Great spot for a few apps, drinks and games galore on their 15+ flat screens (mainly for the husband)....

We recently stopped in Buffalo Wild Wings in Brockton, MA. We had an awful experience compared to other B.W.W franchises we have visited. The service was horrendous. We sat at the bar for lunch, and it took 30-40 minutes for our food to come out. The bartender only once came back to us and ask us if we wanted another drink. The bartender spent most of the time talking to the waitstaff (vulgar language at that), and not checking in on us or clearing any of our drinks, plates. Finally the food came. One of the two orders was incorrect. We waited another 10 minutes and the correct order came out, however the tenders were undercooked. Overall, a horrible experience. We will not return.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, never been in one before. Picture a warehouse divided in half by a knee wall and lined with big screen tv's. That's it. If you're here to watch your team it's fantastic. On a Sunday afternoon in may not so much. Several tv's were on a loop of about 5 minutes. Others had obscure baseball (farm teams). Service...sucked. Just was off, with a very long wait for someone to figure out we wanted the check .we had to flag down a server...any server, and there were plenty of them and it was slow. Food: expensive over breaded chicken chunks (not tenders) coated in a good sauce, dried out carrot sticks and watery soda. Vede vecci vamanos. We came we saw we won't be back.

Not impressed at all. I was iffy on even trying this place because i am getting more an more sick of chain restaurants. I should of left. Inside is very open tons of tvs decent size bar yet it has a boring blank feel. I cant explain it. Menu is small. Basically just a very limited pub menu. Prices were expensive IMO. Came out to $65 for 20 wings an 2 burgers. Wings were ok. A tad crispy..a bit too large. I prefer smaller sized wings. Sauce was spicy and evenly coated. Basically just another average wing. Only good thing was the sauce options. I gave 2 stars because of the vairety of flavors on wings. The burgers werent fresh. No flavor. Dry. Onion rings were frozen and plain. Overall just a bland frozen food joint. Nothing to brag about. Id say save your money an go elsewhere!

This review is for a TO GO order. Ordered my food online 2 hours early and yet, when I get to the location they just got my order in... maybe calling in is better? The wait wasn't that bad. Staff is very nice. I think the nicest I've ever encountered in all other buffalo wild wings I have been to in other states. I was very surprised. When I got home to eat my chicken, I was very happy with the chicken portion. The chicken was freshly cooked and they were good sizes. Not small sizes that looked like your finger lol! Great first experience here. Hopefully it will be consistent in my future orders.

I should have read the reviews before I went, but thought I would give it a try since I have been patiently waiting to go there. We walked in the door to see a deep thinking host as he said it, he wanted to sit us in the bar and then the big arena of tables in the middle of this giant room, then the booths to finally outside. We waited for service so long I was to the point of leaving and the someone came Wow. The waitress was very pleasant and welcome us there for the first time, we ask about the menu and she took our drinks with a question we ask about one of the menu items. We waited and waited, she never came back and I got up to see what was keeping her. She was taking another order of a new guest, and I sat down and got my things to leave only to see her walking around to her other guests. Good wait to go out of business fast. If I could give No stars I would.

I used to go to the one in Saugus a lot (45 minute drive from where I am) until this one opened just two towns over from me. On a lot of occasions, the service here did not compare to the excellent service in Saugus. I wouldn't mind driving here four times a month if the other locations did not exist. The employees here do not seem to be well-trained and are not genuinely happy. The atmosphere is the same however and that is pretty much the only reason why I give this place a 2. I've definitely experience better customer service at their other locations. As for the food, the food is great. I always get the traditional mild wings regardless of the discounted boneless wings. An appetizer that is a must is their Chili Conqueso! I always ordered take-out whenever I drove by the Westgate Mall exit. Hate to say it but ordering to go is always a better experience for me. One con about calling to order is that the second they pick up your phone call is they ask you if they could "interest you in some mozzarella sticks"... If I want mozzarella sticks I'll ask for them. After this location opened, about a year or so later, the one at the South Shore Mall in Braintree opened and I started going there instead. I work at the mall so it is even more convenient.

So I used to serve at a Bdubs for 2 years in college. They're usually known for four things: 1. Big TVs 2. Unique delicious sauces 3. Ok food. 4. Terrible service. BUT! I sat in the high tops and Kayla was my server tonight. I have eaten at so many different Bdubs and this was by far the best service I've ever received. Very attentive. The food even came out hot enough that I had to wait for it to cool down. My drink stayed full and I had one issue with my food and she got it fixed ASAP. Overall, the food was what it always is and their sauces were the best part. Here's a quick tip. When you go to a Bdubs ask to sit in the high tops. It's normally where they put their best servers from my experience. If you're at this one, ask for Kayla. Normally a Bdubs would get a 2-3 star rating but the service here really bumped it up.

Everytime I come here there is too many servers on and still get shit service. I hate How I'm treated. When I'm at the bar I get the same shitty bartender and after making eye contact 5 times maybe it means I want your Attention. Obnoxious. You want a small tip. Your getting it. Annoying. I want to order food. I try to get your attention. You see my drinks empty and have no food. How are you a good bartender. You Te supposed to be on top of your. Guests. I'm young. But don't ignore me. I worked in a restraunt for years. I know how it works. When I do t get what I want you don't get tips or anything you want. I hate Coming here for this reason alone. Horrible service. When I worked it was on top of everything always check in get more sales. Not ignore People.

Went here for dinner. The food was fairly decent, and they have good fries. I liked their many sauces. The Thai Curry was a bit more acidic than I had expected but flavorful. The Spicy Garlic was good and went well with my grilled chicken wrap. The chicken was a little dry but not too bad. I really appreciated the broad range of local beers. I always like it when a large franchise supports local businesses.

I was hesitant to check it out, because I am not a huge chain guy. This place was awesome. It was actually just what I expected of a restaurant with its name. Great wings, beer on tap, and a ton of televisions. I really like how you can mix and match the 16 sauces. The server was excellent. Since we were first time guests, she sat with us and explained the menu. I will definitely be back here during a game sometime. Cons: They should have wet naps on the table.

This is the go-to place to watch a game or a boxing match (ie. The Pats game or Floyd Mayweather beating someone yet again). The food is ok for what it is. The menu is full of wings of course, they allow you to get samples, and you can sample some of the beer as well. The service is really slow to get the food and drinks. The staff aren't attentive especially when it get busy and they are really young people who work here so they really don't understand how to deliver good customer service. The reason I go here is that it is great for groups of friends to watch a game or a fight because the t.v.s are everywhere and really nice.

I've tried them once before in CT and it was awful..so we decided to try this one since people we know said they liked it. It was pretty dead for a Monday night so we sat at a high top in the bar area. A guy came and introduced the menu, how to try sauces, drinks etc he was great! But then we got our waitress. Drink order was taken and we put in an appetizer with some sauces to try. We waited 15 mins for two drinks that tasted gross. And to my delight they seated a larger party of teens right next to us in this empty bar. Half hour goes by and we put in for food. Our appetizer came out luke warm after another 15 minutes. In the meantime, our waitress asked us for our opinion on whether or not she should Facebook friend a hot customer from last night since she got his name off his credit card information. Ok, a little TMI and creepy. We had to flag down the missing waitress to even get a second drink even though the larger party next to us had plenty of attention and refills. So by an hour and fifteen minutes later we get our meals and my friend's fries were supposed to have bacon and cheese. They didn't so we waited another 10 minutes before we caught sight of her. she went back and brought out two sauce cups with the missing ingredients and asked if he'd like for her to put that on his food for him too. Seriously? A little rude. So we eat quick and get the check before she disappears and turns out she charged us for the missing ingredients. Whatever, so we paid and it's safe to say this is the last time we'll be eating here again after two hours of bad food and even worse service.

So, after leaving hell AKA. IKEAs parking lot, were in desperate need of a delicious meal and some relaxation. We ended up taking a wrong turn and somehow ended up seeing the sign. I was excited from the moment I walked in, football on huge TVs everywhere, the smell of wings calling my name, and FRIED pickles ....fried picklesss!!! Omgeee The man and I ended up sampling a few of each flavor, I have never had such a great wings before! Best ever! The pickles were good, and the best part was when the little one finished eating there were plenty of games to keep her busy while we ate. I left fat, stuffed and happy. Will be back soon!

This place went down hill from what it was when it first opened two years ago. We loved to come and watch the UFC fights every Saturday night. Management now is poor. Service is terrible, and the staff just don't care anymore. We ordered bone in wings, and got boneless. The small order should come with five wings, and we got four. Even after telling that our order was mistaken, the waitress didn't bother to bring the right food. I had to pay to get what I originally ordered. It takes 15 minutes to get a Jack & Coke, despite the bar being half full and the bartender had nothing else to do besides wipe the counter. This is the last time we come here.

Had to wait 10 mins for 2 drafts beers , after ordering food , a second server brings food no silverware, waitress just bussing tables , flagged her down to get silverware guess that isn't standard with boneless wings these days, currently writing this hasn't checked on us once , try to flag her to get are bill, as the customers in front of are table moved to the bar Cuz she's busy cleaning , worst customer service in awhile , I think we will stick to Texas Roadhouse where the server introduces her self checks on you, during Your meal not one time an still she's just walking around on a slow Thursday's night at 8:30. Won't be returning to this location #60035

I've been to a few other BWWs locations and this location by far has been a disappointment. Compared to other locations, the food here was disgraceful. Our chicken was dry. We'd both ordered a medium order of boneless chicken . My sister had the half order garlic Parmesan and half order of teriyaki. I too had a half order of garlic Parmesan but my other half was the dry rub lemon pepper. The dry rub chicken was not freshly cooked. It tasted as if it had been sitting in a fry basket for quite some time. Was very stale and too crunchy. Not succulent as it should be. The Garlic Parmesan was dry as well. Not much sauce used on either of our orders. Very much a letdown. The dining area itself was dirty. The floors were covered in debris and what bugged me the most was that the hostess was gabbing with a couple of wait servers. It doesn't take much to go around the dining area for a few moments and sweep up the floor. Especially as it wasn't busy. I chalk this up to poor management. The men's room was a filthy disgrace and I'm just happy that there was hand soap at the sink. I won't be dining at this location again.

I have been to Wild Wings Cafe in NC and loved it. I thought this would be similar...not even close.. No one there....wait time 30 Boneless wings are poppers....(frozen to boot). Rubs are just sprinkled on after cooking, sauces too. Absolute disappointment.

I had a very pleasant experience. The host whos name was Tyler had me and my friend laughing with hid great sense of humor. The boneless wings were so yummy and Tyler was kind enough to offer us a taste test of different sauces. My favorite was thd Thai sauce. I had a great time and I will be returning very soon.

SPICY GARLIC CHICKEN! Those three words make my mouth salivate like no other. I never even give anything else on the menu a chance because of how delicious the spicy garlic chicken is. Every time I eat a piece of spicy garlic chicken it is like a mini orgasm in my mouth. Environment-wise the restaurant is perfect for watching football games, MMA fights, or any other sporting events. It is very loud, but that should be expected when you have a lot of people together watching sporting events. Every waiter that has served me has been very professional and nice. The only negative aspect of this place is the time it takes to get your food can sometimes be long (due to how busy it gets).

If you want to come here, don't leave anything behind. The staff still most likely steal your belongings. They'll be sure to take the 20+% cash tip, no worries there, but they'll also take notice to anything you leave behind and then probably steal it without turning it in. I will never be returning. An absolute embarrassment to any chain restaurant. Your employees most likely committed grand larceny.

The beer selection here isn't bad, but the food is just ok. I got a chicken wrap that was not exceptional. I'm sure the wings are good, and the people I was with seeme to love their array of different sauces and spice rubs. Atmosphere is super sporty and really loud; some of the waiters come by with microphones to MC and declare tht it's so and so's birthday on a very frequent basis. they do have some of the biggest tv's in the are for sports events. I wasn't expecting a healthy menu by any means but was a little disappointed in the lack of even healthy salads or vegetarian options. One really big turn off was the fact that we overheard a manager reprimanding an employee within earshot. Also, my husband was in thebathroom and said that the same manager was having a fit about a broken tile on the wall, swearing up a storm. Not a great display of professionalism...

I love wings and they have awesome fresh wings!!! I love How you can choose various sauces for them. My favorite is the honey BBQ and Asian zing. The staff are super friendly and atmosphere is pretty sporty. TVs galore everywhere. The other foods are your typical bar food but their southwestern ranch dipping sauce is to die for!!! Definitely a go back to place.

Yeah... i think this whole franchise is a joke when they think they serve wings so great that its ridiculous expensive. I mean, what place only serves by weight? it says on the menu (at least 20 wings) like they cant just give us the precise limit? The service was good from the only 2 times I came in so they were lucky they have 2 stars. I had a gentleman with an african american ethnic background who serviced us and at least took some effort in his job to smile and talk to people. Other than service, I just think this whole franchise is a joke once again. I only tried for the experience of hearing their name so much and had a $16 plate of 6 wings and 6 boneless wings with a side of fries. As i saw it come to our table, I was very disappointed just by looking at it. The wings are so small that my pinky has more meat then that. And the boneless wings are probably smaller than a chicken mcnugget from mcdonalds. but not only that, I dont even think there's chicken meat in it, I bite into it and it taste like a giant fried breadcrumb. Only thing that taste good are the sauces, they're not bad, my favorite is the asian zing. good heat and flavor. But their selection of sauces doesnt really impress me. To the fans who thinks that these wings are amazing, my advice is to only try places that you most likely never heard before, because they are even aware of the rip offs BWW are making. Hope this place lose business so we can get better restaurants in the area

  • Susie Q S.

Gave it a second chance, definitely an improvement. They even send a 2nd person to your table to give you choices like changing the tv ch ls etc...very custom. I feel they heard the issues and stepped up.... I love seeing business stay and grow in Brockton.

  • Suzie L.

So many flavors to choose from. Varying degrees of heat depending on what you can handle. The only drawback is the smaller than average size of the wing. A positive- they let you order different flavors of the wings in groups of 4. So if you order 20 wings you can have 5 different flavors to try. The wings were pretty good and flavorful. You just need to buy more to make up for the smaller size. It gets crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a quiet place this isn't it. Sports bar atmosphere, multiple tvs all tuned in to one sport or another. Sports memorabilia on the walls. The Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy beer is really refreshing. We had a good time and will go back. If you're feeling brave and like heat try the wing eating contest. Beware of the blazin' wings.

HORRIBLE! Extremely slow service. Waited half hour for a beer at one point. The food is awful! 5 Battered chicken balls with lemon pepper powder on them is $9! And yes they sucked. The "captain" told us if we had any problems to talk to him but he was too busy all night flirting with someone else to help us with the numerous issues we had all night. Between 4 people we had 12 beers and 30 wings and Popcorn shrimp and French fries and the bill came to $132. Extremely overpriced especially when it tasted like they got the food from McDonalds. Actually McDonalds is probably better. Half the beers on the menu were out of stock or just not carried by the restaurant anymore. Why are they on the menu if they aren't sold there. We were watching the UNC vs Duke game, and with 1 minute left in the game they turned it off. 1 min left, big game and turned it off. Unbelievable! By the time they got it back on the game was over. I will NEVER be back here and I warn anyone thinking of going.

I'l start by saying I've been to a few before, so this review will be specific to the Brockton location. I visited BWW for the Patriots playoff shellacking of the Colts. It was packed wall to wall as can be expected and the hostess couldn't guarantee a seating time. My friend and I just waited by the bar after getting a buzzer to be seated. We got bar seats before our buzzer, so I would recommend that to anyone on a crazy game day. We did arrive an hour early so when the Seattle/New Orleans crowd fell off we jumped in some seats. At the bar we received some of the best service i've ever had. Keep in mind this place was SLAMMED. The bartenders were great; Friendly, fast and even made the effort to answer questions about all the beers they had on tap behind the bar. I highly recommend my new favorite Limbo IPA (it's a grapefruit IPA, when the bite of those two things are thrown together, it makes for a great beer). We were there expecting a lot of crowd noise and we weren't disappointed, the place was roaring. So if the atmosphere is not your thing, i'd avoid it on a big game day. The only drawback we experienced was they shorted us 5 wings on our order which the bartender quickly tried to remedy. The kitchen was supremely backed up most the night, so it did take time to get food. We placed an order in real early to get it in a time we would be happy with. You just need to be patient if you come here for a big game and if you come with that mindset you won't be disappointed. btw Mango Habanero's have quite a kick, don't be fooled by the fruit name.

I came here with my dad and boyfriend and was so excited to see a familiar chain. We're from Florida and frequented BWW when we lived there so it was awesome to stumble upon this location. It's practically new so everything is clean, including the restroom which is a major plus in any setting- particularly in a restaurant. The staff was excellent and food was good. I tried fried pickles for the first time (something I regret not doing in Florida) and LOVEDDD them! Even on a Sunday during football season parking wasn't an issue because they're in a plaza. When we were there some guy tried the "wing challenge" and almost succeed-ALMOST.. That was fun to watch!

Wasn't that great of a wing place. The honey BBQ wings were ok. The spinach dip was cold a couple minutes after it arrived at our table. The chips were also burnt (no bueno!). The pepperoni pocket thing was good. I was asking our waitress a question and she heard another table call for her and she asked me to wait and answered the other table and looked back at me after.... That's all. Sigh off we go to another wing place!

Ok so Wild Wings has never been a favorite of mine but I have been to a few and know exactly what they have. I have a few relatives that live at different Wild Wings and I have been to those restaurants and was near this one and thought I'd grab a bite. Of the 3 different locations I have visited this is by far the WORST! I knew exactly what I wanted as did the friend I was with. We were brought to a table it was dirty, sat there looking at it for nearly 5 minutes and I stood up and had to wave down someone to clean it. Then asked where our server might be and they said they would send them over, well almost 10 more minutes and finally she shows up. We were ready with every thing but she only would take our drink order at that time???? Really? So then about 10 minutes later we did get drinks and then she said she would be right back to take our order. WRONG thing to say, you knew we were ready before. So she came back and we gave her our order, she read it back to us and it was WRONG, so she changed it read it back and it was right this time. Yah of course we ordered wings, so they must be out back just making tons of them ready to season and send out, so why more than a 35 minute wait? Well they came out WRONG. she just came and dropped them and ran. So then I got up and looked for and asked for a manager. He came over and talked to us. Then took away the wings to get our correct order..... Waited again for about 20 minutes this time with no apology or consideration in any shape or form for the time or the fact that they got the order wrong. No wonder the prices are a joke if they trow away as much as they sell... or the way this place operates I wouldn't doubt that they brought the food to another table.. The chain itself is what it is but this store has to be the WORST one in the chain.

I don't want to get too "Dennis Downer" about the BWW visit, because when faced with adversity, the manager made "an attempt". This is truly a chain restaurant and this particular one is in the bottom half of the chain. I originally suggested the visit because I wanted to try out the Trivia app on my iPhone and because I had recently been to a BWW in CT and had a relatively good experience. This was not to be here. Instead of focusing on all of the bad things, let's just focus on what could be done better. This place is for: 1) Parties 2) Hanging out with the boys (or girls) to watch a game 3) Getting a quick bite at the bar with no real concern for quality of food. If you want to go out to have a conversation with someone or enjoy someone's company on a personal level, then there are so-o-o-o many other places that will do. The music is turned up way too loud, although this leads to a number of funny moments when the music stops between songs and people are still shouting at each other!! Turn it down! Music (especially at a sports bar) is meant to accompany the meal not to drown it out. There were so many waitstaff present (yes, it was busy on a Friday night, but please, I felt like the density of waitstaff was excessive) - that being said, I don't understand why the food came out cold?!? My wife's was "Food goof(ed)" (how cute is that?!?) and the manager took it off the bill, but it should have never happened with the amount of waitstaff that were present (and I really did not see a whole bunch of idle people including our waitress who seemed to be moving 60 miles an hour in a 25 mph zone). Mine was not really cold, but it wasn't really hot either so instead of making a big deal, I just ate a couple of wings and then put them in a box to heat up at home. Lastly, for a restaurant that is supposedly built on a specific food stuff, these should be the best that you can get (at least anywhere in a 25 mile radius), but the food, especially the wings are definitely sub-par. And the cost is amazing. Even with the "food goof" the bill was rather large (with no alcohol for my wife and only 2 beers for me). The food is not great (as would be expected in a bar/chain) but it shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. Anyway, I don't think that we'll go again and I will have to leave this one up to those who wish to be adventurous and try it out.

This place has some great wings, but it's not worth it unless it's boneless Thursday. We come about twice a month and are usually treated with respect but they do have a few rude servers who have no idea how to properly serve. Just tip accordingly.

This was part of the Buffalo Wild Wings tour of 2013! Rather, I was at a different BWW the night before, and my boss wanted to take me out to lunch so I found myself at this one. This time around I got a pepperoni flatbread pizza minus the pepperoni. I truly enjoyed the taste, but I found the sauce that they put on it a little strong, so I ended up cutting the taste with a separate marinara sauce for dipping. I would definitely order it again though. Our bartender was efficient and very nice, and had a good time with my guests who were trying to figure out this crazy thing that they call a New England accent (they literally had just landed at Logan for the first time on the east coast). This must be an older location, as I noticed that some of the fixtures looked a little run down, but all in all the restaurant itself was clean.

I've been here a few times in the last six months, and have always had a good experience. On most recent visit, we ordered a combination wing plate that included bone-in buffalo wings, boneless buffalo wings, and French fries; a small order of honey barbecue boneless wings; an order of onion rings; and soft drinks. A ton of food for 35 bucks...not bad at all. They were fairly generous with the portion size. Their description of the small wings is "at least 10". This order came with 14. The wings aren't as meaty as those I buy myself at butcher shops, but they aren't skimpy either. Average I'd say. The medium hot buffalo sauce is decent; the honey BBQ sauce is delicious. Service has always been good...coming by frequently and quick with refills. The place is very loud. Each wall covered with huge televisions; the audio from the main game of ficus piped throughout the restaurant; and staff making announcers on wing eating contests, birthdays, trivia, etc. if that sort of thing bothers you, then you shouldn't be going to a sports bar. I'll continue to frequent this place, particularly on game days.

I was really excited to have a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant open in the area. My fiance found it strange that I was so excited but I've never went and love the commercials. BEER, WINGS, SPORTS!!! That will get me every time. The first time we went here we were slightly late for a game. I believe it was the World Series but I can't remember. Anyway it was some type of Boston sporting event because it was packed. I remember it being a good time. We didn't sit down to eat or anything, we went strictly to watch the game and have drinks. No big deal. The second time we went was OK. We went and ate at the bar and played trivia. The beer was good, service was OK, wings were ... meh. Not bad ... just ... meh. This was my first time here on a regular night. It wasn't bad. Not fun but not bad. The third and the very last time I will be going back was New Years Day. I really hope management is reading this because I am not trying to be mean, but it's obvious this place is heading in the wrong direction. It was pretty sad to see. The wings were OK but seriously lets be real. You can get wings ANYWHERE... you go to a place for atmosphere. This place was depressing. There were not a lot of people which is fine, but there were more dirty tables than people there. We sat at an available high top that was dirty. When our server came over we told her that our table was dirty. Her response was "Oh... Well you can sit over here". I think the correct response should have been ... "Oh let me wipe it down for you" .... or better yet CLEAN IT AFTER SOMEONE LEAVES. We sat that and watched and it took someone 45 mins to wipe down the tables. Then the strangest thing. I noticed that every few mins someone will come out the kitchen and say "Game On" and then stand there holding food. What caught my attention was the condition her uniform was in. It just looked bad (not trying to be mean just being honest). Then I noticed her just standing there with food. Just sitting there waiting ... and waiting ... and waiting. Then finally someone took the food to the table. This went on over and over and over. It was confusing because it looked weird. My question is ... why not just serve the food. The place was not that packed. It just didn't make any sense to me. Our server was pretty slow. She was very lucky she was cute. Anyway there were other things I can mention but I wont. The place needs to be managed professionally. It's really not a place I would enjoy watching the game.

Having been to several eating establishments over the course of my life has taught me that the easiest way to not eat is to simply not be served by an establishments staff. That is precisely what happened to myself and two chums during our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. I arrived after my two pals had already sat down and I was told that after 20 minutes they had yet to even be greeted by a server let alone order a beer. Well 10 minutes later a gentleman named Bernie (allegedly) informed us that he was our server, but was still trying to "catch up" on his other tables. I guess he felt that simply shitting on us would be too time consuming. Another 10 minutes go by and 'ol Bern comes back and says he'll be happy to take our drink order and I select an item that's on their menu, a Shiner Bock. Sure, it's a regional beer served mainly in Texas, but it's on their menu so they must have it, right?! Nope. No dice. Fine, I'll take the Bu Lay and my two compadres will have the Coors Light special for $3.50 and off goes Bernie. Bernie: "Oh, guys, is $4.50, ok?" Chums: "Huh?" Bernie: "Great." We finally have our beers and inform Bernie that we'll be conducting our fantasy football draft at his establishment so he should be happy to stay in our orbit for the night. Now we decide to order food and of course Bernie is pushing us towards the "Large" wings with it's "at least" 20 wings for $22. Sure thing, Bern. I order the Medium of "at least" 15 wings and a Regular french fry while my amigos order whatever it was that they ordered. I should've taken a picture of the food so I could show the world the absurdity of their anorexic chicken wings and the 12 french fries served in a cardboard tray. We're talking $20+ worth of food that couldn't fill a hummingbird. Saving grace? The wings actually tasted pretty good...hence the 2 Star review. So we're eating and drafting, Bern comes over again to get us another round and then...vanished. Bernie felt it would be better to hang out with another non-working server at the other end of the restaurant. 20 minutes go by before we finally flag down another server, Bianka, (yeah, that's spelled right...) who says "Yeah, I'm actually your server now. We had to send Bernie home." Keep in mind we had to flag her down... Ok, now we order another round and Bianka apologies for this and that and of course we express our displeasure. Shortly there after a young woman who I assume was a supervisor of some sort, Cindy, came by to apologize and take our names & email addresses for the GM. Note: We haven't received an email and we're certainly not expecting one. Now we're done drafting and done eating, but could use a final beer and Bianka is now nowhere to be found. This girl was still working, but paying us no mind whatsoever. At this point there's our table, the full table directly behind us and 4 people at the bar...that's it. At this point, I paid my portion of the tab (which was $15.99 less as a "Service Goof") and left my two friends to wrap it up which they did. I can safely say that I have never been to place that cares so little about service. Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't give a shit about good service or any type of service for that matter. I would strongly suggest that anyone who reads this strongly consider never visiting this or any other Buffalo Wild Wings.

We came here for lunch on a weekend and it was relatively quiet. It looks small from the outside, but inside it is quite spacious and there's a lot of seating. There's also a large bar area, and a ton of TV's. Once I saw the Blazing Challenge, well, I had to give it a shot. It was actually a lot of fun. They have you sign a waiver, etc., then they kick it off by bringing a red siren over to the table and taking over the PA system to announce that someone is going to take on the challenge - 12 wings in 6 minutes in the blazin' sauce. Luckily the place wasn't too crowded but there were still about 15-20 people that came over to watch and I'm pretty sure that I was put on YouTube. Thankfully I completed the challenge in just over 4 minutes. They give you a t-shirt and take a photo that they put on an SD card album that runs in one of the TV's. One thing I was surprised about is that there's no real rule about how you eat the wings. I ate all the meat and the people running the contest said that's the first time and the best they'd seen it. I was kind of surprised as I just assumed you had to eat all the meat off to actually complete the competition. Other than that, my wife had some wings as well as some fries which were very good. This location is much better than Saugus. The wings are large and cooked well. At Saugus they're small and burnt. So if you want to go to a great BWW location, head down here and check it out!

This place has got to be the biggest joke in restaurant history. Words can't describe the absolutely horrific service of this establishment. Came here on a Saturday night for some wings and beers with one of my girlfriends. The server that we had, nice person I'm sure...however...shouldn't ever set foot in a restaurant let alone serve the public. The lack of training and general common sense was mind blowing. I ordered a Harpoon and my friend ordered a Sam Boston Lager after waiting 10 minutes for our server to come over. I mentioned that we were going to sit and enjoy our drinks for a few minutes prior to putting in our order. After we finish our drinks we are ready for two more! It was nice and warm out, so more beer is absolutely necessary! Our server returns to our table with two beers that are not what we ordered. Rather than both being an amber color...they were the color of Sam Summers or some other similar beer. I told the waitress that this wasn't what we ordered and she - obviously annoyed - sent the drinks back to the bar. Upon her return with the SAME two beers, I told her this still wasn't what we ordered. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong, I have no clue what I'm taking about, that she saw the bartender pour the beers, and how she ''repeated'' the order in the computer. ..........Is this really happening right now? I asked if she drank beer. She replied with a quick no. I asked her if she remembered the color of the beers she previously served us. With absolutely no clue, i told her "well...this one is yellow...the other beers were amber...a dark color". Completely confused on what i was saying, she sent them back once more. Another waitress approaches our table with 2 new beers....a Boston Lager...and a BLUE MOON! At this point, I cant handle it. I'm thirsty and I thoroughly enjoy a blue moon from time to time. What ever. The chicken wings were good, but let be serious, you can go really anywhere to get a decent chicken wing. Aside from the beer fiasco, to my left hand side is the parking lot with a few employees in it... fighting. Some guys from the kitchen clearly got into it and wanted the entire city of Brockton to see! Yay! Some kid weighing in at about 80lbs was being held back by some of the wait staff while screaming all the way down to Market Basket. That brings me to my visit to the bathroom upon my exit to this shit show. About another 5-10 employees in this filthy bathroom yelling and swearing at each other, while yes...there are children present! Way to go Buffalo Wild Wings! You've managed to make absolute spectacles of yourselves. There are certainly things i've forgotten such as; the hostess throwing silverware on the table after we asked to be moved from a dirty table to a clean one AND while trying to make my way over to the restroom from the outside patio, you have to walk halfway around the restaurant to get around the hoards of waitstaff curled into corner on their phones. By the way how many employees work here on any given night? There are swarms of staff everywhere! I feel bad for the waitstaff that works here and actually has a clue because their lively-hood is jeopardized by a bunch of people that have no clue what they're selling and they are driving their customer base away with their abominable service. My advise to anyone - stay away. This place isn't worth your $50 dollars for some kind of decent wings and beers you can get down the street at half the price.

I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and I wanted to try their food. I came in with a friend on Saturday 2/8 at 4:57pm. We asked for a booth table. The hostess asked us to have a seat because she was waiting for night servers to come in and she wanted to be sure to seat us in a staffed section. We sat on the unoccupied bench and waited. We talked with each other while we waited. We witnessed uniformed staff come in and we continued to wait. We saw customers come in after we did and get seated. We saw the party at the other occupied bench be seated. My friend mentioned she thinks we were being ignored and I said well we asked for a booth maybe we need to wait for one of those. There were empty booths directly in front the bench we were sitting on but I thought maybe that section wasn't staffed. I then saw the hostess sit a party of 2 that just walked in at one of those booths. She then walked by us, made eye contact with me, and went back to her hostess stand. My friend and I felt super ignored and we went up to her. She approached her to ask why did she ask us to take a seat to watch people that came in after us to be seated and she just stared at us. No apology, no customer service, no let me seat you right away. I wish I could write about their food but apparently they didn't want my patronage. Shame on you Buffalo Wild Wings!

Buffalo Chips. Good. Buffalo Garlic Sauce. Good. Everything else.... No Good. Their boneless is basically a chunk of breading. Their wings are the smallest I've seen anywhere. I get it... they are the 'WalMart' of wings, but there are enough local places to not warrant a trek for subpar product.

First time in a Buffalo Wild Wings (I'm from Vermont, we're somewhat limited in our selections). Tuesday night, very light crowd when we went, with what I'm guessing was less than 20% full. Maybe two tables per waitress. Ours took our beer and appetizer order, then the entrees when we got the beer. Probably took 25 minutes to get the entrees (chicken tenders and a flatbread sandwich with Fries) delivered by another waitress who seemed to be the only one hustling in the restaurant. While waiting we got to listen to whom I'm assuming was a manager ("coach" shirt on) complain to another kid about work, etc within 5 feet of our table and loudly enough for me to hear. I don't care if you like your job or not, I don't need to hear about it. Our waitress then shows up to tell us the appetizer should be up soon (queso), and apologized because the kitchen was so busy. Really? Anyway, we said don't bother just take it off the bill, which was done to their credit, along with handing it to us in a doggy bag. The food was there, but the last dinner at Applebee's was much better. 2 stars food, 2 stars service (and I'm being generous). I might give the brand one more shot, but if it was like this again, it would be the last. I'd rather get Popeyes at the mall.

This was my first time visiting Buffalo Wild Winds and my last. The good is all the TVs. Every sporting event can be watched. The bad is the food. Overpriced sub par quality food. We ordered the ultimate nachos. All I can say is disgusting! The nachos were covered in lettuce and very little of anything else. I couldn't believe they charge $10 for them. The chicken wings were dried out and the boneless tenders were all bread. When I left I really was in shock how terrible the food was. I don't know, how this place stays in business. The waitress was very nice but the service was so slow and there wasn't anyone in the restaurant. Save your money!

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my all-time favorites Wings Restaurants ever! For the price, experience, and Events (they air almost all Pay-per-view Sporting events for no cover) you get the whole package. Good food, cold beer---- cant get better than that on a weekend evening of sports! Awesome chain and happy there is one nearby (about 15 minutes from my area)

Definitely struggling as a brand new (and much anticipated) establishment of its kind in a busy location like the Westgate Mall. However, I wouldn't write this place off just yet. Sure, their service is slow. But for brand new waitstaff in Brockton (read: we're not in the city here people... your waitstaff is most likely high school students!), did you expect it to be great right off the bat? I certainly didn't. And honestly was pretty satisfied with the average-ness of it. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and you just can't ask for more than that quite yet. The wait was long. But again, expected. The bar area was actually quite nice and I'll most likely be back more often as a bar patron than anything else. The multitude of huge TVs make it a great place to watch the game, and the bartenders are pretty efficient. There is a cute little patio that we got to sit at by coincidence (first available when we came up next on the waiting list) which is really nice for those warm summer days. It's quieter outside (it is SUPER loud inside) and while there isn't much of a view (er... Market Basket?) there are TVs and fans/space heaters and good company - and what else could you ask for? The food is not great. But it is Buffalo Wild Wings people! It's a chain restaurant no better than an Applebees, and that's exactly what you get from the food. If you want the best experience, get the BONE-IN wings in a variety of sauces, because the sauces are really the only thing that sets BWW apart from your average bar in town. The bone-in wings you just can't screw up (boneless are pretty dry and tiny), you know how much meat you're getting, and you can try the sauces, of which some were actually pretty tasty. There was one that was jalapeno something-or-other that we all really liked. And my husband had fun doing the "Blazin Challenge" and of course has his picture already on the wall for completing that one (12 of the hottest wings in 6 minutes or less... no drinks, no napkins, no utensils). They actually ran out of t-shirts because so many people did it in the first week of being open... so don't expect this to be a killer... but it's a nice ego-booster for heat-lovers. And don't worry - they're calling us when there are more t-shirts so he can get all his glory. Anyway, I would certainly not recommend this place if you don't have patience. I would say the same thing about any place that first opens, especially when it's as hot of a location as this, and filling a void that people have been waiting for (a reasonably priced sports bar in the area). However, I will be going back and giving it another shot. And I have faith that it will improve with time and maturity.

The food here is disgusting. Went with my fiancé and another couple. My fiancé ordered a salad with chicken on it. The chicken was ice cold as if the took it out of the back of the fridge and dumped it on top of some lettuce. The "wings" were tiny and about the same quality as a bag you would buy out of the freezer section at market basket across the street. Oh and they had a weird dj/mc on a microphone the whole time who wouldn't shut up. The only redeeming quality about this place is they have a lot of tvs and a nice bar.

Horrible service! We sat down at 10:30p ordered large order of wings and fries, we had to flag down the server in order to place our order after waiting for her while she disappeared into the back(We flagged her down by asking another server to get her). 25 mins later we got our food at that time we wanted to order another small order of wings, but she was no where to be found again. We had to ask another server again to get our server from the back, she took our order at around 11:30p, we waited until midnight at that time I walked up to the manager and ask him to cancel the order and to just get us the check. They took off the small wing that we never got after waiting more than 30 mins. After serving us food or taking our order, server never once came out to check on us or ask us how the food was or if we needed anything else. This is by far the most horrible service I have ever had at BWW, and I go multiple times a month. This was very late at night and restaurant seating area had no more than 25 ppl, out of those 25, 15 were in one party, 5 at our table and couple of people here and there.

I went in for lunch on a saturday. Placed was packed. is this place cool? ya does it have anything that makes it stand out from any where else that sells Wings and Beer? not really. Sure theres TVs all around the place but they are never turned up and the beers and wings are just average. The only thing that sets this place apart is the amount of sauce selection. more than your typical Teriyaki, buffalo or whatever but sitting at a table sucks. Cause you will never see your waitress. I got my app before I got my beer

No. Nope. Nuh-uh. I will not be coming back here again. I'm not big on the restaurant chain front to begin with, but oh my goodness, did this experience ever help reaffirm my stance on avoiding these places. Stopped in with a few friends I hadn't seen in quite some time since having moved to the other side of the country. This was a super poor choice for a reunion. One, it is super loud. Too active and super stimulating with all of those dang televisions, but it's a sports restaurant, right? My bad on that one, but good to know if you've never been to one of these establishments before. Two, the service was hella slow and very poor. I don't remember our servers name, but the place was pretty slow, not too many people, and it took her twenty minutes to bring the beer. Another twenty minutes to see if we were finally ready to order. The food did come out surprisingly quick though, so that was a plus. I'm going to mention my trip to the bathroom because it is kind of hilarious and kind of not hilarious. Two employees waltzed into the bathroom while I was washing my hands. One to use the restroom and the other to get to the cleaning, which she didn't really do. These ladies were just there to hang out and bitch about the employee in the stalls sh*tty boyfriend and how she [I will substitute all swear words with silly words instead, and you can use your imagination] "don't need that flipping' bull spit, girl, I gotta do me, funk that dirty mule of a man," it was laughable, and so I laughed, and the employee who was pretending to clean gave me the stink eye. YO. If you don't want me or anyone to react to your conversation, please do not have it while I am standing three feet away from you. I sort of just dried my hands and left the paper towel on the sink because the employee was holding the now empty trash bin in her hands while now rolling her eyes and responding to the stall employee. I did one of those weird double takes, but no one was there to share my reaction, so I just went back to my table. We had planned to order a couple of more beers, but by the time our server finally came back to us, we were ready to go. She was pleasant enough, but hardly attentive--I should have mentioned that she walked away while one of my friends was in the middle of asking for a water after she dropped off the food. Really weird experience. I'm not a fan of being overlooked when I'm already being overcharged for mediocre food and beer.

My friends and I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Being in high school, most waitstaff immediately dismiss us and see us only as a nuisance. The staff here were the complete opposite. The food has always been satisfactory and our drinks were never empty.

This will be my last trip to the Brockton,ma. Buffalo Wild Wings location. My wife and myself were seated at 4:30pm and shortly after a server arrived at our table. The beverage order was taken and when she returned our food order was placed with her. As we waited for our food order we were told at least four different times that our food would be out shortly. It was now 5:15 and with no food in sight I approached the front desk and asked for the Manager. After explaining our problem he immediately entered the kitchen and returned with what appeared too be our order. Our order included a hamburger with fries for my wife wings and fries for myself. No consideration for the delay for our warm if not cold food was made by the Manager. I travel to Florida area each year with a group of (8) golfers and we have never had a bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our trips on the average include (3) visits to Buffalo Wild Wins for our meals and sports events on the large screen TV's. My Loyalty Membership will never include the Brockton,ma. location again.

Good selection of wings , I had takeout at 1100 am on a Friday wait time was 15 minutes being the first in line Garlic parmesan wings which are very tasty not spicy , carribean jerk wings a touch of spice with a little Cinnamon taste to them and then the traditional buffalo hot wings now these wings were a tad crispy which was good , I was told after the fact to order them extra crispy which makes them even better. Overall my impression was very good and I will definitely go back and eat inside the restaurant. :-)

Heard many good things about this brand of restaurant, so decided to try it with my sister and her boyfriend. We walked in to a small cramped waiting area, however were promptly seated. The first thing to note was the music was uncomfortably loud. I'm no stranger to the bar scene and music doesn't bother me, but the volume was so high it was impossible to hear the person sitting directly next to you. When ordering, the waitress admitted they have to do a lot of sign language as they're not able to hear the customers. When asked about management turning down the music, our waitress said other customers have complained but they do not turn it down. The food was delivered within a reasonable amount of time by a different server. The wings were delicious. I ordered 6 mild bone-in wings, however, am pretty sure I was given medium as they were pretty spicy. During dinner a staff member often picked up the microphone and tried to get everyone's attention to clap for something stupid, in which the customers stared blankly being clearly annoyed. I looked for our waitress as I realized I was not given a place setting and we had no extra napkins, however our waitress didn't come back until we were done eating to provide the check. Apparently she was triple seated and given too many tables to wait on. Against my better judgment, I am giving this restaurant a 3-star rating purely based on the food. If I were ever to frequent this business again, it would be take-out only. Management needs to get it together a little better and focus more on the customer experience, as the customers want it.

1st time I've been to BWW and it wasn't half bad. Typical super loud sports bar type dining, so don't bother to come if you'd like to actually have a conversation. The food was decent. I ordered the fried mushroom appetizers and the chicken buffalitos with the spicy asian sauce. Both flavorful and portion was on the smaller size but just the right amount. A little pricy but overall we had a good meal.

Very disappointed in the location and to a further extent bww corporate. Ate here on a friday evening and the poor waitress dumped a full beer on my daughter. Now accidents do happen but this girl was so ill trained that she focused solely on cleaning the table not the patron who was now soaked. We moved table my daughter used napkins that she had to grab and received our food. She never came back to the table and when the bill came i was shocked that wr got charged the full amount. Never once did a manager come over and we left very disappointed. I email there headquarters and we still haven't had a response. So based on lack of training lack of concern for the customer and lack of response from the company shows me how they view their customer. Not upset on the accident they happen. Very disappointed in response and care of the customer. I would regularly visit bws but i am done. I will spend my money elsewhere and share with all my story

Did not try regular food items on the menu. However, wings and drinks are very good and reasonably priced. Would def come back to have more wings and hang out at the bar and watch a game with the boyfriend.

I like the place. The one who served me named Bridgitte is really good. Very courteous and friendly. I like the food. The serving sive is not as large as the the common american restaurant but I would say it is still too a lot. I was not even able to eat 1/3 of my small buffalo wings. The best part of the food is that it is not too oily. I loved all my orders including the huckleberry limeaide.

Sat at the bar, did not need to call attention to the waiter/waitresses at all. Had excellent service from Ashley and Shane. The boneless wings were subpar, but my friend had the bone-in wings, and said they were very good. Good range of spices, and a killer menu if you don't want wings. Solid selection of beer on taps and got to watch hockey, baseball and basketball at the same time. Definitely a candidate for every "guys night out".

I give this place 3 stars ONLY for the wings....which deserve 5 stars. They were delicious beyond belief. The sauces were amazing. However, that is where my enjoyment of the food ends. We purchased wings as an appetizer. Then we got chicken and burgers as meals....EWWWW. The burger was a thin, salty slab that made the big mac look like a five star meal. The chicken sandwich was rubbery and undercooked. The service was OK, however, when you're eating spicy wings, you truly expect your water to be refilled on a regular basis. Instead we watched the servers chit-chat in the corner, while sucking pathetically on the ice cubes from our empty glasses. The place was also incredibly echo-y and loud, even though there were only 4 or 5 tables full when we were there. I could not imagine eating there on a crowded Friday night or, God-forbid, during a game! So, yes, if you love just wings, by all means go. If you want super service, a quiet night out, or plan on eating ANYTHING else....skip it.

First of all the wait for our food was an hour! Practically no customers in the restaurant at the time!? We counted 9 waitresses and it seemed like forever before we received any service. Most of the staff would come out of the back eating something, chewing food, using foul language on the floor or interacting with each other inappropriately. It was the absolute worst dinning experience I have ever had. The food was nothing to write home about very mediocre not to mention cold and items left off our order. The staff kept going outside for cigarettes smoking out in front of the restaurant. Disgusting I will never eat here again not to mention recommend to anyone.

I wasn't impressed at all and I'd been looking forward to eating here for months while I was waiting for this location to open. We didn't go at a particularly busy time -it was a weekday afternoon. The service was horrible. We were waited on by at least four different servers. I arrived 10 minutes after the rest of my group so a girl came to the table and asked me if I wanted a drink. I ordered a beer and I waited 10 minutes for it- she never EVER came back. I seriously never saw her again. I flagged down a different server and ordered my beer again. We all ordered wings and waited 40 minutes for them. When they arrived they were completely missing the wings ordered for TWO people at our table. The servers took their orders (again) and while we all ate, those people sat with no food and waited another 15 MINUTES for their food to come. Of course we were all done eating by that time. The portions and boneless wings were very small for the amount we paid. I was so unhappy and expected so much more. I don't know if I will ever go back.

Went in with great expectations, came out frustrated and hungry. Service was horrible and waitress came only once to the table after we ordered. After an hour and a half, our food never got to the table but our waitress still asked us how our food was.. she obviously had no clue what was going on. The staff was very disorganized and the manager was very unprofessional. With that said, my family and I ended up getting Wendy's. Safe to say we will never be going back there.

DONT GO HERE IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!This was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to and I have so much to say. First off my husband and I walk in and there was a wait and there were more than 10 tables empty, so we waited and they sat us down before another couple that was in front of us assuming that we were with them. They sat us down set the table up for 4 people, so I'm like are they serious. So when the waitress decides to come after a 7 minute wait, we order our drinks and waited about another 5 minutes as we watch her hold are drinks and go to 3 other tables, I'm like she cant be serious. So we order 20 BBQ boneless wings, salad, potato wedges and cheese fries. It literally took 25 minutes not believable. never mind we got a cold salad. The chicken was disgusting and I only ate 3. She took another 15 minutes before asking is if we needed anything and I asked for extra BBQ sauce, she said OK left came back in another 5 minutes like you didn't get your sauce oh sorry let me go get it, like who the hell was going to get it besides you. Then she comes back needless to say takes another 10 minutes as we watch her clean tables and were like hello were done. She asked if I wanted to take the wings I said no but my husband said just take it so I said fine you can box it please, then she decided to put trash on the chicken and never came back with my chicken and brought the bill I'm like this women cant be serious. This is the worst place with the worst service and it is too loud, don't waste your time or money never mind you we spent $34.62 on shit literally .

If you don't sit at the bar itself prepare for the worst service you will ever get. The 2 most recent times I've been there and didn't sit at the bar had a wait of 25 minutes to get greated by wait staff and asked if I wanted drinks and another was 35 minutes. I shouldn't have to go up to the front hostess, interrupt her conversation with a kid in plain clothes and ask for a manager to the table to get help. One of the managers, a relatively tall guy with some freckles on his face, is a liar and a terrible manager. If you promise to do something and then don't do it... that makes you a liar. I would easily give this place 1 star but the bar staff is friendly and they have a nice selection of beer to choose from.

Arrived at 515pm place was empty, we ordered 3 salads and a wrap. We got the food 50 mins later and the wrap wasn't what was ordered. We finally got out if there at 710pm. No need to have such bad service and good on top of everything else was gross. Never again!!!!!!

Nice atmosphere, large bar area but surprisingly small bar. The majority of the bar area is pub tops that require a hostess to be seated. Went in on a Thursday for their boneless wing discount. Sauces were great, boneless chicken was tasty and cooked perfectly, however very small. Think closer to chicken nugget size than traditional boneless wing size. Because of that, even on "discount" nights, prices aren't great for the portion size. We paid $3.00 per 5 boneless wings, and had to order 25 boneless wings for two average size women. I can't imagine having to pay full price for those portions. Though the food was good, service wasn't so great. Place wasn't packed by any means, but it took some time to place both our first and supplemental order of wings (had to place a supplemental because the first order of 15 was bite size) because the waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than helping customers. Seemed to have an extremely large amount of staff on hand too for a Thursday night at 6. Maybe they were expecting a late night rush? Overall, if you're in no rush, then its a great atmosphere to grab a drink and some tasty wings. Highly recommend checking out on the website to see which nights are "discount" wing nights, since the portion sizes will make you angry to pay full price! Also, a note to heat lovers, Blazing (their "hottest" out of 17 flavors), not that blazing. Has a good spice, nice lingering heat, but not the unbearable hot that some of us strive to find. Didn't come close to tearing up over them. I recommend the mango habanero over the blazing, it had a spicier flavor profile.

Worst service EVERRRRR... no napkins in the place. Someone accidentally broke a glass (loud smash and a shriek) not one waitress walked over to offer help. Wait time between asking if another drink was needed: enough time to drink a beer and watch a baseball inning. Just don't go here. They need someone to come train the staff how to wait on customers.

It's amazing how much the service can have on your dining experience. Again, I'm going to make note of the reserved take-out parking. There are so many empty reserved spaces. It was pouring rain and we had to run from our car a bit further because of the reserved spaces. On to the updated review. Our waitress was Toya. I believe we were sat in her section just as her last party before her shift end. All the other waitress in the dining room appeared to be attentive to their guests needs. We waited about 8 minutes before she made her first appearance at our table. She took our drink order, and before I could say, "We're ready to order" she was gone. Fortunately, she returned quickly with the drinks and took our order. Now, it was Sunday and the 4:00 games had already started. The volume on the TV was SO LOUD, we really couldn't have a conversation. So, I was trying to figure out which game on the TVs coincided with the volume. Hmm, Bears/Vikings? Bengals/Chargers? Rams/Niners....it's gotta be! Nope. Okay, now I heard Demarius Thomas reception. Oh yeah, Chiefs/Broncos!!! Wait, that game isn't on any of the TVs!!!! Okay, I'll ask Toya to have them put it on. After all, it is the biggest game of the afternoon. Ok, our dinner was now delivered by another waitress. Okay, who cares about the game. My wife ordered the same chicken sandwich as our first visit, and she said it was just as amazing as the first time. I took a bit of my (Jamaican Jalepeno?) wings. Cold! Not hot, not warm, COLD!!! Okay, I tried one of my Hot Buffalo Wings. Same thing, COLD!!!! My wife was 3/4 finished with her sandwich when I was able to flag down another waitress. And then Toya magically arrived. She acted as if she was Johnny on the Spot. The wings were finally brought back to the kitchen and re-arrived nice and hot, but not quite as juicy as I'd have liked, a few minutes later. Time for another beer! Yeah right. Next time I saw Toya I was done eating and getting the check. I later discovered where the Manager was shortly before we left. The table next to was sat and the guy was trying to figure out which game coincided with the volume. I told him NONE. HIS ATTENTIVE WAITRESS, obviously not Toya, went in the bar area, and a man who I believe was the manager came into the dining room with a remote, changed ONE of the 20 TVs to show the biggest game of the day, and then disappeared. I rarely return my food when eating out, but cold chicken, well, it's just not safe. I have never returned my food and not been visitied by the Manager. And despite the long waits for initial service, and to return my food, the waitress made not attempts to compensate my displeasure in any way. Extremely disappoint return for me. Very pleasurable food wise for my wife, but she was just as disappointed thtat I did not receive the same level of satisfaction. I'll return, and I'm not shy, I will tell the hostess I'll sit anywhere as long as Toya is not my waitress.

Worst, THE WORST service I've ever received. Mbe and my sister went here since I've never tried it before. To start of, wings were COLD, not even luke warm, it was COLD. Fries with cheese- the fries were barely warm, the cheese was already solid, if I'm pulling the fries apart, I should not be able to pull half of the basket... We send back, thinking they will replace the wings with some fresh ones... Boy was i wrong... The bill gets dropped, when I say dropped off on the table, I mean... DROPPED OFF on the table by our young server Anthony. We tell him that we were expecting fresh food, he tells us we have to wait for the manager. We refuse to pay for the wings except the fries and the couple beers but on the check its the beers and boneless wings which we ate only couple realizing they are not fresh. We wait for the manager for 10min, I really counted 10min. Then catch our not so lovely waiter Anthony.. We tell him that if we have to wait any longer for manager to make the corrections, we will leave without paying. The kid ends up taking a picture of my licence plate. Really??? Ok, so then manager Larry shows up after waiting now of total of 15min. Pulls up a chair next to our booth table like he's about to interrogate us. We explain him our issue. He begins to argue. When we tell him the food wasn't fresh, it felt like it was made a while ago, he's statement "you'r right, I'm not going to argue, the food isn't fresh". Face palm... Then after some more arguing, he decides to clear us of our bill. Thanks for free beer, because that's the only thing I was willing to pay for. Manager Larry- learn some costumer service. Pulling up a chair is very unprofessional. Arguing.. also very unprofessional. Rolled up sleeves with exposed tattoos.. also very unprofessional. Should not be a manager our even a waitress at any food place. Waiter Anthony- he needs to service better. How about some costumer service and waitressing courses. I could see why this place was empty. Management needs a re-do, because this location has a lot to learn from other locations that are nation wide. If I could, I'd give 0 stars. NEVER AGAIN..

I ordered takeout from here about 3:30 on a weekday. As I expected, it was empty that time of day lucky me. Anyway, I wasn't that hungry but I decided to check it out since I just finished shopping at Modells next door. I had 6 traditional BBQ wings that came in a box. They were delicious but I really need to try out more on the menu. When you first walk in, you feel like your entering a night club. The lighting is very dim and the music is loud but not ear drum busting loud. Plenty and I do mean plenty of seating. I notice the huge bar and some TV's. I will definitely have to see what the atmosphere is like during a Patriots, Celtics, Bruins or Red Sox game. I will edit my review if needed after my next sit down visit

Good place to grab some wings and a beer with your buddies. Best time to go is Tuesday for Bone in wings (.50).
