Always friendly staff and they seem to care about what they do. Sometimes the tables are a little dirty or sticky, but the food is always good.

How has this not been reviewed? This place is wonderful! Located on 110 down the street from NECC and busy downtown Haverhill this place is amazing. The selection for things is out of this world and no one in the Merrimack Valley has a better BLT wrap! This is such an easy stop and has always been an excuse to go to Haverhill. The staff is courteous and I would advise calling ahead as I have waited in the lunch line and a call will make your wait much quicker and smoother. The parking lot is small but still provides room for a lot of spaces.

I live extremely close to this place, so I come here often. I find that some menu items are a hit or miss, so I generally stick to the few things I know I like from there. The chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta is very good! The chicken especially is really yummy. The pasta is always overcooked, but I'm just so used to it that I never expect it any other way. Another really good item is the chicken Caesar wrap. Yummy! The onion rings and spicy fries are also good, but I think there sizes run a little small. My boyfriend usually gets a calzone and those are always good. I always stay away from their small subs and greasy pizza. The staff is always extremely friendly. I never encountered a bad experience here.

I give them three stars because I made my order but got the wrong soda, and didn't get my dessert which I would've thought they would've brought to me by realizing it and that didn't happen I shouldn't be calling and complaining they should be on their toes wanting to make sure their customer gets what they ordered which I really didn't... The food was good but seeing that some things in my order was wrong or missing... I didn't like that at all.

I have had Mediterranean before and have always enjoyed their subs and pizza. However, tonight we had an craving for fried seafood but didn't feel like braving the cold. So, knowing that we already liked them we decided to try their seafood plates. Wish we didn't. So disappointing :( I posted a picture. Everything, in my opinion was over breaded and very over cooked. We barely ate it and we're totally bummed out. We will never be ordering seafood from there again..
