Without any management, this place took a total 180 on me. Chipotle is my soul food, the one place I would go over anything else, my absolute favorite place to eat and the staff would recognize my face. I would come in at least 3-4 times a week if not more but now I refuse to even step through the doors. When you're in there as often as I was, you notice the little things. Food was always good for me, but the cleanliness of this location tanked. For weeks I would come in and stare at a greasy handprint that was above the grill and kept quiet about it because hey, I don't wanna be that person who asks you to do your job. One day I couldn't take it and gave the cashier a heads up that it's been there for three weeks (not an exaggeration). He said not to worry and they'll take care of it. I went in maybe 4-5 times after that over a span of two to three weeks and it was still there. Waiting in line, I continue to stare at it thinking, oh my god, what else do they not clean where food is being cooked. Then I made the mistake of peering I to the empty menu holder and inside... A used band-aid. Sadly, I ordered my food, left with a pit in my stomach and vowed to never eat there till that damn handprint was cleaned off! A week later I wanted to give it one last chance. Walked in... Handprint. I asked to see someone. Knowing it wasn't going to be a manager I don't know why I bothered because when I brought up the time frame to which it had been there, he argued he'd been working there that long and it hasn't been there. Not gonna lie, whatever he said to me went in one ear and right out the other. All I wanted to hear was, we're sorry, we'll have it cleaned up as soon as we can and I would have been on my merry way. But instead I had comments made about the cleanliness of my job at PetSmart... The customer is always right, be it retail or food service. Get it together.

The only gripe I have about this place is null and void. I used to bitch that the lines here, that stretch around the room and out the door, were unreasonable and out of control. However, since making the switch to ordering online, I haven't had to wait in that line at all. Just go up to the counter and grab my food. Better yet, I can order online earlier in the day and set a later time for pickup, so I don't have to hurry to put in my order and rush out the door to go pick it up. I wish there were more mild options, but my idea of mild is sour cream on white bread, so I understand if I'm in the minority.\ Their portions are huge, especially if you are there when they put your order together. The salad vinaegrette is a recipe I'd kill for.

We used to go there atleast once a week , last week I had melted polythene in my burrito and this week the rice was uncooked .. I know it's fast food but much appreciated if some one does a quality check on them before it's served to customers. ..,,

The food here is great, but you better be ready to wait in line for half an hour at least. Online ordering is an option, but the meal is rarely ready when promised and any special instructions are ignored. Make sure all the food is there, they often neglect to give chips unless reminded.

  • Jessie C.

The line here is killer... but the end result is good. Standard Chipotle quality, just be prepared to wait. I was reading a few other reviews on here and we're gonna try ordering online ahead of time next time we go. Also, they do a great job of laying out the nutritional information on their website as well.

This has to be one of the grossest chipotles I've ever been too. The meat was cold and veggies were soggy. Looking into the grill area was like looking into a war zone. Really disappointing because burritos should be delicious.

It's solid. But not great. Honestly, I don't understand why its so popular. Boloco is much better, and is only a few blocks away. Maybe it's that Chipotle is a little cheaper. The menu is really limited, which I'm sure is by design, they can serve quicker and focus on just a few things. Meh. It's not for me.

This Chipotle is how it was meant to be. Grilled on site. Excellent. The long wait lines are the only negative. Keep up the good work and please send the Roanoke Chipotle a grill of their own so they do have to serve day old steamed over sickness. Thanks!

Slowest chipotle I've ever been too. Unfortunately, it's the only one around. It's expected to be a bit slow during the weekend but I've come twice during the beginning of the week and it's taken them 45mins to an hour to get through a line of 25-30 people. They constantly run out of fillings so you have to wait longer for the guys in the back to prepare them.

Chipotle is Chipotle. That said, in spite of the hoard dining there, the line moved super quickly, and the restaurant proper was clean and well kept. I had the margarita with my burrito bowl, for $4.25, that sucker packed a punch. I was quite surprised they had them. I'm fairly sure my "home" Chipotle in West Hartford, CT does not, but then again, MA does not have the same archaic liquor laws that CT does. Also, if you whine about paying extra for guacamole, you need to be shot. Avocados aren't cheap, plus Chipotle guac is the best.

This is going to sound kinda weird, but I can't fully enjoy my food at this location because it's perpetually FREEZING inside. I can't explain it, but each time I've eaten here in the past few months, I've had to keep my jacket on the entire time because I'd be a popsicle if I didn't. The food's made well, I guess, but I always try to eat as quickly as possible so I can get out of this chilly Chipotle! The tables are quite crowded and they're squished in together, but, no, no, the body heat does nothing to help warm the place up. Quite strange...

I give it two stars because I love chipotle. This one however is the worst I have ever been in. Dirty all the time. Flavorless meat. It's really disappointing all around.

Something is off about this Chipotle. I love Chipotle. I go to at least one Chipotle when I travel. This is the truth. It is my favorite restaurant. I'm not sure if it was this is a regional thing or just this restaurant. The service was A+. The portions were small, and by small I mean a "healthy" portion as opposed to the abnormally huge amount I normally get when I'm in ATL or SFO. The taste was off. The medium salsa was a weird color. Normally it's very colorful - esp. in Cali and a little less bright in ATL. I understand that they buy produce locally, so that might be the reason why.... The meat wasn't tasty. There wasn't enough lime & cilantro. This was not my favorite Chipotle.

Pros: 1) Delicious food. - Always perfectly seasoned and a large portion. Very consistent and you can taste the freshness. 2) Great value. - For the quality and portion of the food, the price is a steal! 3) Well kept store and easy-to-find location. 4) Friendly staff. - I've been to this location quite a few times and have always talked to amiable workers. Cons: (sort of) 1) Lines can get long during lunchtime. THEN AGAIN, it is SO worth the wait.

How can you complain when you cant even walk after one of these MONSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    (5)
  • Brian W.

This remains one of the better Chipotles, but also one of the more crowded locations. If you're spending a few hours in the Natick Collection you'd probably need a reasonably priced meal that's worth driving into the next shopping center for. Often times before the 7:00 movies on weekends the line is literally out the door so it's best to plan ahead and even order on your iPhone if possible.

Chipotle is by and far the BEST burrito chain, and this one of their finer locations! It is one of the busiest locations I've ever been to, though. Whoever built the store should have taken into account the location: it is a high foot traffic area in the middle of a gigantic, lively plaza. IMO, the tables are sparse. I'm not crazy about how sometimes you need to fight for a seat and if you're lucky, you'll get a clean table devoid of grains of rice and beans all over it, and the fact that, for whatever reason, this location always has babies, tots and young kids at it (probably due to the location and the fact that Toys R Us or maybe Kids R Us is right across from it.) There are always, always kids here. But the food is delicious and tasty. The staff is friendly, open and helpful despite the long lines. They do not act stressed, even when there's practically a line out the door. I always get a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, guacamole, that salsa stuff, and sour cream with a tortilla on the side. They do have a liquor license, which I always find weird since this place gives off a "fresh-but-fast food" vibe and I'm only really used to beer in wait-service restaurants.

Definitely the most well run chipotle.. Always fast and fresh, even when it has a line out the door.

This is a great place to grab some lunch. I usually go with the burrito bowl, just because it ends up containing more food than the burrito wrap itself can hold. The chicken tastes really good and is always hot and tastes fresh. Their cliantro-lime rice is also delicious, however, there have been a few times where the rice can be a little mushy. The selection of toppings is great. A little mild with some hot salsa is always a good combo. My favorite toppings to add to the bowl are the fajitas (the peppers and onions), sour cream, lettuce, corn salsa, and of course the hot + mild salsa. The prices are very fair per person. The place is clean. It's usually very busy around lunch time. It's recommended to order online or with your iPhone if you don't want to wait like 10 - 15 mins. I just wish that there were more seats because it can get really busy. Overall, its a great experience.

Hi you just lost a customer. 7 to 14 dollars a day. 5 days a week a year. I try to eat here on linch. I know it gets busy. I have noticed a decline in service towards myself over the year. I onlinr ordered my food at 130pm. I get here by 207pm its not ready and there are no long lines. Its ok. I could have just stood in line and ordered. I transitioned from an in store walk in to and online to save time. I only have 30mins for lunch. So 2 more minutes I will ask for a refund. 45 minutes for a 1 minute prep meal. In which the lines will slow u down. That sucks. For evergone reading this. Go else where kellys roast beef is right up the street and will service u faster.

We were in Boston on business and on our way back home stopped in Natick and had our first Chipotle meal. We have one in the city we live in, but have never gone. I will say the food has lived up to all the hype. We ordered steak burritos with various added ingredients and ate in the restaurant. Pros Little to no line Quality food and was fresh Taste was amazing Cons The restaurant was filthy. I have never seen an eatery so dirty. We were there around 3pm and it looked as if there had been a busy day and no one had a chance to clean up. The floor was littered with dropped toppings. It looked as if it has never been mopped either. When we ordered at the counter, there was spilled food around all the metal containers. If they ran out of a particular item, they replaced it with a new tin, but left the old tins stacked behind the counter in site of all the customers. There must have been 25 or more empty tins. The workers rushed you to order. I am all for efficiency and speed of ordering, but give a customer at least a few seconds to say what they want. They didn't allow you to ask simple questions because they rush too fast and because of that we forgot to order toppings. We had to go back up and have them placed in a side container. It was kind of hard to eat a wrapped burrito and lay onions and peppers on top along with other missing items. Turns out it was very messy and would have been better if all items were wrapped in the tortilla. By the way, employees with long flowing hair falling out of a hat is not sanitary. All hair should be in a hair net or completely tucked in a hat. I would be happy to return to Chipotle, but I'm unsure because of the lack of hygiene of its restaurant and its employees.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I have been their 3 times in the last 2 weeks. I love the food and I am not a big fan of rice but the brown rice is great. The burrito has a lot of flavor and is plenty of food.

I'm going to preface this review by saying that I LOVE CHIPOTLE. I treat myself to it every other Friday because I work down Rt. 9. I always get the same thing, and it always tastes exactly the same, which is just how I like it. (: Curious? Burrito Bowl: white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, steak, extra mild salsa, hot salsa, sour cream, and cheese. I also get chips with both mild and medium salsas. (Do you think I like salsa?) If I ever really fuck up and have to choose a last meal, it will be this and an entire chocolate cake and like 15 mudslides. Anyways.. I am writing this review because I was really disappointed by my Chipotle experience today. When I got there, the line was all the way to the drink machines. I didn't mind waiting because I thought to myself: "Hey, if the line is this long, the food is going to be hot and fresh because of the turnover." WRONG. I watched them assemble everything (the staff at this Chipotle is awesome), paid, and was on my merry way 5 minutes back to my office. I sat down, eager for this masterpiece to cure my hangover. Opened the bowl with anticipation, took my first bite and everything was COLD. Coldcoldcoldcold. I'm actually confused as to how this can happen? No more than 5 minutes after assembly, my bowl was ice cold. I don't know.. I'm still eating it, it still tastes okay, but I need to consult Bill Nye or some shit because I legitimately have no idea how food can be served this cold when the restaurant is busy, or if it magically lost all heat when I traveled at the speed of sound down Rt 9 because I was so excited. Whatever, I'll go back, I'll get the same thing, and hopefully next time it will be as delicious as it normally is.

After spending our morning at Shopper World, we decided to grab a quick bite at Chipotle Mexican Grill. We walked from TJMaxx to Chipotle, big mistake, by the time we got to Chipotle we were freezing. Once inside we noticed the place was packed. All the tables were full and the line to order was literately out the door. But we were not about to walk back to the car without lunch. We waited in line and in a matter of minutes we were ordering; I had a steak burrito bowl with guacamole on the side (the guacamole is an additional charge). The rest of my party had a carnitas burrito and one brave sole had the crispy tacos. We were able to find a table with ease but then table hopped when we noticed that every time someone opened the door we got a burst of cold wind. Our food was decent, when you consider that Chipotle is a fast food restaurant. My friend that had the crispy tacos, order sour cream with her tacos and instead of a dollop she got a spoon full, this made her taco shells soggy and they broke easily. Other than that we had a great lunch. The people working behind the counter were extremely efficient. The whole time we were in the establishment the place was packed. But as packed as it was, there was an employee; he might have been the manager, cleaning tables for new customers to use. He also walked over to some tables and asked them how their meal was.

Another great Chipotle. Their food is so fresh and tasty I can't understand how all those other Burrito places can survive. You can really customize your taco's, burrito or your salad. They offer healthier options for those looking to cut the calories with brown rice or wheat soft shell's. I also like the fajita option to escape the beans. This location is convenient and clearly very popular there is always a line but it moves quickly. My only complaint is there isn't enough seating.

NOM. I'm from socal and i LOVE mexican food. This place is the closest it comes to mexican food near Olin. I don't believe in those gourmet Mexican restaurants out in middle of Boston. Mom and pop taquerias are the BEST...but too bad there aren't any here, hahaha. I love chipotle as well so I can't say no to this bowl of yumminess! We went in around 7pm and this place was PACKED! The tables were dirty :( but all the employees were tied behind the counter so it's somehwat forgiveable...I suppose. NOT. So the star comes off from there. Other than that, it's your typical chipotle. It's yummy and satisfies the mexican bum in mi estomago :)....temporarily at least until I go back home for breaks!

I'd first like to state that I'm a Qdoba's fan. However, most importantly, I'm a burrito fan (seeing as I'm from Souther Cali where the wrapped delight is a staple in each resident's diet). Today, I visited this location to definitely decide which burrito joint is better -- Qdoba's or Chipotle. FOOD: Every component and ingredient (most notably the beans and tortilla) is a bit drier than Qdoba's and doesn't stick to your mouth. The "dryness" suits the beans and meat well but hurts the state of the tortilla, lettuce, and rice. The lettuce tasted old while the rice didn't have any hint of cilantro. On the other hand, the spice of chicken and beef is superior to Qdoba's slightly undercoooked, bland taste. The drink selection is Coca-Cola to Qdoba's Pepsi. Instead of Dr. Pepper (my favorite), they have the Coke alternative, Pibbs Xtra. Both sodas taste great and I don't think people really mind the drink alliances (except for a burrito head). In regards to ingredient selection, to the naked eye, there doesn't seem to be as much to add to your burrito as Qdoba's. FEEL: There is no TV, just a smooth, jazzy soundtrack. There is an abundance of seating places (which is awesome) and there is no separation between line and seating (which could be a hastle). Overall, I appreciate the lack of a television because it allows you to focus on the food and the discussion with your buddies. The location in Shopper's World kicks ass not only for the business but its customers. You can go to Wal-Mart or Best Buy or any category killer. This contrasts to Linden Street in Wellesley (where Qdoba's is located) that really limits you to Roche Bros, CVS, and a set of high-income, boutique-type shops. SAUCE: I love my hot sauce. The fact they only carry Tabasco really harms their standing in my eyes. In fact, it's the reason why the place lost one star. Where's my beloved Cholula? EXTRA: College students at Qdoba's get a special $6.40 deal for entree and drink. The same deal costs around $8-9 at Chipotle. This starts to add up in the long run. Overall, the 3 out of 5 stars is justified.

I typically don't go to Chipolte unless I have a coupon for a free iten. The prices are fair for the food they serve. It's a zoo during the peak hours. The burritos are massive. I have to cut them in half at home because I just can eat that much. I recommend the Carnitas Fajita Burrito. Their pork is amazing. The chicken isn't that great. The steak cubes are somewhat tasty. I have yet to actually sit down at this place. Last time I went there were spilled drinks on tables and on the floor. Tables are crammed together. I recommend this for people who want to avoid the hassle of the local Taco Bell.

I come here for my lunch break, after work dinner, and when-I-go-shopping meal break. So compared to the other Chipotles I've been to (Harvard Square in Cambridge, Davis Square in Somerville, and the one near Alewife Station in Cambridge), this one rocks because it has parking (a plus up for someone with a car) and near shopping. :) My favorite thing to order is a burrito bowl - steak, black beans, lots of lettuce, mild AND hot salsa, some sour cream, and definitely cheese. And I'll order this from any Chipotle branch. The thing I like about Chipotle is that it uses minimal ingredients. There is something to say about astounding my taste buds on very little! I give this place a lot of credit for improving their efficiency. Before, the same people prepared the burritos that were ordered over phone/fax/online and the ones ordered in person. The lines inside the restaurant got really horrendous, but now everything is more or less streamlined. Sure, sometimes you'll get the occasional long line, but I feel like it goes faster and it was a big improvement on their part. Yay to this Chipotle for catering to Metrowest MA!

  • Dee I.

You get a stingy spoon of meat on your burrito( i'v actually seen them take back a few cubes of meat if they thought you got too much ) , then they sprinkle the cheese on like it's gold and last but not least they wet the spoon with sour cream hold it above and let it drip off the spoon on to your burrito (insulting). I won't go there anymore, I'll drive to Qdoba in Wellesley their not as stingy as Chipotle.

The carnitas was excellent! It tasted just like a pork roast that I would have done myself. If they can keep the quality at this level all the time -- I'm hooked! Also loved that I could get a burrito in a bowl -- tortillas are a waste of calories to me :) Staff was very pleasant & helpful since yesterday was my first time in and I had a few questions.

i have had food here soo many times that its kinda my second home. The food is awesome, and the people are really friendly. I visit the place at least 2-4 times a week and love it. Best of all, i have other chipotles around, and this one is the best.

You've seen one Wal*Mart, you've seen them all. Chipotle is just another retail chain, zapping the identity and mom n' pop flavor of small towns across America. Food is unremarkable and not authentic. I paid $8 for a veg burrito and a Diet Coke, so there's no value either. I guess if you're living in Framingham, you're pretty much used to having no variety, no surprises, and no originality. So be it. They get 2 stars: One star because they have outdoor seating. Sure, the view is of a giant parking lot and a strip mall and a highway, but outdoor seating is hard to come by in these parts. So, we'll take opportunity to "dine" outside & try to enjoy the view of the dumpster and the, uh, fresh air. Second star because although it's super lame, it's an attempt at Mexican. It's rare to find this option in town amid the Olive Gardens and Ruby Tuesdays and various other typical chains. So, sadly, I consider Chipotle to be, um.. ha ha, "exotic." This star will be revoked when power is returned to independent businesses and ethnic minorities.

Okay I'm amazed, that no one started with this, unlike some of the other Chipotle's I've gone to this one I can get a Corona with my burrito! What more can a man ask for?!?! Food is great, line is efficiant, I've been to places in Alston and Brighton that serve the same food the same style, always fresh and always good. So I was so happy to see a place like this out in the Natick Framhingham area. We didn't even know it was a chain until they started sponsoring the Bruins. The carnitas is great but I like the barbacoa the best though. I have no clue what Dorian ordered but it's not the stuff I get that's for sure. Yes if you go during meal time you have to wait for service, it's popular, this is a good thing people, it means that food behind the bar is moving instead of sitting there under the hot lamps losing juiciness and freshness. If you go during off times you still get good food, without the wait. It's been mentioned before, and deserves to be mentioned again, guacamole cost extra, just like everyplace else. Avocados cost almost $2 per for quality ones, get over yourself, you know it's worth it. Also ever time I've"ve ever ordered I've been told by the guy putting the guac on "Guacamole cost extra" I've been told so much I say it to the person before they tell me. Simply put, go there, it's great!

I like this place-- it is healthy, tasty, and reasonably priced. I like to order the "bowls" which are actually a burrito without a wrap around it. More taste, less calories! They go a bit crazy with the cheese and sour cream so you might want to ask them go light on these. I recommend the pork option. My only complaint is that the wooden chairs are strangely designed and uncomfortable, and my kids constantly fall out of them.

This place is disgusting. There is food all over the ground, tables are dirty, and the server had an open wound on her wrist while preparing my food! I'm visiting from CO, and will never recommend this place to my friends who live near by.

Awful, awful fake Mex, formerly McDonalds invested/owned chain. I have been to this location 5 or 6 times, mostly out of desperation for a burrito fix. You can approximate something decent if you are lucky, but for the most part just avoid this place. Why? Rice is luke warm at best and not a good matched flavor to a burrito. "fajita" style veggies ( onions and peppers) are not hot, they are cold. The cheese is thrown on cold. The carnitas is overcooked and lacks flavor. What you end up with is a burrito that can be mostly cold, with cold cheese. What you SHOULD get is hot throughout, unless you were having lettuce or tomato and for god sakes that's not a burrito, that's a taco. here's how I can approximate something halfway decent for a burrito: Ask them to put the cheese on first so the hot ingredients go on top and might melt it. then IN THIS ORDER ( which screw up their cafeteria production line) barbacoa (shredded beef) black beans rice salsa of choice. some times i will grab the tobasco of choice and hand it to them and ask them to put it on the INSIDE of the burrito while they are making it. On the plus side, they do have mexican beer. have not tried the margaritas Another plus, one day they gave me a free burrito because they could not guess what i had ordered after is was made (one person writes on the foil what it is so the cashier can ring it up. They were kidding around, guess wrong, so I said "Free?" and they did it.) a negative, right after they opened I was there late and did not like my burrito. the manager asked me for suggestions, and proceeded to belittle the suggestions. for example: melt the cheese " we have no way to do that" um..ok..so so steam the tortilla and melt the cheese that way" steaming degrades tortillas" was the response. yeah right, steaming a tortilla is bad for it. right. ---- A plus, I complained on the website about this, they sent me a free burrito coupon

Another place I have not actually visited but I have had take out from here with my co workers. I am not one for sauces so when it comes to Mexican food I stick with Tacos. While the were fresh and tasted good, three for seven bucks is not a great deal. I still feel hungry when I'm done. For the same price I can walk away with twice the tacos from Taco Bell.

My favorite thing to get is the barbacoa burrito but I also love the chicken quesadillas! The margaritas are delicious, one of the best margaritas I've ever tasted. It's cheap and the staff is very friendly. They have tables and chairs where you can sit outside when it's nice out. Highly recommend this place!

As a Burrito lover and burrit up survivor I can say that of the burrito places in the area , this Chipotle is very consistent. My kids like it also and I take them there on occasion. I even use their iphone app to order sometimes. Their guacamole is pretty good as are the nacho chips. If you don't want a burrito you can get everything as a salad or just in a bowl.

For a while, me and my friend were coming here for lunch every Tuesday. I order the same thing every time and have never gotten the same meal twice. Weird. I tried online ordering once and they botched my order so bad that I will never do it again. Look, just because I order my steak fajita burrito online and can't watch you make it does not give you the excuse to put NO STEAK in my burrito.' Most of the employees seem to dislike each other and I've seen several occasions where one or two employees are literally being scolded in front of the customers. They also have no concept of line management. The steak ranges from chewy and flavorful to WAY overcooked and tasteless. The rice is undercooked half the time, and the fajita peppers are almost always cold. I guess if insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, my return trips to this location qualify as insane. I'll just find another location for my burrito fix, thanks.

Chipotle is great, but this location falls short of what the company brand is all about. Cleanliness was poor. Speed was slow. Employees not happy to be here. Still good food, don't expect a lot when it comes to the rest...

I can only comment on the chicken burrito because that is all I eat. This place is terrific. I love the burritos and they always roll them big. The chicken has some spice to it that adds to the flavor, although I would not call it (the chicken) spicy or hot by any stretch. Good solid food, excellent fuel for the body, in my humble opinion. They have great sauces from Tabasco which flavors it up even more. They do a great job with making sure everything is super fresh and the people who work there are pretty pleasant although it's a high speed low drag operation; which really means you eat quicker The only negative I have is the burrito tortilla is the type that really gets stuck in your teeth! This doesn't happen to me at Anna's Taqueria or Boloco. Although I consider this a negative, toothpicks are available near the self-serve soda fountain. The price is very fair for a burrito. Although they charge like $2.50 more for guacamole which seems like a little much, can be surprising, and honestly I don't think is necessary. Like I said the burrito alone is really a bunch of great flavors rolled into one. Overall an excellent well rounded burrito. Really a cavalcade of flavors neatly wrapped into one meal.

Normally, I don't like Mexican fast food. It's not that I don't enjoy the taste... but I hate things that are loaded with stuff, and fall apart easily. That being said, I DO enjoy Chipotle. Today I had soft tacos with chicken to go. The person behind the counter starts it off and then passes it down the line, passing through about 2 more staff people. You pick what you want on it, and how much. Then it's wrapped up, and the cashier takes care of the rest. When I got back to the office I enjoyed my tacos (3 came in the meal) but I did not enjoy that they were sitting in a pool of salsa juices. Probably not a way around this when you get it to go. Slotted spoon maybe? That's really my only complaint. Good food, fast, throw in a drink and it's less than 10 bucks.

I admit it, I'm a fan of Chipotle. I think their burritos are damn good, and hey, for fast food, not half bad. This location isn't unlike any other Chipotle you may have been to. The ingredients are delicious and pleasantly spiced and seasoned. The chicken is always fantastic; the meat never feels stringy or of subpar quality like some Boston chains I can think of. I really love the cilantro-lime rice, and I'm normally not much of a cilantro fan. The people here are usually VERY friendly, at least when I'm there (around lunchtime). Very pleasant staff who seem pretty good at what they do. The crowds can get pretty substantial during the lunch rush, so if you're going, especially on a Friday, make an effort to get there before noon. Maybe it's not the most "authentic" burrito you'll ever eat, but hey, it tastes good, and based on the company's stated policies and practices, I can feel at least a bit reassured that the food I'm eating hasn't been sitting frozen for weeks before being thawed for me.

The burritos are excellent and "hit the spot" when in need of a burrito fix, no doubt about that. However their staff has clearly become accustomed to providing service to the masses, not individual customers. I have, literally, seen the cashier not utter a word to any of the paying customers, don't you love that? Some of the line guys preparing the food clearly are annoyed with special requests or if people ask questions. How about keeping the facilities clean? If their dining room is a mess, I'd be scared to look at the kitchen. Too bad, this is a great company and this place has become a victim of its own success.

I found a COCKROACH in the salad bin. I have been here before with no problem, but this time was terrible. I reported it to the management and they just took the salad bin away and didn't say anything. Wrote to the company and got no response. Hope their quality control is not lacking.

Convenient location, cheaper food and shorter waits than its neighbors, and solid burritos -- it's all good!

I'm here at least twice a month for work lunch. Everyone knows what they're doing behind the production line. You can't go wrong with any of the menu choices. Fantastic chips, free fountain drink refills (at least I think so...oh God...gotta go)

    (4)
  • Chris G.

First the good: fresh ingredients, simple menu, good value. Not so good: bad atmosphere, freezing cold temps in the main dining area, the music was deafeningly loud, no beer (even though it's on the menu??), not so sure the food can actually be called Mexican... Maybe Texican if you squint your eyes. My spouse doesn't agree with me so much, so I'll probably be giving Chipotle a second chance. Next time, I'll go with a blanket and ear plugs.... and a Corona.

I really like it when i get to see the workers make the food in front of me. That way, i can be sure that it is safe. My favorite order here is the Burrito roll. You can pick what ingredients you want in it. Pretty good selection. You can have it in a roll or in a bowl.

We've been eating here weekly now for about a year -- instead of Boloco in fact. We love the simplicity of the menu - get Burrito bowls exclusively - food is always super fresh - only 2 complaints - online orders are never ready and they are starting to skimp on the amount of meat they include - we frequently have to ask them to add more - else it's lookin more like a vegetarian.

I have been to this Chipotle's a number of times as it is my favorite Mexican place in Metrowest. The portions are generous and the food is oh so good. I particularly like their carnitas which is their shredded pork with black beans. Their rice is flavored with Cilantro and it blends very well with the rest of the ingredients. The staff is very knowledgable about the ingredients used especially there are people out there with food allergies. Good job guys.

I love Chipotle - and have Chipotle on my mind. MMMMmmmm carnitas burito. But this location is the worst I've been too - tried it twice, both times the food was way over-salty - the kind that makes your lips instantly pucker. Blech. And we did takeout - so we couldn't bring it back.

Hands down one my favorite restaurants! The food taste great, almost always fresh, and the portions they give are ginormous... Favorite? Carnitas bowl, taco, even on a lollipop! I was only joking about the lollipop so don't ask for it. =)

Delicious and reasonably priced. I order online every time so I can go pick it up right away and not wait in line. If you have an iphone, you can download the app so that it stores your order, so with only a couple button presses - it's all ordered.

Really, its just OK. I have NO idea what every one is raving about. Yes, its "fresh" (but really, how fresh is all that stuff sitting behind the sneeze guard) and made to order, but it has its flaws. PROS: -The signature chipotle chicken is hot...and super yummy. -You can order online and avoid the line at the counter. Just pick it up at the side window, sit and enjoy...if its ready (see CONS). -You can get as many salsas as you want. -Chips are clearly made fresh (like 3 minutes ago) CONS: -One shouldn't need to ask for extra lettuce when ordering a salad. The first salad I ordered had enough lettuce to qualify as garnish. Lesson learned. -The barbacoa is chewy. Like, "chew one bite 15 times" chewy. -The line at lunch is redonkulous, and they are slow behind the counter. -Often when you roder ahread online, your order is not ready when you get there.

The chicken bowl is a food group more than just an offering at a restaurant I cannot say enough good things about Chipotle except they lack consistency. The dish varies based on the crew cooking at the time. Its very disappointing when you know the food is not going to be as good as it could based on the crew working at the time. They used to have the same people all the time, but recently switched it up and thats where the inconsistency occurred. Chipotle overall deserves 6 stars, but its difficult to swallow the fact you are sometimes paying for a sub par dish.

I don't like to write reviews of corporate places, because I doubt they hold any weight at all, but this Chipotle is awful. Please don't go here, this place needs to close. The tables are always disgusting, and trash cans are always overflowing. I won't be going back though not for that reason, but because of the manager. (At least, I think he was the manager.) This Chipotle is always super busy, with a line out the door and a super slow pace. By the time you get to the counter, you're hungry and tired of waiting, with little patience left. So here's what happened that was the nail in the coffin for me. I'm in at the counter, in the part of the line where they add quac/sour cream/ those things. I had to then wait because the manager jumped the line to make two tacos for his friends. He takes his time making the food, flirting with the girl working next to him, draws some hearts on the bowl covers, and then hands the bag of food to the two girls that walk in the door and come give him a big smile. It was so rude. I don't think they even paid for the food. Like, really?

Truly awful! The people who work at the Framinging MA Chipotle are completely rude and can be argumentative. I highly recommend not eating here at all costs. If there attitude reflects there work ethic - the place has to be unsanitary and the quality of the food/portions is poor. Avoid this Chipotle location at all costs! It is a terrible experience.

Terrible customer service. The last hour, they run out of most stuff and if you ask for a bit more of the stuff remaining, so that you at least have a filling meal, they will give a look like you asking for a gold bar. Anytime I had visited around or after 9PM, thats the story. I have stopped visiting them altogether. The rating is just for this particular location, I am a big fan of Chipotle otherwise.

I go here a lot for lunch during the workday, and I don't know if its because that's the busiest time, but at least 3 times now I've gotten back to my office to eat my burrito bowl or burrito and nearly cracked a tooth on weird hard things that weren't bones. Once it was the little stem/nub on the bottom of an avacado - no idea what this is called. Two other times it was pieces of actual chicken, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was making them inedible, but it definitely wasn't a chicken bone. It was kind of like the chicken was made of plastic or something. I still go because its so convenient to my office, but I fear for my dental health a little bit each time. They're also pretty stingy when you ask for a side of guac... fill that container up!

A caucasian woman in charge of the counter here was very rude and ruined my experience I learnt a lesson myself in humility but my review stands I am a regular customer and I feel pathetic now . I visited the Framingham location for lunch today. I arrived at 11am (when the restaurant was supposed to open) and they opened their doors10 minutes late. Once inside, I had to wait to place my order because their registers weren't open and half their food was not done cooking. I would have walked out but I had already wasted half of my 30 minute lunch break! They finally took my order and didn't have the fajita veggies or the chicken that I had wanted. No apology, no explanation and no discount for the inconvenience. I work in retail and spent many years in various food service jobs. I would have just comped the food and sent the first few people on their way. Really, all I had wanted was a chicken burrito!

The person working there was very rude ! After waiting about 20mins - Took veggie bowl - and after filling all the ingredients then she tells me they are out of guacamole- She was charging full price for a veggie bowl with out Guac - when I asked why - she rudely replied - "we are out of Guac!" - "the price is per the amount of ingredients they give and not on Guac" !!!! If you were out of ingredients - why can't u put up a sign ? Or atleast tell me that you are out of something at the beginning itself ?? You definitely can't talk rude at someone for asking getting charged full price !!

I love Chipotle. However, this is the worst franchise. They are never staffed appropriately and there is always, and I stress always, a significant wait. I've never placed an order in under 15 min. It normally is 20 min just to get to start your order. It is not uncommon to be bumped for an online order. Today, the line decided to make an online order in between my order and my wife's order, leaving us to wait at the register while they filled it. (The person who placed the on line order waited 45 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up, guess I can't complain too much compared to her).

The food is good, it gets 3 stars because everyone who works there is so mean. Each time I go in there I try really hard to be respectful, smiley, and gracious. And each time it fails, someone that works there is either rude, short, or just plain shitty. If you hate your job, quit.

So, this Chipotle has gone downhill. My husband and I are vegan/vegetarian and multiple times we have purchased a burrito only to find chunks of chicken in it. We also have seen pieces of chicken in the various sides (veggies, rice) while we are ordering. How hard is it to keep it clean/separate? This has happened multiple times and it's a big disappointment. There's nothing worse than waiting in a LONG line only to find out we can't eat the burrito. We basically now go to Boloco across the street. I will also be writing Chipotle because there's no point in catering to vegetarians/vegans if the food is not kept separate. Oftentimes, the employees will just pick out the pieces of meat -- but that's not the point, it's no longer vegetarian. I've never had this problem at other Chipotles- just this Framingham one. The service is long, the bathrooms are usually a mess, as well. They need better management.

    (1)
  • Amy M.

You'll pay $2.05 for guacamole. You'll wait in line for 15 minutes for a cold burrito. You'll hate it. And you'll love it. Because it's Chipotle. Just don't plan on grabbing a clean seat.

Chipolte ~ when are you going to wake-up to how horrible your Framingham, MA store is??? This place never disappoints to make the customer feel like they are intruding on Chipolte's business. Myself and 2 other customers were standing outside the Framingham, MA store for it to open today. Finally, after 11am, someone came to the door and said they wouldn't be opening for another 15 to 20 minutes due to low staff count!!!! No apology or recognition of putting us out. Really, all over Framingham businesses are looking for staff and are still able to provide great customer service and not make the customer feel like we are bothering them while we give them our hard-earned money. So the other 2 people stormed off very angry and I went to D'Angelo's. D'Angelo's was not only friendly and provided great customer service, they offered myself and another customer a free large bag of chips and a 2 litter soda for making us wait so long for our food ~ due to staffing issues. Hey Chipolte Headquarters, this store is giving you a bad name and even though I love your product it is so difficult to get it in Framingham, MA. without a major hassle. Framingham, MA is filthy, poorly run, always makes excuses and just a very bad example of your product. Due us all a favor and close it down. I'd rather drive another 20 minutes to get your product then whenever I want your product either wonder if I'll have to wait 30 minutes to be treated badly or drive 10 minutes to find out you can't provide services.

This chipotle is just s busy, which is not their fault, chipotle is amazing. What is their fault is the attitude and anger from the staff. They are constantly blaming each other for mistakes and decisions and it's not a happy place. Come on management, make this a happy place!

    (3)
  • Skye G.

Don't wait in that long line. Fax or call in your order and pick it up. They have quick form that helps you decide what you want. Go down the list and pick out the salsa, item, veggies, meat to make your selection. Then you can fax in a lunch order for the office or simply call it in and pick it up. Don't wait in the long line. Call ahead! Even out in the parking lot. Call ahead and finish your shopping then go to the little pick up window and done. Food is hot and yummy. I usually get the veggie tofu bowl with 3 salsa beans and rice. Reasonable price and I typically get two meals out of it. Although most people do eat the entire bowl.

Food is usually good, but this location is chronically understaffed by completely indifferent employees. In a couple of years, this has gone from my favorite Chipotle to the worst one I've been to. I know it's in a busy location but doesn't management know that too? Staff more people during peak hours. They were recently closed for week for renovations and training. But it looks the same and the service is as slow and poor as it ever was. It's also often messy. Absolutely disappointing and in desperate need of management overhaul.

Terrible service. Workers have attitude. Food not stocked. Out of cheese, pico de gallo, chips... Messy dirty counters, workers couldn't be bothered to wipe down the spilled over food. Won't be coming back here again. Steak tastes like rubber.

I have been to this particular location many times over the past few years. Lately it has been very inconsistent. Last week I had the most amazing burrito bowl ever, perfect in every way. Tonight I stopped in, remembering my meal from last week and was very disappointed. The staff was unpleasant and the girl that took my payment actually dropped my quacamole on the floor before she placed it in the bag. I don't love confrontation so instead of confronting her like I wanted to I kept my mouth shut. Big mistake. I got home after running several errends only to find that the guac container was cracked and had spilled everywhere. Not only that, but the steak was way over cooked and chewy. Hardly an edible meal and I paid almost $12. I called the store to complain about the guacamole and was told by an employee and by a manager that they "didn't have to do anything". Are you kidding me? They actually said that to me. Unfortunately, they lost my business until they can learn how to turn out a consistent product with better customer service. Bye bye Chipotle. Hope you can get your act together soon!

  • R S.

Worse customer service I have ever encountered. The staff is always rude, ignorant, indifferent. Its not our fault that the place is so busy, chipotle's management needs to be blamed. The staff has such negative attitude, the place is never clean. I used to eat chipotle atleast 4-5times a month but because I dont have another chipotle in the vicinity, it has gone down to once in 4-5months. Horrible management at this location.

Stopped in this past Sunday, and waited over 45 MINUTES in line. During a lunch rush, they only had 4 people working behind the counter. Where I am usually a very patient person, waiting 45 minutes for "fast" food is a little ridiculous! (In the past, I don't think I've EVER waited less than 20 minutes at this location, come to think of it.) At least 2 dozen people entered the restaurant and left immediately, after seeing the length of the line. No member of the staff apologized for the wait - bad business! The trash bins were overflowing and the drink bar was filthy. When I did finally get my food, a steak burrito bowl that had been as carelessly thrown together as slop in in a trough, it was maybe a touch over room temperature and the chips were stale. The best part of my meal was the medium root beer that I would have had to drink out of my hands, had I not reminded the girl to give us our cups. I really almost had a "Hulk Smash" moment, but let my calmer head prevail. I might have brought my concerns to a Manager or Shift Supervisor if I thought it would have made any difference. There are other, better Chipotles out there - do yourself a favor and drive by this location.

  • Jamie B.

We all know the food at Chipotle is good, 4 stars good and this location is capable of executing the formula. It's a good product that could really only be improved if they would roll longer thinner burritos instead of short stumpy ones that are prone to falling apart. The staffing and service is where this one fails. I've waited over 30 minutes to make it through the line. I walked in and out last Friday when the line had made its way through the entire store past the fountain drinks. It's not properly staffed and it hasn't been for months. Management is unwilling or unable to staff properly for peak times.

Going downhill, I'm afraid. My husband and I both work from home, in separate offices. About once a week we get Chipotle takeout and have lunch together. We've been doing this for about a year. He always gets a burrito, and I always get a burrito bowl. In the beginning the burrito bowls were so large I was getting two lunches out of them. They were neatly put together, they were full of flavor -- what else can I say but that they got me hooked? Over the past several months, however, we've noticed a decline. Primarily the change is in portion size -- what used to be an overflowing bowl is now a half-filled one for the same price. At the suggestion of a worker, I've started putting on my order (I order online for pickup) that I want extra rice, beans & salsa. These are cheap fillers, and offered for free, so it made sense, and for a month or two it seemed to work to bring it back to the yummy bowl I'd been enjoying. Recently, however, they've started ignoring the "extra rice, beans, and salsa please" note on my order." I almost wouldn't even mind paying for it (although I shouldn't have to if they advertise that extra is free) but being ignored is depressing. Today's lunch finally prompted me to write this review. The bowl was half-empty. Not only did they not give me extra of the things I'd asked for, but they didn't even give me a regular measurement of a regular order. SO not worth the special trip and the money anymore, just to be made to feel as if I don't matter. The reason I give them 2 stars and not one? The other night I ordered our usual, plus a salad bowl for my daughter. Under special instructions I asked for the salad bowl to be gluten free, as she has Celiac. Out of paranoia (gluten-free is no joke to those with an auto-immune disease) we arrived early to pick up our meal, and accidentally secretly observed someone making it. Without knowing we were there, he put on fresh gloves, took food from new containers with clean utensils, etc -- terrific practice and they deserve recognition for it.

I made the big mistake of coming here during lunchtime! So, be warned - this place gets CRAZY SWAMPED! There isn't much seating for the crowd, either, so be patient or be prepared to eat in your car. In way of the food - you have nothing to be worried about here. Chipotle is consistent and delicious, and this location is no different! The artists behind the counter could move with a little bit more haste, but as long as I get that burrito, I'm set!

This is a horrible place needing management overhaul on their servicemen. Basically, All the employees think they are Lone Ranger who can fire pistols to customers as they please. No, they are Black Burtto wrappers holding spatulas...Ha ha ha The employees ought to be overhauled to anger management camp for megadose tharaphy sessions especially the wrapper guy. The restaurant ought to be kicked out from Framingham; let them serve people in ghetto; their sanitation standard is low; the counter is dirty and they don't change gloves.

Went on a Saturday night. Asked for a steak burrito bowl and was told they were out of steak. The employee didn't even look at me, just kind of mumbled "we don't have steak right now". So, I got chicken instead and didn't care for it. Going down the line to add my toppings, they were also out of cheese. How does a Mexican place run out of cheese? On a Saturday night nonetheless.

"I've experienced better" certainly sums it up for this Chipotle location. Almost every single order has had something incorrect with it - sometimes they forget to include things, sometimes we get a part of somebody else's order. We've had undercooked and overcooked food. Internet orders still have to wait in line to get their food made like a regular order... What's the point in that? And when the internet was down a couple of weeks ago for ordering, they refused to take phone orders. I think overall we've received four "apology" coupons from management here, but stop saying you're sorry or blaming it on another person and fix it! Manage your inventory better (how the eff do you run out of chips??), treat your employees nicely so they're happy and respect you, and just Get.It.Together. Definitely stop blaming your employees for any errors they make because those errors are merely a reflection of your effectiveness a manager, trainer and mentor, and ultimately are your responsibility. Also, it's not professional to tell a customer any of that!

Worst chipotle ever. One person making the food while the others ignore the massive line of customers. Just awful. 45 mins for a burrito, no thanks.

What were we thinking? We went there last Friday and waited in line for 45 minutes just to order. The place was still a pigsty. The trash receptacle at the front of the restaurant was overflowing and there was trash on the floor. The tables were filthy. Apparently nobody wanted to take responsibility for keeping the restaurant clean. They need to dedicate a staff person to clean the place! The food Is good, cleanliness not so good.

  • Katie B.

There were, and I counted, five chips in the kid's chip bag. The guacamole vat was brown. Also, if you have time to print and hang multiple signs announcing that you're out of forks and won't have any until tomorrow, you have time to send an employee to the store to buy forks.

  • Anurag M.

Good food, the quality of the ingredients is genuinely good and the concoction comes out tasting pretty good. The price is fair. Decent fast food experience. I could try it a couple of times month. They should have a loyalty program for the many faithful customers that keep coming back. We will be back.

So very sad. Service is slow and staff appears disorganized. Long line at the counter with ever changing staff actually working, with some who work for 10 minutes and then disapper.

    (3)
  • Sandra S.

When they just opened was the best place to get burritos, but since then, they are getting worse and worse, salty food, old chips, and very small burritos, you have to dins the meat with a magnify glass, not happy anymore to pay almost $10 for it.

Our plane landed last night 7pm at Logan Airport in Boston. We happened to have left our car parked in Framingham, Ma. So, we opted to try out Chipotle. I have to tell you the food is a solid 4 star. We had the bowl with carnitas. It was delicious and fresh. The problems with this place was that the bathroom was in disarray and the long lines can be a headache especially if you want something ASAP. If you just came off a long flight you should avoid this place. This is a big turn off, so I think giving this a 3 star rating is generous. Pros: -Fresh food. -Plenty of parking. -Moderately priced food. -Quick and friendly service. Cons: -Please clean the bathroom or at least keep it up. -Long lines and wait time can be considerable. The staff however diligent and quick can't help the fact that some people just don't know what they want or are inconsiderate of others waiting behind them in line to choose and move!

  • Jessica S.

This chipotle is always packed with people!! And they aren't extremely clean either. I'm from providence, and my boyfriends from natick so when we're in the mood for chipotle we'll go there, but honestly my chipotle back in seekonk is SOO much better!

Good food, LONG LINES even late in the evening 8-9pm. Usually get the chicken buttito. They starting skimping on the side of guac by not filling the small cup to the top like they used to. Also, half the time the chips are oil drenched to the point that they are crunchy.

    (4)
  • Juls M.

I agree with a previous reviewer this location has terrible service and management but good food. I have stood in line for 30-45 min waiting for them to move people through the line. They often randomly shut down. Like 2 weeks for training which did nothing to improve service! They were randomly closed the other day until noon while employees sat inside and ate. The service and management keeps me from coming in a much as I would like. Wish they could get there situation figured out. Framingham restaurants are busy so management needs to train and run the ship properly. I have been to other locations with long lines and they move much better than this one!

    (2)
  • Howard C.

Slow as hell and crowded like a football tailgate. Been coming here for about two months now. There always is a ridiculously long line and after observing their process flow it's easy to see why their service is so slow: they've only got one heater for their tortilla wraps, so good luck when a customer decides to order two or three burritos. You could easily find yourself waiting in like for like 40 minutes.

    (2)
  • Sarah C.

I am always able to time it so I don't have to wait in the lines here that everyone is always talking about. I only ever order the burrito bowl. It is always really good and fresh. They have the best guacamole. You get a choice of rice, beans, meat and salsa and can add sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The guac costs extra but is beyond worth it! The burrito bowl is enough for 3 meals!

At what point will management realize it takes more than 2 people to keep up with this line? Hardly rocket science. Ordering ahead doesn't help. They're always scrambling to keep up with the orders. I'm not sure if some of the employees are disgruntled because they're over worked, or they just don't have a positive attitude. Either way, I used to go here once a week and now I'm down to once every 3-4 months...if I'm desperate!

Place can't keep up with business. Hire more people or open another location. Avoid this place at peak hours. They don't staff well.

The consistency hear is great, but man, this place is SWAMPED all the time. Definitely download the app and order a head! Otherwise you will go crazy. I also never come here to sit. The tables are engulfed by the lines of people waiting!

I went with my friend last week. The line was long as always. Also we had to put in a few orders at a time and they mixed them all up. The workers were having a race to see who could go faster and they were swearing loud enough for everyone to hear. Overall it was okay, its chipotle.

I come to this Chipotle at least once a week. I am a loyal customer. As a loyal customer I have to say that this place is really inconsistent with their food. Sometimes you get a lot and sometimes, hardly anything. The seasoning can be really bland sometimes, the chips are stale half the time, and if you come on the weekend and there's a line, it'll take three times as long as it does on the weekdays to get served. This is due to being understaffed and I think their best employees are off. They also need to step up their cleanliness. This place is always dirty.

Great customer service, they get so busy around lunch time but still serve great food with a smile :)

I gave this place three chances, I really wanted to like it because, everyone keeps talking about how great their burritos are... I strongly disagree. CHIPOTLE SUCKS. These burritos suck, the meat is never good and rice and beans are either uncooked or old tasting.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque.
