I got a crispy chicken burger, for 4.60? I was talking to my friend a bit far away from cashier while i waited for my food and she just kind of eavesdropped in....which was pretty awkward, especially as she was taking another customer! I was just going on about how I could get a meal in asia for that price (mind you i just returned from spending 6 months in asia, so culture shock!!) The burger was really big and flat. nothing special. I think i woulda been more excited to eat it if i were hungrier. I don't think i'll return..........I'll opt for something a little better next time.

This place is so dirty, and old, they don't even care about cleaning it or redecorating it .. people working in there looks like they are going to pass out or sick of work, only met one enthusiastic worker in there, the rest are like "erg, why you come here?" well they didn't say it but their face said. So 2 stars is pretty much the most i can give them

Its Burger King, I go there for my son to get his Kids Meal with Nuggets (He Loves Nuggets)... So I dont expect perfection - I get it, its Customer Service & you hate doing it, but you know what... YOU Chose to work there.. Its not my fault that you happen to be wearing the headset the day I go to get my son his fave thing ever... Thats your call... The people here are soo rude, but the food is as you would expect for Burger king...

I got an original chicken sandwich that looked like it had been through a "freeze-and-microwave" cycle about 8 times. When I went back to get a refund I was berated by the manager and told that the mealy, cardboard-like texture was normal. The top and bottom half of the patties wouldn't even stick together--like each was disgusted with the other. Don't eat here.

Ok I try to always find the good in every bad situation but for the love of condiments man. Every time, I think I've done what I needed to do to make sure the order is correct, count the number of fry order for the adults, count the burgers, drinks, straws ..etc; to have to open the Burger King Kids Meal and make sure the fries are there was not on my list. The kids are salivating by the time we finish the order and make our way to the window. All they want is the cherished 2 fry taste on the ride home. However, this time we were packed with bags from the recent shopping run, I had the drinks in my lap, there was snow all over the ground, (plus we're in a rental so clean up is not something I'm adding to the bill), we pulled the "wait till you get home" card. Now everyone can imagine what happened when we got home, we got the kids to get the snow gear off "on" the towels, sit still at the dinner table and when the boxes were opened; no fries!!! I'd speak on the $30 average price tag and the 2nd and 3rd times a burger was left out the mix (hence the checklist) but I'm exhausted from calming the boys down and I'm finally getting to eat my own chicken sandwich, which is fine but whatever.

Sitting in the idled-thru lane since I got very hungry from skipping lunch earlier. Slow, very slow service. I am all the time while I am waiting. 2:55pm. Got in line 3:10pm. Placed my order 3:23pm. Finally got to the window to pay and to pickup my food. Oh, but wait minute, the person didn't put my order together. There are 2 orders there for the folks behind me, but my order wasn't ready. Wait another 5 minute and got my order minus my change. The woman made some animal sound as I was about to drive away without my 2 dollars in change, this is the only reason I gave it one star. (Actually didn't have s choice. Zero star is not an option. It should) The most unsatisfying $8 burger meal to say the least.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, but I NEED to write this review because our experience here was that horrible. Even though I appreciate the renovation on the outside and the new electronic menus, the customer service was awful. We had the cashier ring us up inside named Alece and she asked us if we wanted bacon and cheese with our two whoppers. "Sure!" we replied enthusiastically, yet instantly regretting our decision in some strange way. After waiting for about 3 minutes, the guy behind us got his order first (who seemed to know the cashier as he had a stupid smirk on his face the entire time), we finally got our order and this time around we got all quantities of what we ordered. As we walked out, we looked at our receipt and the cashier had charged us extra for the cheese! Where was the bacon by the way? It was an extra $1 for cheese, which was an option not mentioned by the cashier. What's the point of giving us coupons in our newspapers when we are obviously trying to save, but instead being charged an additional cost without our knowing? Anyway, unfriendly and unenthusiastic customer service. BACK TRACK ---- Another story I have to share was when my boyfriend went to order a meal via drive-thru; they gave him the wrong change. $7 meal paid with $20. The cashier thought he gave her a $10 bill so she gave him $3 in change when it should've been $13. Cashier didn't believe him and insisted she knew what she was handed. Cars lined up behind him, he had to leave. BUT(!!!! it gets better), he returned home and when he sat down furiously to eat his $17 Burger King meal for one, and even the simple request to have no ketchup in his burger wasn't even acknowledged because there sure was ketchup all across and up and down the burger buns... Is this place foreal? Don't waste your time or money coming here. Please.

This is the worst fucking place on the face of the earth. Not Burger King in General but this specific one on Granite st. In Quincy. DO NOT GO HERE. You will know what I mean if you do. 20 minutes in the drive through line. ( And for those who are wondering... I couldn't leave because I was stuck between cars)

they ignored us in the drive thru...not even open the window to us.. .the worst place ever. just avoid it as much as you can

  • Dirk M.

I'll keep it short. People ( more than one) have died in the bathroom at this location. Enough said. Not sure if it's the food or the management allowing degenerates to linger and loiter at all hrs of the day. Kinda all set with having a whopper 10ft from where someone died. Guess I can't "Have it my way"

  • Jonathan C.

The woman at the drive-through was nice, but apparently the manager did not fill her in on the current specials. (e.g., buffalo finger combo for $4.99) She had to ask a bunch of questions. The buffalo fingers weren't even good - just mediocre chicken fingers with sauce dumped on top. Definitely not good car food. I didn't even finish the 3rd finger. And I am over the onion rings and the sauce they come with.

This place is hideous from top to bottom, service sucks, staff are rude and could careless about their job. the building itself should be condemned, shocked the health dept lets this place do biz. Don't dare look behind the counter, I did then walked right out. Employees are filthy. I know its a greasy job but for Christ sake take a little pride in your appearance while you are at work. I understand the job isn't the best but like another post said they chose to work there. I'm not saying get on your knees when I walk in but a greeting would be nice or maybe a smile. But at this place you lucky if your meal is right. Also don't dare attempt to dine in. The front counter has a blind spot to part of the sitting area. Homeless gather here and drink nattie ice and cosack pints of vodka. (4.99 a pint). They reek of feces and are so disgusting you will lose your appetite in second. Not sure about the rest of the world but I refuse to enjoy a whopper next to some guy who made bad choices in life and collects social security for being a vagrant piece of trash. Its so bad that you can tell when they (homeless) was recently there, the odor just lingers around like a bad batch of gas. Does the staff know about this? Of course they do. They do anything to keep customers happy and safe ? Absolutely NOT. I wont even turn my car around in the parking lot of this place. AL SAYS STAY AWAY

Usually this place is OK for fast food. However, Upon arrival I parked and found it difficult to get over the snow banks into the restaurant. Once inside I noticed what looked like an entire order of french fries on the floor right In front of the counter. I mentioned this to the workers there and all five, including, I believe, the manager, expressed surprise, as if they could not see the floor right in front of them. I ordered a what I think was a specialty whopper with jalapenos inside. It arrived looking rather wimpy with a little lettuce topping and nothing else. No onions or tomato. When I complained they now told me they were out of tomato. They did make it better, adding lettuce and some onions. The food was now pretty good but not very spicy even with the claimed spicy sauce and spices inside the meat. Ah but the french fries! Still there when I was leaving, at least 15 minutes later. I asked and the cashier said, yes, someone will clean it. But during this time I saw employees chatting, standing around and doing nothing. I wonder if they are still there, an hour later?
