at 8:30 and their delivery guy called ahead saying the food was on its way (a nice touch) at 8:44, which allowed me to put the dogs outside before the door rang. All in all, I have no complaints whatsoever, and although this isn't outstanding cuisine, it's good, hot, quick, cheap Chinese delivery. Graded on that curve, it was everything I could have asked for when I picked up the phone. Others have mentioned this but have cash before calling. Edited back down to 4 stars because I found their "crab" wontons to be insufficiently crabby, on our 3rd or 4th time getting delivery from them. This is Baltimore, keep the cream cheese in Philadelphia!

Typical Chinese take out place. I ordered crab Rangoon and cheese steak egg rolls. The crab Rangoon barely had any filling and were tough as rubber. Very disappointing taste. The cheese steak egg rolls were lacking as well. Hardly any meat, mostly just the roll.

The food was good hot and a large portion. I had the general toas chicken with shrimp the lunch special.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
