Comfortable, air conditioned, nice bar, friendly service. Just what I was looking for. :)

Today I met some relatives at met on main. We decided to eat out on the patio. Our server was exalant. The food was also in and out. I had the cheese burger. It was a little over cooked. but the apatiser and atmosphere made up for it. I would highly recommend the calamari. The chop salad was very well chopped. the shrimp was very fresh and delicious. the Oysters were pretty good, but small in portions. The rice bowl was very good. the drinks were excellent. The Shirley Temples were amazing. And my mom had the mojito, which she highly recommended. I would highly recommend met on main to anyone.

Excellent service at the bar. Tried all the tartare's and the mashed cauliflower. All were excellent. Guy next to me had the Chicken Frites which he devoured. Try it. I'll come back.

The service was consistently poor and considering it's a Thursday night in the high season, I do not know when the restaurant plans on being ready for prime time. The first sign was at the hostess stand, we patiently stood while being ignored for a few moments while she was on the laptop. Once seated, we waited to have our order taken for 15 minutes. I'm not sure if they offer specials because we weren't told of any but I saw the guy next to me with a lobster roll that looked great, which I don't think was on the menu because that would have been my first choice. Anyway, we ordered oysters and when asked where they came from, our waiter checked and came back to tell us "Massachusetts", nothing too specific. Whatever, we placed our order, saying and pointing to the dishes we wanted. When the main entrees arrived, one of the two was the wrong order. Our waiter, who was not the one to deliver the food, seemed to notice and asked the raw bar ladies, but didn't say anything to us. 15 minutes later my King Crab Louis salad showed up. For $28, I would suggest the sous chef cut off the brown stem from the lettuce head. We left abruptly once we finished eating our dinner, 1.5 hours later. I have to add that we sat up near the front, not one of the heavily trafficked areas, which may have been some cause for the lack of attention. Another note: they took a long time to clear the table next to us, which added to my discomfort.

Bait and switch. I was shown a menu by the host, presented the same menu at the table, and when I ordered on Sept 6 I was told the price shown on the menu was good only until Labor Day. BUT, I could still order it but the price was $8.00 more. Not much integrity here. Les

More like 'Marriott On Main'. The decor is partially great and partially generic and makes no sense. I don't like it. This place makes me feel like I'm at a Marriott Marquis. Gross. The food? I don't know. I only ordered breakfast. A restaurant is a lot more than the food.

First time here. Came in to try the happy hour burgers, basically fancy sliders, the waitress was great, when it was obvious that the kitchen was slow in getting burgers out, she brought some pretzels and cheese. Burgers were great especially for $5.00. Three stars because the kitchen was so slow when there were very few patrons in the place.

One of the worst values on this island! I ordered a choppped salad with lobster in it. IT came in a smal wooden bowl, with maybe 3 pieces of lobster in it. 40 DOLLARS! It wasn't even good! It's pretty pathetic that this restaurant thinks thy can get away with what they do. A glass of orange juice is wildly expensive, and yet they leave the plastic jug of grocery store generic orange juice in plain sight for everyone to see. I've now given this restaurant 5 chances. I'm mad at myself for doing this. I have never once left happy. IN fact, each time I leave feeling ripped off and pissed off. Oh and if you think that their little smoothie/juice bar at the front is an exception because it's to-go, think again. It's almost worse and takes 20 minutes for them to prepare a cup of iced tea.

It is so nice to sit outside in the courtyard with family and friends for a nice meal. We have been here several times over the years. Service has always been good. This visit Sabrina was our server. They have a good drink menu and the bartenders are all seasoned veterans who know how to mix a drink. Some of our must haves each visit are: the basket of biscuits with home-made maple butter and the clam chowder. We haven't done brunch there, but the menu is mouth-watering.

$15 avocado heirloom tomato toast, seriously? Cherry tomatoes that looked and tasted like they came from Stop and Shop. Brick chicken had strange flavor and was on the dry side. Crispy rice was interesting and a pleasant surprise but the seasoning was uninteresting. Odd menu and spotty service, which I found confusing given that the place was half empty on a Friday night. Attractive space but that's the only real positive. Wine pour was very stingy. I doubt this place will last another season.

Food is fine but the place is at 50% capacity and it still takes 40 minutes to get a burger?!?

Great location and nice outdoor back patio which was the hidden gem here. I don't really recall what was here before...My advice even though this is part of a larger Boston based restaurant group you still need to adapt to Nantucket. Salads looked amazing which others in my party opted for, and my girlfriend went with chicken with a brick which was very tasty . I however chose locally harpooned sword fish, figured a great choice, however portion was small and coated in something which is a sin. Too many other places on the island to compete with, need to step up the game...sangria and app sampler were nice offerings...

Just had breakfast on the back patio. The patio is awesome...pretty and serene. The food was very good and the service was outstanding...especially from our waiter, Claudio!
