WINGS are the only reason this place gets 3 stars and not a 0. I live on the next street over and I've probably had everything on the menu in the 20 years I've lived in the neighborhood. This is not an Italian owned Pizzeria, and I wouldn't advise getting anything on the menu except their wings and their pizza. Best things: If you order their buffalo wings, preferably their mild sauce, you'll be very happy you did. Best wings by far in Springfield. Their pizza is really good if you get a small or medium, I don't know why they just come out awesome when there smaller. Those 2 things are the only reason they get 3 stars, otherwise if it was based on everything else I'd give them 1 star. Worst things: By far its that they just use cheap premade crap and serve it as if it were a legit meal at real authentic restaurant. Examples: Fried Clams - Store bought pre cooked, just reheated garbage. "Chicken Parm" - 3 gross precooked chicken patties with a slice of cheese on it, with sauce. Boneless Buffalo Wings - The same chicken patties for the chicken parm with the same sauce from the wings ... yeah and they cost a lot too. I could go on. Consensus: The people who own this business obviously don't try at all. Some of the staff are stupid. The wings are somehow really awesome, but everything else is simply a rip off. Most people just go there for grinders and pizza, and honestly its hard to mess up grinders, and their pizza is actually O.K. so thats probably the only reason they're still open.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wings... the 30 minute wait time for delivery turned into an hour and 15 minutes, and the pizza was barely warm despite appearing to have been overcooked. Needless to say, this former regular customer will NOT be ordering from Palace again.

i wish i could do 0 stars. By far the worst service and pizza place in Springfield MA. This place has been on a steady decline for years. They used to have decent food about 7 years ago but since then every experience with them has been worse than the last. Tonight i thought I'd try it to see if it had gotten better and I was met with over an hour and twenty minute wait for a small pizza and a bottle of soda that turned out to be far below anything I could have imagined while waiting here for it and to top it off the delivery guy tried to overcharge me and give himself a $2 tip. Needless to say I've given up completely on any hopes of this place getting better. *Edit* check the filtered review by mike m, it's more spot on than the 5 star lie from Shannon C.

Great pizza. I'm a regular customer and I'm surprised there aren't more favorable reviews here on yelp. My order is always on time and have never had a problem. The crust is perfection. A must try!

This is our go-to place for lunches at work. They have huge salads overflowing with meats and cheeses. Their pitas are handmade daily and are AMAZING! If i could afford to I would eat here every day. Try the Palace Salad or the boneless wing pita.
