This BWW is very large and can accommodate a pretty good size crowd. On the day I went it was busy but being a party of one I was able to sit at the bar with no wait time. The bar is quite big and has 3-4 bartenders at any given time so there is always someone able to wait on you or others around you. The bar staff was very pleasant, always smiled and were quick to get your drink order taken care of. The food here was good. I had the Chicken fingers and popcorn shrimp basket. Both were cooked perfectly and the french fries were golden and crispy. They have a great selection of beers on tap. The only one downfalls of this place is parking. Very limited and with how many they can hold it becomes difficult during any high tempo evenings. Come early if you want to park within a decent distance. When I left there was a 45 minute wait for a table and that was at 7:45pm on a Friday night. Lastly the place is VERY loud so you may have to ask your waiter/waitress to speak up because I could barely hear the conversations going on to my left or right and they were within arms reach.

Good beer selection. Good and bad chicken. The actual meat was not good, I tried the boneless wings. But was surprised that the sauces were quite tasty.

I used to love going to this BWW. Since my most recent visit, it's gone downhill. This was a place I loved going with my friends or bf whenever I was in the area. My most recent visit was the most disappointing, I treated my boyfriend and one of my friends on the .65cents traditional wings night. We asked for a booth. Our waitress said it was for groups with more than 6 people. Later, we saw her seating groups of three at the large booths. Also you can only order wings in 6,12, or 18 pieces (intervals of 6). While at the South Shore Plaza, we have to order a minimum of at least 4, and it's much easier. Another HUGE disappointment is that THEY DO NOT HAVE APPY HOUR like the South Shore Plaza one. We left disappointed with a lot of left over wings, and decided to never return.

A restaurant which only has wings I would expect their wings to be better than they are. They have a large selection of sauces that you would expect. It's pretty decent and on the wing nights their prices are affordable. Their cheese fries are okay sometimes. Definitely a worth-while place to go as a sports bar but probably not as a restaurant.

The food is bar food-- its greasy and not great. If thats all your looking for, then this is the place to go. Service is pretty consistently bad and I have worked in restaurants for years so I have a high tolerance but the staff always seems more interested in chatting than working each time I go. The reason I end up here is because they have a lot of beers on draft and they show every game on TV. Other than that, I would never end up here.

Lunch time stop on my way to get a massage. I got there right as they opened so I sat at the bar and was served quickly. The bartender was really nice and the food was fast. I played one of the game consoles they have so it was a nice way to kill time before my massage. The salad I had was delicious and the price was most definitely right. Chips and salsa, a large glass of Sam Adams, and a hearty Greek chicken salad for $20. Works for me.

This has been my go to place for the FRESH, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside amazing wings (extra set blazing sauce) ever since I discovered this place 9 months ago. The service is always attentive and good. But strangely for the past couple of months the wings started to taste not so fresh. The first time I chalked it up to going there on Monday ;) but the same not so fresh smell and taste stated to become a trend. I gave it a try bunch more times but 90% of the time now I now become scared to eat the wings for fear of getting sick. To be fair the waiter was amazing and got me another order which was significantly fresher tasting but I shouldn't have to do this not wonder about the freshness of chicken. Sadly I need to find another wing place. BWW was great while it lasted.

I love this place! We came in just as a Pats game was starting on a Sunday and literally lucked out with only having a 20 minute wait - everyone that came in after us had an hour wait! The place was packed. They have more TVs than I have ever seen in one location. They play all of the NFL games that are happening at the same time but have the Patriots on the most amount of screens. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered cheese curds and fried pickles for apps. The fried pickles were perfect and the cheese curds were very good. I tried 2 different flavors for the wings - their medium sauce (similar to what most know as buffalo) and their spicy garlic. Their wings came out juicy and cooked perfect. They weren't overly crisped or sauced but the skin wasn't fatty either. The medium sauce was not as hot as I expected it to be though. Ordered my fries and cole slaw as sides. The coleslaw was also very good. I really like that you have the option for bone or bonelss wings - makes for a great place for the whole family. This place is not crazy cheap but it is also not very expensive. During game times and the height of meal times expect to wait at least 30-60 minutes for a table.

I've reviewed local BWW in the past. But I wanted to stop by and leave some love for this location as they went out of their way to take care of The Fam this past weekend. Picking our two little cherubs up from their bio-dad's house, they were hungry (no, he didn't feed them. Long story...). And they like wings. So, my pretty partner in crime knew exactly where to go. We were seated quickly, provided with an allergy list just as quickly and then provided with the option for baked french fries, too (our little girl was dying for a plate of fries). All in an effort to calm a frazzled mommy with two kiddos who were a little antsy and one who wasn't quite feeling 100%. Yes, it's standard wings fare here. But the waitstaff here was wonderful. Therefore, gotta give it up for them and encourage them to keep up the fantastic work.

The worst Buffalo Wild Wings we've ever been to... It was so terrible we will make sure never to visit another one again and will encourage our friends not to go. The wait staff is slow as can be and took forever to take our order while they talked in a corner for 20 minutes. They sat us at a high top even though we asked not to as we had two kids with us. They refused to serve our Au Pair because her ID is from another country. They refused to give me the detailed receipt with the survey as they likely feared the bad review. DO NOT GO HERE, under any circumstances, unless you profoundly hate your life.

Interesting place. It sounds better than it is. I would probably just take out food. I just don't care for this kind of place it's loud with the TVs..... and too many loud people lmao. The food is really really good though. Extremely delicious food. Seasoned right and it was all hot. Did take a while to get but they were really busy. There was a fight the night I went..

The restaurant itself is fantastic with TV's everywhere you look. Reasonably loud music. The seating is good and everything is new. The server we had was very nice and attentive, she did a good job. The food; appetizer-fried pickles were good. Good start. We then tried the wings and were disappointed. The honey ginger were the best of the worst. The sauce was ok but the wings skin wasn't cooked enough, they were chewy...not a fan. The buffalo wings (medium) were not terrible but entirely too salty. We also tried Thai curry which had good flavor but this also had overpowering salt. If you're a wing place, you should do wings perfectly.....this was far from it. Too bad because as I said in the beginning it's a really great interior.

First and last visit to this BWW. It was ridiculous. It was NOT a game night of any sorts. The place was probably 3/4 empty (it was like 9:30 pm on a weeknight). Yes I understand it's a sports bar. But one still wants to eat and drink at a sports bar right? I guess that means you need actual staff to come over and ask what you want and then bring it to you - unless "sports bar" means walk into the kitchen and cook something for yourself? Anyway - the place is cool enough. It's loud with a lot going on, but I mean come on it's a sports bar - it's to be expected. The place was WAY overstaffed - tons of waiters, waitresses, bus people, etc. - sounds like a good thing right? No, no it was not. Firstly, there were three very sad people at the door yet it took a couple minutes to be seated (or acknowledged) and when they did they silently escorted us to our seats. Again - this please was 3/4 empty. All of the many waitstaff seemed to be only interested in chatting with each other and hanging out. Then to make it even worse, a fellow coworker (or maybe regular?) came in and literally every person at the restaurant had to go spend 5+ minutes at her table each, a constant rotation with a constant crowd of on duty employees at her table. They were giving her free drinks and then taking large sips themselves, loudly bashing fellow coworkers and patrons loudly - yelling to each other from 10' - 20' away at times and making it clear they hate their jobs. The manager even came out, saw all this going on and just smiled and waved to his friends - nice. Now look, I could care less about slacker staff and drinking free on the job assuming the staff 1) actually waited on me and others a little bit and b) weren't loud, obnoxious and profane while hanging out instead of working. I don't know how this place stays in business with so much staff doing so much nothing, but hey more power to them. If I could find a job where I did nothing but drink free and chat with friends while getting paid, I'd probably take it too. The food itself was ok. The wings are interesting and not all that bad - the garlic parm ones were great. Though they weren't worth the ridiculous wait on a slow night due to the REALLY bad service. The apps are average to subpar (got the combo plate), nothing was awesome. Refills were nearly impossible to get and as soon as you're done eating they press hard to get you out of there (I'm not talking about me spending 45 minutes after my meal taking up table space. I'm talking - hey here's your change now get the hell out.) This despite the place being mostly empty and nowhere near closing time. I don't recommend at all. Or maybe you should try once to see for yourself, it was an interesting adventure to say the least!

Wings are pretty good but you'll pay a pretty penny to get them. Atmosphere is great for sporting events. Beer is cold but also overpriced. Bartenders sometimes take a while if the place is even somewhat busy. If you get the wings, get the bone in. The boneless ones are like little dried up rocks. Recommended for the atmosphere but beware of the food options.

Very inconsistent compared to other BW3's. It could be because it's a franchise and not one of their corporate locations. Check out how much beer you get when they ask you if you want a 22oz beer. They don't ask if you'd like to purchase a 22oz beer that comes with 3" of foam, resulting in you really not getting a 22oz beer. Call it "proper/perfect" pour, I call it more lucrative for their establishment since they pour less liquid. Many other issues at this location, this is just one.

After a few months of listening to the hype from friends and Facebook, I checked out Buffalo Wild Wings in Shrewsbury, which opened just a few months ago. And let me tell you .. ehhh, it's okay. They tell you as they sit you down there are 36 TVs and lots of wings and flavors. Its like a big bar, with small tables and room for lots of people. The atmosphere can be loud, which is good and fun. The servers were excellent, friendly, and fast. The wings ... were okay. I think I was expected to be blown away and I wasn't. They aren't terrible. But they are not amazing. Good flavors to choose from, we had Sweet BBQ, Honey Mustard, and Parmasian Garlic. But they just seemed okay. The fries were good, and the fried Cheesecake bites for dessert were very tasty. For the 2 of us, 15 wings, fries, fried pickles, and cheesecake bites, plus two beverages, was $37.

Sunday ticket! A million tvs! However, only one will be on your game, they will seat you away from it, and refuse to change any other channels when they are all on the same game. People don't come here for the mediocre service and bad food, so what's the point?

Third visit and still the same delay in gettin stuff delivered .. Beer order took 15 mins and they never got better .. I decided it was my last visit to the bww in Shrewsbury ..

I've ordered take out from here a few times and was disappointed with the quality of food. The wings were cold and oily both times and the quality of meet seemed below average. Won't order from here again.

The wings were great. The spinach pizza was alright. But the food took a solid hour to come, which was absurd for the small amount of food we ordered. It was also really loud, so we could barely even hear each other talk at the table. Yes I know it's a sports bar, but this was exceptionally loud and the place could've been designed better so that we could at least kind of hear each other. We ordered the Asian spicy wings, the chipotle dry rub wings, the hot wings, and the spicy garlic wings. All were great and very spicy as we wanted!

I have been to this location only twice, 1 on a non-game day and 1 on a game day and I must iterate that THERES A DIFFERENCE PEOPLE. BWW in my opinion is a sophisticated Sports bar, heck it is a sports bar...with wings get it? If you order take out on a non-game day things should run smoothly, but if its a game day, your ticket is probably on going to be 1 to 2 tickets ahead of every other Joe whose sitting inside. I have noticed that there are usually multiple "host/hostess" and some look underage. But from the two times that I have been here they do a fine job of finding me a table that I can sit at so I have no complaints. BWW is OUTSTANDING if your a BEER Drinker, with over 12 different beers on tap, a quarter being brands such as goose island, bluemoon sams, its a wonder I dont leave tipsy (I promise I dont) DONT ORDER THE FRENCH FRIES. Yes unfortunately BWW stalls at anything but Wings in the food catagory. Especially on Game nights I found that ordering anything non-wing related will create a 'sour' mouth on your face. The french fries are shaped like "Mcdonalds" fries but...soggier if you can imagine. I hope someday BWW invests in Steakfries because those are what I would eat watching a game. Also I will inform people that if you order "BONELESS Wings" they are 6 breaded boneless chicken nuggets with 'Breaded' meaning ALOTABREAD. These arent no 'Wendys' Nuggets, more like "Gold Nuggets, cept Chicken somewhere inside." For those who want to bring kids BWW does have a Kid Friendly menu and if the "dads" join together and bring there 'Horde' BWW will accommodate the 'Horde' with there own table with is nice of them. I will agree with some other viewers that the 'complimentary' carrots/celery and ranch tends to get lost and never arrive at the table...sometimes. Overall for those looking to hang out, watch a game or two on a '82 TV, or just grab a brew this is the place to go...just again if its GAME NIGHT be prepared to wait. NOTE: This particular location is located on top of a hill/notch and there is only one way in and out. Main Parking is in a lot then there is a tile store THEN BWW. Parking does wrap around the building, which is large of course, but the 'L' becomes a dead end and you have to do a 3 point turn to turn around. Not a big issue in my opinion. OH and there is only 4 handicap spaces that I saw. PEACE and LOVE folks! if your "MAN" enough try to accomplish the 'BLAZIN CHALLENGE" I'll look for you on the screen. :) 2/21/14 Update: haven't had a chance to fix this, "in a nutshell I have come back twice with friends and it hasn't been a good experience - that being the last time the server messed up our burgers and yet PRO CEDED to charge us for the mess up and give us a hard time when we asked to take it off. It's fine if you need management approval but don't tell that to a patron. that's just low "guilt tripping" tactical.

Stopped in for lunch. We were seated quickly near one of the service stations. The food was good, but the sour smell from the service station made us wonder home clean the restaurant was. We won't go back.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a pretty spacious restaurant with a sports theme. Big screen televisions are everywhere and dance music is played in the background. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Food is well priced. The food came out fast, hot and fresh. Rachel loved her burger and my wings were tasty. My only cons are they did not ask me if we had any food allergies.

I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings three times since they opened. I went opening weekend with my family and a friend, and then I have gotten takeout twice. Yes, it is crowded, but the same thing happens anytime a new chain restaurant opens around here, especially if it is the only one in the area. I have seen this happen with Chipotle, and they even had to change the traffic lights in Waltham when the Wendy's opened. But, I digress. The bottom line is that if you don't like crowds, order takeout or wait until the crowds have died down. They are open late, and they have wall to wall televisions, and they have multiple football games on every Sunday. And yes, the parking lot is inadequate. There are several dead ends, so if you don't find a spot, you have to try to turn around. And yes, they probably should have scrapped the tile store and made the whole thing into one giant BWW. But I've gotta say, I'm so happy when I leave with a bag full of delicious chicken that the tile store looks great- Hey, maybe I should remodel this year! So maybe they are crazy like a bunch of foxes for putting the tile store there. The food is great. The highlight is the buffalo chicken- they have wings and they have boneless chicken. Between my husband and myself, we've tried Parmesan Garlic, Medium, Hot Garlic, and Thai Curry. Oh, and our friend had Hot BBQ. All of those flavors have been delicious, and I would recommend them all. Appetizers/sides are good too. The fried pickles are amazing, as are the buffalo chips- be sure to ask for buffalo seasoning on the buffalo chips. The mozzarella sticks are nothing to write home about- they seem like the regular old frozen mozzarella sticks that I could buy in bulk at BJ's. They are a little overpriced- $7 for about 6 sticks when I could buy a sack of them at BJ's for $10? I'll pass next time. They have a nice selection of kids' meals. On Sundays, they are half price, so $2.50. They get a side, entrée, drink and dessert- so this is a huge bargain. When we get takeout, we opt for the hot dog sliders or the corn dog appetizers for them and have them split an order of fries. This works out nicely. The staff is where this BWW really shines. Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. I have placed the takeout orders myself both times, and the people on the phone have been extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and made a point to go over the order. Frankly, I was thinking of giving four stars, but the attentiveness really bumps it up to 5 stars. They have been absolutely inundated with customers, and they are doing the best that they can. Now, if you'll excuse me, writing this review has made me hungry for buffalo chicken.

Have been hearing about this place forever & finally checked it out. You get what you pay for here & it was a great. Went on a Friday night and seated immediately. If you are looking for a quiet dinner this is not the place for you. Very noisy from tables & TV's. Waitress was very attentive and took our drink orders immediately. Ordered a small order of the boneless wings with 1/2 Jammin Jalapeno & 1/2 Honey BBQ and was very pleased. Overall a great experience & will definitely return.

Its B-Dubs....... Anyone who says the food is good has no taste buds or know what food should taste like. Its good drinks and TVs. The wings are ok but everything else on the menu sucks. Burgers at McDonnslds got this place beat. Service is bad too, food takes forever. Pretty much the only thing good here is the beer and half of what comes out of the fryer (sometimes). Go here for a game and some beer. But be aware the food is lousy and over priced. Newengland needs more of a verity of chain restaurants from the rest of the country. Being this is new to the area is the reason its always packed, in time the newness will ware off and people will get the hint. I give 2stars for the atmosphere but thats it!

Went today for the first time at BWW Shrewsbury. Walked in a few minutes past noon with a party of 2 and had no wait... nor was there a wait for any parties. With reading a lot of critical reviews of people who decided to walk in at wrong times, I give my honest review. The food was really good... hot, fresh, probably the best I have had at any BWW. Service was good too, she had a full load of tables but was attentive and not overbearing. Must be over 100 TVs with really not a bad seat in the entire place. Spent nearly 2 and 1/2 hours watching the game with no one pushing us to leave. No complaints with food or service what-so-ever. My only complaint/ why I didn't give it 5 stars, is the parking situation. Limited parking, especially with the snow. People trying to stand in parking spots to save them for friends. Saw some people parking across the street in the Tae Kwon Do place but be careful if they decide to tow you for not using that shopping center. Food: 5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Accessibility: 2/5

Went here tonight for takeout and was so upset with our experience that I came home right away to let others know how horrible things are there service-wise. They've been open for quite a few days now and I would have thought they had their act together. Unfortunately, not the case. Saw how busy they were and decided to get takeout instead. Called in our order and were told that the wait would be 30-45 minutes. Got there at the 45 minute mark and waited another half hour. I get it. It's a new restaurant, it was Friday night, they had a full house (1.5-2 hour wait for any party over 3 people). But when you give me a time estimate, I expect it to be on the longer side so I don't sit there and wait. If it's going to take an hour and a half, tell me that on the phone. I'll probably still place an order and I won't walk out of your restaurant angry. If I am going to point fingers, it has to be at the manager. He left those poor kids hanging at the takeout counter, where they were dealing with one frustrated customer after another (due to circumstances that were mostly out of their hands). I did see him come up to visit them in the half hour that we stood in their overcrowded waiting area, but he stood and watched - not speaking to either his employees nor his disgruntled customers. The boy at the takeout counter, I think his name was Devin, dealt with the situation as best he could and was extremely apologetic. Kudos to him for having far superior customer service compared to his superior. P.S. The parking situation here sucks - be aware of that on nights that you think will be busy or on days where you are shopping for tile and everyone else is watching a Patriots/Celtics/Bruins game.

It's new a new-ish B Dubs location, it fills an empty hole left by large book seller. They made decent use of the the space although I think they gave up some square footage to the Tile store. The rectangular bar should have been longer, subject to code I suspect. The bar is just too small for this location. The dining areas in front of and in back of the bar are nice the back part is more sprawling. Initially this was a tough ticket. The Huns surge into the Roman empire comes to mind, hungry wing eaters mobbed this place and wait times were ridiculous. It's leveled off although it's still crowded most nights. That initial frenzy reveals the pent up demand for decent and affordable dining in Worcester county. I like the wings, and boneless wings, the combo is my usual order. The sauces I like: mango habanero, wild (traditional b-wing sauce), jerk, and thai curry. The chicken sandwiches feature a too thin patty and lack taste. The burgers are decent, and the onion rings are very good. The cole slaw isn't bad. This is a sports bar and they have many TVs, even in the mens restroom. * parking: at peak times not enough spaces * stick to the wings and boneless wings * 22 oz beers, the next size down is less than a pint. * founded in 1982, all the wait staff jerseys are #82

Last night, for our anniversary, my boyfriend and I decided to get wings at our favorite place. We called ahead and was told there was no wait. There were plenty of open tables and we got right in. We then proceeded to wait almost 20 minutes just for someone to take our drink order. At that time we placed our full order as we had an event to attend in an hour and 45 minutes. We ordered a medium BONELESS wing with two flavors and the Irish potato wedge special. We waited a total of an hour and fifteen minutes before asking for our food to-go. In that time period we had a thirteen year old projectile vomit in front of our table, merely missing the edge of it. At that point I was done. Our potato wedges came forty five minutes into our wait after being told "it'll be about ten minutes." Four or five times. The female manager was very polite and comped our food. When I got home and sat down to eat my wings, we realized that we waited all of that time for BONELESS wings and received regular wings. One, not even being the flavor we ordered. I'm very disgruntled and may not be returning to what was formerly my favorite restaurant.

Yes a great place to watch a game, but not if you want anything to eat. Food is below average for sure! Personally, so many other places with much better food and still have a great atmosphere to watch the game in this area. Try post office pub, for great food and many tvs to enjoy the sports!

Good Food! Wings are great, lots of sauce choices. Service was on par despite the fact it was very busy. The waiter was able to accommodate our game choices by tuning the TV closest to our table so we were able to eat and enjoy the game we came to see. Since this is a new location it is very busy most of the time so you may need to wait for a table.

Wouldn't serve me a beer the day after my 21st birthday because my license had been expired for 1 day. Been going to this place multiple times a week since they opened, now I need to find a new place to get wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a generic wing chain. The atmosphere is loud and filled with sports memorabilia and TVs everywhere. This is a new location and I had been looking forward to going since there weren't any of these restaurants close to me. You can definitely tell that the staff is new as well. The person I was with had a couple of questions about the beers that were on tap, the waiter had no clue about any of the selections. When she decided on a beer, the waiter brought her out a strawberry beer by the same brewery thinking that would suffice. Unfortunately she is actually allergic to strawberries and the beer was nothing like the one she had previously ordered. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he asked her to try it even though we had stated her allergy. Not impressed. Our food came out quickly and everything seemed to be going better until I finished my beer and I tried flagging him down for at least 10 minutes to get another one. Hot wings and a lack of a drink is one hellish predicament. We finished up and got the check. He came by like every minute then trying to pick it up when we hadn't put any money in it yet. We felt more than rushed. Thank gosh they have buzz time trivia there so we didn't have to focus on how poor the service was on a rather slow point in the day.

Never got to even try the place. My One and ONLY visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was me entering the building and asking a male host for a booth seat and his response was, "there are no booths available and there wont be." And then he just starred at me.. I turned around and walked out, never have been back.. probably never will. I eat out A LOT and I have never had a uninviting, rude response from a host before. Tell me there was no booths, but ask me if I wouldn't mind a table.. something. Or tell me the approximate wait time, all are acceptable. BUT not to tell me there was no booths available and there wont be."

Food court atmosphere, paper trays, processed food. Bleh. We went because of all the hype and it looked like a fun place to hang out. So overwhelming and loud. Our server got an A+ for effort but she had too many tables and had no idea about the drinks so she was back and forth to the bar. I wish them well but we will not return.

Takeout shouldn't take 35 minutes, especially when all you want is a medium order of wings. I waited at the counter (at the front of the takeout line for 15 minutes, being told to wait several times, before someone even took my order. Love the wings, and clearly others do too given the volume of people here, but it wasn't worth it.

Went here a few months ago. Had there buffalo chicken. First thought was it tasted like frozen chicken. My friend said we could of got better chicken at McDonalds. If that wasn't bad enough...I got very sick from the food! Ruined my entire day. Never will o step foot in a buffalo wild wings again.

Its interesting that there are so many negative reviews for this location, yet it is packed all the time. I like BWW because you know exactly what you are going to get...a busy, loud sports bar with wall to wall televisions...loads of beer and wings. Afterall, isn't that why you came here in the first place? The wings are the reason for coming, the onion rings are a tasty and delicious side and there are more choices of beer to satisfy anyone. If you are looking for 5 star fine dining this isn't your place, but if you are looking for what they have to offer.. You won't be disappointed.

I went with a few of my friends tonight around 9:45. The service was horrible. There were not that many people and our food took a very long time to come out. I never received my blue cheese (after asking for it twice) or my carrots and celery and silverware! The wings were just alright nothing special and the server was not accommodating to my friends request for an order. My friend had a bug in his beer and he still had to pay. it also took forever to get the check. I'm very disappointed I will not be returning.

Been to other locations in different states so it's nice to see them expanding around Worcester. I went for the first time last week and had a decent time. We only stopped in for an appetizer and a beer. The tables were packed and there was a small wait but we check the bar instead (which is very large) and there was plenty of seating so we ate there. There were over 25 TV's in just the half of the restaurant we were in, so no matter where you sat you had a great view of whatever games were on. Service was fast and the bar tender was attentive. The only issue I'd say is the parking lot, it's on the smaller side so even though the place wasn't packed most of the parking was taken. We were however able to find a spot up front. I'll be back here to try out some of their other food. They are also open every night until 2am (last call at 1:30am) so that's great as it's hard to find places open that late on Sunday nights.

The burgers were tasty and large, the wings and sauces were good with pleasant amounts of heat. While nothing was horrible, nothing was extraordinary either. A group from my office went for lunch and with a nearly empty restaurant found the noise to be fine. The windows were open and the view and fresh-ish air were nice. I will give it another try if in the area, but will not go out of my way. I am not a regular patron of any sports-bars, so consider this simply a restaurant review. I almost gave this location three stars, but others in my group seemed a bit more impressed than me and I want to be fair.

Wow, this place needs some work. First, my wings arrive lukewarm at best. And to be fair, it was unusual- every other time they've been hot. And then I ask the bartender/server to change a TV near me to a particular game. She says she'll do it, notes the number of the TV, leaves for a minute supposedly to get it done, but . . . the channel doesn't change. I wait patiently. About ten minutes later, friends of the bartender sit down, ask to have the channels changed, and Presto! Thirty seconds later, they're changed. When I asked the bartender/server about it, she had no recollection of talking to me, and tried to throw another (blameless) bartender under the bus. Come on, BWW- this is not the way to make customers happy.

We thought letting several weeks elapse after opening would be enough for a national chain to get its act together. Wrong. Placed order with reasonably adept waitress shortly after being seated. Told "computers were down" we are running a "little slow". What we did not realize was a "little slow" meant our waitress would disappear for 45 minutes and leave us with empty drinks during the entire duration. One unique twist was that the place did not seem to be lacking for workers. There must have been 30-plus staff running around he front of the house. It was kind of like watching animal planet, since there was some kind of primal herd (flock? Gaggle?, swarm?) mentality going on. A dozen or so of the uniformed gang would huddle around together off to the side where, to my best guess, they would desperately avoid interaction with the customers. Then every 10 minutes or so they would go en masse into the kitchen and then all return with no food. I wish I could say that it all was made right by a gregarious manager offering comp appetizers or a least an encouraging word or maybe even just human contact, however the earpiece-equipped woman must have have been linked into the same Borg that took down the food-cooking network, as she was unable to execute even those Appease-your-customer-101 maneuvers. I also wish that I could say that a steaming, spicy, flavorful mound of bird arms made all my aggravation go away, but, for the first time in my 40+ years, I walked out of a restaurant without actually getting my food. As much as I wanted to "chew and screw," my mom raised me better than that. So after sending my family out to the car, I stopped at the cashier to pay for the 3 soft drinks that we consumed (without ever even getting a refill). The cashier was also controlled by the same Borg, as she could not ring me up for 3 sodas without linking back through the NSA mainframe, and needed to track down the manager to do that. After having me wait for another 5 minutes at the front, with no one wanting to actually take my money, I finally dropped a 10 dollar bill on the top of the register and walked into the sunset. I only hope that it was enough money to get the computer service tech in for a site call and that would allow the other poor patrons to receive their food. This is the first review I have ever written I my life. I hope it was not too long and that it was helpful for you all. If I could figure out how to give zero stars, I would.

It's a chain with lots of foods that taste great but leave me feeling heavy. That feeling can be easily suppressed by enjoying the big selection of beers on tap, however. The service was good, and it ended up being a great place to watch March Madness.

Im giving it 3 stars rather than 2 because i really enjoyed the parmesan garlic wings. Other than that I was pretty disappointed. I ordered take out and just wondering, what kind of wing place doesnt provide bleu cheese and/or celery and carrots? Stupid. I cant enjoy overly spicy/way too saucy bbq hot without a dipping sauce. The medium buffalo wings we ordered lacked flavor. PEACE

Now I get that this BWW just opened and I did not expect perfection..but this was beyond awful service and the food was not great either.. We came on NY Day and it was busy, but were seated pretty quickly.. There were 2 adults and 2 children.. The waitress looked clueless as to what she was doing.. She did not even tell us her name.. We ordered a salad and it was never delivered until the meals came.. Aren't salads supposed to be first?? It took quite a while to get our meals.. Wings were just boring and barely done.. Ordered potato rounds that were cold and undercooked.... My son's cheeseburger was dropped on the floor and 2 other orders were incorrect.. (Ordered bone in wings and got boneless..)We received NO apology for the mistakes or dropped food.. Waitress rolled her eyes.. So needless to say, 2 hungry children were waiting for food while the 2 adults ate.. They never offered to leave the incorrect order or offer French Fries so my kids.would at least have something while they were waiting.. 2 orders came out finally but my son's cheeseburger was still missing.. We asked the waitress to check on it and never returned to say when it would be out.. By the time it came out, he didn't want it so we had it wrapped to go.. We were not compensated for anything that was incorrect.. Until my girlfriend asked to have the Kids cheeseburger taken off the bill.. (Which was a whole $2.49 cause it was kids day!) i would have complained but my kids were embarrassed so I stayed quiet..(i would have spoken up if my kids wouldn't have hid under the table!) Waitress did not check on us, did not clear the table, totally ignored us, no apology, she did not ask that a manager come over to speak to us..was not engaging at all, no smile, looked miserable and totally clueless as to how to be a good waitress.. Totally horrible experience.. I will never return to eat.. And I have made a call to corporate to complain.. Don't waste your money unless u go to drink..

I want to preface this review by saying I am only reducing the rating from 5 stars to 2 because of ONE employee here that essentially ruined my entire experience. I am not new to Buffalo Wild Wings. I travel a lot and have always enjoyed catching sports games at BWW's wherever I am if there is one around so because of this, you can imagine how excited I was that one opened 2 minutes down the road from my house! I stopped in on Saturday (opening weekend) and had lunch before I went to my own bartending job. The service was great, food was good (it's your basic bar food). It was a good experience. Fast forward to Sunday. 2 friends and I decided we were going to watch the Patriots game at this BWW. They have a large selection of beers on tap and with the bar food, it was a great choice for Sunday football. Because of how crowded it was (had a lot of difficulty finding parking), we arrived at 3pm (game was at 4:25) so that we could secure seats. The bar was full, but after a small wait we were able to snag some seats. We watched football, ate, had beers, your standard Sunday. Now, when I say we ate, we ATE. We had an order of their pretzels, the tablegating sampler which is a large appetizer smorgasbord and then also ordered nachos. We were there for about 5 hours considering we had to get there early and the football game lasted your typical 3 or so hours. Anyways, in that time, I had about 5 hard ciders. In between, I consumed 2 waters and a seltzer water and, as previously stated, consumed enough food for a small army. Out of the blue, the bartender came up to me and stated that if I wanted another drink, I would have to "chug 2 waters." I thought this was odd considering I was sitting quietly with my friends, not causing a scene, and was not intoxicated in the slightest. So I asked him why I would need to chug 2 waters. He advised me that an employee there had told him that I needed to. Here is where my problem lies: the employee (a woman I later found out was named Jane, red head) had had 0 interaction with myself or my 2 friends the entire time I was there. On top of that, she never even came to speak to me directly. I understand if someone is belligerent and causing a scene, or even simply loud and bothering other patrons, however, none of this was the case. At that point, I felt so uncomfortable drinking the remaining cider I had in front of me that I had payed for, that I decided I would leave. I do want to mention that Jane, the employee I have the complaint about, spent most of her time behind the bar slapping a male employees behind and acting inappropriately, which was noticed by multiple patrons surrounding us and was a topic of conversation at one point as it was so blatantly inappropriate. I digress. I decided that I would leave and continue my Sunday at another establishment - I was thoroughly embarrassed and insulted and no longer wanted to be there. My friend was so taken aback by this exchange that, unbeknownst to me at that point, he went and found a manager to complain. Here is where the restaurant redeems itself. The manager felt HORRIBLE that this had happened (I've worked in restaurants for 16 years as a bartender as a second job and I would NEVER act in the manner Jane did). He spoke with me at length, told me I was clearly not intoxicated and apologized profusely for Jane's behavior. This happened after my bartender apologized for HAVING to say that to me as he also said clearly it was not necessary, but he was told that he had to. The manager gave me about $25 worth of gift certificates (which I had originally refused as I told him I would never return there based on this experience and that I was not out for compensation, just wanted this employee reprimanded for her behavior). Because of my experience with the rest of the staff (the bartender was "Jimmy" and I wish I could recall the managers name as he was wonderful), I would consider returning and giving it a second chance. In my entire time on Yelp, this is the first bad review I have ever written and chances are if you go to this restaurant, you will have a good experience, but unfortunately, I was in the wrong place at the right time and I just dealt with a "bad egg" - but I feel so strongly about this that I felt it necessary to share the experience with other potential customers.

Overall: Did not live up to the hype. The menu looks impressive and the building looks great as it is all brand new. Our waitress was knowledgable and friendly but our food was a disappointment. We ordered boneless wings and then later ordered our meals and our meals came out before the wings. When we got the wings they had barely been tossed in sauce and you could tell that they were not as hot as they should be. My boyfriend's burger was the worst part of the experience. The burger looked very thin which answered our question as to why the waitress did not as how he wanted it cooked. Basically this is a good place to go grab a few beers and watch a game but do not go expecting great pub food.

Yuckkkk! This place is horrendous. Told 1 hour wait no big deal, it's new so it's busy, understandable. After seeing people come in and get seated after us we went up to the host, "hey it's been an hour what's going on", his response, I've been trying to page you. Looks at the pager, it isn't working, sorry. Thanks a lot, maybe you could have used that intercom system that you have been using the whole night Xander! Finally get seated by the bar area, freezing cold by the "garage doors". Order some drinks and an appetizer also ask for a trivia unit. Drinks come, appetizer comes. Second time she comes back asks how the appetizer was, ask about the trivia unity again, oh, sorry I forgot. Ordered dinner, finally got a trivia unit. I was at Buffalo Wild Wings so I figured I would get some sort of Buffalo chicken. Sounds right. Wrong! Not even sure if it's real chicken or not, couldn't quite tell. The breading was so thick and hard that I couldn't taste anything. The wife's Buffalito didn't taste any better. Everything tastes like a frozen appetizer. Service=Bad. Atmosphere=Bad. Food=Bad. Parking=Bad Not sure if it's me or society but it sure seems like all of these "chain" restaurants forgot how to cook real food that tastes good.

Zero stars!! My son was right I shouldn't have gone. We ordered boneless chicken wings. Little did we know they would be dry, processed, devoid flavor and bearing little or no resemblance to an actual chicken wing. A complete waste of $18 never mind the drive there and back. I felt very disappointed when opening what resembled a McDonald's chicken nugget value meal to find out it tasted Ike one too! Buffalo lost twice today, Go Pats

I have been waiting for more than a half hour to have our drinks brought to us. When we asked our server she stated that the ticket was lost. They did not even comp the drinks. I'm afraid to try and order. I have been here since 4:50 and at 6:20, after one round of beer ,I finally talked to a manager. He is looking into it. The food was good. We did not get the celery and carrots. The blue cheese took 20 minutes after the food. I would not recommend this place until they get their act together. DO NOT EAT HERE, unless you have hours to spend. We were here from 4:50 to 7:45; not by our choice.

We have visited this Buffalo Wild wings on a couple occasions over the past couple months. We have been so unimpressed. The wait staff is very slow and our last waitress was so rude. She practically ripped the menu out of my hand. The greeters at the front to seat you were very rude as well. The food was the only decent part. I suggest if you decide to go just order out. With so many other great restaurants in the area go somewhere else! I am not surprised that it has an overall rating of 2.5/ 5 stars!!

This restaurant is a sports place, probably how a sports fan would design heaven. You know that you're in for a good ride when you see that picture of a chicken that knows that he's in for a bad ride. The food is good, the chicken being juicy and topped off with a selection of sauces. Me, I go traditional with bone-in wings and "mild" buffalo sauce. No, I haven't tried the "Blazin" sauce, but if you take the Blazin Challenge, eating 12 wings with Blazin sauce in 6 minutes, you can win a T-shirt. I know that the service is kind of slow, I'll admit, but come on! That just gives you more time to enjoy the sports memorabilia and TVs. I know that any passionate sports fan would give this place 5 stars.

I have been to the Buffalo Wild Wings in CT, I came to this one hoping it would be great! Well let's see, the waitress was phenomenal very happy with service especially since it was so busy.. So here is the negative I ordered the cheese curds and the portion was so tiny it was absolutely ridiculous.. I spoke to the manager and he pretty much told me there was nothing he could do... Customer Service FAIL! The food though was soo good there burger and chicken sandwich were awesome!!! But I will never order the cheese curds ever again or any other appetizer because you don't know what your paying for till you get it... Our server Hannah was Awesome!! She did a great Job the manager though has no idea what he is doing....

I went there yesterday for lunch with my family. The food is standard at best, not worth what you have to pay. The wait staff was rude and was not interested in answering questions. The appetizers we ordered was thrown on the table with no plates. When waitress was asked, she have me attitude. And when she did come come, she threw 5 paper containers on the table and left. The main course was OK, certainly not worth the price. Their buffalo chips was bland and barely cooked. This is my first and last time going there.

Aside from my opinion that there could have been more chicken in the chicken wrap, my family thought the food was pretty good. The wait staff was really friendly and provided excellent service. The restaurant was super clean, including the restrooms. Which brings me to my only real complaint. The men's bathroom has television sets over each urinal. The ladies room...NOT ONE. I consider this not only sexist, but an epic fail by the person who made this call. FYI girls like hot wings and TV, too.

Attempted take out and was horribly dissatisfied. The staff had no idea what was going on or any prior training. The wings were not even worth it. Who knows maybe it'll get better

Unhappy to report yet another issue with this place: Went in there Saturday 2/8 to watch the 3pm Bruins game. Put our names in at the hostess station, then started to walk to the bar to grab a drink while waiting for a table to open up. The hostess ran after us, and told our group of 3 that we weren't allowed to go to the bar. Of course, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me that the restaurant was at capacity, and we wouldn't be allowed to stand at the bar while waiting. I remarked that I'd been in there several times before when it was much busier and never had a problem. Apparently the Shrewsbury building inspector and fire department have been coming in to do headcounts and kick customers out if there are more people standing around the bar than they have capacity for (according to the document posted next to the door, this means 33 people sitting at the bar, and 9 people standing at the bar). I pointed out to the manager that there was a standing capacity of 9 at the bar, and that there was currently no one standing over there. He was unmoved and said something about how he just doesn't have any other option to deal with this problem. This place has nothing but problems, and is clearly poorly managed. I feel for them, because I know the town building inspector, PD, and FD couldn't care less about helping a business succeed; but seriously, this was my last trip there. Nothing but problems and poorly trained staff.

I've been here three times since they opened. I don't wait for a table, I just walk right to the bar. I normally don't have to wait long for a seat. Seems like they are still weeding out the bad staff. Some bartenders are fantastic, and some are awful. No complaints about the food- great so far, hopefully it stays that way!

I usually really enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings, and I go there very often. I really love the food, the seasonal Margarita sauce traditional chicken wings are to DIE FOR! I really like my regular waiter Carmelo, who always does an excellent job taking care of us, even when the place is packed. Last time I visited, however, we got a different waiter, and I was not satisfied with her at all! We waited 20 minutes for someone to come over to our table and took our drink order. Before she came over to our table she took her time flirting with 6 men over to our right & did not notice the fact that our table, as well as the table next to us was in need of service. On top of that she forgot our appetizer, and brought it out after we were done eating our meals, which was a total waste! The place can get pricy, if your planning to order tons of appetizers, meals & desserts. I really don't like the fact that you don"t get regular plates, instead, you have to suck it up & eat out of a paper ones! What can I say, there is good and bad to this restaurant; food is definitely better than the quality of service of people working there. I've got to say, that the bar is excellent & the bartenders do a great job making tasty drinks & staying on top of their game! The atmosphere is like no other, especially during the ice hockey Boston Bruins season! Never disappoints!

I decided to check this place out on a Monday hoping it wouldn't be a long wait. Wrong, we ended up waiting for over 45 minutes. Once seated our waiter was fantastic apologizing for the long wait and the length of time we waited for our food. Our food finnaly arrived or so we thought. We ended up with the food of the table next to us and since we touched it they could not give it to the other table. So we ended up with a bunch of free wings because of the error. One of the bright areas of our visit is that they put a rush on my child's kids meal so she would not get antsy during our long waiting period. The food was good and I'm sure the service will improve as this new location gains experience.

After emailing and facebook messaging this location to attempt to remedy how terrible the service was here to no response, yelp it is! We've gone here three times, mostly because it's the only place within 30 minutes to get buffalo wings. The first time, we asked our server for napkins on three separate occasions, and eventually had to get paper towels from the bathroom because he never brought them. The restaurant wasn't very busy- and he continued to forget everything we asked for the rest of the night. The other two times service was slow but at least each time they got 50% of the order right- something has ways been wrong. Even tonight- we ordered take out for two different favors of wings (really simple order) and it was wrong when we went to pick it up. This will probably be the last time we visit bww anywhere, never mind the shrewsbury location, how could a popular restaurant be so off so frequently? Here's to replacing buffalo wing cravings.

When it first opened it was impossible to even get a seat. Now things have slowed down a little and it's not crazy. I go about once a week with my coworkers. We order all sorts of wings. The chicken is great. But that's about it. The French fries are just like mcdonalds and the cheese they put on them is hard. I go to enjoy the atmosphere. It's a perfect sports restaurant. If there's a game on there is no where better to be, but if you're looking for a family dinner, look somewhere else.

server (alexander): A+ food: B (it's wings... pretty tough to mess it up) overall: F why you ask because this place should serve Tylenol for dessert as you will most definitely have a headache if you eat here given that the overall noise level is 85+dB. for those of you who do not understand that number (measured myself) it's equivalent to an electrical saw and any place with that level is required by osha to have hearing protection available. yes, this restaurant is operating at noise seen at manufacturing facilities (what I do for work). the question is why???

I thought of giving them a "half" rating but don't know how to do it.... anyways the point is, I've had the worst experience ever with this place. I was initially being waited by a girl(don't remember her name) and then while we were going out for a smoke, were transferred to another waiter named (warden with an l since yelp is not allowing to post his name)... I have specifically told him not to clear out table till we got back from our smoke... by the time I get back, my beer is gone... my friends' who have ordered draft beers have their drinks, but my bottle is gone... when I ask for my bottle, this guy walks up to another guy named "Carmelo" who had intentionally cleaned up our table( I don't understand who gave the permission to do that, after I had told our waiter to not touch our table till we are back, all this happened at 1 AM)... OK back to the story, I come back, asked for my beer, this guy Warden walks up to Carmelo and Carmelo goes and checks out my beer, it was below half full.. so throws into the trash... everything happened in front of my eyes... Warden comes back to me and says 1:30 was last call.. u didn't order another beer.. I can't get u another drink.. I was like "what the hell dude??" I have told u not to touch my table.. why the hell did u let another guy touch the table in the first place, and then throw out my beer in front of my own eyes after I had asked... I was so pissed off, spoke to the manager who had come in and offered me a beer in scotch glass... I was trying to explain him the scenario.. that asshole was already drunk .. he didn't listen to what I was saying but kept on giving his bullshit about managing people...now comes the fun part... later the waitresses who have stopped working and starting having beers point to me and tell me that I had very less beer left in my bottle .. so chill and don't make a scene.. I asked them the question that if I had come over and grabbed their drink and threw it in front of their eyes, how would they feel... didn't get an answer... pissed off heavily(after tipping our initial waitress 15% + ) I started walking out of the place, in the middle, I stopped and asked about a complaint box, but was never pointed to one, in fact was looked at by surprise by another manager.. This was the most crazy and most disrespectful experience that I ever had... I would recommend being aware of the waiters "Carmelo", "Warden"... moody assholes.. who don't take care of you well and are egoistic bastards... Thank you so much for reading this.. I hope this helps you the next time you get to this place...

I'll preface this by saying that I am a very reasonable person and never expect perfect service. At a new, chain restaurant I don't even expect good service. However, this was the second-worst service experience I have ever had. Arrived at 4:30pm on a Friday, a week after this location opened. Decided to sit at the bar after we waited in line for 10 minutes and had still not been able to put our name in. No big deal. Bartender asked what we wanted, I asked to see a drink menu in case they had something interesting. She seemed annoyed and gave us the food menu instead, which lists only beer. Ok, I'll just order wine. We ordered food, and the bartender was clearly not familiar with the menu. I didn't expect her to be, as I know this is all new, but when I tried to show her what I was asking for she closed the menu on me. Ok then. At this point, the bartender vanished for the remainder of our visit. Food came out quickly and looked good, except that my chicken ceasar salad came out with no chicken, but a side of the sauce that the chicken was supposed to be tossed in. Asked for the chicken, and received a whole uncut filet. Cut and sauced it myself which was fine but sort of odd, especially when the bartender had so forcefully insisted that I needed to order the chicken tossed in some sort of sauce. When a manager (I think) brought the chicken, my husband asked for another beer. He had been sitting with an empty glass for about 10 minutes and no one had asked. We enjoyed the food and it was still a positive experience at this point despite the minor issues. However, I finished my wine during our meal and waited for an opportunity to order another. Many bartenders walked by us, but no one ever asked if we needed anything. My husband tried to get the attention of the manager by politely calling out to her a few times as she walked by, but he was ignored. I did my best to make the empty glass visible and tried to make eye contact with everyone who walked by us. No one even looked, and I spent the next 45+ minutes finishing dinner with nothing to drink. I've never had a bartender take a break or leave without either closing out the tab or asking someone to cover their section. Clearly she did neither of these things, and no one (including the manager) noticed or cared. Another bartender noticed when I finally put the credit card down to pay, and was able to take care of that for us. Husband gave her a small tip for at least acknowledging us, as no one else had so much as looked at us in about an hour. We will be back based on pretty good food and limited options around here, but will probably sit at a table next time and hope we have better luck that way.

went on new year's day, fully expecting it to be crowded and for service to be lacking since the staff is still new. i've only been to a BWW once before. the parking lot was busy but not jam packed - that was saved for the entry hallway. it was a mishmash of people trying to place and pickup take out orders, those waiting for seats and those waiting to put their name on the list. we made our way to the host stand and waited as the young staffers were obviously trying to catch up on their table list. another woman next to me pushed her way in front but i kindly reminded her that others (i.e. our group) was also waiting to put our names on the list. we were told it would be about an hour wait so we moved out of the way down towards the bar. we watched the flow of the dining room which showed a lot of learning to be done - several tables sitting empty waiting to be cleaned for more than 5 minutes, etc.. this stuff will all come in time - it's not easy to learn! i think the front end could have benefitted from having a manager or someone with a little more experience helping them though, as it seemed to flow better once this person appeared from the back. the food - we got nachos to start as we waited for one member of our party. they were eh. lots of cheese sauce made the chips soggy. asked for the chili on the side, got it on the chips - didn't bother asking for new ones because it didn't matter that much, the goal was to have non-soggy chips but the cheese sauce took care of that. we each ordered a set of boneless wings, two without fries and one with. i am really not impressed that the boneless wings don't come with a side of ranch/blue cheese and celery. really? they charged me 50 cents for a very small cup of ranch. plus, the wings are very small and the breading is hard. as my boyfriend described it, he felt like he paid $10 for a moderately sized snack, not a meal. wings over worcester and perfect game certainly won't be losing our business to BWW based on this experience. i would go again if other people wanted to but it won't be on my list of places to choose.

Sticky. Everything is sticky. I eat the food with a fork and my elbows get sticky. Why? The reasonable explanation is that nobody cleans the menus and cleaning the table consists of wiping it with a dirty wet rag. Having worked in food service before, I would have been fired if my tables looked like this. Thank cthulu that the food here is on par with every other BWW that I've been to. Food is good standard bar food. Personally, you can get better wings at other places in downtown at Worcester (HINT: Name begins with 'smoke' and ends in 'stack BBQ'). But non the less, I never complain about the food and they have more TV's than BestBuy so you can get your jollies off at anything from UFC 167 to Olympic curling, all at the same time.

I've given this places 2 chances and it simply isn't worth trying third time. The wait times are ridiculous and the staff make you feel like they're doing you a huge favor. On top of it all the food stinks.. Even the wings. I'm all set and am pretty sure that this place won't last very long.

Terrible service. Have been a few times, first few the servers were adequate to pleasant. But our last waitress lost 2/3 of her tip because she charged us to replace a "snack" serving of boneless wings because the sauce was repulsive. Typically, when one offers to replace - that is exactly what's done. Instead, she not only charged full price for the original order (small size boneless wings, 2 sauce flavors for $10) but also charged a snack size order of sauceless wings. She didn't say there would be an additional charge or even allude to it. So her 20% tip ($13) became $4. Why? Well, to cover the extra $8.29 we were charged. Their house beer is good though - all three of us got a tall one, an app, our respective wing orders and dessert. Would have expected that even if she didn't realize charging the extra $8 was wrong because the original order was gross, she would have at least left if off because of everything else we rightfully paid for.

This place is very hyped up. We waited for a table for 45 minutes. The service was very good but the food was very average. I might go here again but that will be mostly because of my kids.

Sunday afternoon to watch Daytona qualifying at BWW the place was packed nice sports bar. The food on the other hand was awful and the service was awful. They got me to check it out,but I'll never go back.

Come on dudes! You're making chicken wings and after months you still can't ever get an order right! The boneless wings are horrible and while the regular wings aren't bad....they aren't worth the aggravation of knowing that the order will be wrong and the clueless 17 year old waitress won't give a shit about getting it right! Stay away!

Ugh. Typical chain. Everything is served in paper baskets, thr wings were mediocre at best. The flavors (i had 4 different ones in my visit) were bland and generic at best. The service took forever and was unfriendly. On the upside, tv's everywhere for sports fans

Yuck! McDonalds makes better cheeseburgers, TGI Fridays called to get their boneless wings back, and all for a hefty price (considering food quality). I was also charged $0.60 for bleu cheese dip. Lol! It is very open, loud, and very kid friendly. Very. Service at the bar was slow. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road a bit and go to The Fix for burgers or Flying Rhino for anything else. Save your calorie intake for something worth while.

First time here and likely last and primarily due to being served cold wings and fries. Even told the night manager and he really didn't feel like addressing the problem. Didn't even offer to bring out a new order of hot (temp) wings. Really unfortunate as I have heard good things about other locations down in the DC area. Hope they correct the problems including rude reception.

I have eaten at this location 3 times. First time was for a Patriots play off game. It was packed of course which was fine. Sat at the bar once some people left. Beer service was ok. Food came out fast but boneless wings were very small. Not impressed. Second time was for a regular season Patriots game. Waiter was very pleasant. Took a while to get beer refills at our table. Food tasted good but was not hot at all. Third experience was worst of all. It was a Tuesday night. Place was dead! It felt like it took 25 minutes to get beer refills, food came out cold again lol, and waiter kept forgetting my friends drinks. Oh ya. And my Yuengling tasted stale! Not sure how often they change the lines in there but they served me a bad brew. I have 2 other friends that have gone and also said the boneless wings are pathetic and too small! And just read other reviews on here. They'll agree lol. The Buffalo wild wings in Peabody is fantastic! Food is piping hot, fast refills, better waitstaff! This one needs a lot of work!

Great wings. A wide variety of sauces and rubs. They also have a huge menu which branches from the normal "chicken wing" fare. The large menu is a plus, on the off chance that you're not in the mood for wings when coming here. What's better though, is that many menu items will allow you to add your favorite BWW sauce to it! Chicken sandwiches, pulled pork Slammers, and other things can be kicked up a notch when adding "Jammin' Jalapeno" or "Hot BBQ" sauce. The atmosphere is awesome. TV's everywhere you look, all on different sports channels. They play UFC, NBA, NFL and MLB regularly. Their drink menu is nothing to sneeze at as well. Basically everything you'd want at a sports bar restaurant is available, as well as some BWW specialty drinks. All in all, a great place!

Good god that was the worst pulled pork sandwich I've ever tasted. A mixture of freezer burn and chemicals. I actually feel ill. The flatbread pizza tasted like they took a regular pizza and parked a Kia on top of it for a few days. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT YOU HOLD DEAR REEVALUATE YOUR LIFE CHOICES IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING EATING HERE.

This place sports a very good and laid back atmosphere (lol, pun intended). It's just a regular bar and wings joint, so it's great place for friends watching a sports game or just hanging out. Not really an appropriate place to bring a date or anything. While the ~84 televisions hanging around are impressive, the disposable plates are not. All the food comes in disposable paper plates and bowls! I've never seen that before. It didn't look horrible though at the benefit of how cost efficient it probably is. I had a girls night on a Monday and it was $.60 boneless night. I'm not usually a fan of boneless but what the hey, it was $.60. I had the Honey BBQ (mediocre and needed more sauce), and my friends had the mango habanero (soooo spicy, I had one tiny bite and my mouth was on fire), and spicy garlic (really good, spicy but not overwhelming). They also have a Tuesday wing special as well, $.60 bone in. The most disappointing part of the night were the drinks, while refreshing and pretty, they were overly sweet and could not taste the alcohol whatsoever. We ordered the blueberry mojito, cherry mojito, and sangria. Keep in mind that I usually LOVE girly, fruity, sugary cocktails. So if I say it was too sweet, it was too sweet! But I did hear that the bartenders are very strictly told to measure the every oz of alcohol accurately. This is probably the reason behind the weak drink and a good or bad thing depending on your preference. All in all, it's a good last resort place for friends going for a casual dinner and drinks. I'd probably stick to coming here solely on the weekdays thought, due to the deals they offer. Not so much weekends. Without the wings deal, coupled with the hectic Friday and Saturday nights, probably results in even worse drinks and wings.

Been here a couple times without many problems but my latest visit yesterday was absolutely terrible. Service was bad and food was garbage. Got a grilled chicken sandwich that was so rubbery it was inedible. Someone else I was with got mozzarella sticks that didn't even have mozzarella in them. How does that happen?! The only time we ever saw our waiter was after waving him down or yelling for help (it was pretty loud that night due to the UFC fights going on). I get it was busy but still, didn't seem like there was much of an effort to see how we were doing at all. The only redeeming quality of this place is it's a good venue if you're strictly trying to watch sports. If you want to roll the dice on eating something, good luck. The only thing consistently decent are the wings, which I would hope considering it's in their name! Anything else seems to be more likely to be bad than good.

My husband is not from MA and grew up going to Buffalo Wild Wings - so when we happened to drive by this location, we HAD TO stop. We ordered take-out from the parking lot (had the dog with us so couldn't go inside). I have to say that the menu is full of tasty items I wanted to try. I stuck to the basics for my first BW3 experience - buffalo boneless and jalapeño bites. The wings were very tasty. I enjoyed the sauce and the spice level. The jalapeños I would not order again - it was made with an orange cheese and that's just not my thing. I prefer mine with cream cheese. Glad I tried it and I wouldn't say no to going back.

Honest question - when you call for take-out, what's the standard practice? When I do it, the person on the other end says how long it will take, and what the price is. So when you go to the restaurant, you pay for the food, get the food, and are on your way within 3 minutes tops. Easy, smooth, good to go! Not so with this place. They seem to have a different definition. I ordered wings at about 3:45 one afternoon, they said it would be fifteen minutes. Not in a rush, I went in and arrived ten minutes past 4:00. Once there I saw a line at the take-out, where the hostess was handing people pagers. When I got there, they rang me up, THEN she handed me a pager and said it would be about 20 minutes... and that i could take a seat at the bench or go to the bar. WTF??? I didn't order take-out to go to the bar and hang-out with the townies and shoot the breeze. Or to sit on a wooden bench for 20 minutes waiting. Defeats the purpose, right? Still, I gave them a bit of time. And it was clear that it wasn't just me... everyone that ordered take-out had the same problem ,and looked equally miffed. Worse, my kid was asleep in the car (my wife was also there... I don't love wings THAT much...) so it was even more grating. After close to 10 minutes, and no progress, I was too frustrated to wait any longer (and I couldn't anyway), and went to the hostess to get my money back. You don't think it could get worse, right? Well.... The manager was there, and asked what the problem was. I told her the problem was that I ordered takeout at a quarter to 4:00, and here it was at twenty passed four with no sign of our food. And remember... this was Take-Out!! The manager apologized and by this time there were literally about 5 Buffalo Wild Wings employees at the service desk, none of them with any idea what was going on, and still giving bogus wait times over the phone. One of the girls asked what the order was and actually proclaimed that they had JUST STARTED IT... as if to suggest "hey, we're doing the order now so it's all good right?" No, I demanded my money back - which they gave me and apologized, and I was on my way. So my advice? Don't even bother. I mean if they can't even get take-out right, Lord have Mercy.... I should say I never had this problem with the one in Leominster. And I won't even get into some of the other seedy practices about this place (like... Good Luck getting them to honor your gift cards on Super Bowl Weekend orders...)

My family and I have visited this location maybe 5/6 times since it opened a few months ago. Not bad, not great. Just too inconsistent from the staff being slow to the beer being skunky and wings being something out of a science project... At times. I'd say your best bet is probably a weekday, not weekend, for the best overall experience, I guess they get overwhelmed on the weekends.

Lots of choices on beer and wings. The BBQ dry rub is delicious, as were all of our choices, sriracha honey and mango habanero are two good spicy but sweet choices. The Travelers on tap was a plus.

This really kills me to write this. Disclaimer: I've eaten at several other BWW and had great experiences. This review is for this location only. I took my oldest son there for the first time. We were both very impressed by the look of the place. Over 70 flat screen TVs, really spacious, very clean. Aesthetically, it is a very impressive place. But this is where the happiness of the trip unfortunately ends... We were informed by our server that the day we came in was 65 cent boneless wing day. Pretty good deal, I thought. Boneless wings are usually more than $1 each due to the size. We ordered three batches of six with different sauces so we could try the flavors. But when we got the "wings", we just looked at each other. If they were larger than McDonald's chicken McNuggets, may God strike me dead now. They were so small all we could say was, "That's it?!". The sauces were fine, but we were still hungry due to the tiny size. We ordered a dozen more to top us off. When the next batch came, two of the "boneless wings" in the basket were about the size of a quarter and it was 100% hardened batter - no chicken. We brought this to the attention of the waitress who offered to bring us two 'replacement wings'. We said no thank you. I (we) just can't get past the size of the food they were peddling for 65 cents each. It's unethical to call them boneless wings. They are small chicken nuggets. Very small. The bill was approximately $25 (not including tip, which we did). But I just can't find it in my heart to give this location a higher rating. They seem perfectly content to serve up tiny, floor-scraps for a not-so-cheap price. Considering there are now four legitimate wing places in Worcester, we'll stick closer to home. The ambiance of BWW wasn't/isn't enough to warrant a second trip there. We know what they serve and it's not worthy of the Buffalo Wild WIngs name.

The best thing about BWWs is the TVs. The TVs almost cover every square inch of the walls. But if you come here for food. Prepare to be disappointed. Surprising, their chicken wings are bad. They are small and dry. The flavors don't make up for the lack in quality. This should be the first thing BWW fix! Otherwise, I've tried their mini corndogs and ultimate nachos. Ultimate nachos were decent. I would skip their corndogs. Don't get the chicken wings here. Go here if you don't have a TV at home.

My friends and I went here today and were asked what we wanted after about 20 minutes. We got wings, nachos and onion rings which came with no napkins or silverware. When I asked for napkins the surly bartender Linni didn't respond, and after I said "guess not", she came over and threw some napkins and silverware down on the bar. The wings were dry and my friend's nachos were a joke, about the same temperature as the beer, complete with runny cheez wiz type crap. Horrible. The only saving grace was Tiffany, an actually pleasant bartender with quite possibly the best butt ever. That ain't enough to come back.

This is about my second visit to this location, my first was uneventful but acceptable. (it was also just after the opening so things were still being run with the corporate people around watching closely..) I went to have dinner and a couple of beers with a friend who had never been to the place. My last trip was fun so I hopped they'd enjoy it as well. We arrived and the place was packed (as usual). We went to the bar and found one seat. Getting to the bar was quite irritating, you are forced to walk all through the place to find it. (Worst design I've EVER seen in a bar/restaurant, some of the usable area of the bar had no seats because the wall was too close and would pose a fire hazard. (It almost seemed as if little or no thought went into the design of the place.) Once at our "seat" the "beertender" walked by a couple of times and didn't acknowledge our presence. I usually expect at least a nod, I understand a busy night, but. ... A nod goes a long way. Ordering was difficult. two of the beers I was looking forward to were out. My friend ordered and the beertender ran off without taking my order. (Guess I was standing and confused her, she might have not known I can stand and eat) The food arrived and it was average fare for the location. My friend's and my glasses ran dry at least twice and the second beer I got was in a small glass. (I do understand at a busy location sometimes glassware becomes scarce, the server should pass that along to the guest instead of just serving the smaller glass without comment...) I then watched as it took three beertenders to work their way through a keg end. I was astounded. I have NEVER seen anyone scooping foam out of three glasses to make one glass of beer I don't know of anyplace that does this... Change the keg and let the foam out. I wished I had taken a video of this process. I was unimpressed and will probably go elsewhere next time. The food was okay, the service was slow, the location was really loud and restrooms SLIPPERY. Other that that, the table waitstaff and managers I interacted with and watched seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. I hope the bar staff is just experiencing growing pains and I will try stopping by again, the pretzels were very good...

Visited opening weekend. The place was incredibly crowded. The servers did a wonderful job, despite the crowds. I would definitely go back to this new location. This place is super family-friendly. We were there on a Sunday and kids meals were $2.50.

I visited this restaurant with my platonic friend on Monday January 6th in the evening. First the place was pretty busy but we were sat right away. The hostess wasn't too good looking though. We were sat and quickly a forty year old waiter with a flaming red goatee approached. He took our drink order and skipped off. He soon returned but evidently forgot who ordered what. Given there was only two of us we quickly figured it out. He returned and we ordered, on Mondays it's .60c boneless wing night but for some reason 12 is the minimum.

I feel weird reviewing a national chain on Yelp, but I feel like this franchise catches a bad rap because of a rocky start and a lack of local understanding of what to order at a BW3s. Dear locals: congratulations on getting a local b-dubs. They pride themselves in their the wings, fried pickles, and buffalo chips. (Despite that, I personally shy away from the buffalo chips, I enjoy the corn dogs more than I should, and the potato wedges are properly ordered with melted chedder-jack, not that melty cheese goop.) The fried pickles are a winner too. Anyways, the main take-away point is that if you order something else off the menu and it sucks, that's your problem. Yelp reviews about how this wing place is bad because the pulled pork sucks reflect should more on the naivety of the reviewer than the establishment. I've never seen a BW3s serve so many burgers and so few bone-in wings. A lot of the reviews on this particular establishment are akin to reviewing pizza hut on their salad. This BW3s took some time to catch their stride after opening, but they're finally coming around. The waitstaff is hit or miss. Ask for Lynn, she's the best. The management excels at turning around bad situations. Even from the rocky start, this franchise probably has the best management-level customer service I've seen in a BW3s. If you write off the first year as, quite possibly, the sloppiest restaurant opening of all time, they're finally consistently delivering the food correctly and quickly. For the first year or so, it wasn't "will the order be wrong?" it was "how wrong will the order be?" - not complicated orders either. Consistent no-excuse mistakes on simple stuff. We're talking "order wings and a burger shows up" type of wrong. It resulted in a lot of free food, but it was downright bizarre. For my fellow BW3s fans: - This is the modern style BW3s - it lacks the old-school food counter, self-service soda, game machine area (they have two machines), self-seating area, etc. that you'd find in the classic layouts. - For state reasons (I think?), there's no TRUE beer of the month deal. Thanks, mass. Their "beer of the month" deal is *not* the the BW3 standard you find in other states. - They have nice, new buzztime tablet-style trivia consoles. Poor on-site participation though. - No outdoor dining, but they make up for it with a nice open-air dining option....on the rare occasions that it's open. - Mondays are also boneless wing day. Tuesday/Thursday are the usual. They do the lunch punchcards at this location. Anyways, I give them four stars for where they are now, not where they used to be. And I'm basing my review on the foods they are known for, not their freakin' flatbread.

I don't eat meat but I eat fish. I got the fish tacos and I was pretty happy with them. I added the sweet Thai chili sauce. I was also super hungry. Everyone else got wings. And different kinds, bone-in and boneless. They Weren't very happy. They said the boneless are worse than chicken nuggets at mcdonalds. Very processed and drowning in sauce. The service wasn't good at all. They never came By to ask how the meal was or to see if we needed anything else. We ordered apps and never got plates. When we asked for Some they handed us a couple paper trays. What????? My wife also got incredibly sick and had to call out of work the next day. If you have a sensitive stomach I Wouldn't risk going here. She, and all of the other meat eaters do love Wings over Worcester and I have a feeling they will stick with Wings over Worcester from now on.
