Their prices and hours are good- and their online ordering system is awesome- but that's about where the positives end. When I placed the order online, I was unsure that the store was open (because it was so early and the first two pizza places I'd tried to contact were closed). I called the store to make sure they were open, and someone answered the phone with, "Dominos, please hold." I said, "Ok" then was on hold for over three minutes (cell phones count the call time) and the person still had not come back, so I just hung up. When I'd placed the order, I put in the 'driver instructions' spot, "Please bring red pepper and parm" and the driver didn't bring it. When I showed the driver on the receipt where those words were printed he shrugged it off and didn't apologize. I opened the boneless wings and they looked like McDonalds nuggets. They were near circular and about the size of a half-dollar. The coating was NOT crispy, but seriously- they looked and tasted like McDonalds. I got a thin crust pizza and it was so burnt it was black at the edges and the spinach topping was so burnt any part of it that wasn't covered in cheese had basically disintegrated. The online ordering and status update was impressive and delivery was fast- but who cares about that if the food sucks?

I ordered a crispy thin crust with three toppings which was their Monday through Thursday deal for $7.99 Shrewsbury, MA local. ABSOLUTELY DISSAPPOINTING and will never order another pizza from this pizza giant again! Come on! Too many other pizza places! These dummies are losing position. Barely any green peppers, barely onions, and ok on the pepperoni. This is a major player pizza company that controls each location and the corporation decides on portion control. Count me OUT Domino! I wonder if you will file Out of BIZ in 2.5 years!

This place had kind of a stuck up attitude compared to alot of the other dominos I been too. They wouldnt make a puzza half one type of toppi g and the other half other kind of toppi gs for me and made me order 2 seperate pizzas, I have never heard of a pizza place refusing to do that to make their customers happy. That really rubbed me the wrong way. The employee s there are really just miserable pricks and act like there above having to provide good service bc your guna get the food either way... kinda messed up if you ask me. I dont order from these guys anymore if I dont have to.

AWFUL SERVICE. I will never go back here. I honestly would rather drive all the way to Framingham for their service, because they are awesome. Pizza is also cooked way to fast and shi***.....

Really terrible service at this dominos.. I ordered a single large pizza for carryout, and went in when the online tracker said it was boxed and ready for pickup. I arrived to find 6 other customers still waiting for their orders, some who had already been waiting 30 minutes. Turns out their oven was busted--they could have told us, refunded us, or at least not updated the tracker falsely. Find another dominos, or another pizza place with better and honest service.

This location has really gone down hill. If you do a pickup, the receipt machine is always out of ink or paper, the staff is forgetful, and it seems like everyone is over worked and under managed. If you get delivery, make sure to order online or it will be a lot more expensive. Twice we've had to call to make sure our order had been received though because it took over and hour (once over an hour and 45 minutes) to receive. We live almost exactly 1 mile from the store. I hope this is phase.

We ordered online and received notice that our pizzas would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later and were told our food would take an additional 40 minutes to prepare. To make matters worse, the attitude of the counter person was despicable.Possibly the worst customer service we have ever seen.Just because you work at Domino's doesn't mean you should take it out on your innocent customers.Terrible,Terrible,Terrible!!

i had ordered from here several times. I never will again. Placed a delivery order and 45 mins. later had not heard from them. I called to check on the order was put on hold and then hung up on, i figured maybe it was a fluke or my cell dropped it so i called back, and was promptly hung up on again. I will no longer be giving my business to a place that feels it is okay to treat a customer like this. I was polite and simply wanted to ask if my order was sent out yet. Avoid this place. Rude and treat long time customers like crap. Off my list, i guess i drive to get my pizza from now on, never again fro this place.
