Zinga is awesome!! I'm so glad they put one in Malden!!! Great flavors and great toppings!!!! I love that they always change their yogurt flavors! Very clean and love that they have out door seating! The only negative is that the brownies and cookies (the ones you put on the bottom) are a little on the hard side.

Zinga has a large variety of flavors that are always changing with a huge topping bar. They offer fat free, and no sugar added choices too. It is self-serve, pay by weight so you can have as little or as much as you like depend on diet and hunger level. There are some tables inside and some outdoor seating as well.

I've been known to have a heavy hand when it comes to self serve ice cream, so I love that I can fill up my cup myself, unlike some places (cough, pinkberry) that do it for you. I just discovered that this place is pretty close to home., and it's dangerous. They have lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Love that you can sample a flavor before you commit. I've been twice so far, my favorite flavor is the low fat triple chocolate. My fiance loves the plain tart. I see a lot of visits in my future when the fro yo craving hits.

Here is what I like about this place: - it is very clean - they have a ton of flavors of fro-yo, including sugar free and non fat options - they have basic flavors but also some beautifully creative ones too - you can sample a flavor before you commit to it in your cup - they have dividers for the cups - their toppings are dispensed with a turn wheel to help with portion control (especially for the kids) - they have massive amounts of fresh fruit options - they have a loyalty program that uses your cell # and your offers get tested to you - they have easy parking - their staff is always friendly and helpful - I have never seen them run out of anything, ever - the place is super comfy and spacious - you get your choice of spoon color - which is very important when you have kids What I don't like: - that I would go every day if o didn't have self control Yup. I'm a fan!

Froyo on a rainy day? Now, that's the case for us. This location was very clean, which is a plus. The workers were friendly and helped us out in regards to what to do, and how to do it. A variety of flavors, including non-fat and or sugar free. A variety of fruits, sauces, toppings, nuts, candy, you name it. Will be back!

Yelp says you close at 10pm but it seems you close at 9pm (Today is Thursday). While I'm writing this I just watched 3 other cars pull up thinking you were open and then left disappointed realizing you aren't. Bummer

I must say I didn't understand the hype of frozen yogurt, but after entering into this fine addition to the city of Malden I'm starting to understand it. This place is located on route 60 / Eastern ave and has it's on parking lot which they share with a domino's pizza. As we entered we were greeted by a nice friendly face and asked if it was our first time in a Zinga !? Of course it was, and the friendly young lady then gave us a tour and explanation of how it all worked and how we could build our own yogurts. After explaining it all I went to work, I was very happy with my concoction of chocolate / peanut butter mix. I think the thing I was most happy with was the fact that no matter what you choose there is a flat rate of cost for you. You could literally put a pound of anything and pay the per ounce price for all of it. Not sure how graham crackers and say bananas or strawberry figure out at the same cost, but this fat kid at heart certainly isn't complaining. The what I believe manager answered a bunch of questions for me, and I always have a bunch when a new business opens up in my city. He was very friendly and I welcomed him to our neighborhood and town.... I have one small complaint, they have a no tip rule, which I always find a bit disconcerting. I always feel that should be left up to the customer, i understand the tax ramifications and how it's a dicey thing when it comes to the back of the house in big corporations, but I never am okay with it. Albeit you do most of the building on your own, the helpfulness of the staff and he fact they help make your mix's if you so choose warrants enough for a buck or two if someone feels in the giving mood. Other than that, zero complaints and really happy to have a storefront like this in our community....

For someone like me who has a hard time making decisions, this place is either heaven, or well.... The dividers are the BEST! I got creative and made 4 separate sections in my cup! My toddler went nuts for the candy options, and all of the sauces, hot and cold, were tempting. It's hard not to go crazy with the giant cups, but I guess that's their goal, right!? Plan to pay $5- 6 for a cup

One of the new many self-service frozen-yogurt places that have been popping up everywhere. Time will tell if the market will support the many, many shops like this. THE GOOD: --Clean --Well-lit --Friendly staff --Good yogurt selection --Lots of toppings, all of which seem well-stocked and fresh --Lots of sauces to put on top --Brownies and cookies available to put in the bottom of the cup --Easy (and free) parking --Inside and outside seating --Outside seating is shared with a Domino's pizza next door----members of your group could get both pizza and yogurt and share the same table THE BAD: --No clear explanation of how the self-service process works. --No prices posted anywhere! You'll only know the price if you ask a clerk, or after you've made your dish of yogurt and are ready to pay. The ONLY reason I didn't walk right out the door is because I had a couple of kids with me and I'd promised to take them here. Lack of upfront pricing is dishonest and/or an insult to my intelligence. I had a pretty good experience overall, but I won't be back unless the business owner comes to Yelp to respond that pricing has been clearly posted.

Zinga is one of those places that can get you into a LOT of trouble. I went here to try it out since I noticed on their FB page they have no sugar added options. The sad thing is that this is NOT exactly what I got once I arrived. Yes, I tried to do the right thing and stick to the low sugar options, but I only made it halfway before I decided to mix in a regular flavor and a few nuts that were in some type of sticky syrup. Add a few thousand exploding boba to that and my diabetic self was ready to lapse into a coma and die happy. No, but seriously, this stuff is really good. I am one of those people who like to fill containers up even though that gets pricey. Luckily they have a smaller cup in addition to the snare drum sized cup I got on my first visit. I will be back, and I vow to be more sugar-conscious on my next trip (maybe). Tip: Try to visit on days they have Blueberry Tart available. I swear you will be so thankful about it you will name your kids after me for telling you about it.

New guilty pleasure. I always try most of the flavors. The best have been the yellow cake, south seas (?) vanilla, vanilla gelato, and strawberry shortcake. All the fruit seems to be really fresh and they have real whipped cream. It's a little pricey but all frozen yogurt places are.
