This Starbucks location sits in the lobby of the Renaissance Boston Harbor hotel and is one of only a few non-restaurant locations to get a bite to eat in the area. The Legal Test Kitchen and Salvatore's are right around the corner, but if you don't have 90 minutes to kill and just need a sandwich and a cup of coffee, this is your option. The service is about standard for the chain, and the view of the waterfront is very pleasant. It's not too crowded in the mid-afternoon, so you won't be waiting long for your order. A perfectly average Starbucks in a location where it is needed. Not bad.

Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous. Can't toast bagels. Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous. Is it because the hotel won't let you? Still ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous. Dont let hotels compromise your product. It only makes you look bad. BTW, the android app is not working today, ANYWHERE.

Ok guys, you deserve this. It's a typical Starbucks. But the people behind that counter are awesome.

The woman that took my order overcharged me, by a lot. I confronted her about it and told her that she must have punched in my order wrong and she completely denied me. She told me that because they are in the lobby of a hotel that it's more expensive. I have been to this Starbucks 10+ times and it has never been this expensive. 5 dollars for iced tea lemonade? Give me a break. She also dropped all my change and didn't apologize.

Nothing fancy...starbucks is starbucks. This location is only open M-F though so don't try to get a frappuccino on a weekend!

This starbucks is my go to place when I don't want to make my own breakfast. The baristas are usually friendly and know my order ahead of time (I love the morning bread). Sometimes the baristas are new/clueless but they haven't gotten my order wrong yet. The line is usually long in the morning but moves quickly. The seating isn't that comfortable at this location (only two comfy chairs) but it didn't strike me as the kind of starbucks that you could spend hours in just reading/studying. I do wish that they would extend their hours though (it closes pretty early and there are no other coffee shops in the neighborhood).

This Starbucks is abyssmal. There was only one barista and she was clueless like it was her first day. She had no idea what my order was so I had to repeat it a few times, she kept forgetting. She still didn't know what I wanted, she didn't know the terminology, and she screwed up the order - it tasted like crap. Worse, there were some of her friends hanging out right next to us talking about supporting a child, at least 2 out of the 3 were employees in civilian clothes - probably getting ready to go home or not working their shifts. This Starbucks just had a very clueless and lackadaisical attitude, like they were missing parts from their brains. The only good thing about it is that it's in the gorgeous hotel.
