Every time I order from here they have not let me down and if you enjoy Lamb curry dishes give this place a try. My first impression from them when they delivered my order was ( huh? really? where's the food??) It seemed such a small portion but boy was I wrong! They pack the lamb and sauce till the lid wants to open on its own from all the pressure. Even the rice tasted/felt so soft/fluffy with a hint of spices. On top of the curry lamb dish I ordered the multi assortment of naan, all I can say is try it out and you'll enjoy it from the garlic naan to the coconut naan " little sweet but pares well with the mild/hot curry sauce." So either delivery or eat in, it's worth trying out. Oh just one thing, if you order out at work be prepared to search for plates or bowls since I haven't received any even when I leave it as a note please give plates.

Ordered free delivery. Food arrived in less than 30 minutes and was still hot. The vegetable Samosa was tasty inside and still crispy outside. The garlic naan had plenty of garlic and was very fresh. I was surprised how well the bread held up considering it was delivery service. It was not soggy. I ordered chicken tikka masala - extra spicy. The sauce was delicious with just enough spice and the meat was somewhat tender . My wife ordered the kebab platter which was HUGE and included plenty of tender tasty chicken, several tandoori chicken drumsticks 2 types of lamb and shrimp. Even after we pigged out, there was enough for both of us to eat another meal. We Will definitely be enjoying this very delicious and fresh Indian food again!

If you haven't been for the lunch buffet at this joint, lace up your running shoes and get over there now! ...then call a cab when you're done because you will otherwise have to roll home. I frequent the lunch buffet, and it is always delicious. While they always have some Indian staples, Chicken Masala, and something with lentils, they mix up the menu often. The people who run the joint are attentive, polite, and funny. I love this place so much I sometimes bully my coworkers into eating the buffet with me rather than a light lunch. Kebab Corner, is hands down the best Indian buffet in the area. Go eat there. Right now.

Every time I am here it's fresh, cheap, yummy food! So good! Love the buffet. Many vegetarian options along with a few chicken and goat choices, plus mungo juice is included! I really enjoy coming here. The guys look so caring about their business, and when employees eat where they work, I take it as a sign of quality.

It's really expensive. I got delivery and paid 30 dollars with tip for a small contained of chicken tikka, naan, samosas, and a drink. The food is not worth 30 dollars. It was just ok.

Delicious. On time delivery. Nice enough driver. Food got to me hot and flavorful. I will definitely order from again. Con: Expensive. $1.95 for a can of coke is a bit silly. Indian food around Boston is all in all pricey. Would have given 5/star if prices weren't so high.

Came here for lunch on a weekend. Overall, the food was flavorful and fresh. Chai tea and mango juice were a nice added bonus.

So good, very impressed! So delicious, staff was super welcoming and polite. Highly recommend this place. After having it for my first time I will for sure be back. Can't wait to tell my husband and friends!!!!

What a pleasant surprise to find this place when my boyfriend and I zipped over to the plaza for Chipotle - once I saw Kabab Corner, we quickly spun around and made it inside shortly before their lunch buffet was ending. The buffet looks small, but actually has quite a bit of variety. The rice seemed fluffy and fresh, and I piled on some chicken tikka masala, lentils and spinach, all packed with flavor. There was also a very tasty biryani with chicken, shrimp and lamb. Because we came in towards the end, one of the servers brought us our own little basket of naan, which was very nice. The two staff working were very attentive and friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. We finished with the gulab jamun and rice pudding before rolling ourselves out of there. Will definitely be back! Oh, and it's just $9.99 each - cheaper than Chipotle!

I thought it was terrific. There was one dish, a vegetable ball in sauce, that was indescribably good. Also, the goat was some of the best I'd ever had in my life and the fresh naan bread was superb.

Average place. Food was okay, however most of it was canned or frozen. I would rate it as just another Desi restaurant with lot of frozen and canned food.

My husband and I looove this place We have just been here several times for lunch The buffet it is good, it does taste like Indian food and not just an American version of it. We always end up happy and with a full belly hahaha The price is also very good for the amount of food and the quality The service it is also nice I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends

Another great gem in the Wellington area. Kabab Corner is one of the few indian places around Boston that I've actually enjoyed. The fact that I can walk to it on my lunch break and indulge in their decent sized $7.99 lunch buffet makes it even better. They definitely try to change the buffet up so that you don't see the same dishes there everytime you go, which is a great way to sample something you may not have had before. The ONE thing I would complain about it the naan. I loves me some naan and as another revier stated, it always seems to be a little burnt. Outside of that, it's pretty good indian food that's definitely wallet friendly.

We just moved to Medford and love ordering from there. We've never actually eaten in the actual restaurant, and every time we've gone to pick up food there are very little people there. The staff are quite friendly. Their Garlic Lemon Chicken is to die for. So delicious. Their naan? Also delicious. We haven't been disappointed yet.

NEW INDIAN RESTAURANT ALERT!!!! Tucked in right next to the Entenmann's Bakery Outlet, behind the plaza with Chopotle's and Boston Market is this new restaurant. My bf and I ate there for lunch today, which was its opening day! Not many people were there, which probably is because they did not advertise properly, but the food was really good. We are partial to Tantric in the Theater District, but this one is pretty much on par (lunchwise) to the wonderful restaurants in Davis Sq. The only thing that really disappointed me was the kheer (rice pudding), because it was too milky. However, everything else was delicious, although it may have looked less appealing since it had been out for most of the lunch buffet period. I am just very happy that we finally have an Indian restaurant that has decent parking nearby outside of Boston. Will update as soon as we have dinner there.

This place recently lost a star in my book as they have changed their masala receipe as of late. They seem to have added some type of small nuts to the dish that I find unappealing. Stick with a winner Kabob Corner and go back to the old style of masala! service, price and friendly staff still is pretty good.

So I was thrilled to find out that this new Indian restaurant opened down the street from me. I've experienced amazing Indian, so this place had a lot to top. I stopped in on a weekend afternoon, and there was no one in sight. That alone says enough... So we sat down and sampled the buffet. Everything tasted as if it were three-days-old and of poor quality. Granted it was cheap, but I've had plenty cheap Indian with amazing quality! I was really disappointed, because if this place were great, I would order take-out everyday from here... I would give it one star, but decided to add a star for the nice interior decor - they really went all out. ha If you've never experienced fine Indian dining, then you may like it here, but go to Punjab in Arlington instead, OR even better take out at Guru the Caterer!!!!

  • Sarah R.

This place consistently has the best Indian in the Boston area. Goa shrimp curry, dosas, and chili paneer are some favorites. They have a lot of Southern Indian dishes too, which is what I prefer. You'll pay a couple extra dollars more for entrees than most places, but it's absolutely worth it for the flavors and freshness. The ambiance has gotten progressively better over the years, though it still is in a strip mall and I would not call it romantic. It's standard spartan Indian restaurant style. I've never been there for their buffet. I've ordered take out, pick up, and have eaten in the dining room. It's all great. Anytime family is in town and we want Indian, we order from there. I have never had a bad experience.

This is one of my regular places to call when I feel like Indian food but not leaving my house. Hooray for delivery! I always get the Chicken Tikka Masala, which is fine - not my favorite in the area, but it gets the job done, as do the naan and samosas I usually get. (Actually, the samosas are damn good.) A well-deserved three stars.

Solid Indian food, fast delivery. Can order from grubhub.com for no additonal charge which is always a plus when you are feeling too lazy to even pick up the phone. We ordered: Mango lassis - delicious Samosas - way too oily, had to wipe off with a paper towel before eating Masala Dhosa - the bread wasn't crisp the way it is when you get it fresh in a restaurant, because of the time in a takeout container. But still tasty, and huge. rice - nicely seasoned chicken tikka masala - delicious, yummy white meat saag paneer - good Condiment combo - very generous. Condiments almost filling 5 styrofoam cups. Enough for many additional dinners! They called us to confirm our order from grubhub.com , which was nice. We'll order from them again.

I've only recently just started eating indian food and this place is down the street from my house. Everything I have tried there so far I liked. It is a little expensive but it is a restaurant and I expected it to be that way. We got the large naan bread basket which had 3 different kinds of bread and it was delicious. We got the chicken vindaloo medium it was too spicy for me but it did still taste great. The chicken fell apart real easy. We got this appetizer that was chicken battered in chickpee batter and that was yummy. I really like the samosa's too lot's of potato in them. I would definitly try this place again. They also deliver for free which is great. I think when you go in and it's empty it's because of the location since it's at the end of the stores in the plaza. We took out our food both times and they were very polite and got us a glass of water each time.

Whenever we see someplace new is opening in the are, we get really excited and can't wait to try it out...only to end up letting months go by before we actually go. Rewind to a week or so ago when we needed dinner, didn't want to go far from home, but didn't want pizza or a sub. The boy wants something with spice, we decide to finally give this place a try. We drive up at 5:30 and the place is empty. I usually hate being the only one in a restaurant, but we go for it anyway. The service was fantastic, and within ten minutes of us arriving five more tables fill up and a few people come in for take-out. We opted for the vegetarian meal for two. It comes with naan, raita, soup, rice and four veggie meals. Yes, four. Smaller portions, but it was so great to get to try that many different items, some we wouldn't have ordered on our own, but we loved them all! For $30 it was such a great deal, we both had seconds and still had enough to bring home. Our server was so nice and definitely made us want to come back again soon. They have a lunch buffet that's only $8 and they run it every day. He told me they have at least four vegetarian meal options and two vegetarian appetizers every day. I can't wait to go back and eat more, nice to finally have an Indian option in the area!

Food was delicious! Second visit, great food & great service each time. Bollywood videos playing above the bar are kitschy, interesting, distracting, kinda fun.

the price is very good, 7.99 for lunch everyday. the food is pretty standard of indian buffets. the rice pudding is very good and they also serve mango juice at the buffet (included w/ the buffet). waiting service is pretty friendly.

  • Joe S.

I should start this by coming clean: I have never had a better Indian meal than the ones I would get from Gourmet India at the Providence Place Mall food court. Having said that, Kabob Corner gives a real good bang for your buck. For under $10, you can choose from the all you can eat buffet. It has the typical Indian fare of Samosas, Bhajis, masalas, naan and salad. The service is attentive and kind. The restaurant itself is NEVER busy when I go, so I have no idea how they keep the lights on. However, the food is always hot and tastes fresh. No complaints!

This place is great! reminds me of a roadside diner in Bangalore. no frills, good food, Indian TV on. Clean and the staff is friendly. best deal is the buffet.

  • Adam G.

I had the buffet. While not a huge, encyclopedic, "Vegas-sized" spread or anything, it was just the right size and clearly concentrated on QUALITY, which is ultimately more important than quantity. I have had Indian food a bit around Boston; in Jackson Heights Queens incredible Indian neighborhood; and around Southern Cal, including "Little India" in Artesia, CA. This place is into nice, well-prepared, clean-tasting and DELICIOUS dishes. They tasted adequately "authentic" too. The owner/proprietor was very nice, brought me some great nan at my table and even urged me to eat more at the buffet- like a good Jewish grandmother! One solid plate was enough for me, though, as Indian food can be rich, complex and rather filling. I left immensely satisfied. For an Indian place in a strip mall in Medford, a hell of a find!

  • Stanley J.

Clean and contemporary, with a twist of Indian decor. Polite staff and the service was rather quick. This hidden gem is tucked away and I have driven past on many days commuting to work in boston. Ill definatly stop back again for more!

Like most of the other posters, I'm always excited when I see a new restaurant open up down the street from me. It's always great when it's something different. Medford is definitely lacking in Indian restaurants, so this was a welcome change. There's only so many times you can rotate between Pizzeria Regina, NYAJ, Roadhouse and Bertucci's before you start to need something a little bit more adventurous. (I'd LOVE to see a great Thai place open in the area while we are on the subject.) Anyways, on to the restaurant. The first time I ate here I actually did take-out. It was pretty good, but it's always hard to judge with take-out. I hate when Naan gets soggy. So, we gave it another shot. The night we were there, we were the only ones in the restaurant, which is always a little concerning. The service was excellent, though. (As I would hope!) The vegetable samosas we ordered were great. Chicken Tikka Masala was a little bit bland. I think next time I would order it hot instead of medium. It definitely could have used an extra kick. Saag Paneer was decent, but not phenomenal. Portions were decent-sized - great for sharing. We even had leftovers to take home.

Best Indian food in the area. I haven't bothered eating anywhere else since I found this place. Check out their lunch buffet, awesome price and value. Service is also excellent, as in very friendly & helpful.

We actually didn't eat in this restrurant, We ordered from foodlers. We are not happy since one of us is a vegetarian and ordered a Vegetable Korma. They delivered a Chicken korma instead. We can't return it since we tasted after the deliver person has gone, we realized that's not cheese but chicken. That Ruins our night. I have eaten in much better restrurant. The appetizer, naan and the entrees are pretty normal and very greasy.

As an Indian, I tend to be pretty picky about Indian food. I've only had takeout and delivery from Kabab Corner, which has been tasty. The staff was very friendly while we waited for our takeout order, and when they came to deliver our food. I think I'd have to eat in at least once before figuring out if this restaurant should get another star. Though as other reviewers have noted, the restaurant is often empty, which doesn't usually make for the best eat-in experience.

    (3)
  • Natalie H.

I went there for lunch and it was OK. I thought I would give dinner a shot. The food was not bad and while I was waiting for them to pack the take out, they gave us some chutneys. When we were paying our bill, the server took a balled up napkin off the bar and wiped the inside of the chutney cups so he could give it to another table. Right in front of us! Yuck!!

Very good Indian dishes, friendly service and the decor is nice enough you can almost forget you're in a strip mall. The biryani was among the best I have had in the Boston area.

I went today for dinner. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and the gulabs. The chicken tikka was very good - chicken was moist and the rice was made that day (hate stale rice!). Gulabs were so-so. I ordered the kebab samosas and veggie pakoras to go - we'll see how they fare tomorrow. The service was pretty slow. I had to wait a full five minutes for water - and I was the only one in the restaurant. The waitress came to fill my glass and even though it was clear that I was done with my food, did not come back to clear my table for another five minutes. not sure what's going on there, but had to dock stars for that. They have take-out and given the quality of the food, I will be using them in that capacity. The menu covers a lot of groups. I'm more familiar with north indian food - looking forward to hearing comments on the other areas of the indian subcontinent that are covered on the menu. They also have a halal section, which is not something that you usually see in indian restaurants, so kudos on that.

This place is my favorite Indian restaurant. I eat here all the time and the food is great! I usually order off the menu: chicken tikka masala and the vindaloo are my favorites. The naan is the bomb. Love the mango lassi. I've recently started having the buffet for lunch and it's pretty good! Most things are on the mild to medium spicy side with lots of vegetarian dishes if that's your thing. It's cheap at 7.95 for lunch. Otherwise it is on the expensive side! The owner is very nice and attentive. There's a waiter there sometimes that seems a little bitchy. Don't let the fact that it's next to a Subway and a laundromat fool you! It's also a NICE restaurant. The tables are all granite-top. Tables are dark heavy woods. It's true that there is hardly anyone ever there. I don't know why! Maybe most people are doing takeout? Maybe Medford hasn't stumbled on to it yet? I guess it's possible people don't like it...but i do!! If you live and/or work in Medford/Malden/Everett and you're feeling like Indian, I'd definitely give this place a try.

One of the best Indian food restaurants I've found. Great service, fantiastic food, reasonable prices (not cheap but no higher than other places with worse food), and a HUGE variety of menu choices. I haven't tried the buffet - just ordered entrees off the menu - but I'm sure it's glorious. I've had the Dal makhani, chicken tiki masala, veggie samosas, and a few other dishes I can't remember. All were fantastic. Only drawback is the location. It's in a tacky strip mall that is not very T accessible so you have to drive or hike it across a extremely busy intersection of 28 & 16 from Wellington Station . The inside is nice though. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

    (5)
  • Katie G.

The food was delicious, probably the best Indian food I've had in the area. The restaurant is tucked in a small strip mall so I think it's a hidden gem that's definitely worth trying if you're in the Medford area.

  • Courtney M.

Stopped in for the buffet lunch because I had a restaraunt dot com gift cerificate. Buffets can be hit or miss but this was definitely a hit. Only downside was one server so he was pretty busy. Also the Mango Lassi was probably from some kind of mix. But the chicken was fresh and tasty and the buffet was diverse. I will definitely go again soon!

  • Xia L.

I ordered from this place last night because it was the closet location from me... the food is decent. But not the best Indian food I had. I ordered garlic naan, kabob samosa, and chicken tikka (which was really dried btw) though the garlic naan is my favorite! Oh and the delivery guy is friendly

  • Ed C.

I ordered delivery using Grub Hub. The order was placed just before 8 pm, but didn't arrive until 9:35 pm, far later than the estimate that they provided. They said they were having a busy night (Monday) and were apologetic. I found the portions to be on the small side, given the prices, but the food was good.

  • Holly H.

I've ordered take-out a few times from here, and the food has always been consistent. Sunday my fiance and I tried the lunch buffet and were not disappointed! We each had 2 huge plates of fresh, delicious, Indian go-tos (chicken tika masala and saag paneer) plus Chinese-Indian dishes like a fried rice dish and veggies and noodles. It got relatively busy by the time we were finishing up, but the waiter never let our glasses get below half-way and was friendly. It's not the best Indian food I've ever had (I used to live in Waltham, which has some awesome places), but it's a solid choice that I can walk to from my apartment. Will definitely be back for the buffet soon!

The good: Great food, especially the lamb dishes. Very consistent quality, great, friendly service, and very quick food preparation. I eat here frequently. The bad: Never, ever order for delivery. Their delivery takes forever, is always later than they tell you it will be, and they don't really care.

Hidden gem. Dal makhani stewed to perfection with plenty of ginger. Tandoori chicken kabob was also impressive, tender and obvious smoky hints from the the tandoor! Really happy to have found this place tucked away behind the CVS Dunkin's @ Wellington circle.

  • Lee B.

Love this place, been going to the restaurant and ordering out since it opened in 2008. Highlights from the menu (1) vegetable pakora (crispy and very tasty) (2) saag tikki (spicy and so good served with Raita) (3) fish pakora entrees (1) chicken tikka masala (2) lamb saag (3) all the naan breads are good, i like the keema naan and the garlic naan. The owners of the restaurant are always there and very friendly, one of the owners is a delivery driver and he's super friendly as well! I dont understand the reviews about unhelpful service, they are always happy to see you when you go into the restaurant and they have bollywood on one TV and cricket on the other TV, what more could you ask for????? This is also fully licensed for alcohol so grab a beer when you're there. I give them 4 stars as sometimes the delivery can be longer than 30 mins, but they are a popular restuarant so i give them a pass, i've never waited more than 60 mins for delivery and the order is always correct. I'm going to order now! lol

I finally decided to try it after passing by for the last couple of years. I came in time for the lunch buffet. Very tasty food and, most importantly, light options of grilled chicken instead of the buttery ones. Finally, a light cheap quality Indian place!

Over an hour late for delivery and not very apologetic about it. All sorts of narratives for the lateness. Never again.

  • Cameo R.

The lunch buffet is excellent. Food items are prepared with quality ingredients and each choice has its own amazing flavorful taste. Good variety. It's as if everything is cooked with Indian Mommy Love. No burning tastebuds. No one-seasoning-fits-all. Cable TV played Indian music videos today. The framed artwork is very beautiful. Negative Yelp reviews mention slow delivery service. We've never relied on delivery. We come to enjoy the $8.99 buffet and are completely satisfied.

  • Aakaanksh P.

Horrible service. We walked in a little after lunch to find the staff asleep. Asked if we could see a menu, got a rude incoherent response. When we asked for some appetizers and lassis, the waiter Rudely snaps back that told they don't have any right now. Then on our way out gives us some shit about how we woke him up... It's the service industry. I don't reward bad service and will never be setting foot in here again.

  • Stephon M.

Great food! I had the chicken curry mild, my fiance had the chicken tikka masala mild, and we split garlic nan. I forgot how to pronounce let alone spell the table appitezier we had. It was like the Indian version of chips with salsa but it was also very good. Service was fast and polite too. Only downside was that it is a little pricey for the portion. But the quality definitely made up for it a bit.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Was in the area last friday around noon, saw their sign, and decided to give the place a try. We entered only to find both employees sleeping and after about a minute of awkward stares, the waiter wakes up only to mumble and point us in the direction of a table. He drops the menus on the table, rolls his eyes at us, and says no to our order while mumbling something about waking him up. We refuse to be treated in this rude manner so we get up to leave as he continues to insult us for waking him up. This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated!

One of the worst Indian food I have come across in New England. Had their lunch buffet on a weekday and found tasteless watery preparations. They had just one person doing everything from clearing the table to seating people to getting the cheque. Never going back here.

Loved it. Food was great, guys were all friendly. Love chicken pakora and peshawari naan. The pakora is tender and flavorful, love love love the chickpea batter coating! For the latter one, there was a lot of shred coconut meat inside and tasted just like dessert for me.

Good food with bad service, guy who is serving the food is eating by picking tandori chicken from buffet. Bad Bad chicken soup looks like created from old ready to eat soup mix. Service is really bad with full of atitude.

Murg makhini, samosas, mango lassi and naan- my go to delivery order via foodler. I hardly ever see murg makhini and I know for sure they have it. Everything shows up on time, piping hot and really tasty. They take pride in what they serve. We have also eaten in - great service, the manager-owner has a great sense of humor and made us feel really welcome. Medford really needs some variety in terms of dining options-so please, eat here so more equally good places will open around here.

My experience with kabab corner has varied and I'm settling on 3 stars. I first tried Kabab corner off of foodler (but it seems as though they do not do foodler delivery anymore) I've gotten a number of vegan indian dishes from here, and my favorite by far is the masala dosa. The dosa it self arrived hot and delicious! The filling is great and has potatoes and a certain spice to it. My only complaint about the dosa is that it never arrived with the coconut chutney (this happened 3 times!) The soup that accompanies it is also very flavorful and delicious, although I wish it was a bit spicier. The pakoras are also another item I ordered 3 or 4 times. The first few times they were tasty (could use more spices) but the last time I odored them they were hard and not pleasant. The delivery man and the man I talked to on the phone (about the missing coconut chutney) were very nice and curious. I made sure to tip the driver well and when I told the man on the phone the coconut chutney never arrived he gave me a free pakora the next time I ordered.

Overall: too pricey for the quality and quantity !! Pros: nice papaddum and rice with entree (complimentary) Cons: slow n poor service, confusing check system, poor marinated paneer, lack of spice n flavor in vegetables. Suggestion: if no other choice then only opt for this location.

5 stars for the lunch buffet! Great price, great food, and my cup of water is never empty because they come around to fill it up ALL THE TIME! For a good quick bite for lunch, go to Kabab Corner!!

-Delivery order- I had high hopes for this place after seeing the ratings and comments about particular items. I just ordered the chicken tikka masala and couldn't be more displeased. It is the most tasteless and watery chicken tikka masala that I have ev

I've passed this place a few times coming back from work and resolved to try it. It's tucked into a small strip mall and i thought it might be one of those hidden gems you occasionally find in unlikely suburban locales. It's not. I won't be back. Bland, mediocre food. You get what you pay for!

This is the Indian place to go to for lunch. The dinner menu is a bit pricey but the Lucnch buffet for $7.99 it's a great deal! The food is a little on the salty side, and it could be spycier but I think they are trying to cater to Americans with little experience with Indian food. This is a great place if you are introducing some to the cuisine. The food was fresh and delicious, the home made naan was great! The lunch included hot Indian tea and desser both very tasty. I'm not sure if I would go back for dinner but I would definitely do lunch here.

Review for the Buffet ONLY: Lacked flavor and actual meat in the food dishes. Im not sure if the menu items are better than the buffet, but i wouldnt do the buffet again.

This review is for the DELIVERY portion of their business. I've never eaten at the restaurant location, but their delivery is consistently delicious. I was stunned when my sister first ordered, as I didn't expect delivery Indian to be so high-quality. The vegetable korma is addictive, and the chicken and lamb dishes are tasty too (warning: the lamb is on the "well-done" side though) . We always order the pashwary naan which to me is just a tab too coconutty, but still good. The samosas are great too -- it's all just tasty tasty really. They deliver as far as Everett which is awesome! But these deliveries take upwards of an hour to arrive. Meals are delivered faster for closer locations. Two thumbs up, and a big recommendation for their delivery/take-out.

Executive Summary: Not bad, almost good. I just ate here for the first time, and I was satisfied. I ordered for pickup: Lamb Vindaloo and the Kabab Vegetarian Platter. It was ready on time, with decent portions; the basmati comes with it at no extra cost, as does Tamarind Sauce and Onion Chutney. The Vindaloo was moderately spicy (I had requested Medium, and that's what I got). If you like spicy Vindaloo, make sure you order it HOT. The pakora was slightly overdone, but that could just be a onetime thing. The samosas had a decent outer crunch and the fillings were just fine. All in all, when you have a Jones for Indian food, you could do a hell of a lot worse!

Visited Kabab Corner for Sunday afternoon buffet lunch. Have never visited this restaurant even though I live a few minutes away and it's been opened for quite a while. So glad I decided to finally give this place a try!! Very friendly/helpful waitstaff. Tasty buffet with delicious Indian dishes. Reasonable prices Nice decor and interior design. Will definitely be going back again!!

SUPER WHATEVER-I recently moved to the area and was excited to be living around so much Indian food, as it is my favorite. Nursing a hangover, I had grubhub bring me lunch from this establishment. I read around on Yelp for a bit before deciding that I'd start my local Indian sampling adventure with this place. First, my credentials an acceptable critic of Indian cuisine: grew up eating home cooked Indian with a friend's family, had a diet primarily consisting of Indian food for a year and a half (while living in Bahrain, whose population is nearly half Indian), and spent time in southern India last year. I got the mint chutney, hot onion chutney, garlic naan, kebab samosa, and chicken korma. Each ramekin of chutney was large, which excited me as I eat spicy mint chutney with everything. Unfortunately, both chutneys seemed like they had been made days before as they were not at all fresh. The mint chutney was spiced with cumin or something similar to a garam masala, which still would have ruined the dish even if it had been fresh. The samosa was large and almost all ground lamb. This would rock if hadn't been so dry and under spiced. The korma was ok. To their side, they used non fatty/gristly, boneless, chunks of moist dark meat. That was the only redeeming aspect of the whole meal. The korma sauce was way less creamy and flavorful than it should have been. The naan was thicker than it should have been, adding too much density to something one uses to eat most of the meal. This place met none of my expectations. Looking forward to finding much better Indian fare in the coming weeks.

I like trying different places... which is good and bad. This one was really disappointing. Ordered through foodler and it took over an hour. I know an hour is the standard time frame, but I generally get it way sooner. After arrival, said food, was room temp at best. The chicken tikka masala was not very good. The chicken was dry and the sauce did not taste like any tikka masala I have ever had. TONS of cream and not a whole lot of spice. The garlic naan lacked any garlic flavor...and apparently their dishes come with rice already (which is nice) but foodler didn't say that, so I ordered a side. Would have been nice to know that. Overall experience was not good. With so many other options for Indian, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Thanks for the extremely late delivery. When I called to check on the status of my order, the person said my order was for "tomorrow." When I corrected him, he said someone would leave to deliver it "now," and that everyone had been "on break." I'm a fairly polite customer. They could simply have apologized for the delay and explained that they were running late. I'd been a very loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but the attitude has cost them all my future business. In fact, I'm specifically signing up for a yelp account just so I can put this on the record. I'm furious. (And notice I'm not the only one on here saying this type of thing.)

I blame Yelp. For encouraging me to try new places, not necessarily to find the holy grail of Indian food, but to try more and more places just because they are there. Like Hillary and Everest. So its a cold Sunday early evening and I'm craving Indian food. Being a lazy ass, I don't want to travel, so I hit up my best friend - foodler. I skip over my favourite Indian joint in search of pastures new and boy was I disappointed. First the 10% discount off your order at Kabab Corner is a little misleading as all their prices are at least 10-15% higher than similar places, so that's a wash. The delivery (quoted 45 minutes) was 1.5 hours. No call. When he did arrive he made up something about bad traffic, but reading these reviews it seems like delivery is probably their biggest challenge. Most of the food was lukewarm at best. Garlic naan was good, but too small. Chicken Tikka masala was watery, like they had skimped on the cream. Lamb Kabab - the lamb was so overcooked and dry it was inedible. The basmati rice was good. I don't really blame Yelp :) I will continue my quest to try new places and experience new things, but Kabab Corner probably won't be on my revisit list.

This is the best Indian you are going to get in the Revere/Everett/Malden area. The ingredients are good quality, the premiss is clean, staff friendly, and the food tastes great! I really like their Chicken Korma. It has a rich cream and wonderful flavor. The chicken is shredded not diced, which I like. This is not as good as something like Diva's in Davis Square, but unless you are prepared for another twenty minutes in the car this is the best in the area. I like Diva's, but not enough for it to be worth the trip!

I feel the rating for this place is a little inflated. I have ordered delivery from here twice and both times have been less than okay. The food arrived on time and the driver seemed nice but it's just the curry is lacking flavor and has a lot of OIL.When I eat their curry I feel I am eating lard. When I ordered chicken with the bone-in (which costs extra) I received chicken curry without the bone. I also ordered kheer from here and it didn't taste right, I feel they put too much CREAM. I have eaten kheer from other places around the Boston area(The Kabob Factory, Guru The Caterer) and this kheer is probably the worst I have had til now.

This place definitely comes in the bottom five Indian restaurants in NE... Most amazing thing is the kheer, I do not know what is the secret recipe but this is the worst one I have had around over the world:) And try the Tandoori chicken also,,, Another amazingly bad dish..

Kabab corner is a great affordable place to go get lunch! It's only 7.99. The front of house person is very pleasant. He is really nice and is very accomodating. The rice here is always soft, hot and fluffy. They don't serve garlic naan during lunch time just regular plain naan bread. However, the naan bread is excellent, fluffy, hot, delicious. I really like the white meat chicken tiki masala! The grilled marinated chicken here is awesome (it's very moist and juicy), always perfectly cooked. They also have mango juice during lunch (mango's are my favorite :) ). Don't forget the rice pudding for dessert!! I have been here multiple times (about 6). The service here is excellent and multiple items in the buffet are made in very small batches so the food comes out hot and fresh. Definitely worth a visit!

I used to get take out from Joti Palace regularly for years just because it was local. It was standard Americanized Indian food. Then when this place opened, I tried the buffet and said, 'buhbye Joti.' I've eaten in and gotten delivery a number of times since and no complaints whatsoever. Clean, consistent, Indian pop videos on TV, and no botulism means 4 stars from me!

We've been ordering from here via Foodler all the time now. If you order $25, you get 25% off. How is it not worth it? Twenty bucks will fill the two of us for almost two meals each (except that i cant stop eating my portion so i get overly full and not enough for another full meal the next day, haha) My favourites here are the Saag Chicken and Chicken Korma. Yum!!

Thursday late afternoon. Empty restaurant. Just us two. I was almost afraid we'd woken up the waiter upon walking in. He stood up, stretched, and seated us "where you want." We chose the window. Ordered two beers, (22 oz each, both good, but neither of us could finish them we were SO FULL of food!) A few other guys showed up and stood behind the bar, and alternated serving us more water, and bringing our food and check. It was a Thursday afternoon, early evening, but there was absolutely NO other business while we were there, seemingly strange. The food is really good. We've ordered it via delivery several times, since we live right across the river in Somerville. I got the meat meal (which had two curry dishes, chicken tikka, and bread and rice, AND naan!) it was really good. Held up to being reheated for lunch the next day too. My dining partner got the chicken tikka masala meal and naan, which came with rice. It was reported as tasty, good chicken, not stringy, not as large as usually received via our usual other indian place, but filling and tasty. They are connected with two other popular indian restaurants in Cambridge, one of which is Desi Dhaba, a favorite of my family's.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant. The best deal is the lunch buffet. The food is always very fresh, hot and they spice it up unlike some other Indian places that seem to think that Americans only like bland food. The baigan bhartha (eggplant) and saag paneer (spinach with cheese), basically all the vegetarian dishes, (all their dals are excellent) are extremely good. My kids love the chicken tikka masala and the goat curry rules! We've come for dinner which is pricier, but then we've gotten some things that are not at the buffet. Their dosas are fine with the coconut chutney, and their samosas and breads are good. I also recommend the chana masala (chickpeas in tomato curry). The service is excellent- the two brothers (who I think own the place) are very friendly and keep our water glasses filled up.

Good service, but pricey and the food is the equivalent of several-day-old leftovers used for a buffet. I would eat here frequently if the food was better, but after three visits, I'm done. EDIT: I was craving Indian food during a snowstorm on the way home and reluctantly went back to Kabob Corner instead of driving over to Arlington. I ordered the chicken murg and it was decent. I guess just steer clear of the tandoori mixed grill.

Sad to say I was pretty underwhelmed at the food i ordered from Kabob Corner. I should note that I've only had it once, and it was take-out (picked up, not delivered). I was pretty excited to finally see paneer tikka masala on a menu but was majorly let down when i finally got to taste it. The sauce was runny and bland and different than any tikka masala i've had before (not in a good way). The order did contain a lot of paneer but i didn't enjoy the texure or flavor at all. I also got an order of naan and it was by far the worst i've ever had. Was dry and tasted partially burnt. I've had better naan from stop & shop and much better paneer tikka masala from the frozen section at Trader Joes.

This is one of my favorite delivery places. I have never been to the restaurant but am very happy with the service. The delivery guys are very friendly, they arrive within the time quoted and the food is always hot. My favorite items on the menu are the chicken tikka masala and peshwari naan. There are also a number of good lamb dishes like lamb saag and murg coconut korma. I'm not really an expert on Indian food but I love this place because it's tasty and also very consistent. I think that's the most important quality in a trusty delivery spot. Every time I order there I know delicious food is on the way.

I have been to this place twice so I guess it's time to write a review. I went here on a Sunday and had the lunch buffet. The food was great. I loved the goat curry and the chicken tikka masala. Their tandoori chicken was the best i ever tasted hands down. I took a star off because they never offered us any naan and we had to wave them down to get water refills. I will def be back at a later date for the goat. They deliver so I can order it if I don't feel like dealing with the iffy service.

Well..it isn't Shanti (Dorchester), but it was pretty good! We just came back, it was saturday night around 8:30 and we were the only ones there. Water, menus and apps came quick. Then a few more people came in, and some more so that was a good sign. Also, the location is ok, I mean, easy for me to get to from the Throp, but I just felt they were in an odd spot for them, businesswise, I had NO idea they even existed til tonight! We got the vegetarian appetizer combo which was really good. I believe there was fried paneer which was delicious, the samosas were really good too, not greasy. One of my pet peeves is when the waiters take away the trio of condiments after apps, but they did not! Seriously people, just leave the condiments on the table and calm the flip down. The menu seemed pretty extensive with Halal options, south indian and north indian. I had to get my addiction of Seekh Kabob (ground lamb) and they came sizzling hot (literally) on a platter with onions, tomato, cucumber and peppers, almost like a little fajita fare! My date got chicken korma which was good, but maybe a little too sweet, more americanized, but still it tasted good. Oh and you have to order naan separately for most meals as they will come with rice, which was nicely spiced. Both the garlic naan and the poori were great, and having the lovely condiment trio to go with it pretty much rocked my world to shreds. Needless to say...I will probably be back, but first I must find some more indian restaurants. Its convenient for those of us a little more east and those of us who live closeby! Oh and it looks like the were serving wine! Good...mm.

We always go to Cambridge for good Indian food, so we had never tried Kebab Corner, which is actually only 5-minute walk away from where we live. One night, we felt like having Indian food but didn't feel like going out, so we looked on-line for a place that would deliver to our house in Medford. Kabab Corner was one of the options, so we decided to try them, especially since the web site was offering additional discounts. The food arrived 15 minutes before the on-line site showed, which we appreciated. Our food ratings are as follows. Quite Good: Chicken Pakoras Good: Chicken Tikka (a bit on a hard side, but tasty) OK: Lamb Biryani Questionable: Lamb Vindaloo The vindaloo was spicy as it should be, but it was lacking the taste of ginger & vinegar that normally accompany it. (We ended up adding chopped ginger to make it taste to our liking.) All in all, we think the food is good & price is fine for too-lazy-to-go-to-Cambridge kind of night.

My husband has gone here a zillion times and I've never been. He raves about this place and once in a while, brings home delicious samosas for me to try. Today was my first trip here because we were in the area. I usually order Rogan Josh during my first trip to an Indian restaurant, but figured I didn't need to order the $13.99 item this time. We went for the lunch buffet, which, at $7.99, was a pretty good deal. It had about 10 dishes as well as naan and rice pudding and raita and chutney. Choices on the buffet included chicken tikka kabab (chicken marinated in yogurt and spices), tandoori chicken, chana masala, vegetable pakora (veggies fried in chick pea batter), chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, goat curry, basmati rice, and vegetable korma. I tried all the chicken dishes and the pakora and chana masala, and all were pretty tasty. Not too many people were in the place when we were there at 2 pm, but the buffet was kept fresh. The waiters know my husband very well. I swear that as soon as they see Mr K's car, they start whipping up some aloo gobi or samosas, even though they may not be on the buffet that particular day. They know they're my husband's favorites. Friendly staff, refilled our glasses without our asking. Not a fancy place, but it's good. When we walked in, I mentioned that the entrance looked a mess. Ummm. That could be because a few months ago, a car slammed through the front door. Everything is fixed, but it could use a new floor (instead of unpainted concrete) and a bit more sprucing up to jibe with the inside. STRANGE OBSERVATION: I noticed that the menu includes halal (kosher) items, and was wondering how this could be, unless they have a special kosher chicken and kosher goat section. If something's kosher, it can't be mixed with something that isn't (or put into pots or used with utensils that aren't specifically for kosher offerings). There's a kosher entrée called chicken malai kabab, made with chicken marinated in garlic and cream cheese. Umm. Kosher rule number one: No mixing milk and meat. Guess Kabab Corner didn't get the memo. Lots of good choices for Indian restaurants that are closer to my house (especially in Waltham, MA) so I likely won't return, unless I'm in the area.

We ordered delivery from Kabab Corner as our first delivery to our new house out here in the suburbs. Our expectations were appropriately set for suburban Indian food. I have to say, the spice level was pretty good, the delivery was quick and hot. The Naan was very good, flavorful with lots of garlic. The food was pretty good, the one comment we had was that it could have been stewed a little longer to let all of the flavors marry a bit better. The chicken pakora was pretty good, not too greasy. The Paneer Saag was better the next day as leftovers, but good, none-the-less. Andy's lentils were very good.

This is one of my favorite places to order Indian food from. I don't know much about authentic Indian food but I have tried many places - Kebab Factory, Passage to India, Tantric, Mantra, etc. This is still my favorite place. The aloo naan is delicious as is the paneer saag. Yum yum yummm. :D

A friend of mine and I tried this place out as we both enjoy Indian food and it was in the area. Definitely glad we did. It's a small little place at the corner of a strip of shops so it's not easy to find, however the food was worth the several u-turns we made to find it. My friend ordered the 'Chicken Korma' which is made with a cream gravy made from onions, ginger, garlic, almonds and cashew paste. Truly delicious. I actually wished I had ordered that instead of the Chicken curry plate that I had. Not that it wasn't good - the food was fresh, tastful, and my mouth was hot from the spice but not on fire. We also had the 'garlic naan' to go with our meal and it was a perfect compliment to the food. Also, I don't know about you but I love it when a restaurant has it's own cultural vibe - which this place did. The music in the background and the 'Bollywood' shows on the TV were great. Next time I'm in Boston, I'm definitely going back here. Oh, before I forget! If you go to the website they list on their menu they offer coupons ( medfordkababcorner.com ). That may change in the future but listing it since I was able to use it when I went. :)

Oh the Indian food buffet how you have solved so many lunch time problems. I'm even a bigger fan of Kabab Corner as a delivery venue as for Indian restaurants in the area its minimum delivery bar is set at $15 where most other Indian places seem to have it around $20 or more.

One of the best Buffets in town . Value for money . 8 $ for the lunch buffet and the food is Great !!. Very Clean setup and Nice decor. Service is pretty good as well. My Vegetarian wife loved the curries, while I feasted on the Tandoori chicken and Kebabs. The only downside is , its little inside the strip mall and sign board is very flaky. Go for it !!!

My family eats lunch at the restaurant at least twice a month and has for several years. The buffet is very, very reasonably priced. Our 9 year old eats for half price, when he was younger, he was free. The buffet always has 3-4 vegetarian entrees in addition to several chicken and/or goat. The vegetarian entrees I most enjoy are the korma, eggplant dish and saag paneer. There is a great deal of cheese in the saag, unlike most Indian buffets. The eggplant has a nice amount of heat. The wait staff is always the same, extremely friendly and on top of things like water refills and clean plates. In my opinion, no other Indian Buffet compares when you consider value, the tastiness of the food and the wait staff.

Went there for buffet and you can eat a good quantity for the price it's being offered for but the taste is just not there. Chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala was couple of items on menu and they were very watery. It was really hard to spot chicken or paneer from the gravy. The chole was tasteless too. We drove 25 mins to go there but not worth the effort.

I was there for the lunch buffet on Wednesday. Buffets in itself are hard to manage in terms of ensuring you have fresh food and as the business owner, not taking a hit making too much fresh food. With that being said they offer a decent variety in terms of Americanized Indian food and the presentation is decent enough and fresh enough that the amount I paid was well worth it. There is a shady guy who works the bar that I knew from 7/11 on Park St. Ladies beware. If you envision Burt (Burt and Ernie) from Sesame Street, well this dude is Ernie's coloring but has the uni brow. Stay away from him, he super odd. He might be gone, but other than that this is a great place for the lunch buffet

The other night, on the way back from Costco, we decided to stop at Chipotle in Medford. I glanced over and saw Kabab Corner... remembering that I had heard a few good things about it, we decided to opt for Indian. While the waiter was very nice, the restaurant was somewhat empty. Well, it was a weeknight, so I didn't get too alarmed. We decided to get Chicken Korma and naan. To start, our expectations of Chicken Korma are based on Diva in Davis Square, who have the absolute best Korma I have ever had... perhaps it isn't what others expect from Korma, I don't know... in any case, even if Korma isn't just like Diva, I will evaluate it on its own merits. The Korma at Kabab Corner is a disaster. My wife's chicken was really fatty... unappetizing in fact. The Korma sauce was brown... sort of like beef gravy brown... I tried to imagine it as a standard Chicken Curry... but even as a Curry it was a failure. If the cost was half the price of Diva, I would have just said that perhaps it is a difference in value. In fact, Diva charges the same for Korma (I just checked) so there is really no excuse. It was just awful... I tasted the awful sludge all night long. I can say without hesitation, that I won't be going back. Sorry guys... but when something is that bad, I won't spend another $40 to see if your Tikka Massala recipe is equally terrible.

With all of the other options in the Medford/Somerville/Cambridge area, this might just be my last choice for Indian food. The lunch buffet is $6.50, Monday through Thursday and I believe it is $7.99, Friday through Sunday. I have only tried their weekday lunch buffet. There were eight options, five of which were vegetarian and one option was soup. The two meat options were Chicken Tikka Masala and Tandoori Chicken. Naan and rice are also in the buffet station. On the side, there was the usual fresh sliced veggies, raita, onion chutney, and rice pudding. For the most part, vegetable curries all tasted very similar and were extremely watered down. The chickpea curry was undercooked and the chickpeas were no where near as tender as my folks make. The dhal makhani was decent. I did not try the soup but it looked like an oily mess. The Chicken Tikka Masala was very, very mediocre. The curry did not have the customary consistency or flavor probably since it was so watered down. The chicken pieces were tough and had not absorbed any flavor at all from the curry. The tandoori chicken was moist and although not the best I've ever had, was pretty good. Naan and rice were the usual Indian buffet staples and neither of them was burnt or bad. The Kheer (rice pudding) was not as sweet or thick as Namaskar's but it was a good ending to a very unremarkable meal. Service was just ok. Nothing over the top and I had to wait for water refills a few times! That never happens at any of the other Indian restaurants in the area where the water flows with no end in sight. All in all, a very mediocre offering and with restaurants like Diva, Namaskar, and Kebab Factory just a few miles away, there's no logical reason to eat at Kabab Corner.

We were very excited to have an Indian place open in Medford. Sadly, despite the nice decor we will not return. The place was so quiet you felt bad talking. The food was decent. Kabab Samosas were cooked in old oil. Tomato chutney was on the verge of fermented. Ordered the Lamb tikka masala, muug chili and garlic naan. These dishes were fine but not memorable. Garlic on the naan must have been jarred b/c the flavor was lacking. Portions were very small for the price. The service though is why we will not return. Our waiter could not have been less personable if he had been frozen in a block of ice. Seriously, the guy never said a word to us. Grunted a few things we didn't understand. That's it. If he didn't speak english well, that's fine but body language conveyed that he did not want to be there. Not the type of experience you look for when dinning out. Very inattentive and not at all welcoming. Next time we're craving Indian we'll drive to the Kebab Factory in Somerville. Much better food with superb service.

I went here for the their lunch buffet yesterday. Let me start off with the price: $6.50 for a lunch buffet. So, keep in mind during my review that you might not want to compare this food to gourmet, authentic Indian but rather fast food. For less than the price of a value meal at McDonald's you can have an Indian buffet! If you come in here with this in mind, you will enjoy your meal. They have nan, rice, saag aloo, and a few other standards. You can order beer or wine - or just stick with the water they serve you immediately upon arrival. My sister comes here quite often and said that our meal yesterday was not as good as usual, so maybe others will have better things to say about the food. I would definitely recommend the buffet if you are in the neighborhood though!!

I am kind of a snob about Indian food, as my first experience was in London. That being said, i cant find Indian food in this country that makes me truly happy. Until now. My friend said he would meet me there, so i went. Got there to wonder if Kabob Corner was actually an Indian place, or just Kabobs. Went in, and enjoyed the smell well enough. I got the Murg Makhani, and my friend got the Murg Mango. Both were amazing. I am so happy to find an actual Indian place so close to my house. I will be returning, with my bf for this great food.

My husband and I are used to really good Indian food. I am from England where I had authentic Indian growing up, and we have been living in Boston for years. When we moved to the suburbs we were sad about leaving behind some great Indian takeout options. Well, we found a place that measures up to the restaurants we frequented in the city - Kabab Corner! It looked modest from the photos we saw online, but we decided to give Kabab Corner a try. First of all, I scheduled a delivery for a specific time, and the guy came ON the dot. The food was very well wrapped and piping hot. As the prices were reasonable, we actually ordered more than we normally would when getting Indian food (and had enough for leftovers the next day!) The spicy vegetable soup was perfect - hot, soothing and tingly (I had a bit of a cold when I was eating it, and it was sooooo good.) We ordered a vegetable appetizer combo platter and each item was delicious, and seemed cooked from scratch. The peshwari naan was great, and the basmati rice too. Finally, we ordered one lamb vindaloo (tender, flavorful, spicy!) and one chicken korma (I prefer breast meat which was the only downside to this dish, but the sauce had a lovely taste to it and was a good thickness.) Overall it was such a pleasant experience - we will certainly make this our go-to place for Indian takeout. Thanks, Kabab Corner!

We were excited to find an Indian restaurant closer to Malden than Cambridge and had been meaning to check out Kabab Corner for some time. Overall it was an average experience. While the food is pretty good quality, the service was SLOW and not at all friendly. This was a disappointment, especially as the restaurant was near empty (on a Saturday night no less!). Kabab Corner is well lit and nicely designed, with a bar and plenty of seating. Theoretically it is not a bad date place. It is a bit hidden in the strip mall behind the Wellington Circle CVS, though there is a sign advertising the buffet to guide you in the right direction. Regarding the buffet, others have complained that the buffet is weak, but I'm of the opinion that buffets in general are mediocre. If you want high quality food you should order your meal fresh. Just my humble opinion though. We ordered a mixture of meat and veggie dishes and felt the food was of decent quality. We may have dined on an off night, but the service was indifferent if not rude (I'm repeating myself). For instance, we ordered tea, though it never came, yet was listed on the bill. When we pointed this out to the server, he seemed annoyed that we did point it out and was not at all apologetic. Additionally, it took about 30 minutes just to receive the bill and that only came after we asked for it. Again, the restaurant was practically empty so I was lacking sympathy. The lack of pleasant service honestly influenced our overall opinion in a big way. We would probably go back, though if the same guy was our server I would order food to go. This is a strong statement as I am generally not that picky about food service.

I was excited to see a new restaurant opening in the plaza. Where else can you eat lunch while doing your laundry? Then walk two doors down to have the best damned canoli for dessert? My partner and I decided to try this place last night and I have to say: YUM. My first experience with Indian dining came when I lived in Washington State a few years ago. Since then, I've been hooked. HOWEVER. Even with the plethora of Indian restaurants in Somerville and Boston, I haven't been able to find place with decent chicken (murgh) makhini. Until last night! The chicken makhini was amazing. The white chicken meat was extremely tender and hearty. The sauce itself was the perfect consistency, perfect spiciness, and lovely flavor. It came with basmati rice which was fresh and tasted wonderful -- right down to the saffron. Again, consistency was spot on -- not mushy or stale like other places. The menu was extensive. I was glad to see both mahkini and tikka masala on the menu. I've had a hard time finding mahkini in the area. If and when I do come across a restaurant that happens to offer it, tikka masala isn't anywhere to be seen. This place has both and so much more. My partner and I were the only patrons there, however, the staff was very nice. We sat at the 'bar' (not sure if they actually serve alcohol) and ordered our meal as 'take out'. The gentleman behind the counter served us water and made a point to hold a conversation with us. It was a pleasant experience. I'd give this place five stars if the Naan wasn't burnt!
