There was hair on our appetizer and they did not take it off the bill, a real class act

Food is good. Service is good. The place is absolutely frigid, though... like, meat locker cold.

Great food and very friendly staff. Manager came to our table to bring my friend a welcome to uno package work a warm cookie. Very sweet.

I went last night and had the burger - it was small, dry, and tasteless, and so if all they had was burgers, I'd give them two stars. Their pizza is always great, and probably 4 stars, so I averaged it out for a 3. I suppose a good rule to follow is don't have a burger at a pizza place, and don't have a pizza at a burger place! They are pretty consistent across most of their restaurants.

I am truly impressed with the Philly cheese steak pizza!! Win win on that one!! I have not had a bad meal from this chain in a very long time and this time was great!! Rob the bar tender did an awesome job and was very friendly and knowledgeable!! I will go back there again!! P.S. Rob recommended the pizza and was spot on!!

OH, NO! I just received an e-mail from the Uno's Insider Club, that their Hyannis, Massachusetts location has PERMANENTLY CLOSED. We have dined at this location for many years, and this is truly a sad day. The wait staff was always very pleasant, and the food was always very good! Ugh! =( "It's with sadness we write to let you know that our UNO in Hyannis has closed. We have enjoyed being a part of this wonderful community and will truly miss the friendships and partnerships we have made. Our entire staff will sincerely miss serving you and we thank you for sharing your time (and appetite) with us. Even though we won't be here with you, we hope you'll visit other UNO locations in your travels - we know they'll take good care of you. It was our pleasure to serve you. - The Team at Hyannis -"

Brand new waitress....her first table ever! For $6.99 I don't expect much but nasty left over salty soup and an old Caesar salad just isn't going to cut it!! My mom got bruschetta appetizer...never seen it served tomatoes in a bowl in the middle of toasted bread but she liked it a lot and priced right at $4.99. Table should have been wiped down, asked for napkins and got them 10 min later-I snagged some off table next to us. I will not return to UNOs.

Wow...a really bad experience. Granted it was a late (9 p.m.) visit, but the service, food and atmosphere were all second rate, at best. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but was clearly far more focused on cleaning up for closing than she was on serving us. We actually went a full 20 minutes without even seeing her and had to go find a hostess to track her down. When the food finally came it had clearly been sitting out for a while - only one out of 7 meals was even close to hot. A mere $22 got us a lukewarm 12" 3-topping pizza (yes, Uno's "large" pizza would be a small anywhere else on the Cape). A burger ordered with lettuce and tomato but "no onion, please" came with a big onion slice - no lettuce or tomato. Plenty of cold fries, though. Never saw a manager, even after complaining about both the service and the food. He/she did take 25% off each bill; a nice gesture, but we won't be back. Lots of much better options in and around Hyannis.

Kat, our server, was great. The food was yummy. Dessert of fried donuts with chocolate sauce and a fresh brewed coffee complete our meal.

Went here with my daughter & father on a Sunday night. We had a pretty great experience .... Our waitress was very accommodating and the food was pretty good. I got chicken & broccoli Alfredo .. It was good, I will definitely go here again. The desserts are pretty good too :)

I'm giving this place 3 stars for the wonderful sauté shrimp and white bean dish not for the Lobster sliders that made my husband sick all night from... How do I know it was the sliders.. It was the only dish we didn't share all day!! Anyway the shrimp and white bean dish had shrimp that were perfectly cooked spinach and wonderfully done tomatoes and I don't usually like cooked tomatoes, the broth was so good you could have just had that and it would have been fine. It was well seasoned.

I effing love Uno's and I'm not afraid to say it! Yes it's a chain I've always enjoyed them. Unfortunately they closed the only one in SC years ago. Whenever I come across one traveling I have to stop in. No menu needed... I know exactly what I want - Rattlesnake Pasta. It's so damn good. I get it every time and am a bit obsessed with it. I found out they make a frozen version in the grocery store (like the Friday's Appetizer things) and put in a request to find out where I could buy them. Unfortunately, they don't distribute them anywhere in SC. There are recipes online for how to make your own. We've made it a few times and each time gets closer to the original. Soon I will have the perfect Rattlesnake Pasta at home! Plus the waiter at this location was really nice and funny. He was making jokes with my brother because he was obviously hungover and when my brother asked for extra olives in his bloody mary, he killed that shit with olives. We had some good laughs.

Gluteen free pizza avocado & bacon for under $13... It's kinda a steal! I have a lot of random allergies the head chef came out to fully understand them, and then the floor manager cooked and delivered my food. If you have extreme allergies this is a good spot to go..

Terribly disappointed to say the least. It's been years since we visited this location, but were in the area and needed a quick bite to eat recently, so we decided to stop off here. We decided to split a Caesar salad as an appetizer, and were surprised that 95% of the salad consisted of Romaine lettuce, with very few croutons and a tiny amount of Parmesan cheese (think the quality of salad in a bag at the grocery store). To top it off, we had asked for the dressing on the side, and the salad arrived drowning in dressing. Moving on, we split a deep dish Pepperoni pizza. The pizza was horrible. It was greasy, the cheese was burnt, and the sauce was soupy. On the way out, we mentioned our lackluster experience to the Manager, and he offered a very insincere "sorry", while in turn handing us a coupon for a free appetizer (with the purchase of another item). What a great way to win back disappointed customers! Seriously? It's too bad, as we used to love Uno's pizzas years back. We probably should have taken it as a clue to dine elsewhere, when there was not one customer in the place at 4:45PM. Waitress was very nice, hence the two stars. But, at the same time, she really shouldn't have been texting on her phone in plain view of us while we were eating. Too many other places in the area to eat, and we won't be back.

Went to this eatery later in the evening with my wife and adult daughter. We prefer a relatively private/quiet area and requested upon arriving. Hostess offered a booth in the back area which had not been cleaned yet so we indicated we were willing to wait. I sensed a slight agitation in her presentation but certainly did not react or focus on it. Upon sitting down up pops a 3 year old in the booth behind us who proceeds to stand up on the seat, jump up and down repeatedly, twirl in the air, and scream loudly. We ordered drinks but indicated to the waitress (not her fault) that if the behavior continued we would kindly request to be seated in another area. The parents failed to respond or sensor the child so we asked for an alternative. The waitress indicated she needed to consult with the hostess who appeared minutes later and blurted from a audible distance "you want ANOTHER TABLE"! Wrong....we want a table without an out of control child 6 inches away and did not expect an attempt to humiliate us in the process. Seated in another section, we ordered our food and attempted to put aside our initial experience. My wife ordered a salad with her pizza and the waitress asked if she wanted it before the entrée.....yes was the response. The food arrived all together minus her salad with an explanation that was apologetic yet confusing and vague. In the interim, the same hostess seated a couple with a one year old child a booth once removed who proceeded to scream and fuss nonstop. The manager was making the rounds asking diners about their experience and upon approaching our table I asked if we could talk after our meal was completed. The food we consumed was very good, well prepared, and more than adequate for a chain type restaurant. The dining experience was ruined by the failure of the parents to respond in any manner to their children.....could it be the late hour....who knows?? If you frequent this restaurant with the expectation of relatively quiet dining, even at a later hour, you are deluding yourself as we did but now understand. It is a "family" restaurant as designed and there are no attempts to seat individuals or parties otherwise so please be aware in advance. My conversation with the manager at the end of the meal in privacy was met with a philosophical response which he appeared to understand but not I. The issue of how to deal with screaming children in a restaurant and parents who fail to respond is another controversial topic. Our response in the future will be not to frequent similar establishments. Pity for the potential exists for a good meal at a reasonable price. As for the hostess, best of luck in your ill chosen vocation.

Chicago Grill?... Stick to what you know...if you are craving a deep dish pizza and a beer this may be your spot. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering the "small" plate of lobster and shrimp scampi... And the stuffed mushrooms for an app. The flavor was decent but when they say small... They ain't kidding. Two shrimp, 3oz of lobster a 1/4 of a tomato and a half serving of pasta for 10.99?... The ingredients are worth about a dollar fifty... That's a hell of a mark up. The mushrooms, same story 4 button shrooms for 4.99.... Way overpriced.. Left hungry and feeling like we got ripped off.

I was really hoping to like this place because my daughter likes one at another location. We were celebrating her new job and this is where she wanted to go so the husband and I said sure. We had not been to an Uno's in 25 years. The waitress was very nice and efficient but unfortunately that's about the best thing I can say. We ordered 2 salads, two individual pizzas and one burger and fries. Pizzas were ok. Salad was from a bag. I can get that at home. And the salads were almost 5 bucks each for a handful of bag salad, a cucumber slice and an onion slice. Not so good. Burger was supposed to be rare, it arrived medium. Not good. Supposed to have some kind of sauce on it, I ordered it on the side. No sauce. So an overcooked burger and a handful of fries on a too big plate. I think if the waitstaff brought out their own orders she would have noticed but it's another one of those restaurants where someone from the kitchen delivers the order. Bad policy as the kitchen staff probably won't notice if something like sauce on the side or other request isn't done correctly. So all in all it was 25 years since my last visit to Uno's and it will most likely not happen again. Too bad.

Large location with private back rooms. Staff was friendly however they sat my group of 4 directly next to 2 mothers with 4 loud kids. The waitress was nice and attentive until she had a large group come in. She told us she had to deal with the party and asked if she could bring the checks out. Not a problem we said, we were pretty much done anyways. We got the check and then had to wait while she got the huge parties drinks and orders put in. That was a bit annoying as the kids behind us were getting rowdy and the mothers were yelling that the kids. I had the veggie burger and fries and it was pretty good. My friends had the chicken wraps and like them as well. I would come back but I would ask to sit in another section. Food is typical of all UNOs and the ambiance is as well.

I should start out by saying, like any chain restaurant, the food was as you would expect from any Uno that you may have been to. Incase you have never been to an Uno, the food is pretty good, two of my kids ordered kid's pizzas, one of them ordered mac and cheese, which was Kraft or similar (I should add, that speaking as a parent, this is completely acceptable because that's what kids are picturing in thier heads when they order it) My wife ordered the Rattlesnake Pasta, which was awesome. And finally, I ordered a personal thick crust pizza. That said, the service was pretty rough. The staff struck me as unexperienced. When we came in, there were two people standing at the desk and there were no other customers as it was a very early dinner. They seemed like they may have been managers or senior people, but they must have been inexperienced. Instead of being pleasant and just seating us. They looked around for someone else to seat us, as if it was below them to do it themselves. They finally had a hostess seat us even though she was obviously, actually busy doing something. This hostess, was the exception to the rest of the staff, she was pleasant and freindly. The server seemed as inexperienced and distracted as the other two people. She came and took our drink order, brought them back, then without asking if we were ready to order took off and dissapeared for a while. She eventually came back and and took our order, of course. After serving our food, she never came to check on our drinks or how things were going. After what seemed like 10-15 minutes after we were all done and just sitting at the table, I got up to actually go find someone to get us our check. That's when she actually came and brought it for us. I'm sure the service at this particular location is not always that bad, but this was the experience we had.

Mind blowing how a quick stop for pizza and burgers could turn into such a fiasco! Have to hand it to the "team" at UNO they actually made the three of us feel as though we had entered the TWILIGHT ZONE. Everything was fine until the food arrived. When our original waitress came by to inquire if we were enjoying our food and was kindly told one pizza was ice cold and another described as having a "crispy" crust was cold and soggy her response was "oh I know what you mean" , turned to me and said enjoy your burger. Finally flagged down another employee and the amateur assault began!!!!! From the "missing link" coming over and grunting apologies to "June Cleaver" actually kneeling down table side and sing-songing an offering of "UNO-Dough". All of us being successful seasoned F&B professionals, we just wanted to address this situation in hopes management would take it into account and pay better attention. But NO......like poking a bear with a stick, on and on they went with the "UNO -dough"! So to that end here's a suggestion UNO management, STAND UP STRAIGHT, CLOSE YOUR MOUTH, WIPE THE DROOL OF YOUR CHIN and PAY ATTENTION !
