Pizzeria Regina is the pinnacle of brick oven pizza in all the malls of the surrounding area. Though it is sinfully delicious, yet at times. . . spotted with lakes and seas of orange grease, it is regrettably overpriced. For over $6 - 7 you only get 2 'regular' sized pieces of pizza and a small soda. Nothing compared to Sbarro sized slices. Unfortunately for me, there are few other options in this particular food court for me to indulge in for a quick bite to eat. You could spend the same amount of money and get a much larger and satisfying meal across the seating section at Johnny Rockets. If pizza is your thing, then by all means spend most of your money here. I suggest getting one of the stuffed pizza slices and a drink elsewhere. A more mindful way of spending your money.

The pizza with the thinly-sliced onions is delicious.

pizza is great - we ordered online & did the curbside pickup. It was a bit confusing. We pulled up to the 2nd level of the plaza garage & then we called because no one was there & we had waited - they came out a few minutes later, we signed our receipts & left - no mall to walk through or anything. Love this pizza - tastes like the North End Regina too!

Maybe I am just cheap, but it seems like the pizza at this location is way overpriced. At over $3 per slice of cheese you might as well order whole pie for about $13 if you are going to get more than 2 slices. The pizza is very tasty as expected and my 2 year old likes it so we will be back. Watch out for some of the employees, I have seen a few of them give people a really hard time for bringing slices back (violently throwing their slices in the trash and telling them to read the signs), but whatever I know what pizza I like so they are OK to me!

Probably the finest pizza that I know. The reason I give 4 stars is because of the location and prices (in the South Shore Plaza and prices are a little high). Now, the pizza is unlike anything I've ever had before. The crust is baked perfectly, the perfect combination of thickness, hardness and chewy..ness. The sauce is perfectly tangy and also has a bit of a spice to it. The cheese, oh the cheese, is just about as good as it gets... a nice cooked on mozzarella that lets just enough sauce "bleed" through so it's not overpowering. I highly recommend that you immediately drop any bad pizza that you are having right now and high tail it to Pizzeria Regina. Cactus Approved.

It apparently didn't occur to the cashier that I might want my slices of pizza hot! I couldn't believe when I sat down to eat that they had completely cooled to room temperature. You couldn't at least offer to warm them up for me? I probably could have asked, but please do your job next time. Also, I wasn't offered or provided a receipt, which is especially annoying because I paid with a credit card.

If I had to eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be pizza. That being said, Pizzeria Regina is home to my most favorite pizza ever! Love the chewy/crunchy crust. Love the perfect ratio of sauce : cheese every time. This is a great location to grab a slice or two while on a shopping break, or to pick up a pie on your way home from work! Note : The "Curbside" pickup has moved to the 2nd floor of the parking garage next to the food court. It is kind of awkward to live park there and wait for your pizza, which is the ONLY reason I didn't give this place 5 stars.

Not a true Regina Pizzeria experience. The slices are small and undercooked. This place really shouldn't bare the name of Regina Pizzera. If you want pizza go here, but don't expect it to take like a true Regina Pizza.

I still order pizza from this particular place. They have become more consistent. I think that they may have just had a bad day. I will continue to order from here and people are allowed to make mistakes. I still prefer the one in the Northend. However this will have to do since I can't make it there on a regular basis.

2 words : Curbside pickup (or maybe it should really be 4 words?). I LOVE Pizzeria Regina in the North End, and even other locations like Quincy Market. So when they opened in the South Shore Plaza a couple of years ago I was excited there was one so close. But takeout, from the mall? Where to park? Then schlep the pizza all the way across the parking lot? I just discovered they've reserved 2 spots right near the food court where they'll deliver the pizza to your car. Phone in your order, pull up, and have it handed right to you. (Feel free to tip the pizza kid.) So now I can get the perfect pie - crust, sauce, and cheese. And it's not as greasy as the North End, so it must be health food!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
