My family loves this place. Delicious food and my mom loves the sushi. No complaints. It is always super busy or super empty.

My boyfriend and I usually get chicken lo mein and crab rangoon it's always been consistently good, especially the crab rangoon. I tried the shrimp lo mein once and would not recommend it, the shrimp tastes like it's old. When we get carry out the people working have always been friendly. For a date night at home, the price of the food, food and portions are good if you stick with the Chinese food like lo mein and an appetizer. I would not recommend their pad thai at all. I tried it once before and it was ok. Odd that there were peppers and onions in it but it was still ok. Ordered it again to change it up from lo mein and it smelled strongly like vomit. It also didn't help that the delivery driver that brought it to the door was visibly sick.

Used like to come for lunch. Seems like the owner changed or personals changed. Their lunch items look like price up. And their sushi size is super tiny. A tuna nigiri in the lunch plate was a;most kid's pinky size....You gonna leave the restaurant still hungry after you order one of those sushi lunch menu.

I was introduced to this place by friends at work.....yes, this is a great place for lunch but dinner there is wonderful too!

I like coming to Fusion House mainly for lunch. Their combo plates are good - I usually get orange chicken, pork fried rice and crab rangoon. It comes with soup! Sushi is decent. Presentation of food is always fabulous. Decor is worth mentioning - they try to make it fancy. Service is usually good. Def worth checking out.

Became addicted to the Hawaiian sunset so I ordered it to go a few thousand times. Then I brought my friends for their 1$ oysters Sunday through Thursday and they loved it everything! Their sushis are different than any other place I've been to. Amazing.

The sushi and appetizers here are great! They have an extensive menu and I can't wait to try more items. The drinks are delicious too, I can recommend the June Bug and the Love Potion. My husband says the Carribean Martini is great. You need a reservation most of the time. The place is small and they seem to always be busy.

Last time Ill order here, got vegetable mooshi and the mooshi patties were all stuck together, the mooshi was dry. My girlfriends meal they forgot two items had to come back, im glad they did come back, because the price of the food is ridiculous and the price they charge for delivery is even worse. its good if you go in and sit down and eat, but dont get delivery from this place, it's never right.

First I was appalled, second I was enraged, third I was disappointed. We came here last night, expecting a pretty decent meal because of the Yelp reviews beforehand. We ordered the Shrimp Shumai for an appetizer as we waited for our friends to join me and my hubs. It was ok, nothing special but ok. I then ordered the Pad Thai, and my husband ordered the Moo Gai Pan dish, our friends ordered the Chicken Udon Noodle Soup and Sashimi and Sushi. My Pad Thai had Shrimp and Chicken in it with minced peanuts and a light lime sauce, the first Shrimp I tasted was disgusting, a weird fishy taste indicating it was not fresh or had been refrigerated for too long a time. It was disgusting, I left all the shrimp on the plate and continued eating, the sauce was too much, there was too much of something, and I am not a picky eater at all, I have had Pad Thai a million times from many different spots and never has it been this bad. My husbands dish was OK, nothing special, it was a conglomeration of a bunch of stuff, some deep fried and some regular, the flavors didn't mesh well together. My friends Chicken Udon Noodle soup was tasteless, the broth was gross, and when her husband tried to say something to the waitress about it she started to argue with them, and said" you almost finished it and now you say you don't like it?" My friend took like 2 sips of the soup and her husband tried one dip it was mostly full with all the chicken and mushrooms still in it. She was extremely defensive and rude about it. We will never come back to this restaurant, it was distasteful and rude the way our friends were treated, as if they were trying to get out of paying, and he even pointed it out, he said I was just giving you feedback I wasn't trying to get out of paying.

It was our first time visiting last night and experience was amazing!! Friendly professional service!! Drinks well made and food was excellent!! Tuna app was our favorite!! Definitely a must try!! I have a feeling this place will become a regular for us!

Tried giving them another chance but they're soooooo rude and full of crap. I have no idea how this dump stays in business.

My fiancé and I have never been so disrespected, EVER. We have never felt the need to complain but the food was just not good to put it in simple terms that we decided we would say something. We ordered our dishes, General Gau and Spicy Beef Basil. Which turned out to be not at all what we expected. The quality of the food was not good. We took, two bites, obviously to try it and waited for the waitress to come by tell her our dislike. By the time she came around to us, it had taken so long we just told her our complaint and asked for the check. When the check came in, they had not comp us for the food that we did not eat, so we asked to speak to the manager. Long story short. The manager began her defense with "You know that the customer is not always right." She accused us of trying to get "free food" (when we offered to pay for the drinks and the fried rice). This is just the short version of a 45 min argument. The point is, a business should not treat their customers the way they did. It did not look good on their part, arguing with a customers in front of other customer. She was just plain rude, as well as the sushi chef, who decided he knew better than us what we liked. We are probably banned from going there but we wouldn't want to anyways if we can't be treated with respect.

Horrible service and rude staff. Too bad because the food is ok...never going back never felt so uncomfortable at a restaurant.

I can't believe this place has 4 stars!!!!!!!!! How could you stay in business and serve this kind of sushi!!! It was so old and fishy. Never going there again.

  • Tony T.

The staff was very unpleasant and rude especially the manager. Who had no managerial skills what's so ever. The sushi smelled like old fish washed up on a beach. Save your money and go elsewhere.

THE BEST spicy tuna roll I've ever had. The food here is excellent. The staff is friendly, and the drinks are strong but delicious. My favorite place for Asian cuisine. Hands down.

I'm going to go ahead and call it; this is the best Chinese food I've had in the area. Though the menu is Chinese and Japanese fusion, the flavors were still more in the Chinese side of things. The best and most different thing we had was the pineapple basil fried rice. I could eat that all day. The mango duck was also rather delicious, and for only $1 more than the same dish made with chicken, it made a while lot of sense. That dish also came with miso soup; it wasn't bad, but also forgettable. We also tried the Sichuan chicken as well as well as general GAO. Both were great, though general GAO had more flavor and spice. We did ask for our meals to be spicy. That didn't happen at all, so that was a disappointment. For is, Chinese isn't really Chinese unless it's really spicy. Price was still an issue. Carry out for is was $50 for three. That's a bit steep. That alongside the disappointing soup and lack of flavor in the Sichuan chicken had me knock two stars.

I have been to the Fusion House many times, and every time I'm there the food and service are outstanding. This is by far the best restaurant in the Merrimack Valley!

Best sushi around town! I have been going here about 5 years when I first moved to this area. I normally hate Chinese restaurants due to their lack of English and service. However this one is suffice. The staff speaks English (not fluent, but well). The sushi here is great. I order take out and sit-in all the time. The interior is nice with a great ambiance. Also, their pad Thai is to die for! My mom's is better... but this is good!!

  • Jacqueline D.

Food is hit or miss sometimes but when it's good it's awesome. In house the food seems to be better than getting it for take out. A lot of their sushi specials seem to have cooked seafood in it which I prefer raw sushi. But they were able to accommodate any changes to an order and the salmon and tuna sushi were fresh! The restaurant itself is not very big and seems to fill up fast so plan ahead especially for groups of people. Outside of sushi the miso soup and house pan fried noodles are great choices as well.

The food is 5 stars here. I'll start off by saying that. The service though is why I only gave it the 3 stars. We came here the other night to celebrate a special occasion. We weren't in any rush and didn't particularly care that it was busy and that we would have to wait a few extra minutes for sushi. The waitress warned us about this ahead of time, and suggested ordering an appetizer as well to have before the sushi comes. Well....we ordered and all the food came out at once. No big deal...but we were sitting at one of the small tables, so space was at a premium. The food was amazing. I got a couple oysters (they were having $1 oysters that night). Quality was amazing. Then we got the beef tataki and quite a few nigiri pieces and 2 rolls. we were planning on ordering more sushi but when the waitress came back, she took our plates away, but also took the chopsticks and the soy sauce dishes. We looked at each other and kinda laughed like "guess we are all done." So there goes another $15 she could have added to the check if she just waited.... Then we order dessert (still hungry cause we didn't have the extra sushi). We split the lemoncello dessert. AMAZING the sweet and the tart was perfect. I had put my spoon down and was done but there were a few more bites left that my boyfriend intended to eat....SHE CLEARED THE DISH BEFORE HE WAS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not impressed with the service, but will absolutely go back because it was delicious. Just will hope we don't have her again.

This place has gone seriously downhill. Ordered sushi for takeout and it looked very old and ended up throwing it away for fear we'd get sick...also hamachi kama was either very old or overcooked..again not edible. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

We've stopped here two weeks in a row. The staff is very friendly. We stopped for some oysters on the half shell which are always a dollar and big. I ordered the Satsuma Ebi with Toasted Pine Nuts and it was delicious and had plenty of vegetables. My guest had the Teriyaki Salmon which had it's own melange of vegetables and the salmon piece was huge. The glasses of wine are always a generous pour. This is my go to place for a healthy meal when I'm in Methuen.

I just tried to order from Fusion House for the first time. A woman answered the phone who seemed completely disorganized and confused. When I asked to place an order for pick up (for 2 people, so not that much food), she said it would be an hour and forty minutes. I said "wow, that long?" And she responded "yes, it is a Saturday night you know! Do you want to place an order or not?" Needless to say we chose not to order from them, and won't be in the future either.

Docked another star for lousy service. Went last night and the place was hopping. We had the same waitress as usual, they do not change that much here. Service was slow, and she never returned to check how things were, to refill water, or ask if I wanted another drink. Also the broccoli they they serve on most of the hot dishes was cold. Also- we had a qualifying coupon. However it was not honored as the total has to be before tax. Was only off 3 bucks, but the total was over $50 as the coupon stated.

TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE!!! In any business, workers who use COMMON SENSE know that the essential part of promoting and receiving positive feedback to their businesses is to ALWAYS have COURTESY and RESPECT any costumer that they encounter. Unfortunately this place fails to provide good services in particular a first time costumer like me. The bad: Their food is a bit over priced and give very little for what it is worth. The lady who took my order on the phone should go learn how to read a map and learn to respect their costumer. The story: I made an order for delivery for the first time to this place because of the positive reviews on yelp. The lady took my order, I gave her the address and the waiting began. About 40 minutes later I received a call from the driver saying he couldn't find my house and that he was all the way in Haverhill MA which is about a 20 minute drive from Methuen MA. I repeated once again my address to the driver who apparently was told the wrong address by the lady who took the call. Two minutes later I received a call from the lady who took my order telling me in a very rude manner that the driver couldn't find my house and insisted that I lived in Haverhill MA. This went on for about another 5-10 minutes on the phone arguing back and forth as she was very convinced that I lived in another town. I told her landmarks, the area code and constantly repeated Lawrence MA. At the end she said if the driver can't find my house that I will have to go pick up the food myself. After all that I just wanted to cancel my order but decided to call the driver to see if he needed any help arriving to my house. Finally he arrived after about an hour and a half of waiting. The poor guy apologized for not arriving sooner as I told him this is my first and last time ordering from this place. The food obviously was cold by then and the amount was so little that It was not worth my money and time. The food tasted OK but I've tried better food quality in other places who deliver what they promise for the price they provide.

I've visited fusion house twice without any disappointment. I have had $1 oysters on the half shell and various sushi items and have loved all of it. I also find that it's fun sitting right at the sushi bar. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Fusion House for years now, their food is just simply delicious ! I love sushi, but FH tastes much more fresh. Crab Rangoon has tons of crab meat in it, crispy deliciousness; good to perfection. I haven't had a bad plate yet. Vegetable Lo Mein is very flavorful, PooPoo Platter for 2 is honestly enough for 4. Whether you dine in or get takeout it will be great ! Good for Functions, Family, or Date Night. Drinks & Service is spot on, super friendly; and I love that they remember you as well as your favorite dishes !!

I went to east coast for vacation and was craving for some sushi. This restaurant was the closest one near the area with good reviews. The reviews did not lied. This place is very well rounded. The sushi are beautifully presented, and they tasted wonderful. They have very unique rolls that I haven't eaten before. And have yet to find some of the rolls back in California.

Had been going to Fusion House since moving to Methuen five years ago. In the last 3-4 visits the food has been good sometimes and not good at all other times. The last visit a month ago was the final visit as the food was horrible and when bring it to the attention of the manager that night was told it was good food and the problem was with us as we had asked for no MSG where possible. The attitude of this women was just nasty as I went on to explain we had requested no MSG for 5 years with no problem and that recently the food had been sometimes good and other times poor but we had not complained. She just did not care and offered us no apologies or refund. Something major has changed at Fusion House and I would reccomend you avoid eating there.

I love Fusion House!!!! The best Chinese food! Everything is always fresh no matter if you order for lunch or right before they close. Sesame chicken is delicious, lo main is great! Last time I was there I was pregnant so I couldn't try any of those amazing looking raw sushi, but I'm sure they are great too. Cant wait to go back for those!!!

Great place to visit if in the Merrimack valley. Certainly rates highly in terms of the menu, food, and atmosphere. Wide selection of dishes from Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese, with maybe a hint if Korean for good luck. There is a lot on the menu, so you need to take your time. The Sushi here is some of the best I have had. Love the Godzilla Maki and the Spider roll. The dishes are big and you need to order rice separate. Wise move is to order maybe three dishes to share with four people. Full bar. Clean. Can get very busy Thurs Fri and Sat, so prepare for a wait. Make a reservation in advance for 6 or more

I ordered lunch takeout from Fusion House, which serves Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The place is very cozy which offers a full service dining room, sushi bar, and takeout service in a corner strip plaza space. For lunch, I ordered the Sweet Ginger Shrimp ($6.95) served with pork fried rice and choice of appetizer (I chose egg roll). The food was ready to go in about 10 minutes. The portion of food was just right for lunch. The Sweet Ginger Shrimp had tender jumbo shrimp with water chestnuts and a mix of fresh vegetables (yellow & green zucchini, snow peas, carrots, onion) in a semi thick sweet & mild spicy sauce. The fried rice was prepared fresh with a soft rice texture, carrots, peas, onion, and tender pieces of roast pork . The egg roll was crispy and not greasy, filling had shredded cabbage, spices, ground pork, and shrimp. The food overall tasted fresh and had good flavors. I would definitely order again from Fusion House, one of the top Asian restaurants I've been to in the area.

This place was kind of a let down for me. We came because it was reviewed well on yelp and it was across the street from the gelato place. I found food to be just okay. The sushi was alright as well as the Chinese food. I probably wouldn't come back here again just because I feel like there are better places. Decent and average quality. The waiters were nice and tentative and they have a love jazz band on the night we went. I honestly felt the music was a bit too loud for a place like that just because I felt like it kind of drowned out the conversations. But this place was by no means bad or you should avoid it but it also isn't the top of its class.

The food used to be really good, over priced but worth it it. Now! Fusion house is over rated and their manager is very rude. I will never order food there again. Quality is poor just like their service. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Another excellent meal! The Mongolian lamb was outstanding - first time we have had that dish. The Basil fried rice was fantastic - not greasy and very flavorful. We ordered a sushi boat which was full of very fresh fish and they accommodated our changes. Service was great and timely. No complains and a top notch meal again!!!

Waited about 15 minutes for a table on a busy Friday night, but the wait was well worth it! The food was amazing and the drinks had plenty of alcohol! Small restaurant with a great ambiance !

  • Kristi Y.

My sister brought me here for sushi on a Friday evening, I was pleased and I would return again. Parking was a little tricky and it was cute but a little crowded inside. Seems like the bar is pretty busy. Live music started part way through the meal which set a nice mood, but I wish that it wasn't so crowded! Their menu was decent sized and offered Asian dishes as well as an impressive Sushi list. We started with hot and sour soup (vegetarian, has eggs). We then ordered the Kiss the FIre Roll, the Valentine roll and a couple of veggie rolls. This was really REALLY good sushi. The Kiss my Fire roll was not too spicy, but it was flavorful and different from a lot of sushi that I have had. The Valentine was fruity - with pineapple shrimp and avocado, and it was also a nice change from regular rolls. The rolls were big - I was impressed.

I order takeout and have sat in for dinner here and it is yummy. I love the good, and the service! Also they always make conversation when I come in to pick up my order which makes me feel like more than just a customer. I have worked in customer service and they've got it covered. Plus the drinks are the bomb

Nice and fresh, and lucky enough to come on a Thursday when they had live jazz

I really love this place, the Spicy Tuna Appetizer is simply a phenomenal dish. I tired something new off of the Sushi menu it was had a blueberry on the top of each piece it was very good. I was in Fusion House mid week and brought a friend who was wanting to try sushi. She is a Vegetarian, and had a few dishes and she even tried the Spicy Tuna Appetizer and loved it all. I saw a dish that looked phenomenal on the plate, and I was very pleased with it the Chilean Sea Bass special with a brown sauce over noodles. Really no need to go into Boston for a good sushi spot - we have one right in Methuen!

  • Chris S.

The best delivery in town - hands down. (OK, maybe tied with Sahtaine). Their pupu platter for two is more than enough for my wife and I and it is wonderful variety. The food tastes fresh and I would recommend this restaurant over any other chinese food place around. Although, one time I called for delivery and they gave me some kind of runaround about how they weren't delivering that night (weather was fine) but every other time it has been great.

Always a goto for great sushi or chinese food. The specialty rolls are good. Always busy, and you feel like your in the way when your picking up your food. Worth going, just call ahead.

I work near the stoneham fusion location and I had already fallen head over heels for the sushi there...so when someone told me they had a restaurant in Methuen, I was thrilled. I don't know how I missed this place! I will start with the one "complaint" I have about this location: the bar is on the tiny side. I think it seats 4-5 people. That being said, this is basically a positive negative, because the fact that the bar is packed every time I have made it in here is a reflection of the place's overall quality. Service, food, decor, atmosphere...this place has it. When I start going to a new sushi place, I almost always look to the lean tuna sushi, maguro, as an indicator of how much confidence I should have in the menu in general. I think the maguro here might be the best I have had; I HAVE to get at least 2 orders of it now when I go. The hamachi is also delicious. It just shows the place is working with quality ingredients and that they know what they're doing when they prepare those ingredients. I have to bring up another unintended positive result of the undersized bar: being forced to sit at the sushi bar showed me how much I enjoy sitting at a sushi bar! The dedication of the chefs is evident immediately, and it just adds to the experience to be able to watch them work. The sushi bar also allows diners to visually preview all the different dishes being made, a process which I have discovered to be a useful tool in discovering new menu items that I might have overlooked. I usually reserve at least one dish that I get here to be something that I am spontaneously inspired to try based on the show that I get at the sushi bar. I have never been dissappointed. I've been here now 3 times, and everything has been top notch. Drinks, food, service, its all good and I will definitely be back soon. The chefs here carry out the basics expertly while offering an array of delectable specialty items that show creativity and originality without being tacky or overly complex. Writing about this is making me hungry. Its also worth mentioning that the mai tai's are out of this world good, which didn't surprise me based on past experiences I have had at other incarnations of fusion(Fusion Taste and Sato II in Stoneham). I had high expectations going in, and Fusion House met them all. Not a shocker, but its worth mentioning.

VERY mediocre food, and very slow service. Yes, it was Friday night, but it was fairly early and the restaurant was nowhere near full. The sushi sampler appetizer was just OK: not the freshest, on the small side. We waited almost 25 minutes for the Agashi Tofu appetizer to show up, and when it did, the best you can say is it was hot. It was mediocre at best, easily the worst rendition of this dish I've ever had. We had two duck dishes: the duck with mango and eggplant was just OK, but the duck with broccoli was suprisingly poorly made; the duck tasted a little off, as if it had been around too long. The sauce was the same on both dishes, and it was unsubtle; too salty, the flavors were brute force, too much teriyaki flavor in the sauce. The service was attentive: the problem was in the kitchen. The Ultimate Chocalate Martinis were adequate, probably the highlight of the evening. Given the number of competing restaurants of this type in the area, it's a safe bet we won't be back. There are better choices: Lee Chen in Lawrence, Shunju and Thyme in North Andover; not to mention the Sunshine Thai restaurant right across the street.

I live withing walking distance of this place and have seen how busy this place is. We finally tried this place on New Years Eve and again a few weeks ago. We eat standard chinese food so we got Pupu Platters and lo mein which was excellent. I got Mai Tai's and my wife got scorpion bowls. We liked it so much we took my inlaws here and they loved it too. It's a great combination of solid food and drinks. I used to like Han's Garden in Haverhill for Chinese food and drinks, but this place is better and closer which is a plus. Then only negative to this place is that it is small and limited parking. Then again that is part of this places charm. Since I can walk here, parking is not an issue though you can park across without any problems.

Finally a place to get sushi near New Hampshire! I recommend the rainbow roll and spicy crunchy tuna roll. The Pad Thai is also a great choice. The service is friendly, atmosphere is comfortable with white table cloths and candles, and food is quality. Two thumbs up!

Yelp reviews was the only reason I found out about this great little sushi place and I wasn't disappointed. As the other reviews state, the place is relatively tiny- when you walk in, the bar is directly in front of you (no separation/wall)- which makes it tough to find a hostess if the bar is buzzing on a Saturday night. And who can blame you for coming to the bar at a sushi place in Methuen when the beers are $3.50 each- yup, even for a Sam Adams: $3.50 thats it. A huge glass of sake was under $5 as well. No trouble getting a table despite the busy bar. The menu is pretty robust and deciding on appetizers was tough. Had the steak teriyaki app, which was better than most places. Seaweed salad was average, but the sushi was so delicious. had a variety of rolls. Rolls were on the medium/large side. Very tasty. Service was really great. Spent some time sitting at the table after the bill was paid, and despite a Saturday night, despite the relatively full restaurant, they did not give us dirty looks or try to usher us out. One other perk of visiting this location ? the gelato place across the street

Ok this restaurant is not a 4.5 star restaurant. The food is good but nothing spectacular. Its a small restaurant with a bar and two tvs. The service was sub-par, barely average. Consider that most of the good reviews are likely from locals and regulars.

Don't Order delivery from this place they will rip you off and tack on a bunch on fees on you bill and charge 7.5 % tax on top of the high bill on a lunch menu witch is what got me the food wasn't all that great I don't recommend this place at all not to mention the closed kitchen In the back cant see the cleanliness of the kitchen with the way some restaurants are so sloppy with customers good nowadays I prefer my food to be cooked in front of everyone it's the only way to go !!!

Very solid Chinese cuisine. Certainly best within the Methuen/Haverhill area of 110/113. Dining room is not overly large so get in early on the weekends if you dont want to wait. Beef teriyaki is tender and slightly sweet. Chicken fingers are good, a little more batter than I'd like, but still decent. Crab rangoons are triangle shaped and well filled. Chicken wings are good as are spring rolls. Ya, I usually get the pu pu platter. General Tso's is good as are the other main dishes. So, bottom line, good food, very good when compared to the other Chinese food in the area-on par with Wangs Garden downtown Haverhill.

I went to Fusion House for lunch with a bunch of co-workers. There was plenty of parking available. From outside it doesn't look like much but inside the place made a nice and stylish impression and everything looked very clean. It was not very busy and we were able to place our orders right away. My choice was the Orange Flavored Beef with brown rice and a spring roll and Miso soup for $6.95. Although my co-workers got their food very quick I had to wait for almost 10 more minutes until my order was served. The food was well made and decent portioned. Overall it was a nice experience, good food for a very reasonable price and since the place is down the road from my house I will certainly go back for more. 4 Stars from me with the hope to be served at the same time with all the others at the table.

I had dinner here for the 1st time last night. They have a lot of specialty sushi rules which I thought were fun and new. Wanton Soup, Edamame, Seaweed salad and a few specialty rolls made up our dinner which was pretty good. I'd go back to try a few of the different roles. I think my wife liked it better than I did.

My mom was very excited to take me here for lunch because she knows how much I love sushi. She seemed disappointed when we got the lunch menu because she said there were a lot more choices on the dinner menu. However, I thought the menu offered quite a few great options for lunch at very reasonable prices. In the end, I opted to order off the regular sushi menu and my mom tried a lunch bento box. Holy cow, the bento box was enormous for only $10.95. I definitely think that is the best deal on the menu. She got two dumplings, a small salad, 6 large pieces of california roll and a large portion of orange sesame chicken. My sushi came out beautifully plated and I couldn't wait to dig in. The rolls were large and very fresh. I also tasted my mom's sesame chicken, which was crispy and full of flavor. We both left very full and very satisfied. It turns out, this is a sister restaurant to Sato II in Stoneham (which I've been to and loved) and also another in Arlington. It's tough to find good Asian food in Methuen, and I think this restaurant is a slam dunk. I hope it sticks around for a long time!

I used to work here before, but now I'm a customer. All I can say is this place do have the best Chinese and Japanese food in the Merrimack valley. Owner and staff always friendly but most important of all, their food is awesome. Never a disappointing meal. Hey I'm Chinese and I like their food so what do you think? :)

Loved it here! Great food and awesome drinks! The only downfall is that they need to expand their space because apparently, everyone wants to eat there!

when fusion first opened i was a frequent visitor of at least once a week. that went on until they went under new management late last spring. as far as the food ive noticed a small dip but its still easily the best sushi around as well as great Chinese food. the dilemma is the new service. i actually wrote a review on my phone last June and it never posted and i had rated fusion a 1 star because of a couple terrible visits i had around the time new management took over. ive since gone back a few times and things have definitely gotten better, but still not up to par as the original staff. i will continue to visit fusion when im in the area but i dont see myself going out of the way like i did in the beginning to dine here constantly.

Staff was friendly, good service. We ordered sushi and oysters first. Sushi was fresh and their specialty rolls are great, oysters were nice n cold, meaty and tasty. BUT when you walk into a chinese restaurant on a sunday night and dont see any other asians dining there, that is a sign. Theres not really any "fusion", just a menu of traditional chinese dishes, japanese dishes, all separate in their own category but no specialty in "fusion" of the dishes, so disappointed there. No specialty/fusion dishes. I ordered the mongolian lamb, disappointed, no flavor, alot of sauce, brought to the table on a sizzling skillet. The ribs were ok, just a lil overcooked for my liking. If I was craving sushi and was in the area, i would go just for the oysters and sushi but not the rest of the menu.

Have been there many times and loved the food. But clearly their success is getting to their head. Had a reservation which was not honored. Never was treated that way at a restaurant. I was completely ignored and felt as though I was insignificant. We left and went to Lee Chen down the street in Lawrence. Food was excellent and service was great!

Don't use the online ordering service. Placing my order online, the system said to pick up the order in 30 minutes. Arriving 35 minuets later they said it would be another 15 minutes before my order was ready. It was apparent that no one was aware my order had been placed until I had arrived to pick it up.

Stumbled across this restaurant coming out of the local movie theater. I went in hoping for some half decent Chinese food, but what I found was excellent sushi and some top notch Chinese food. I've now been back three times, and had consistent results. The sushi is very fresh, so follow your palette and get what sounds good. I particularly enjoyed the Kiss The Fire maki (salmon, with white and yellow tuna) and the Spicy Tuna appetizer. The rest of my party loves their Pad Thai, Crunchy Noodles and Hunan Spicy Chicken. I think our only disappointment was the General Gau's, which really could have used more of a spicy punch. If you are on the north shore, it is worth tracking down this little hole in the wall to enjoy their great food.

Good sushi and specialty rolls (we tried about 6 types of each). Good service. The three of us had a great dinner. Parking is good. Fairly quiet inside. Seemed to draw a decent caliber of customer.

Fusion house is just an okay restaurant. A standard Asian restaurant with both a Chinese and Japanese menu. I have tried both and prefer the Chinese food menu overall. I have had better sushi else where, but not too bad for a quick fix. My favorites from the Chinese menu are the house fried rice, crab rangoon, Beef teriyaki, and General Tso's. Definitely a place I would regularly order food from as food is usually consistent.

I took my dad out here for his birthday. It was a very pleasant experience and I'd gladly come back again for the sushi. First off, the place is a little creepy as it's in a strip mall. But once you go in, it's a very stylish place. It is very dark inside, I wish they had more lighting, but I think they're keeping it trendy. We ordered a few of the sushi rolls and a couple dinner plates for my family to split and to try the different meals. The sushi rolls were all on one plate, so if you don't know your sushi, you might want to ask what is your plate. The rolls were quite good, and I recommend Rose Lady, Boston Uncommon, and High Protein. We tried Kiss The Fire, but it was a disapointment (It wasn't spicy at all). We also ordered the Basil Chicken and Black Pepper Beef. They were good, but the portions were a little small. I don't think I personally would be full if I order one as my meal. I think if you order a meal and a roll you'd be better off if you want to make sure you're full after. They're not amazing dishes, but much better than a typical Asian take out place. The service was ok. They only had three waitresses on, and it was a full house. So it took a little bit of time for the waitresses to attend to our table, and not all of them speak English well, or at all. I'd recommend making a reservation if you're going to have a group because one, it is not a large place, and two, it filled up very quickly.

Went to Fusion House for a late lunch with a friend. My many-eth trip here and certainly not the last. You may have ordered a pu-pu platter elsewhere but you have never experienced a pu-pu platter until you've had one at Fusion House. Crab rangoon and shrimp are crisp and flavorful, teriyaki is tender and has a sublteness to the marinade that I've never had in any other teriyaki, not that sharp overmarinated tough beef flavor. Boneless spare ribs and spring roll (or egg roll as a sub) are not amazing but good. I will love chicken wings from anywhere (I'm like that) and don't do chicken fingers (too bland) so leave those for the friend to enjoy, which she does. This trip I had Mongolian Beef with brown rice. Asked for and got spicy. Whew! The thing you'll notice here is that your veggies are fresh. Many places the green peppers are a muted gray-green and the red peppers are dulled by the time they get to you (pre-cooked?). At Fusion House they are brightly colored and crisp tender the way they should be. I have tried the Hunan Lamb and the House Special sizzling Lamb and can recommend both if you like lamb. My absolute fave here was the Crispy Aromatic Beef. It was like a party for my taste buds. The Peking Ravioli are near perfect (dough is a teensy bit too thick) and the Gyoza is crisp and perfect. (Wow am I glad I have leftovers, my mouth is watering) BF loves Kung Pao and got Szechuan Spicy Chicken and found it the best he's had in years. Another friend got Mango Chicken and pronounced it her new favorite. Got a little tipsy off the wine sauce too :)

Good food, average drinks but I had better. The place is a tad small with abt 10 tables and a few booths. The sushi bar is alil bigger than the regular bar, right there just cost them a star from me. The services are very good, very attentive, they have alot of regulars that are greeted by the owners and bartender by name, which makes me feel homey and welcoming. They do try their best with entertaining her customers with live Jazz and specials. Worth checking out if you happen to be around the neighborhood.

Tiny place, with some odd decor, but the food is great. Their sushi rolls are consistently well-prepared, fresh, and tasty. This is the best place I've found in Methuen for Maki Sushi, and their wide variety of other Asian dishes makes it a good choice when dining with non-sushi eaters. The service is very attentive & friendly, and they have an efficient take-out business as well. I just wish there were more seats at the bar, or a little more table space.

Great Peking ravioli! (dumplings)The meat is tasty, the covering (skins) is not too thick, and the soy type sauce, while I tend to prefer one more on the scallion tasting side, has its own unique sweetness which I consider not better or worse, but simply delicious. My favorite is their Szechuan Spicy Chicken. The sauce is a dark brown, but not too thick. Their Crispy Aromatic Beef is also good. It looks fancy, but the prices are good. it can be a bit loud as there is often blue-collar crowd in groups of 4-6 with too much to drink, but not too off putting...

Our first visit last month was dine-in and everything was delicious. Edamame was perfect (not too salty). Salad was fresh and flavorful. Miso soup and main entree (satsuma ebi with pine nuts) was generous and reasonably priced. Tonight we opted for take out. The chicken teriyaki was fabulous. Nicely prepared in sturdy take out containers so that it arrived home hot and intact (no leaky mess like I've experienced elsewhere) Two thumbs up for healthy, tasty, fresh food. Thanks, Fusion House!

I could not thank my boss enough for introducing me to this place. I do not think I would have found it on my own. Their food is great, especially their sushi. I also tried their beef with broccoli dish, which was great. My ultimate favorite...Snow Mountain roll. A must try!!

My husband and I were in Methuen on the way up to NH and were looking for a place to eat. Fusion House is in a little strip mall and looks very unassuming, but we decided to give it a shot. And are we glad we did! For us, this was a great find and a perfect spot to make us both happy and full. I love Japanese and my husband loves Chinese, and this restaurant does both cuisines well. I had a house salad, two varieties of maki rolls, and white rice. My husband ordered chicken fingers, beef with broccoli, and pork fried rice. Everything was really tasty and fresh, and we were both happy with our meals. The prices were standard and fair, not a deal or a ripoff. The service was on point- attentive but not hovering. It was Friday early evening and not many people were seated at tables so I'm not sure if the waiters were just looking for something to do, but we were happy. I wish Fusion House was closer to where we live because this is a great find!

I have mixed reviews about this place. It is a small place. The drinks were to DIE for. My husband and I shared a Scorpian Bowl and it was DELISH! I ordered the pad thai, and my husband ordered chicken fingers. I tried EVERYTHING to make the pad thai taste good, but nothing helped. The noodles were very plain. The dish itself had onion and peppers in it, which I have NEVER had in pad thai, nor was it written in the food write up. My husband had the chicken fingers, and he got sick from them. I did try them and didn't think they were bad, but he was sick all night. The couple we were with orderd a pu pu platter and sushi, and they LOVED it. The weight staff was VERY lovely. My friend forgot her doggy bag and one of the waiters (not even ours) brought it to the car. So....I would suggest NOT getting the thai food. Stick with the Chinese food or japanese. I would try the place again, my husband will not.

Spicy Tuna appetizer was really good . I also had the Winter roll and a few pieces of Fatty Tuna , Tamago and Salmon. The only thing that surprised me was that I thought the Tuna was overpriced. My bad, I learned next time to ask what the price would be, and then I probably would have skipped it. Otherwise, a good sushi place.

Love it here. Every kind of sushi I have ever ordered has been fresh and delicious. The last time I went my friend and I decided to try some of the Chinese appetizers. We got crab Rangoon and beef teriyaki and it was a great start to our meal. It came out very quick and with good portion sizes. We then had sushi which was all great but our favorite was the high protein maki. It comes with a yummy wasabi dressing. If you want great sushi and you are close, go here!

Fusion is an upscale restaurant. My family and I have been there 3 times and every time we were there, the food was always great. We intentionally tried not get the same dish since we wanted to try most of their dishes and we weren't disappointed. We still have to try their sushi and I don't mind going back. It has become one of our favorite family restaurant. Appetizers were exceptionally good. Notable dishes to try are House Fried Rice, Crispy Duck, Sizzling Seafood Platter, Hunan Spicy Beef w/ Broccoli, Egg Foo Young, Pork Cutlet Katsu, etc... This is also where I first tried the "soft-shell crabs" appetizer and they are to die for. Hmmm, I can still taste this in my mouth. If you live near Rt 110, visit this restaurant or if farther away... it is worth the trip. The place might be small but cozy and warm. Prices are reasonable considering the high quality of the food and service.

Heard about this restaurant from a friend and received coupons in the mail. Finally convinced my husband to try it last Saturday a bit before 7 pm. No wait, though the bar and restaurant filled up quickly soonafter we arrived. We were seated right away and greeted by two servers. Ordered an appetizer of steamed Peking Ravioli which too quite a long time arrive (maybe 15-20 minutes) ... not sure why? Perhaps we ordered the appetizer with the first server and the second server ended up being our "permanent' server? Ordered the house special fried rice without shrimp, steamed chicken and vegetables and a chow fun dish. When the server placed the dinner items on the table, she realized the fried rice contained shrimp (which I was fine with but my husband does not eat shrimp). The waitress was happy to return the dish but I opted to keep it.... my husband was not so happy. The food quality, temperature and quantitiy were all excellent. The reasons why we're not giving them 5 stars: the restaurant is quite small so there's not a lot of privacy, a bit noisy when full, the appetizer took longer than expected and the inaccuracy of our order (though they would have corrected it). Prices were very reasonable and we will definitely return.

I have been a very frequent customer at this restaurant. In fact, I live around the corner. All of the employees know me and my boyfriend by name, and we know their names as well. It has always been a very friendly atmosphere, and the food has been good in general. The sushi is nearly excellent, although the specialty dishes (such as pad thai and "typical" fried Chinese food) always varied in quality. Sometimes it was quite good, and other times not so great. Occasionally, it frankly was lousy. It seems that they let their chefs do their own thing rather than follow an exact method on how to cook and prepare their dishes. For example, the pad thai has been almost always NOT spicy, despite the fact that it's labeled as a spicy dish. Occasionally, however, it is EXTREMELY spicy. Also, sometimes it is very wet, with a bland-tasting, loose sauce. Yet other times it is very oily. And then again, there are the times that it is loaded with rice noodles that haven't even hit the sauce and it's a pile of dry noodles with sauce surrounding it. However, we never complained. We loved the place. We loved the location. We loved the "homey" atmosphere and the personal attention we received from being regular customers. Unfortunately, we will not -- and CANNOT -- go back to this establishment again after our treatment today. My boyfriend and I took our children there for lunch as a treat. The first dish that came out was my pad thai -- just that one dish. Everyone else waited and waited. Finally, I took a bite of my food because I figured it would get cold as I waited, and I discovered that it already WAS cold. I told the waitress, and she took it back, with apologies. She returned with a clearly microwaved version of the same dish I sent back, which was disappointing for such a "high scale" Asian restaurant. Still, my boyfriend and our kids were waiting to be served. Two more dishes came out. The other kids continued to wait. Our waitress noticed that no one was eating yet and laughed, "You don't want to eat without the others' food?" And we explained that we didn't. She acted like it wasn't odd at all that our table's order was coming out piecemeal. Finally, we all had our meals. All of the fried items (egg rolls and dumplings) were extremely greasy, to the point where they squirted oil when you bit into them. We were going to let this go, until I discovered how greasy my pad thai was. It was swimming in oil, and microwaving it probably didn't help that. It also didn't taste like anything at all. I picked at it, and then finally asked the waitress to take it because I couldn't eat it due to the oil. I also explained that it didn't taste very good. She said, "Next time, I'll tell the chef not to put so much oil." Um, how about just telling the chef that he didn't make it right? When the waitress brought the check, we noticed that the pad thai was not removed from the bill. We asked the waitress to remove it because I had sent it back because it was too oily to eat. At that point, the manager, Nicole -- who always acts very friendly and nice to us -- came over and with a very large, phony smile and began to argue that "everything is cooked the same and no one else complains," and then she pointed out that I order that dish all the time and "it's always okay." I said that it is actually NOT always okay, that it is actually very inconsistently made, but that this time it was INEDIBLE. I also pointed out that the fried food on everyone's plate (including the egg roll that came with my pad thai) was very greasy. She denied that, and proceeded to tell me that "we use the same vat of oil for all our fried food so it is impossible for the appetizers to be too greasy." This obviously makes no sense, and also, she is seriously arguing with me about whether the food was good or not?? I could not believe how she was talking to me! Then she flatly refused to take the pad thai off the bill "because there was nothing wrong with the food. It's always the same." We're talking SEVEN DOLLARS that Nicole was arguing. This woman should not be in charge of a restaurant! How unprofessional! To make matters worse, she then refused to honor the coupon we had for no reason -- she just gave it back to us. Very childish! For two years, I had many so-so meals that I could've complained about, but not once did I send any food back. This was the first time, and suddenly all of her friendliness and sweetness over the years went right out the window. I told her very calmly that we wouldn't be able to come there anymore because of how she was handling this, and she said with a big, phony smile, "Good. Don't come anymore." WOW! And then she proceeded to mouth off at us all the way out the door. I said, "I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this." She called out as we left, "You go right ahead and tell everyone!" UNBELIEVABLE! I am beyond disgusted with and disappointed in this poorly run establishment.

The old Mr. Wok restaurant that used to be at this location was outdated and the food was so-so (I'd probably would have rated it at 2 stars) With the new owners and renovations, this is our new favorite Chinese restaurant for dining in and take out. We haven't tried the Japanese or sushi yet, but I can vouch for the Chinese! It is a small restaurant and they fill up fast at night so you may want to call for a reservation. The atmosphere is casual with a full bar spanning the length of the restaurant. Give it a try.

My favorite place for sushi! Try the Mongolian Chicken - if you like it hot, order it extra spicy. Fiona is our favorite waitress! She always has great suggestions, too. This place does get very busy. Especially on Friday nights (they have live jazz music on Fridays). I definitely recommend calling ahead.

Wow...I had heard about this restaurant for awhile. Finally made it in, just before the line formed on a Saturday evening. I will start with the Crab Rangoon ...delicious crispy fried wontons full of savory crabmeat filling. The start to a great meal of General G. chicken spicy sweet sauce that was perfect-light not thick and gummy! Cashew chicken fresh vegetables cooked to perfection in a light sauce. Cannot wait to go back.

Very very happy with the sushi here. Some pleasant inventiveness on the menu, very fresh-tasting and nice presentation with even a hint of creativity. Have been fans of Inaka in Lawrence for quite some time, due to the dependability of the place and kindness of the staff / owners, but Fusion House will certainly compete for our sushi dollars. The sushi lunch menu is a great bang-for-the-buck but is served with a, sadly, only mediocre miso soup. If you go for dinner, be sure to sample some of the items included on the specialty sushi menu - so far everything has been a fantastic treat. I have not tried any of the Chinese menu items, so cannot comment upon that aspect of the restaurant. And given my happiness with the sushi bar, I probably won't ever want to sample those other offerings!

I was more than skeptical getting sushi in the burbs, especially since out of all the "top rated" sushi places in Boston, there are only one or two I truly enjoy. I'm a sushi snob. A person who has been spoiled by the best the states have to offer as well as authentic fare from Japan. I had settled on a few places in the area that were satisfactory, but didn't hit my all time upper echelon of raw Asian cuisine. Still a bit skeptical when I pulled in to the ordinary shopping plaza, I was immediately impressed by the hostess and our waitress, Jessica. They were friendly, extremely fast and set the tone for what would be an exceptional dining experience. I had a sweet and sour soup, a variation from my usual mood, but definitely had to try it based off of yelp reviews. It was delish! Jessica recommended a sushi appetizer special which had a variety of higher end sushi treats including O Torro, Kobe Beef and Lobster. It was fantastic. We also tried the much raved about Spicy Tuna Appetizer. With grated ginger, avocado and amazing spicy tuna this was a great way to start off. We ordered the amaebi (a raw sweet shrimp), the uni (urchin), the harame (fluke), the snapper and a rainbow roll (fish assortment over crab meat, avocado and rice). All of the fish was more than reasonably fresh and great quality. The salmon which rarely gets me excited was particularly good. We ended up getting the salmon sashimi and unagi (eel) sushi to round out our meal. The food was such a marvelous surprise, and I am so excited to know that this place is in my geographic area. Certainly killed my perception about outer Metro sushi! The restaurant is clean and simple in both decor and sanitation. Very clean and very nice to fit it's location, but remain a step up from your typical strip mall fare. A good number of my friends depend on me for this area of cuisine, and I can guarantee that I'll be generating a small amount of business for this neat place. Kudos Fusion House!

been twice. once for lunch which we found pretty solid and when we asked for the heat to be kicked up they happily obliged. i went back a few nights ago and sat at the sushi bar and i must say that i was very impressed, especially for a little place in a strip mall in Methuen. i inquired about the availability of uni, hamachi kama and toro, all of which they did not have. i made my usual order of sashimi and nigiri which i found to be excellent. it even prompted me to order a maki. i forgot which one i got but it too was really good. with the quality falling at Yama in Andover i think i found my new local for utility sushi.

This was the first time i orderd or ate at this resturant I ordered delivery for a chicken terriaki dinner crab Rangoon and a sushi roll. they sent the crab and sushi but instead of the dinner they sent the appetizer the woman tried to say I ordered the wrong thing when I clearly explained what I wanted. Instead of an apology and saying sorry the woman was arguing with me saying you should have know it was not enough money because the delivery charge wasnt included.?? The total for the food was the right amount she then proceeded to say If that's what I ordered then the total should have been 40 something the actual total was 28 and some change.....an 18 delivery charge? She wouldn't tell me how. Ugh the delivery charge was supposed to be but I guess it's worth loosing an avid sushi an Chinese fanatic that would have ordered atleast 3 times a week.

Fusion is one of the best Japanese spots up this way. Fresh, delicious food , great presentation and service. I love the Carribean Seaweed Salad with Seafood, Hot & Sour Soup (best ever), and absolutely all of the sushi I've tried. I've also had several entres on both the Japanese and Chinese menus. Really never been disappointed. Always packed but worth it it you have to wait (or just get take out).

Fantastic sushi without the hike into the city. Fusion is such a gem, I can't rave or recommend enough. I have brought many sushi virgins here and their sushi specials are always crowd pleasers. For sushi regulars, you will taste the freshness. The entrees are fresh and great too, not like the greasy and microwaveable junk a lot of Chinese or Japanese restaurants serve. Shumai are shrimp dumplings I love and try their Valentine roll if raw fish skeeves you out.

Gave it another try on a recent weeknight for dinner. Food was OK...Don't try to compare it to a traditional Polynesian restaurant. The newer restaurants tend to use 5 spice powder and that flavor can be overwhelming if one isn't use to it. I'd stick with sushi and the sichuan type dishes like General Gao's Chicken, Moo Shi, etc instead of lobster sauce and egg foo yong when dining at these fusion type restaurants.

Love this restaurant! Food is fresh & very good. Love the sushi maki rolls. I first went here thinking it was the crappy Chinese place that USED to be there and was surprised. I've been back many times, and have taken my friends - and now THEY have returned. The food is fresh and wonderful - even the fried food is light and crispy. Something for all Asian palates - Chinese, Japanese, and I think I saw a little Polynesian on the menu too (don't quote me on that one). Try the Crispy Pad Thai or the Mango Duck with baby eggplant - YUM!

With so many Japanese and Chinese restaurants in the area, this small restaurant shines like a gem. Having spent a number of years in Hawaii, I have become jaded about American Style Chinese. Everything is smothered in brown sauce here. In Hawaii, the food was crisp, fresh and light. This restaurant captures that sentiment, and combines ith with wonderfully attentive staff and decor. Nestled in the middle of a relatively non-descript part of Methuen, MA, they are a worthy find. I highly recommend you try the crispy Pad Thai.

Best sushi I have found in the valley. Be sure to check out the specials as they change and are good.

I grew up in California, near San Francisco, and I think this is the best Chinese food I have found since moving to Mass. Everything I have tried is delicious, the staff is friendly, and pricing is reasonable. Love the crispy pan fried noodles, the spicy green beans, and won ton soup, but everything is good. Location is a little small, so if you go on a Friday or Saturday there is always a wait, and not a lot of space to wait in. Take out would be the safer option.

We ordered Hot and Sour Soup and the spiciest sushi appetizer special and both were deeeeelish! We then ordered a pupu for 3, pork lo mein and sesame beef. The food was all fresh and abundant in quantity. The staff was attentive and the waiter was very accomodating. I reccommend this Japanese,Chinese,Polynesian rest. It will suit all the tastes in your party. I love the cloth table cloths and napkins. A classy touch.

So I'm keeping the 3 stars, but since I've been back a few times I want to update. Upon my recent visits I have gotten consistently pretty solid sushi, the "kiss the fire roll" has become my favorite! But this past visit I got a new fusion roll, and the roll would have been bomb, except for the fact that the brown rice I got (always sub out, never get white), was super mushy/overcooked/stick to the roof of your mouth kinda stuff. It was not prepared well at all, and the fish quality was still there, but the rice totally ruined it. People, I get brown rice like it's my f*ckin job, and this was nasty. I still ate it as I was hungry, and my friend and I already had an ordering "ordeal" beforehand with out drinks, so I just ate it up. Oh and another thing, they do like to keep up the pace, if you know what I mean, with getting through the meal in a more than comfortable "timely fashion." I kinda feel like I'm always being a bit rushed when I eat here. Legit, the second you have an empty plate or bowl, or almost empty, they are right there to scoop it up. Maybe they're attempting to be efficient since the place is a little on the smaller side, but you feel like you have to eat quickly or they may try to take your food away before you're actually finished. I am clearly coming back because of location, and the fact that overall, their sushi is super tasty and fresh, and I am addicted to the fire roll.

This place used to be Mister Wok and it was old and dark inside. After serious renovation it's still dark, but so upscale, classy, and looks really different. There are a few tables for people to eat, a bar with stools for people to eat there as well, and a sushi section with stools. I tried the Lobster with ginger and that was excellent and then I had the duck the next time I went and it was also good. The crab rangoons are huge! Best Chinese restaurant in the Merrimack Valley area.

Nice meeting spot with friends, cute inside. The food was OK. We had a few special sushi rolls, one was just eh, the other was lovely. And the yaki soba was great.

Good food given the type of food that it is, in a pleasant environment. Ultimately, it's regular 'American' Chinese food, so it's hard to get incredibly excited about it. I wouldn't go here expecting to wake up in Chinatown, but it's decent if you know what to expect.

We went there last night and I was very disappointed. We ordered the dumplings which you could sink a ship with, chicken sesame, lamb with vegtables, crab rangoons and shrimp with black bean sauce. The crab rangoons were ok, the shrimp was good but the lamb and chicken dishes were so bad I wouldn't even bother taking it home. I was upset to spend $85 and come away with a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry!

My co-worker and I tried this place on a whim. It hands down was the best asian food I've ever had. From the drinks, to the appetizers and the main entrees everything was so fresh and so delicious. It's a little pricier than your usual asian food but so worth it!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly.
