The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 is because service here is very MEH. I was the only one in the place, and it still took a long time for me to get my sandwich or for the cashier to look very interested in her job. But sandwich-wise, it was on point--and especially good given the general lack of good non-national chain options in the area.

This is really should be 3.5 stars, but Pedro the manager is so awesome I had to bump it up to 4. This is somewhat comparable to reviewing a McDonald's or a Dunkin Donuts...but I'm going to do it anyway. I walk by this location every morning on the way to work and I was starting to enjoy the Everything Bagel, Egg, Bacon and Cheese breakfast sandwich a little too much. (Read I was starting to feel like an egg and cheese)... I decided to switch up my gross artery clogger with something a little better so I got a Whole Wheat Everything Bagel With Egg Whites and Tomato. I was patting myself on the back, thinking I was really doing something heart healthy (I'm somewhat delusional in that respect). Anyway...I got on the bus and realized that the woman made my sandwich with all EGG YOLKS and put TWO slices of cheese on the bagel! It was like a John Candy wet dream. The bagel was soggy and disgusting so I threw it out. The next morning I returned, told Pedro the manager the story and he gave me a free breakfast sandwich! I love me some free. So stop in, say hi to Pedro.

I really like the bagels and soup at this location. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. I love how they put a little mini chocolate bar on my tray.

I wish I could give this place a better review because I do love them...most of the time, but they are overpriced for what they are, the service is good for the most part albeit a little slow at times when it isn't even that busy. Thier breakfast sandwiches are great, and the main reason to go here! Their soup is just okay, chicken soup is good, but I would prefer noodles with it, not a huge fan of their sandwiches, find them overpriced and mediocre at best. Their coffee is decent too, but again, not really worth the price, better ice coffee at Dunk's and better hot coffee at the Tedeschi's down the street.

I went here over the 'better Bruegger's(?) location' because it was closer (walking distance) from my hotel.. and I was pleasantly surprised after reading some other reviews. I went after the morning rush so there were only a couple people. I got the french toast bagel, that I'd been curious about for a while, with some plain cream cheese. The bagel was soft and actually really really delicious! I also got the french vanilla coffee - not as great. It was kinda light and I had to put a lot of sugar in it to make it taste good. But otherwise, service was quick and staff was friendly. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area.

This location is nice because it doesn't ever seem to get that crowded. Bagels coming down on a conveyor belt and some decent cream cheese flavors. Not a fan of the coffee here (or any Finagle locations) and with all the coffee stores in the area it won't matter if you don't like it.

Finagle has a reputation for great, fresh bagels...& they have this great conveyor belt that zips the bagels as it cuts them. Unfortunately when we went, it was not working. The bagels are tasty & great with fresh cucumbers & hummus...though I wish they offered sprouts since the sandwich was $6.

My sandwich today was wonderful and always is, except my actual in store experience today was something very strange. I went for my lunch here today and witnessed something quite inappropriate. The cashier had two children, one maybe 13-14 and the other maybe 8-9 behind the cash register with her. I was shocked to see the younger of the two children processing cards in the machine for payments. When I gave my order, I went to give my payment and the child processed my payment as well. I do not think it is right that these children are behind the counter with this woman. There may be a situation where childcare is hard to find, but in no way should the children be allowed in the area where food is being prepared and also not allowed to process customers orders in any way. I hope this issue is addressed and does not happen again. I have not been back to that location in a while since my office changed, but I am going to be frequenting it often again. I am hoping I do not see this again.

I am a fan b/c Finagle did the right thing and reimbursed me with a gift certificate. I ordered a bagel toasted with hummus and avocado and it was over $7 and I choked at the price. I emailed Finagle when I got to work and they sent me a gift certificate. Note to self: don"t order that again.

Decided to try the place since it's right next door to the office and was glad I came so I know now to never come back. Service was terrible, they were out of stock of a large number of ingredients, and end product was meh. All in all, I would say don't waste your time here, there are much better options nearby

I just tried a honey oatmeal bagel with maple bacon cream cheese! Wow!!! It was divine!

Decent bagels. Terrible (and I mean terrible) service. I ordered a bagel with light cream cheese and tomato. I notice the woman put tomato on the bagel, put the top on, and proceeded to cut it. I said, "excuse me, ma'am. Is that my bagel? If so, I ordered cream cheese on it." She screamed: "I know!" And rolled her eyes. As she opened the bagel she smeared on literally half a pound. When I opened it--Gross! I tossed it out right there in the store after wiping CC off one of the quarters.

The bagels are great and so is the coffee but I enjoy talking to the manager Pedro. He just makes my morning bright - knows my name and my order before I have to say a word. The specials are good too so get on the email list.
