This BWW is really the only one I've ever been to, so if you're a BWW fan and you've been to a bunch around the area, consider that this is the only one I've known. We used to come here all the time because of their beer. It was always fresh and always cold. When we do come here now, it's still always fresh and always cold and they have many good brews on tap. This restaurant is always clean, especially by the bar area, which is where I always sit. It is kept clean and even if you're not actually AT the bar, they hire attentive bartenders that will make sure you're well taken care of. The grub here is pretty decent. They've rotated quite a few of the really good menu items I used to like, but there's something on that menu for everyone. Their wings are sometimes hit or miss, which is why I don't give this place 5 stars. It just seems that sometimes, the wings are tasty and plump and fresh right out of the kitchen, but the last couple of times I've ordered wings, they were scrawny and had obviously been sitting somewhere before they brought them out. That's one reason why I haven't been back there. But... my "other" wing place stopped serving sings all week and only does so on Tuesdays, so now, I might have to go back to BWW for my fix. The sauces for the wings are really good. That's what I like. The bartenders will get to know you and when you come in often enough, they'll know how to take care of you. Like... when I say I want chili cheese fries with enough chili to float a battleship, they will come out with a generous portion of chili on those fries and that's awesome. They don't skimp on that kind of stuff. And, of course, if you want to watch the game on huge TV screens, they have that too. Also, the parking is right outside and it's in a large lot, so you won't be fighting anyone over a spot at this place. That's a plus. Their bar area is also REALLY good for groups, so don't be afraid to pull a couple tables together. We used to do a weekly gathering of up to a dozen people with no problems. It's a decent restaurant with above average beer selection on tap with above average service for bar areas of most other places, so check it out!

This place was my first experience at a BWW. My bf was far too excited when he found out we were moving right next to one. You can't beat the spinach dip. No way. No how. That stuff is my crack. Everyone is hating on the service. Out of my 3 visits I had 1 one that wasn't so great but these are young servers in a restaurant in the middle of nowhere I'm sure they're not aspiring for a career at the BWW.. Im just glad they showed up for work.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a nationwide chain restaurant that is known for their traditional (bone-in) and boneless wings spun in on of their many sauces. They sell other items like flatbread pizzas, burgers, salads, and sandwiches. They are also a great spot to catch your favorite sports event on the many flat screens or projector screens. This location is tucked away from the main road within a shopping center with Winn-Dixie and one of those Dollar Stores along with a bunch of other smaller stores. It's fairly busy in the past 5 times I've ate at this location. I usually order take-out. The staff is very professional and compared to the location in Algiers, this location has faster service and they get your drink order the first time without you having to repeat yourself. The restrooms are well maintained and there are plenty of TVs, you can sit pretty much anywhere and see multiple games. If not the staff is willing to change the channel upon request, just make sure it's a sporting event. I requested changing the channel to American Ninja Warrior and despite the atheletism of the contenders, this show is categorized as entertainment not a sport. So my request was denied, understandable but it makes you wonder, video poker & trivia are not sports either but they occupy a screen or two with that. Double Standard. Don't let that differ you from checking this place out. It took a couple of visits to figure out which sauce I like. They also have these limited time sauces that are always good to try out. I prefer to order traditional wings spun in Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, and a smaller order of Parmesan Garlic. Most locations have discount traditional wings on Tuesdays and discount Boneless wings on Thursdays. I didn't see it at this location but some of them have table top touch screen game systems that can keep the kids occupied for a fee. There's also a few arcade machines in the bar area. I almost forgot, they have a full bar with a great selection of beers bottled and on tap. Excellent place to throw back a few beers and chow down some wings with your fellas. I haven't met anyone that dislikes this establishment but visited a couple of locations with less than average service, you won't go wrong with this location. Enjoy

The food here is really good. Variety of sauces to try for the wings & the burgers are delicious (definitely recommend the nacho burger)! The downsides are that the food does take a while to come out. And the service is kind of slow and lacking. They're friendly, but that's it. Great place to watch sports or hang with friends

Our waitress was awful so hubby complained then another waitress came to take order and she got his meal all wrong. It took forever to come out so he just ate it since he was starving. This was our first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings and we won't be back. Saw the manager goofing off behind bar with the bartender but he needs to be checking to see if customers are happy

Service was slow- but friendly. I had the pulled pork sandwich- it was unbelievably delicious. I am a new fan.

I ate here with 6 other people 4/25/15 at 4pm. They had to connect 2 tables for us 1 round and 1 square. The waitress was great, brought us drinks but we were having trouble talking to each other with how the tables were set up. I asked the bus boy if he minded if we changed the circle table for the square one right next to us, he said he'd ask the manager. The restaurant was not busy with maybe 3 other tables occupied. The manager came over with a sour face saying we could move across the restaurant to the long table that was dirty but they'd clean it. I asked if we could just use the table next to us and we'd move it back but she had a fit and said "No, We can't rearrange the whole restaurant for you!" I said I just want to switch out one table. She was very rude! . The bill was $150. And I will not be back! That woman should stay in the kitchen, No customer service skills at all !

I go here because of the food. The sports events they play on TV and that's it. The service here is horrible. It's been horrible for the last 7 years. The staff lolly gags around socializing. It's never busy when I go and I still wait at least an hour for the food no matter what I order. They really need to step up their customer service and turn around time for food!

Food = 5 stars Beer = 3 stars Service/attitude = 1 star ... So I averaged it out to 3 stars. The food here is seriously good. The draft beer we got tasted "off" but it may be because we're new to the area & not use to the water the glasses are washed in - who knows. It doesn't seem like the servers want to be there at all... beware if you like to be cheerful & crack a joke or two with your server - we just got a deadpan look. Whoot!

Don't try to eat here during ANY sporting event. I managed to get in a 2 times and the food was typical crap fast food. I love wings and beer and at the time there were few places to go for that. Buffalo wild wings can suck it now. I will never return.

Terrible NFL awareness... The owner refused to put AFC Rivalry on sound because "the Saints are coming on this channel in 3 hours" ... So we are stuck watching two 2-3 teams play a game that doesn't matter. WTF? Go to Hooters

What can I say... it's a Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is very good, I only gave it 3 stars because of the decidedly average service. It seems like it has gotten a little better recently, but the service still tends to be on the slow side. The food is very good however. Since I like spicy food and my wife does not, I can get my wings with Mango Habenero, Hot or Hot BBQ sauce and she can get hers with no sauce at all. Everyone wins! I've had the ribs + wings combo a few times, as well, and found the ribs to be very tasty. So, good food, average service, and they will have your game on, as long as it's not at the same time as LSU or the Saints are playing.

I've been to this location several times for the food and the food only!! I'd give the customer service here about 1 star. It's all run by a bunch of lazy teenagers who stand around and talk. The only reason I come back is for the food. And if you order out make sure you check it before you leave because every single time I have ordered out its been completely wrong.

Awesome wings, huge selection of sauces, and they actually have some burgers that are worth trying. Try the Mango Habanero and the Hot Asian wings. The pulled pork burger is also insane. the only sucky thing about this chain is that they don't have more of them in the metro.

My favorite restaurant in Slidell. Great food, so-so service.

It's as much a BWW as any other in the country you'll find. This location in particular has a good amount of floorspace/seating, and a sizable bar section (~4 or 5 two-top tables). Been here a half-dozen times in the last year, and service has always been fairly decent. Commercial center it's located in doesn't have much going on, so parking has never been an issue.
