While the chicken in my sandwich was both moist and more than decent, this still remains a fast food chain and thus has it's limits in terms of both quality and nutrition. After a short drive over for some lunch with my girlfriend, we parked, crossed halfway across this mall and made our way to the food court and then to this Chick-Fil-A location. She had eaten at one of them before, in the south, but I had never had been to one. Although I don't eat much fastfood, if ever (In-N-Out aside!), I was rather excited at the prospect that this could be a decent meal. I decided to get a deluxe Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich with a banana pudding milkshake. The sandwich featured a giant slab of chicken breast which is layered alongside some dill pickle chips, tomato, lettuce and American cheese. It was served in a regular bun although they also offer it in a wheat bun (I had no idea). As I stated earlier, the chicken itself was ridiculously good - it was moist, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The sandwich wasn't dry and the ingredients worked very well together and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. Then came the milkshake which was very sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste. But the flavor was rather unique for us 'Yankees' in the North. Banana pudding isn't something we find often around here and having it in a milkshake was interesting to say the least. It had bits of nilla wafers floating around it in, creating these little chunks of deliciousness. Those same chunks also kept clogging my straw though which wasn't as much fun... All in all, this joint provides some more than decent, tender chicken goodness alongside some casual, Southern-inspired fare. From sweet ice tea to carrot and raisin salad, waffle potato fries and spicy chicken wraps, the options are varied. Most of it isn't all that healthy but they do seem to make a better effort than most fast food chains. The cashier was very friendly as was the rest of the staff, going as far as walking up to nearby patrons in the food court and offering free refills on some of their drinks. I'd love to be able to give them 3 and a half stars but this not being possible, I will round it down because... well... despite the chicken being good, they are a chain... and somewhat unhealthy. On a side-note, I'm not sure if it's related, but I also did have a stomach-ache thirty minutes after my meal, on the drive home. It could have been from something else, I'm not sure.

Dear chick fil'a, I love you, please move closer to Cambridge, kthxbai. Actually, I use the fact that it's in the Burlington Mall to dupe my husband into coming to the mall with me: me: "Hey wanna get some chick fil'a?" husband: "YES!!" me: "Well now that we're here, you're stuck shopping with me for the next 5 hours. MUAHAHHAHA" Anyway. Get the original chicken sandwich. It's the bomb, plus Frank Bruni put that on his top 10 fast food favorites.

i dont know why massachusetts only has one of these around (as of this review). chick-fil-a is the best. that chicken exterior is crisped to perfection, just enough to satisfy that fried-chicken craving while leaving the insides full of juicy chicken essence. i actually drive 45 minutes out to get this. i plan meet-ups with friends around this. yea. seriously. EAT MOR CHKN!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to order food with my little cousin. She ordered first and she was asked if she wanted a drink. She said yes and while she was trying to decide the worker (Caucasian, big, bald male) named MAX rolled his eyes and nodded his head. I figured he might've had a bad, long day so I let him slide. Then he said the total of the order but I told him I wasn't finished then he rolled his eyes and nodded AGAIN. I then said I no longer want to order from this place. And I stayed around the cashier to make sure my little cousins food was being prepped properly. While waiting I noticed he went to the back and started talking to his other coworkers about how I gave him a hard time. Other coworkers all looked my way. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Calling management toward MAX after this review.

Chic-fil-a is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich anywhere I've ever tried. The chicken is juice and flavorful, the bun is soft and delicious and the fries actually taste like they come from Potatoes unlike some other fast food chains. I also recommend their lemonade, it's real fresh squeezed with real sugar not some artificial sweetener. As if having great tasting food were not enough, the staff at Chic-fil-a is so friendly it's almost unbelievable. This has to be the best run fast food franchise around. I highly recommend it. The downside is they only have a mall location, so no drive-thru options. It's worth parking and walking in. Some have complained about the food not being healthy. Obviously, you don't go here for your health, but you knew that... right? Sometimes you want healthy food and sometimes you want pure delicious, this is the latter.

Chicken sandwiches and fries are 4-star tasty, but the sometimes rude, lazy staff get on my nerves. The corporate office has the right idea; Chic-Fil-A has a lot of customer oriented policies, but folks at this branch try to circumvent them all.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich with the pepper jack cheese. SO GOOD. The chicken is perfectly crispy and lettuce is, I think, pretty fresh. And the chicken itself isn't puny like other fast foods...its chunky and SO GOOD. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their waffle fries too. I love fries in general but these fries are addicting. I LOVE how they have different sauces too...I personally love the chick-fil-a sauce. I don't know what they put in there but there's probably crack in it. Best part: I don't like tomatoes and I always ask for no tomatoes. They fulfill my request....AND they take off $0.15. Now that's honest business! I go here...probably almost every week. BUT a moment on the lips, could be a lifetime in the hips....can't do this too long...

It's a shame this Chick-Fil-A is in the Burlington Mall food court...a shame for all the other food court establishments that is. The chicken sandwich is tops. And that toasty bun? Mmm...so buttery and delicious. Waffle fries. Lemonade and/or sweet tea? Heaven. The employees are all so adorable and friendly. I want to hug them. A group hug with all of them plus a spicy chicken sandwich. That's love.

Love this stuff. I went here to support these people over the flap caused by the dumbest mayor in America, Tom "Mumbles" Manino, who said he would stand in the way of them opening one of their restaurants in Boston. I despise these "limousine liberal"s who fall all over themselves trying to be more liberal than the liberal politician next to him. So it's OK to try to destroy people who are Christians, because somehow you think it you'll get support from gay groups for doing it? Idiotic. I'm Jewish, but what is up with all these attacks by liberals against anyone who's Christian and lives by the teachings of their faith? I moved back to the United States after 10 years working in Hong Kong and everyone seems to have lost their minds. Well the line to get into Chick-Fil-A food was out the door and hundreds of yards long with folks wanting to give Menino the one finger salute for his anti Christian tirade. Sorry for the political comments but this was played out on TV, so I'm not talking out of school. This restaurant has great food and it has great ethics that promotes family values which has become a dirty word while I lived in Asia. The owners of the company are people who the rest of the world used to think are real Americans. I don't think any Chinese person I met in Hong Kong in 10 years would respect a politician for attacking family values.

I drive 20+ minutes to go to this Chic-Fil-A and it is always worth it. There must be crack in the chicken nuggets, because they're addictive! Waffle fries & lemonade will round out a perfect meal here.

Located in Burlington Mall food court, #1 off the menu is the way to go. Yes this is a guilty pleasure just like any fast food chain. But this is one of the best fast food chains around. Their chicken is as good as it gets for fast food. Waffle Fries are addicting. Good way to knock out a cheap weekend meal and then take that extra money and contribute to the retail economy at the mall. Service here was excellent. Had my food within seconds of paying. Everything was said and served with a smile. I felt like I was getting the southern hospitality (where I have had Chick-Fil-A before) up north. Little things: Their nuggets are just OK and on this visit too much salt on the waffle fries (shake don't pour).

I don't get all the hype about a silly chicken sandwich but Husby swears by these and can't get enough. We come to this mall specifically for Chick-Fil-A actually. I like their spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries with Polynesian sauce. The people working there are scary friendly. There was this one young guy who was probably the poster child for smiling, pleasant, over the top helpful service. This chain is miles above any other fast food place but still not something I would ever crave on a regular basis.

It's about the chicken. There are days when I really like a crunchy coating on my chicken. But more often than not I'd rather go for great piece of seasoned chicken. This place has it in spades. From the nuggets, to the sandwiches, to the soup. It's all good. I'd swear the nuggets were right out of the fryer, couldn't eat them for 5 min. Which gave me time to start on the waffle fries. Perfectly cooked so they weren't pasty inside. Got a delicious Spicy Deluxe (adds lettuce, tomato, & choice of cheese (I chose Pepper jack) Chicken sandwich on an optional wheat bun. The chicken is always so juicy. I also got the limited time only Banana Pudding Shake. Whoa! What's that chunky stuff in there? 'Nilla wafer cookies! Yum. 2hr drive from home? Yep. Will I be back? Hey Koolaid, OH YEAH!

I sold my gay soul for some delicious jesus chicken. Shhh... Dont tell. They also do platters/catering. OMG is that like having jesus cater your event??? Gross! Dont let the wounds drip into the food! #NBD #FAT I got the stigmata but it wasn't blood coming out of my hands.... It was Chick-Fil-A polynesian sauce!

Waffle fries Baby how I love your thighs Not as much as Waffle Fries Have you tried the waffle fries? They are so damn good that they should be illegal. They are just like regular fries but shaped like a waffle.

Other than the fact that you have to trek all the way to Burlington to get some delicious chicken this place is great. Growing up in New England I've been deprived of delicious fast food chicken fillets. No longer. Waffle fries are absolutely delicious and the chicken sandwiches are always great. Hint: Keep saying "thank you" to the employees, they are obligated to say "you're welcome" through company rules and its pretty hilarious.

It's a standard Chick-Fil-A in the food court. Not open on Sunday's, so plan your cravings accordingly. The staff was quick to get through the lines and the food was hot a fresh. I was able to substitute my meal side without an extra charge. Gotta love that.

I love their morning chicken bisquit. I'm so delighted to hear that they have a location in the Burlington mall. I will be patronizing this restaurant every time I visit the Burlington mall. Keep up the delicious work and expanding throughout massachussetts.

As a transplanted southerner, I was excited to find one of only 3 Chick-fil-A restaurants in all of New England is just a few miles from home. New Englanders might not fully appreciate how significant this is, but it's always nice to be welcomed with a smile, to hear "my pleasure" when you thank them, and to enjoy your meal with a nice big cup of sweet tea. The food can be a little pricey compared to other fast food places, but it's worth it to me. I'm a big fan of the waffle fries, too.

Many regional fast food joints are romanticized simply by virtue of being regional. I spent years listening to ex-West Coasters preach the many mouth-watering virtues of In-N-Out. I realized, after finally visiting an In-N-Out, that these virtues had expanded in the minds of California ex-pats. Sure, In-N-OUt serves a good burger, but it seems more delicious in your memory when you're eating at Burger King on any given Tuesday in winter in Massachusetts. If there was a single, solitary In-N-Out in the Burlington Mall, your friend from San Diego would either a.) admit that In-N-Out burgers aren't divine, they're just better-than-average or b.) insist that In-N-Outs in California are better. This isn't true of Chick-fil-A. They're mostly a southern outfit, but whether you're in Mississippi or Massachusetts, this is the best fast-food chicken, period. But other reviews here detail Chick-fil-A's delicious offerings for the uninitiated Bay Staters. I want to focus on something else, something wholly unrelated to the food: the Chick-fil-A in the Burlington Mall somehow found and hired the six or seven nicest, most cheerful Christian souls in eastern Massachusetts. I'm 80% certain they make these kids commute up from West Virginia. Pennsylvania, maybe. It's easy, when you're in the South, to attribute the borderline creepy all-around NICENESS of Chick-fil-A's employees to Southern culture. Sure, as a company, Chick-fil-A seems to cultivate and encourage certain aspects of Southern behavior (re: their staff always smiles, they're talkative, they're closed on Sundays), and the fact that most Chick-fil-As are located in the South makes this corporate culture easier to maintain. But the fact that they're able to achieve a similar level of friendliness in Massachusetts - one of the coldest, most unfriendly states in the nation - is borderline miraculous! There are many restaurants in the Burlington Mall food court, but there is always a line for Chick-fil-A. I'm sure this is mostly attributable to the amazing food...but the service definitely helps. You'll stand in line as an angry, hateful Masshole, but you'll walk away feeling somewhat better about the universe, because a Chick-fil-A employee just treated you like both a customer and a fellow human being. Finally: I agree 110% with whoever recommended that Chick-fil-A open a free-standing shop somewhere in Boston! Or at least put a Chick-fil-A in the Prudential Mall, or SOMETHING! On the other hand, it's probably good that I need to drive out to Burlington whenever I want a fix. That limits my intake, and will keep me from dying of heart disease at age 35.

When i was about 7, my family moved from the DC area to the suburbs of New Orleans. It was a culture shock to say the least. Two years of living down there, and we clung to the standbys of McDonald's and Wendy's, lamenting the lack of a Hardees all the while, and thumbing our noses at the local delicacies. One by one we caved in, though. Tastee Donuts supplied the majority of the elementary-school king cakes (okay, they were donuts with a plastic baby in 'em), and they were frosted and awesome. A day at the '84 World's Fair caused us to see the light and made us into Popeye's evangelists. And when they built a newfangled mall by the interstate, it had a Chick-Fil-A in it. And even though i was 9, i thought that was a dumb name. Actually, i still do, but darned if they don't make quality fast food. Their chicken nuggets are sweet, flavorful and chewy morsels of meat that resembles something you might cook at home if you were that awesome (trust me, i'm not). The waffle fries have a visible potato lineage, but aren't the sort of thing where they're flavorless and ostentatiously healthy; they're junkfood through and through, just a higher class of it. The breakfast sandwiches are arguably even better, with the yummy breaded chicken on a good biscuit. And all of that comes with a tall cup of perfect Coke in a reassuringly solid foam cup. And fast, too, even in a mall food court thousands of miles from the sweaty, fetid south. Naturally, having discovered these culinary wonders, we moved to Boston months later. But now, it's still reason alone to go to Burlington (just don't make yourself sad by trying it on a sunday).

Northerners need to realize that there are not many Chik-fil-A's around here, so take full advantage of this! The service is outstanding when the right people are working. The food is always good, and even if it is so busy and it seems you will be in line for hours, it moves quickly! My favorite is the chicken sandwich meal. I like it plain because I love to savor the taste of the chicken without being distracted by tomatoes and lettuce and whatnot. I am moving south and I am soooo happy that I will be surrounded by Chik-fil-A constantly!!!

I am absolutely shocked at how good their service is. They are always cheery and bright, I can't thank them enough for an amazing food experience in a Mall out of all places. The cashiers are extremely attentive and the manager is the real deal. She really ensures that the experience is up to par, it still boggles my mind how kind they are. Oh ya the food is great too, everything is pretty much what you expect from a chain that is dedicated to fried chicken. The chicken is more moist and flavorful than even a nice sit in restaurant.

Chick-Fil-A is a novelty for us New Englanders. Unlike other parts of the country, locations of this fast food joint are few and far between. As I write this review, we only have two in my area: Burlington and Peabody. The rest of Massachusetts must dwell in a state of constant denial -- but this is nothing new, since we don't have other, excellent fast food chains like In-N-Out Burger or Fatburger. I particularly like this location because the food is always fresh and they're extremely kid-friendly. While I don't have kids, I'm often in the Burlington Mall food court with my friends and their 3 girls. The staff usually comes over, asks if their toddler would like some complimentary ice cream, and provides her with crayons and a coloring placemat. They also clean up after you, which is a nice courtesy that you don't expect in food courts. Caution: Every Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sunday as they are run by religious folks who take the Day of the Lord very seriously.

I'm reviewing them as a catering option, and for that they're a very strong choice. Usually we're ordering for 40-80 people, and we get very busy during certain times of the year so we try out lots of different catering options. This initially was not a common option, because they have a relatively limited menu. However, we've found it to be one of our more popular choices - usually there is some salad or fruit salad in the mix for those who don't each chicken, but almost everyone does eat the chicken, and people love that it's [a little] healthier, tasty, and very different. In the last week we've actually ordered from them twice, because they go over so well. My advise, include sandwiches for more options (more spicy than regular, because the spicy offers more of an alternative to the nuggets). Also, order more nuggets than you might think - we've had people come back for seconds, and didn't have enough. The sauce selection is nice. Service varies a little - we sometimes get a guy who is extremely knowledgeable, who includes nutrition information pamphlets, a plastic table cloth, and lots of mini stuffed cows (holding the "eat more chicken" signs), all of which come together as a very nice package that people remember. Other times it's just somebody bringing the food, which also works, but doesn't leave quite the same impression. If you're only getting catering for one event, this probably doesn't make sense, but if you do lots of catering, this should be part of your rotation.

It's the only Chick-Fil-A in the area, so you're bound to be excited eating here. They do make a mean, but very greasy, chicken sandwich. I actually really love their lemonade. It's all delicious and pulpy just like fresh squeezed lemonade should be. I also give them props for closing on Sundays. I'm not religious, but you've gotta have respect for a chain restaurant that still closes on one of the busier days of the week.

I'm not normally one to review fast food places but becuase there is about two of these places in Massachusetts and one in New Hampshire, For this one I'll jsut shrug and say "eh, what the hell why not." Anyway, this is certainly the most reviewed fast food place I have ever seen. As mentioned before there are two here in Massachusetts, the other being in Peabody. Anyway, I was at the Burlington Mall the other day and decided to pass on the Rainforest Cafe or the Cheesecake Factory (both of which were packed) so going to the foodcourt I decided on Chick-fil-a The line was long but it wasn't too bad. Obviously as any fool can tell from the name there main product is....chicken. However if you do not like Chicken I think they had hamburgers and a few other stuff (quick p.s. to anybody who goes here and does NOT get chicken, there are other places here to get stuff, you know, so don't go complaining that all they have is chicken!). For lack of a complete name of the item I got (I'll call it the "classic", I got the number 1) which was the original chicken sandwhich, fries and a drink. I must say that I really did enjoy the sandwhich itself, and I was glad that it came with only the chicken, bun, and pickles. All in all, it was pretty good and I would be happy to eat here again. Real quickly, I have to add the most surpirsing part, and I was absolutly shocked, can you guess what the server behind the counter actually asked me? "How was your day?" Now, I don't want to keep this review going for much longer, but that my friend, was the ONLY TIME in my life was ever asked that in a fast food establishment. 'nuff said. S.O. P.S. they have waffle fries but they are not that salty.

This is THE BEST fast food place. The chick-fil-a sandwich is the best friend chicken sandwich you will ever eat! and the fries are AMAZING. I'm not sure if they have breakfast at this location since it is in the Burlington mall, but their chicken biscuit is FANTASTIC if you get the chance to try it! I just moved to MA from Florida and I am SOOO thankful that there is a chick-fil-a close to my new house.

Eating at Chick-Fil-A makes me happy. It's not fancy food, but it just makes me happy because I've loved them since I was a little kid. I usually order their Classic chicken sandwich, but I make it Deluxe (ooh, add lettuce and tomato, fancy). That is one delicious piece of fried chicken. The meat is juicy, you get A LOT of chicken, and the breading is delectably spiced for just the right flavor. And they don't over-do it with the breading. And can you say waffle fries??? I love their waffle fries. I remember when I was a kid, I would look forward to eating at Chick-Fil-A for their waffle fries. They're so much fun! How do they make them??? I know now, but they're still just as awesome. And they have 6 dipping sauces to choose from! My favorite is the Polynesian (like sweet and sour) and then the honey mustard. Pour some on your sandwich, dip your fries in them, no need for ketchup! And I love ketchup. The service was outstanding too! My server(?) was super friendly and tried to chat me up. I know some people might not like that, but I think it's a nice touch that differentiates them from everyone else. At most food court places, when you ask for tap water, they give it to you in the smallest cup they can find. Not here. I received my water in a large cup! And they top it all off with a free mint. Nice! Overall, a very satisfying experience. Score this one under fast-food chains worth visiting.

I really want to throw up 5 stars but just can't due to the fast food service. They literally gave my order away because I went to pee then had to wait for them to remake it and of course who are their employees? A bunch of highschoolers and the manager is someone who belongs at gamestop rather than chik fil a. Anyways they remade it and apologized but only after having 4 employees tell lies and different stories about what happened, I mean like really? I couldve taken it further and really stuck it to them by talking to a senior manager but it's like expecting greatness out of McDonalds, not really going to happen. All in all still the best chicken sandwhich around, and the waffle fries are great too, try the spicy ones for a nice kick of flavor.

"Let's talk about Chick-Fil-A, man! (chick-fil-a, man)" Yes, let's Joel. Simple, no frills chicken - boneless, breaded (or non, if you must - but why would you), in sandwich form, or strip form, or nugget form. No matter the form, all perfect. This isn't your run of (or through) the mill fast food chicken - decidedly delicious and habit forming, though it's hard to pinpoint why. Maybe... freshness? It's fresh, and quality cuts. Or it must be crack... JESUS CRACK! That's what we can taste in the air, and in the chicken, just a hint. We also see the secret ingredient's effect in the Army-of-God glint in the employees eyes - they are accommodating and friendly to a fault, but not creepily so. But they want something - they want to convert you, but subtly, through the food. Subversion and conversion, to the Church of Chick-Fil-A. If this is manna, then dunk me now. But the food, concentrate on the food, stop with the food. Forget the Evangelistic underpinnings, and try to forgive them for keeping the Sabbath. But if you don't believe me, ask the cows - they won't steer (ha!) you wrong. "EAT MOR CHIKIN!"

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. It's the only fast food I'll eat. Aside from the staff being over the top friendly, the food is to die for. We live in Brighton and do the long trek out to Burlington more often than I would like to admit. My go to are the nuggets and fries but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The only downside being it's not open on Sunday but the amazing food makes up for it.

May I just say. . .Eureka! In addition, A-ha! In the South, they serve Chick-Fil-A in college cafeterias. It actually is that important. One can imagine my disappointment in finding things much, much different in Massachusetts. Chicken. . .good. Waffle fries. . .good. Dr. Pepper from a fountain. . .good. Driving time shorter than 6 hours. I think you know where I'm going with this. Closed on Sundays, 'cause they gots scruples. Don't worry; nothing Huckabee-an about it. You will probably find me there every other day of the week. I'll be the one with the chicken sandwich (no pickles) and the goofy smile.

Love, love, love Chick-Fil-A. Growing up in the South, you find one of these every mile, and it was always the place to go when McDonald's or Burger King didn't cut it, which was often. When I came up to Boston for school and found out that there was a Chick-Fil-A in the general vicinity, I was so happy. Then I mapquest'd it and realized it was not even close to where I was staying, which put me into a deep depression. You will understand once you've had a taste. There aren't many things I have a craving for, but Chick-Fil-A is definitely up there on the list. Well, I ended up getting here eventually through public transportation and it was just absolute heaven. Thank God it's just as good here as in the South, and dare I say maybe even better. I had the Chicken Sandwich and it was just juicy and fried and delicious. I know there are other things on the menu, but this is what you eat when you haven't been to Chick-Fil-A in a while. Couple that with waffle fries and wash it down with sweet tea and you've made this southern boy very, very happy. Other reasons to love Chick-Fil-A: 1) Food - Much better than other fast food places. While it's not particularly healthy, the food is of much higher quality, so you don't feel as guilty. I like everything on the menu, even the salads (which I normally dislike). The new additions of milkshakes and parfaits are great. 2) Service - I didn't know what to expect since I've had my fair share of bad customer service up in the North, and this is just a fast food place, but I was surprised to see that they had instilled some good ole' southern hospitality in the workers. The workers were very friendly and polite. Some guy even offered to refill my cup while I was eating... awesome! 3) Community involvement - I don't know about their community relations here, but I know they've always given back to the local community and schools. In Georgia, basically each town has its local Chick-Fil-A, and they always partner with schools to award student achievement (free coupons!). I know they have their own scholarship program as well. The only negative I had was that prices were more expensive than down south -- paid almost $7 for the meal instead of $5 to 6. But I am willing to put up with that as long as I can get my hands on that damn good sandwich. Writing this is making my mouth water. I'll definitely be back again as soon as I get a craving. For those who haven't had the chance to experience the magic, I encourage you to drop everything you're doing and go ASAP (unless it's Sunday). Eat more chikin!

I didn't think I'd ever review a meal at the food court but y'know what? I just had a damn good chicken sandwich, and fresh lemonade. Damn good. Succumbing to my hunger while shopping at the Burlington Mall, I wandered into the food court whereupon I was handed a crispy hot tasty juicy piece of white meat chicken on a toothpick at the Chick-Fil-A. I noticed that all the food vendors were offering samples, so I ambled once 'round the court, taking in some very mediocre General Gau's glop at the Asian joint, a bit of a soggy crepe with tunafish at the crepe joint, and a piece of a cold cheesesteak at the toasted sub place. After briefly thinking "Hey! Once or twice more more around the circle and dinner will be "welfare dim sum," I remembered that unlike the blech I'd just eaten, that first piece of chicken was actually GOOD. I headed back to Chick-Fil-A and ordered the #1 Deluxe: a fantastically fresh hot tasty fried chicken breast with lettuce and tomato on a fresh bun, some hardly worth mentioning waffle fries, and a 12 ounce glass of fresh lemonade. $6.85 and tax. And, the kid at the counter was polite, cheerful, and actually sounded enthusiastic and sincere when he thanked me for coming. Who'da thunk it? All in all a good deal and a surprisingly delightful taste treat in a surprising location. Heck. I'll take it where I can get it.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. The food is cheap, yet extremely tastey. It even seems like theres some actually quality chicken in their food. The staff is always extremely friendly (how often do you get that at a fast food restaurant?!) and the mint at the end is just a note of the extra step they take to go above and beyond. Chick-Fil-A is fantastic! A++++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I love how this restaurant has such a high rating. New Englanders who've never tried it, you should learn something from these reviews. And Boston Business Real-Estate Entrepreneur people, you need to learn something from this too, like uhh, build one in BOSTON. You can't get any better than this. You can't. It puts all other nuggets and chicken sandwiches to shame. And what's more exciting than eating the Nuggets From Heaven and Waffle Fries of Absolute Joy as the Chick Fil A cow comes along and waves. Nothing. I'm from the South and miss having a CFA so close. Going to Burlington is worth the Pilgrimage (for those who don't know how to get there from Boston, it's EASY. Take the 350 from Alewife. It takes you right to the mall). If you've never gone, you need to try it. It will change your life. If it doesn't, it's not my fault your taste buds are deficient. Actually, if you don't like it, I'd blame it on all the Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts coffee you've been consuming (it probably burned your tastebuds off). I think you'll like it though. Every time I go, the CFA is the MOST crowded of all the food court restaurants. I wish CFA would be open on Sundays, but whatever. At least they have a guaranteed day off per week! And to newbies of CFA- it's not the mall that keeps it closed on Sundays. it's a company policy.

I am not going to comment on the food. It's just your regular heavily-salted MSG-ed battery chicken fed with proteins supplements made from meat scrap. Cannibal chicken so to speak. I am just going to say that Chick-Fil-A is a far right baptist Christian company who support anti-gay organizations among other hate groups. You might as well get your chicken at ChiKKK-Fil-A.

Boston fast food sucks. There's no In-N-Out. There's no Fat Burger. There's nothing close. People go to gastropubs for burgers. I don't understand these people. I don't want to. It's depressing. But there's one shining beacon of hope out there in Burlington. Yes, their politics suck. Yes, it's in the middle of a mall food court. Yes, it's a bunch of high school kids working there (it's fast food, what do you want?). But Chick-Fil-A is delicious. Fatty, greasy, horrible for your arteries delicious. I eat here more than I should, but not as much as I want. And it's just tasty. Buttered, soft roll wrapped around a moist piece of seasoned fried chicken breast and drenched in Chick-Fil-A sauce good.

This is such a southern treat in Yankee country. From the sandwich to the ice dream every thing is just amazing. Chick-Fil-A is just a great place to get wonderful fast food like the classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I find that if I am anywhere in the area I must stop by and sip on the freshly squeezed lemonade. Also, they have the best customer service in the world. Truly a great american experience

As one of the very few Chick-Fil-A locations in Boston, this place can't really go wrong. Generally hits all the right notes and provides food of the quality you would expect from the chain, despite the large crowds that can build on Saturdays for lunch. Only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is the fact that they keep the sauces behind the counter, rather than allowing customers to grab the sauces themselves -- which can be time consuming when faced with the aforementioned long lines. That may be a necessity given the location in a food court, but is annoying nonetheless.

They got me. Whenever I'm in the mall, and I'm hungry, and I let myself enjoy some fast food, I go here. I simply adore their stupid little original chicken sandwich with the two pickles on it. I love those darn waffle-cut french fries. It has been years since I have even thought about going to another vendor at this food court. I love that stupid sandwich that much. Is anything else on the menu any good? Ever since they showed up I only get their original chicken sandwich.

Yes I am giving a fast food place 4 stars and they deserve all of them! I used to hit up Chick-fil-a when I used to travel to the south for work, but had never actually been to one up here before. Now I remember why I would make sure I stopped at one when I was in the south. They claim to have invented the chicken sandwich which I don't know how true that is, but they certainly make an awesome one. You also have to get the waffle fries which are without a doubt the best fries at any fast food place I've ever had. The lemonade is also top notch for the crazy cheap price they charge. So if your going to hit up fast food and Chick-fil-a is an option do yourself a favor by going to Chick-fil-a!

I couldn't tell you what else is in the food court because I only go to Chick-Fil-A. And most of the time I end up in the Burlington mall to specifically go to the Chick-Fil-A. I usually get the 8-piece nuggets and I always open the little box and think I should've gotten the 12-piece, but after about 6 of them I always wonder how I'm going to finish the last 2. I think it's because they are actual chunks of chicken and not chicken that has been ripped apart and pieced back together. Very hearty and filling. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the cole slaw! It's the kind of slaw where the cabbage and carrots are shredded into little bits and covered with the most wonderful dressing. Definitely the best fast food slaw out there. And if you get a meal you can substitute the fries for the slaw or a carrot/raisin salad for free. For an extra 85 cents you can also substitute any of their other sides. I must admit, the waffle fries are pretty awesome and hard to pass up so I get a side of cole slaw to take home. It doesn't always make it home. :) Two other notes: 1) all of their menu items (except their breakfast biscuit) are completely trans-fat free and 2) as I was eating my delicious nuggets in the food court a Chick-Fil-A employee came around asking if I needed a soda refill or extra ketchup, napkins, etc. Now THAT is service rarely seen in some fast food restaurants, let alone a food court.

yes i am a fan 4 stars easy. too bad this isnt a five star lock, alas, sundays are no go for little ol chick fil-a, i dont know what to say, dont want to offend, but lets face it, in a mall food court, you are committing fiscal suicide by not being open to the consuming public, hell, if i was able to go, id give you guys 5.55 for the nugget combo easy. so positives: chicken nuggets are sweet, puts mcnuggs and chicken fries to shame. delic! Polynesian sauce is just sweet and sour and other places, but it sounds better. waffle fries...get your own ok? con: god fearing southerns preventing me from eating on sundays leaving me only with poor second choices. you know though burlington mall, i wont even go to you anymore on sundays b/c of no c-f-a. bock!

Chick-fil-a Sauce, yes please. I was raised in the South, so when I went to Boston for college -- it was a dramatic change. Where could I find a place that served fried chicken, waffle fries, and sweet tea? Low and behold -- after commuting on the T and the bus, I found myself at the Burlington Mall, on the quest for my beloved Southern staple. It was definitely worth the trip (especially after you take home a couple of boxes of the nuggets and a gallon of sweet tea). Since I grew up on it, I love it -- and if you haven't had it, try it. Not greasy at all, waffle fries are perfectly cooked, and the sweet tea is great with lemon. Now the milkshakes however are pretty rich and thick (cookies & cream), so I definitely recommend saving one of those as a meal as itself.

I don't eat chicken anymore and I'm not the biggest fan of Burlington Mall, but whenever I need to make someone feel better I surprise them with Chick-fil-A. However, once upon a time when I did eat chicken I remember CFA (Chick-fil-A) being absolutely delicious. The chicken is white meat and juicy, the buns, tasty and buttery and please don't get me started on those waffle fries and the abundance of sauces. The Polynesian sauce is the best! A mix of sweet/slightly tangy. I remember while living in Atlanta, my co-workers and I would get breakfast here every morning Mon-Fri. It was the best part of working in the mall. That's the thing about the south. The CFA mall locations serve breakfast but they don't in MA, only if it's an independent CFA location (like the one in Westborough). I don't miss eating meat, but sometimes I do miss that Chick-fil-A...

Juicy Crispy Spicy Chicken. Enough said! There are very few places that make good chicken sandwiches, and Chick-fil-A is one of them. The sandwiches have real chicken breast fried to a nice crisp with fresh vegetables, and even pickles. Don't forget to get extra Chick-fil-A sauce; it's sooo good.

  • Young P.

I don't have as much hatred towards Chick-fil-A as I have towards Shake Shack. I think the reason is because Chick-fil-A makes it up by their amazing customer service. Plus, their chicken isn't really that bad. It was actually really juicy and filling. I also love how they don't advertise in an annoying way. They don't claim to have the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH, but rather as the home of ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH, which I am totally fine with. If you have never tried Chick-fill-A, then I recommend you do so purely just so that you can tell people you tried it. Once you eat it though, I don't think you will be blown away or anything like that. It really doesn't taste that amazing haha. I do love their waffle fries though. They are fried to perfection and accompanies chicken sandwich really well.

Food: 3.5 Stars This was the first time I've had Chick-Fil-A, even though I probably could have had other opportunities to do so earlier. To be honest, I wasn't very impressed; the chicken was decent but it wasn't anything super special. The rest of the sandwich was pretty average as well, the buns are what you would get at a McD or BK and other fillings aren't that special. Great place to get a chicken sandwich, but doesn't live up to all the hype in my opinion. Also sadly, this is the only location that is anywhere near where I live.

  • Pam C.

Haven't had Chick-Fil-A since elementary school, so we hopped on a car and made the trek here. It's located inside the food court as a fairly small booth - it's not much to look at and there isn't a lot of counter space. What really stands out about the location is the service - everyone is very cheery, and orders come out lightening fast, everyone seems to genuinely not-hate what they're doing, which is pretty rare in fast food. As far as we could tell, they'll give you as many sauce packets as you ask for. Waffle fries really steal the show, but sadly the greasy sandwiches are not as delicious as I remember from my childhood. It's just fast food, but four stars for great service!

  • Mr S.

Unfortunately my experience has been a complete opposite of other people. The waffle fries were soggy and cold, the old lady at the register was cold just like waffle fries. I read somewhere that there coffee is suppose to be the best but nah that was a let down too, I will still stick to dunkin. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the manager was really nice and he brewed fresh coffee for us, otherwise it would have been zero star.

  • Amy A.

Horrible experience. They have a gluten free menu..I got the grilled nuggets and waffle fries which they assured me was gluten free and within ten minutes of eating it I was instantly sick.. I have never been so sick of my nine years being gluten free I have never had such a horrible mishap eating out. They clearly have no idea how to prepare a safe gluten free meal and if they had any idea how it personally affects people then they would be kind enough to stop trying to be trendy and scrap the gf menu. If you can't do it right DONT DO IT!!

A superior form of fast food! The Chick-Fil-A in the Burlington Mall is the closest one you'll find in the Boston area. It's located in the food court and offers at least a healthier form of fast food than many of the other offerings. I have eaten at other Chick-Fil-A's across the country and this one is totally comparable. My go to meal is the original chicken sandwich with waffle fries and sweet tea. The chicken sandwich is breaded lightly and fried lightly in peanut oil (a healthier oil alternative). Served with pickles on a soft bun, the sandwich really requires no sauce or toppings. The pickles and the nutty flavor of the fried chicken is all you need. The waffle fries are big crunchy and delicious. The sweet tea is exactly the way it should be... super sweet. Chick-Fil-A is an institution and it's great to have one in the Boston area. The only thing better would be if they would open up a few more!

My favorite place to eat in all of Burlington! The Spicy Delux + Waffle Fries + Sweet Tea = Meal I dream of every weekend. If I had a Chick-fil-A within 10-15 minute distance, I'd eat there 5 times a week! I never had any bad experiences after countless visits there, and the staff is always nice. The food is consistent, and always heavenly :)

As a southern transplant in Boston, I have truly missed Chick-fil-A. That is until I discovered that there was one in the food court at the Burlington Mall. It obviously doesn't have the same feel as a stand alone store, but the food was still good. The line was long, as expected, but moved quickly. The classic chicken sandwich was delicious (a must, for first time goers, or the chicken nuggets). Also, try all of the different sauces! My favorite is the Chick-fil-A sauce. Oh, and the milkshakes are the bomb too.

  • C. W.

Yes, their politics suck. But I'd gladly sell my soul to Pat Robertson for a deluxe chicken. Honestly the best fast food 'sandwich' I've ever had. Also, their staff is amazingly polite, well groomed and dressed, especially considering the field they work in.

  • Christine J.

yummy spicy chicken sandwich. that's the only thing I get there. but they forgot my sandwich one time and I was so disappointed when I got home. Called left a msg, they called back promptly and said I can get it next time, didn't compensate me anything for the inconvenience, I think businesses should when it's their fault. make you go again to get something. I always gave customers extras when I forgot to give them something when I worked at restaurants before. But very polite staff.

Why is this the only Chick-Fil-A anywhere near Boston. If you haven't tried a Chick-Fil-A before, go here right now. If you have, you know what to expect. Amazing fried chicken sandwiches and other delicious chicken things. Pro tip: make sure to get extra Chick-Fil-A sauce! Giving this branch 4 stars only because this mall location isn't quite as special as the other branches I've been to in the south, but still is worth the 45 min drive out of my way!

We visit this food stand relatively often whenever we are in the Burlington Mall on Saturdays. It's unfortunate that this place is closed on Sundays else we would be here more often. This place makes one of the better chicken sandwiches in the area and the service has always been great.

Yesssss first time to a chic-fil-a in three years! Wooo. So we made a side trip to the Burlington Mall, just to visit this Chic-fil-a. I was not disappointed. Maybe disappointed we didn't stop by again on the way home, but sadly even if we tried to it wouldn't have mattered since it was a Sunday! Really would love one in Burlington VT! Please? Pretty please? So anyways I got some nuggets (with honey mustard dipping sauce), a deluxe and a cookies n cream milkshakes. Everything was just wonderful, but unfortunately my boyfriend ordered a sandwich and the girl neglected to remove the pickles and add ketchup! It was no biggie tho, he thought it was good as it was! I can't wait to go back next month when we head back to the Boston area with our new monthly trips to the area!

There needs to be more chic fil a in massachusetts. The chicken sandwiches are very tssty, as well as the waffle fries. The service, at least at the locations in Texas and Georgia, is very prompt and proffessional. The facilitie d are also very well kept and modern.

I live in LA, so when I heard that there's a Chick-Fil-A in the mall I was at, I was excited! I love this place. The line was quite long but moved fairly quickly. Took my father-in-law and friend for their first time here and they loved it. A shout out to Chick-Fil-A employee Frank for getting me a refill from my seat in the dining area. Who knew that great service at a mall dining area existed! Overall: A

Four our of Five stars because you're only open 6 out of 7 days. You're making chicken sandwiches people, not the earth! What's the story with that!? So many sauces so little belly space! I love the classic sandwich and waffle fry lunch!

Consistently good, this place doesn't skimp on bbq sauce (ask for a lot and take it home!) The chicken is always tasty and real, and the waffle fries are yummy. I was disappointed that there was no mint with the chicken nuggets. Mmmm good :)

GREAT. Awesome food. EXCELLENT service. Seriously, friendly and FAST service! At other fast food places I've had to wait like ten minutes for my food when it's busy but with Chick Fil A I am in and out fast. The food is great always hot and taste fresh. Very reasonably priced. And healthier than most other fast food option. It depresses me that this is the only Chick Fil in the whole state because I really like the food. I was there today and there was a huge line, I expected to have to wait forever to place and order and get my food but someone took my order within 2 minutes and 2 minutes later I had my sandwich. And they don't charge extra for sauce like Mcdonalds does and always ask if you want any with whatever you order. I was sitting in the middle of the food court today and a Chick Fil A employee came up to me and asked if I'd enjoyed my food and if I'd like a refill on my drink. This was the first time I'd experienced such great customer service at a fast food place. They also have much healthier meals for kids like their new grilled chicken nuggets which with ketchup or honey mustard even the very picky two year old I babysit will eat. YAY Chick Fil A. Always an easy choice at the food court this Burlington Mall is the only place I don't have to spend 20 minutes deciding where I want to eat. Other good things are their Diet Lemonade, 15 calories and it tastes GREAT (it has Splenda in it) and the Banana Pudding milkshake they have as a special in the spring. It's the most amazing milk shake I've ever had. Their Spicy Chicken Sandwich is also FAR better then the one at Wendy's and has much meatier ALL WHITE MEAT chicken! Or it seemed to be all white meat to me.

I love Chick Fil A having eaten there frequently in Florida. When I moved to MA this year I was excited to hear that there was a location at the Burlington Mall (15 min from my house). Last Friday night (Sep 3, 2010) my boyfriend and I stopped by the food court and I went to Chick-Fil-A while he had pizza at Regina's. I have to say the chicken nuggets are really yummy and you can't beat the waffle fries. All in all the food here is really good. The only turn off I had was that the teenagers (or maybe around 18 years old) were acting very unprofessional. One guy who was in the back making the food was throwing waffle fries over the counter to the girl in the front who was serving me. He continued to throw the fries even while she was putting the food on my tray. Luckily he missed getting those nasty/dirty fries on my food but I was not impressed. Regardless of who is running the show these employees should be acting professional. Not impressed by the service but the food is great!!

The only Chick-Fil-A in New England. At first I was impressed with my chicken strips because they weren't as heavily breaded or greasy as KFC or Popeye's but once I got past that I felt that the chicken was a little rubbery and bland. One thing I really likes about Chick-Fil-A was that the chicken nuggets are not at all what you would get at McDonalds or your grocer's freezer section. The nuggets here are actually a chicken strip cut into about 3 or 4 pieces - real white meat. Chick-Fil-A is good, but if I'm going to have something bad for me, like fried chicken, I'm going all out with the super greasy KFC.

Being from South Carolina, Chick-Fil-A's were a frequent stop for me. Moving up here, I was very sad to find out there weren't too many around. To my surprise, the Burlington Mall saved the day! It is a wonderful treat to be able to experience a little piece of the South. My suggestion... #1 - the original chicken sandwich (san pickles) with waffle fries and a sweet tea... if you don't know what sweet tea is, it's sugar water. The last time I ate there, the general manager was walking around the sitting area offering to clean plates away, refilling drinks and just providing a wonderful atmosphere. The customer service was awesome, and customer service goes a very long way in my book. EAT MOOR CHIKIN! chick-fil-a.com

My favorite fast food place to go for lunch. Their new spicy chicken sandwich is the amazing. I love their support of the military also, this location gives a 50% discount to military members when you show your ID. I will be eating here for years to come!

I'm going bold with five stars. I love Chick-fil-a. It tastes fresh, comes in a heat-retaining bag, the lemonade is awesome (go for the diet - it's made with Splenda) and how can you go wrong with waffle fries? The closed on Sundays policy does stink, but you do have to give them some credit for having the culture to give all employees a day off.

    (5)
  • Jesse N.

Okay, seriously? All of the people whining about it being closed on Sunday (and for blaming the mall) need to chill out. The entire chain, everywhere... all of them are closed on every Sunday of the year. This ensures that nobody is ever forced to work 7 days in a row, and despite the fact that it IS sad when you crave it on a Sunday and can't have it, it is ONE DAY. There are plenty of places that close 1-2 days per week. Now, I had never heard of Chick-Fil-A until fairly recently. Now, the bf and I go about once a month or so. We got the calendar at teh end of 2008 because it is full of coupons. When we went in to use the May coupon, the manager informed us "You know these don't expire, right? you can use them whenever you want" which was great news, since we had missed using the one we THOUGHT was just for April, but turns out we can use it any time- yay, free stuff! I love the sweet tea and once in a while, I get a milk shake... I tried a strawberry one a while ago and had CHUNKS of strawberry coming through my straw... soooo yummy! In June, they have a peach shake, and have just introduced a new smaller size. The staff has always been polite and attentive, but over the past few months, it has been jaw-droppingly amazing. Like seriously. I don't use my Twitter account and I have Twittered about this place because I have just been so amazed. We pretty much got table service a couple of times. I am at a loss. I never thought I would ever Yelp-review a fast food" place, yet here I am.

Chick-fil-A is one of my all time favorite places to eat! I have to drive 30 minutes to get to one, and its worth it! This one does not serve breakfast, though, which is a bummer, as the chicken biscuit and chicken minis are awesome!

I never review fast food places and for going reason, it's always the same experience. This experience at Chick-Fil-A though was anything but typical! I love Chick-Fil-A, as someone who used to spend time in the south, it's the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had north of the Mason-Dixon. Came with a friend today for lunch and after deciding what we wanted, we ordered from the very perky cashier. Our food was up before we even had a chance to try to scout a table. We sat down, not too far from the counter and were shortly afte greeted by a nice young woman named Rachel wearing a Chick-Fil-A jersey. She asked how everything was and if we needed anything. We had just started eating and were set with condiments and napkins so we said thanks, but we were all set. She then told us to let her know if we need any refills. Wait... what!!?? Chick-Fil-A has free refills. She walked away and my friend and I say aghast for a few minutes remarking on how we never knew they did that before. We continued eating and watched Rachel make her way to a few other tables in the area and have the same conversation. All with a smile and a really genuine attitude. She came back as we were close to wrapping up our meal and offered again for refills, we took her up on it and when she came back, I asked if this was new, she said no, they always have free refills. In addition, they also sell their sweet tea in gallons for you to take home (cue me doing a little happy dance). Turns out she was the wife of the new franchise manager and used to work at the corporate office in GA. She told us to spread the word about Chick-Fil-A and come back. Honestly, i know it seems a little silly, but it was such a positive experience in what is normally a run-of-the-mill fast food experience. Good job Rachel and I will definitely be back!

So unlike Krispy Kreme, this is a southern import that translates well to the northeast. Today I strayed from my usual of the traditional chicken sandwich and waffle fries and went with the spicy chicken wrap and carrot and raisin salad. DELICIOUS! But I still love the usual. I also like the chicken nuggets and the iced tea. I only wish we had a stand alone location in the area. Being open on Sunday and not being a front for the Christian agenda would also be helpful. I mean, they employ nearly exclusively twinky high schoolers, so I don't understand really...

Went back for lunch yesterday and I have to say that their waffle fries were much improved. Nice and crispy this time. I also mixed it up and went with the Chick-Fil-A sauce on my sandwich. Still gotta try the hand-spun milkshake!

In my opinion, this location is not as good as the one at the Northshore Mall. I might be biased, because I frequent that one more often, or it might be because of the screaming children allowed to roam free in the Burlington Mall food court. Seriously, there needs to be a leash law for those under 5. Either way, this is an ok location, I won't knock it, it's just not the best. That said, yummy chicken and fries, served hot and fresh. I'm so addicted!

*Note: '5 Stars' in a fast food category* I work in the mall and I have to say that having Chick-Fil-A in the food court is great! The food is normally hot and fresh, the staff is nice, and management is very friendly. Their chicken sandwich is very flavorful and definitely seems like your eating actual chicken (unlike some other fast food chains). This also goes for their grilled chicken sandwich and other items. Being closed on Sunday is a bummer however I respect that a business would stand by their morals instead of letting greed get to them. Also the locations have to give away a certain amount of food a month (as a rule started by the founder) they are always giving out free samples, free survey cards good for a sandwich, and then simply free cards which are good for a whole free meal (drinks, fries, sandwich), a sandwich, or shake. Working in a mall you get sick of the same choices in the food court so it's nice to always have a fall back on something like chick-fil-a. (Also got food from there today and I had the food in my hands before my change got to my hands - and it was hot and fresh, can't beat that when you have only a 30 min break!)

I've just got to give a shout out to this particular CFA because they know how to get it done. Every time I've in the Boston area I swing by knowing I'll get a great experience. They make it hot and fast and they send you on your way in a flash. I swear the Burlington mall location has a unique type of grease that is more buttery and delicious than any found elsewhere. It will cleanse your colon and your soul.

A hunk of breaded chicken, 3 pickles, toasted buttery bread and that's all this sandwich needs. I am not going to lie to you, I am a sauce person: bbq, ketchup, mustard, or other usually ends up on my chicken sandwich. Chick Fil-A needs none of that. Just eat it straight up, it will change your life. I know it did mine I had it once in Virginia (which was better than MA's interpretation) and I have been thinking about it since. I had to figure out where I could get it again. And I still can't understand how the waffle fries look like they are healthy, but they taste so good.

You know... so what if the guy who started Chick-Fil-A supposedly has a pool shaped like a chicken breast? He deserves to be a little eccentric! Friends had been suggesting this place to us for a while, so when we headed to the Burlington Mall one rainy afternoon we just had to stop in! The manager was actually the one who helped us, and as we were trying to figure out what to get he was extremely friendly and making suggestions. I forgot to try their infamous Lemonade, but the chicken sandwiches we got... One word: Amazing! Such a break from other fast food places and their greasy chicken. Plus, you can tell it was a "real" chicken breast as opposed to rib meat or manufactured patties you get elsewhere. Mine even happened to be heart-shaped, creating the necessity for a cellphone pic! I love Waffle Fries and they surely know how to do those right, as well! They also have the Chick-Fil-A story on their bags, which I hadn't known before and was amazed to see they were the ones who started the chicken sandwich at fast food places. After eating here, I have not been able to eat any other chain's chicken sandwiches - they just aren't the same! It is strange to see a place -- especially in a mall -- close on Sundays, but the founder really sticks to his principles. I highly recommend that everyone try this place at least once (well, everyone that eats chicken). It is amazing!
