Ooh that if you want to buy a Big Box of the Fresh (Hot) ones they will charge you per roll as oppossed to the already pkgd cold ones that are sitting there... Yes I literally spent $40 on Cinnamon Rolls over the weekend because everyone wanted the "Fresh" ones...

I was at the mall (the Solomon Pond Mall) with some friends and simply wanted a drink. A "Chillata". I asked for a small and he asked me three times if I wanted a large for fifty cents more, I said "no" each time. Not because it's costly, but because I don't need that much ice cream. It's huge. He then kept asking me if I wanted to purchase three sides of icing but I only ordered a drink. I said no and he said "Are you sure?" Then he turned to my friends and told them to tell him their drink order because he wanted to get it done quickly and put it on my bill when I repeatedly said that I wanted it to be separate. He asked them both twice if they wanted to make it a large. They both said "no" and he said "stupid decision." I was so irritated and appalled. I do not recommend... Even just for a snack, it's not worth the hassle.

The food is only okay and the eating area is really small. I was waiting for one cinnamon bun for at least half an hour. It was ridiculous. I'd never go there again

Bad service. The guy that runs it is a crook. I bought a six pack of Cinnabons and a few churros. The dough for the churros was stale, I asked for a refund. The Cinnabons were tasty but the guy that works there wanted to charge me 50 cents for every little frosting cup. He only offers 1 free frosting with a six pack! Every Cinnabon is supposed to come with its own frosting. A disgrace to the company. Seriously greedy.

I crave the rich and creamy, 2000 cal lump of dough every so often..it's everything a cinna roll should be...All Cinnabons taste the same because of the recipe...This one location though, every time I go I feel like i'm being harassed to buy more.. how about more cream? How about another? how about a new this or that? how about a drink? wow.. They try to nickel and dime you.. all i want is one ok...
