My first experience with Jerry's was good. Maybe I was just starving. After that first sub, each experience was progressively worse. Waiting an hour for a cheesesteak to be delivered? My apartment is 5 min away! And the quality of the sub is really no better than a steak-ums. Save yourself the hassle. Just go somewhere else...

Poor customer service. Took over an hour to go .5 of a mile- YES .5 OF A MILE... driver said it took longer because it was raining....REALLY RAIN. UNBELIEVABLE!!! The food was cold and had to heat in microwave... food was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!

Not good. Ordered once when we were new to the neighborhood...never making that mistake again. Delivery was slow and the food just wasn't good. There are better options in Annapolis: Eastport/Hillsmere area then settling for Jerry's. Thumb down.

The Owner and manager should be embarrassed of this location. My friend and I order lunch with only 4 other guest in the restaurant. While enjoying our lunch two employees are arguing back in forth about who's task is who's and who's going to drive to Home Depot for supplies. Embarrassing behavior the male employee obviously could care less about his job. I will never eat here again.

Been to this location at least 10 times but not frequently. The service is slow but not enough to make me really annoyed. The service is pretty bad though. The cashier or manager is always zoned out and rolling eyes/ rushing you to order. The biggest issue I had with the service is when I went once and their was a new guy there. I specifically told him that I wanted everything BUT mayo on my sandwich. I made the point quite clear. Of course when I leave and sit down to eat the sandwich there is mayo on it when I went through so much trouble to ask for no mayo. Every time ive been back I complain about that. I really dont like the place or the staff but there isnt a lot of cheap sub places around. If the manager wasn't so trifling it could possibly be a decent place to get food.

Ordered small Philly fries drink. Fries very good. Sub decent. Good iced tea good for a quick bite.

Horrible. I like Jerry's, so I was happy at first to find a location closer to me using Yelp. When I pulled up, I thought it might have been closed - nope, there was just nobody eating there. I walk in, and the floors and tables were all dirty....surprising, considering the place didn't have another patron in it. Trying to reserve judgement I walk up to the counter and see an employee sitting on the counter where food is served (i presume, like I said, there's no customers) stuffing his face full of food. When he recognizes me (keep in mind there are 2 other employees gossiping near the entrance who could care less that there is a customer in the place), he gives me the "one moment" hand gesture as he tries to swallow his lunch. I didn't wait for him to finish. I was already disgusted. I like Jerry's, but avoid this location at all costs. Poor location and poor management.

Turn around and walk away. You are better off at McDonald's across the street. There is nothing enticing about the place unless you like untidy, grimy spaces. I really don't know what they are cooking in the back, but I cannot qualify it as edible. The pizza was barely cooked, so you couldn't even pick up a slice without the processed cheese gliding off the crust. The pie was pale, limp and doughy. Cheese steak? Where? Not even worth a description. I'm embarrassed that it will be known that I even patronized this establishment. Ah well, chalk it down to desperation and a temporary lack of judgment.

It's Jerry's, don't go in with high expectations. Know you're getting overpriced mediocre subs. I remember Jerry's when I was a kid. Here and there I'll grab a sub from here but it's once in a blue moon. Mediocre and overpriced but I'm no longer hungry and that's all I was going for anyway. They do have birch beer which is a nice touch.

This is a Jerry's. There is nothing unique about this location- very typicaly of a Jerry's so if you like this restaurant chain, you will like this location. Clean location and fast service though :)

This place is disgusting. I have never been to a Jerry's before, and I was excited about the "world famous subs..." So me and my boyfriend checked it out... Always up for trying something new and open to all types of different food. We ordered online and ordered a Philly cheese-steak, hamburger, mozzarella sticks and some fries. The online order screen said it would be done in 20 min. We then headed off and picked up our food, It was a Saturday afternoon and the place was nearly empty. We then proceeded to the check out counter, and told them we are here for our order, even though we paid online the cashier asked for our credit card. Then we told them we had already paid. We then left and went back to our place. We opened up everything and they had missed one of our items, the cheeseburger..!!. It was also on the receipt too, so I called them explaining, and they said no problem they would order one right up... I also said if they could deliver it for the trouble, they had no delivery service (really? because on there website they have a delivery service) The cashier said she would give us some extra fries for the trouble. ok :) cool.... I thought... We then drove back, and picked up the cheeseburger, came back, and just ready to sit down, as my boyfriend opened the foiled hamburger, there was a HUGE quarter sized circle of mold on the bottom... Really? After even going back for a second time? The only thing that was fresh was the mozzarella sticks BEFORE we went back for the second time, the Philly cheese steak was dry and disgusting, NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

If it wasn't for the miserable service I may have enjoyed my mediocre food but eh. So we stopped in here for lunch yesterday. I had a Phillips Crab Cake 4" Sub. The picture makes the cakes look bigger but they are nothing more than little popable nuggets (smaller than a chicken nugget) of a crab ball. The ranch dressing was good and the veggies (onion, tomato and lettuce) were healthy looking. Hubby had a philly sandwich with some fried Jalapenos on it... he was satisfied. The one cool thing there was that they had Fanta Birch Beer which I love.. its kinda like root beer only better. THe place was not too clean (bathrooms YUCK) and the tables were not bussed. The help there seemed over tasked and under qualified. And in all honesty it compares to a truck stop. But the food was eh, ok at best. It will do in a pinch but for the money you will spend on two subs and some undercooked onion straws you might as well go to the Main Ingredient next door.

Thinking now I should have read the reviews before ordering...but since we didn't here I go. We have now ordered carry-out two times and two times our order was wrong! I'm not really sure how when I said I want 3 8in subs all the same but add mayo to one we got 2 8in and 1 4in. Really? And the first time instead of chicken they were steak subs. And I don't eat steak. I haven't been in the store so I can't comment on the cleanliness but the service is no good. On the upside I did enjoy my chicken cheese steak with fried jalapenos on it, but it wasn't the best and also a little pricey at that. I say don't go if you don't have too..

In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types.
