dudes! whats the deal. I already have enough people outside the Dunkin Donuts in Dudley yellin at me... do I need you guys to do it too? Give a gal a break. The radio is loud, and yelling at me about the choice to have a bigger straw while my back is turned, I'm far from the counter, I didn't even complain about nor ask for a bigger straw, and for all I know, you're yelling something at your co-worker about something because that's how you guys communicate there..... is really over the top. Why did you have to be like, "LADY DO YOU WANNA A BIGGER STRAW?!?!?!" And I only tuned in after you said it more than once. Just let me figure it out. Esp if I've already walked away. Because honestly, I think you did it just to make me look like a dumb ass white girl in front of the 10 customers who were in line. I believe this because I've never seen the employees there act so extreme in an attempt to "serve the customer". I've been in this DD's enough to know that your behavior towards me was unusual. I've put up with other things worthy of complaint because, whatever, no big deal, food service is hard. I haven't felt motivated to complain about the small handful of employees at this location that seem to Hate Work, nor the Dunkacinno machine being out of order for a month, nor the general chaos of this location. But now, I'm done. Very done. I do not need to be publicly pointed out by an employee for being "dumb/clueless". No other Dunkin Donuts in town has employees who act that outrageous. Polite you were not. Helpful you were not. Kinda angry, yes. Crazy, yes. It was crazy to yell that at me. When I replied to you, "I'm overwhelmed, it's loud in here." I wish I had said, "Why are you yelling at me about a straw? WHY? What, it's not noisy and chaotic enough for you in here?"

Hey, I stopped by this DD despite the reviews.. I was there after 9am, and the service was okay. This wasn't the best DD I've ever been to, but they were solid. The staff was pleasant, and were trying to serve the customers as quickly as they could. The register staff was a little spacey, and not exactly hired for their math skills, but they got the job done. They clearly don't sell a done of ancillary product at this location, so there was some scrambling when I asked about the price of k-cups and travel mugs, but they figured things out. Not sure what happened with other customers at this location, but I had a 'okay' DD experience here.

I come into this Dunkins to get my coffee and donuts in the morning during work days, and they get it right most of the time. Sometimes if there's a new employee, they'll add too much cream into my coffee, in which I'll simply inform them of their mistake. They'll be happy to fix it. I can see why it's hard for them to be nice 100% of the time during the morning rush window. It's part of employment life at Dunkins.

I was in line for my coffee this morning and was verbally accosted by a homeless man begging. When I told him no he starting yelling at me for quite some time. No one in the store intervened on my behalf , he just kept yelling at me. All this before 8 am.

Nice and standard for DUDLEY SQUARE. Because of a strange happening in circumstances, I live right next to Dudley Station. And in a place where you have to get all pally and friendly with everyone in the local dives, it's kind of nice, when you're feeling like keeping to yourself, to be able to enter this DD from 5:00 am to 9:00 am (the only times it's worth it) and get yourself a pretty damned good, fresh breakfast. This place exists for the early morning business. If you come between 5:00 and 9:00 am, you will be served promptly and efficiently and they won't get a thing in your order wrong. The two other reviewers just came when the place was not in "working" mode. Remember, this is Dudley Square. At the hours of the morning I'm discussing, the donuts are fresh and almost too good. The ham/egg/cheese on an English is just the right size. And they by default put the cream cheese on the bagel, instead of throwing in a rubbery cold little packet in the bag like every other Dunkin' Donuts in the world does. After 9:00 a.m. just think of this place as closed. Their day is basically over. They schedule the totally incompetent counter help for after 9:00 because they have so few customers . . . . Strike while the iron is hot. Hell, take a bus trip that involves a change at Dudley at 6:00 a.m. just to experience this place at its best! Just kidding.

The WORST Dunkins I've ever been to in MAH LIFE. So bad, it makes me want to bump all others I've reviewed up one star. 6 people behind the counter who share half a brain. Some notes: --I ordered a bagel. They all heard me. I paid for it. Yet nobody moved their ass to make it until I was standing at the pick-up line for an awk few minutes. "OH, did you order a bagel?" --I paid with a credit card. "Do you want your receipt?" "No thanks." "Good, cuz the printer's broken, HAR HAR HAR HAR" --I was hit up by a homeless dude for money in line. None of the staff reacted. It was easier just to give him money. That was your tip ladies. DD HQ should consider filming the operation here and entitle a training video, "How to get fired."

This was so fast it kinda blew my mind. The staff were getting mad at someone for being late and not pulling their weight which I loved. My friend hated her coffee though because all the sugar was at the bottom. Not sure why this happens sometimes at dunks and not always.
