Excellent healthy food! Many of the reviews are accurate: new place so lots of kinks; large staff so sometimes people are still being trained and learning; but hey, the food is healthy and tasty and not clogging my arteries. That deserves five stars just for that! Give it a shot. Try salmon salad bowl.

Let me start off by saying I really like B. Good and want them to be awesome. I was sad they closed in Brookline, hope they reconsider and come back. Fresh healthy fast food choices. YES! When a new place opens up there are usually kinks to work out. I've been here twice. I love their veggie sides. Seasonal fresh veggies, awesome. Once in Dedham they had perfectly grilled and seasoned asparagus, so tasty I went back in and got second order. A lovely sunny mid day snack enjoyed at one of their outdoor tables. The first order of veggies in Newton were good, although the kale was minced so tiny it was difficult to eat. The second visit there were canned straw mushrooms and cold tasteless grape tomatoes thrown in with delicious perfectly sauteed fresh veggies. Why? Please stop right now. Do not ruin a really good thing! Both visits I ordered the Chicken Joanie. First time they put the ww bun on the griddle top side down, g r e a s y. The second try they got it right. I found it tasty and would order it again. Maybe I'll brave their veggie burger next. Try the sweet potato fries, I like 'em with bbq sauce. The place is big, spacious and comfortable, with the feeling of a real restaurant (not fast food). The staff was friendly and ready to please. Nice touch with the herb garden running through the middle. The guitarist, what a surprise live music and he was GOOD! You've got a large staff in Newton, consistency can be difficult. Please make sure everyone cares about the quality of every order, the little things matter. I'm definitely going to come back and hope to add a star.

Ordered a big lunch for a team meeting. Happy to say the order came in without any issues! Always a win. I will say it hasn't gone so smoothly in the past. The Avocado and Lime Quinoa bowl with chicken was REALLY good. I'm stuffed. The marinated vegetables were great and crunchy, mixed well with the avocado and quinoa. This is my new favorite order and I will absolutely order it again. I also had the Peach and Cherry seasonal smoothie (without banana) and I was not happy with it. The flavor was good (mine was a little sour without the banana, but I assume yours will be sweeter without it) but it's filled with really hard bits that I'm going to assume was big of peach pit. I didn't finish it. This location is extremely busy at lunch so give yourself enough time to wait in line. It can be very slow!

The strawberry goat cheese salad is excellent! Fresh spinach, sliced figs, candied walnuts add a wonderful texture and flavor. Definitely ordering this again.

Concept is great and food is very good! Restaurant is clean and atmosphere is appealing. Execution at this location leaves MUCH to be desired. Online orders: easy and fast, was on time. Online orders should also provide an option to indicate "eat-in" versus "carry-out." We intended to eat in but received the meal boxes and bags and it was a waste of paper resources (plus the meal boxes didn't fit into the trash slot). Staff: The staff didn't recognize that there were multiple components of the order, so I had to keep coming back to ask for missing elements, including the drinks that come with the kids' meals. There is no upper level manager visible to expedite processes, just some very inexperienced, harried workers. Trash: They should pick up on the Whole Foods concept and create a compost bin and landfill bins. The recycling bin says everything has to be clean and free of food so basically nothing can go in the recycling bin. Details on food: 1. Presentation: Cheese was placed on burgers so asymmetrically that it could barely be called a topping. Sauce on the kale bowl was similarly applied so sloppily that only half of the bowl received it. 2. Topping contamination: Lettuce supplied with burgers were coated with avocado despite our not asking for avocado. 3. Food allergy alert! The two green smoothies look the same but one has nut allergens (almond milk), and when I asked them to differentiate the two, they pointed to an illegible scrawl on the lid that was supposed to be the difference between a delicious shake and anaphylactic shock. 4. Labelling: Self-serve fresh drinks are available along with cups and lids but are not listed on the menu. A customer could easily mistake them as available for free with refills.

Gotta hand it to B.good--they email awesome coupons to people on their e-list! Used a free shake/smoothie coupon to get a Kale Crush smoothie and was not disappointed! The primary flavor is definitely apple (banana is also strong). Love the green color and it's sweet and refreshing! 4/5 for taste, but not sure I'd pay $5.99 to get it again. On the other hand, the vanilla shake with Greek yogurt (instead of ice cream) tasted just like a cup of plain Greek yogurt with 0g of sugar to sweeten it. My sugar-dependent tastebuds couldn't handle more than 2 sips. Don't swap out the ice cream unless you really enjoy sipping plain Greek yogurt!

I really like the concept of this place. You can choose from "power bowls" to salads to burgers (your choice of turkey, beef, veggie, or chicken) and there are multiple juice and smoothie options. It's still fast food, though, when all is said and done. The staff was not very friendly, and we had to stand around a dirty table awkwardly until a staff member reluctantly came over to clean it. :/ meh. My West Side veggie burger was good, but a bit overpowered by salsa. I also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, which was refreshing. My husband ordered a regular beef hamburger done local style and he loved it. You pay extra for sides (French fries, sweet potato fries, or crisp veggies) but we just ordered burgers and smoothies. If the service had been better and maybe a little friendlier, I would have given 4 stars.

Kale bowl was yummy but the staff seems pretty green. No to go menus? No price on board for drinks other than smoothies. I'd try it again though. Healthy ingredients made to order.

Waited 20 minutes for a single chocolate shake. It's got a cool upscale local food vibe, but make me a shake faster than 20 minutes please!

Love b.good coming to Newton. Love the quality of the food and crave the fries. A place where I like to bring my little monster when in town visiting the grandparents. A lot of the reviews seem to be complaining about service at opening but whatever, growing pains. Just glad they are there and service is friendly even if slow at the start. Don't expect the service to stay slow and love the food.

So bad! Wanted to like this place sooo much. The first time I had the Kale Bowl with Bacon and Apples; it was good. The second time; the bacon was cold and everything went downhill from there. Just left there and one of the most tasteless, listless beef burgers my husband and I ever had. Plus really soggy fries! We'll not be back. Two Burger Joints within two blocks of each other and neither one can cook a decent burger.

I went to B Good for the first time the other day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was inside and how good the the food was. The cashier was extremely friendly, and even offered my friend and I a free drink. I ordered a ginger almond kale and grain bowl with the super grain mix. It was delicious. I would definitely order this again when I go back!

I want to start off saying that I love the food, the staff is nice but the place keeps losing my order. This is the second time I've gone there and waited 20 minutes to realize my food order never went through.

Our new favorite quick lunch spot. I love whole healthy locally sourced food and that is what we got. Our whole party got different items from grilled veggies to a beef burger. Every item was excellent and we can't wait to go back and try other menu choices. A great experience.

We ordered our food at 11:50, checked in with them at 12:20, they didn't not know where our order went then was fighting with the cooking staff, complete utter mess.

Love this place. Love everything it stands for and my food is always for pick up. Wait is a little long when walk in but still recommend.
