went for the first time today. Food was really tasty but man was the burger greasy. A lot of the things on the menu weren't available, which was sad because one or two of them I was really interested in. Good points-open until 6am and delivery downtown for food is free with a purchase of 15 dollars or more. Good to know on days I'm swamped with work and don't feel like eating what is in our building.

I went there this weekend and it was very dirty, my burger was precooked and most items were not avaliable and that is not good. The check came fast tho. A clean table to come to would have been nice. Cleanliness is a must. I will not be returning.

Came to Shreveport to stay at the casinos and gamble and was snowed in and had to stay an extra day! This was the only place brave enough to stay open and endure an ice storm. Thank goodness because the only other option was the casino's buffet which was over priced and bland. The two guys on staff were friendly and the pizza was perfect! Nice lil bar and not too bad music mix.

First visit was a disaster, server was horrible. :( she ordered me the wrong food and then asked why I wasn't going to eat it. Decided to give it a second chance, again, not good at all. There wasn't anyone there and it took 45 minutes to get the food. Service was better though. They are still a young restaurant, but have some serious issues they need to work out. Hope they do figure it out because it would be nice to have another place to eat for lunch.

I usually don't venture down to eat in the Red River District. To be honest the whole area down there has been a struggle since its debut. However, he convinced me to give this place a try. Upon entry at 715 pm it was not exactly hopping.. There was no hostess, but one of the bar tenders directed us to have a seat anywhere we liked.. That was easy, as there was lots of seating options. Our server was nice( she was also one of 2 bartenders). Very attentive. The menu was interesting, it's burger based.. we ordered a meat pie appetizer and burgers.. My husband got the American Classic.. I got the bacon feast.. We selected our breads and cheeses.. How we wanted the patty cooked.. The food arrived in a timely manner and was good. I was disappointed that while the menu described the bacon to be candied on my burger it wasn't at all! Other than that all was ok. The food had good flavor, I found the bread to be just ok.. I think that if I were drinking late and wanted to grab something before heading home I would try again.. The server was very nice..

Had the Special, Friday night on the patio, Grilled Oysters what an experience. Was so memorable, I will return. My wife had the City of Angles and it was THE best burger either of us has ever had. I had to help her due to the size of the burger.

I had the completely wrong opinion of this place. It's not a dimly lighted, loud music, bar that sells food. It's a well lit, jazz music, restaurant with a bar that is delicious! Will def be back!

The hours posted are incorrect. The place is open till 6 am everyday (SUPER LATE NIGHT) The food is ALL Good. I live outta town and stopped by one day after a friend told me about a new spot downtown. I hung out for a while drank a few beers had some good food... It was a pretty decent crowd of people and traffic. And theres plenty tv's to watch. This place is just what Downtown Port City needs downtown. Sevice was decent and food was good, and the price aint bad! Eat Here The pizzas and the hamburgers are some of the best you will have. I went back a few times. Open till 6 AM Daily!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service downtown. Dirty restrooms. Not the nicest servers. Lots of noise and even more drunk patrons. Their food is simply okay, and their burgers aren't anything to write home about. They do have a great location but it doesn't make up for all the negatives surrounding it.

The biggest burger I've ever eaten! Their fried green beans are out of this world, so yummy, just wish they had a chicken option!

I had a single patty on a sour dough roll. Recommend a double on such a large roll. Sat at the bar and the bartender and kitchen staff were very friendly. Beer was reasonably priced and cold. Selection was decent. I'd definitely go back.

3/10/2015 I went here today around 4:00...I decided to try them after seeing the advertisement on the news. I was especially intrigued by their pizza burger. I sooooo wanted to like this place...I had very high hopes...the idea of a pizza burger as a signature dish sounded awesome...the reality was different sadly...a real let down. The pizza burger would have been incredible if the burger patties didn't taste blah...You could tell the burger patties are frozen and reheated. In fact all of our burger patties were frozen and reheated. You can tell this because you can taste water through out the burger, and it washes out the taste..The outside pizza was delicious...and you can tell was freshly made...but the burger itself was not. In fact I ordered other burgers that were the same. If your going to charge 13 dollars for a burger make sure they aren't previously frozen and reheated, and the flavor washed out. The orders came up really quickly, I was surprised, I now understand why...reheating doesn't take that long to do. Also when we went they were out of mostly everything. They were out of BACON...and most of the bread...I mean come on...seriously...I ordered the cactus burger and only got a few of the items that came on it...and they still charged me the full price...on a good note...the fried pickles I ordered were some of the best I have tasted...you could tell they were fresh. The waitress we had was great..I enjoyed her personality and her service, but it seemed as if everyone else there was just sitting there sitting around and just didn't seem to care. I was wondering why after the raves they got from the news station why the place was empty. I now understand why.

Gave this place another go. Food still took forever but there was a different bartender & he gave better service & had a better personality which made the second time around better.

Found this spot while looking for something to do. Didn't order any food but played pool and drank some beer. Service was horrible, all our waiter cared about was watching star wars on the main screen with some of his friends that came to visit him. When we ordered beer the worker didn't want to get any glasses from the back so instead the beer was served in plastic cups until we asked for mugs. Wouldn't mind going back if service was better.

I have been to this place a couple of times in the past couple of months and it has gotten worse and worse every time I go. I went yesterday (3-28-15 @ 1pm) and when we first walked in, we were looking for a clean booth since it is seat yourself, and we couldn't find one. We settled for the least dirtiest booth which had a sticky table and crumbs on the seats. We waited about 10 minutes for a server to show up. She finally stops by and asks what we would like to drink. Kindly we told her our drink orders and asked if she could wipe off our table. At this point we were a little annoyed but we realize it must have been busy earlier or something so we didn't think anything of it. Our drinks take a bit to get to us. After we get our drinks we assume she will be getting us a menu, but I guess you have to ask for one now i'm not sure. I wave her down and ask for menus, about 5 mins later she drops 2 at our table but doesn't come back for almost 20 minutes. By this time, my wife and I are really considering going elsewhere. Eventually she shows with a non-apologetic tone and we get the pleasure of placing our orders. But of course, it takes an unusual amount of time to receive our food. Also, in the restaurant, there is a handful of people so it is not like they are swamped. It looked like alot of them were just there to have a drink considering it was hot as balls outside. At this point we have our previous frozen burger and barely cooked fries. My wife got a chicken wrap which was barely warm. Neither of us finished our meal and requested the check. The check is the only thing that came quickly, but then it seems we were forgot about. The card along with the check sat at the end of the still dirty table as she passed us multiple times. Eventually I got up and took it to the bar so we could get out of this restaurant. Another thing I wanted to note was that it looked like they were reducing the number of tables and chairs in the restaurant. It looked as if they were getting ready to shut down but that's just my opinion. That might also explain the crappy service and the hardly cooked food. Never the less, I will not be returning to Fully Stacked.

My BFF Stacie & I just came from here. We ordered a all American burger and frys. We asked for the kitchen to split it in half. Food came out on two separate plates perfect just as we asked. Big burger big enuf for two small people. Price was a bit high it was $12.85 after tax before drinks were added to the tab . I had Bacardi O and sprite which made me super happy! As bars usually don't carry it anymore. My BFF had a long island and it was $8.75 and tasted like a BADLY MADE MARGARITA. In short lovely patio in red river district , great food, bar drinks can be good but keep it simple when you order. There were plenty of variety in liqueur and whiskey to choose from. I suggest getting a liqueur and a mixer. Stay away from recipe drinks and most likely you'll be happy. We will visit again .

The burgers are great, some of the best in town. But the service is the worst in town. Ive eaten here several times and service gets worse every time I go. I will not eat here again, which sucks cause they do make a good burger. I hope they get some better management and staff so I can come back some day. But until then, if I want a good burger, I'm going to Twisted Root or Blue Southern Comfort Foods, both have awesome burgers and the service to match.

This is seriously the best burger I have ever had in Shreveport.. It may very well be the best burger I've ever had. Period. This place is so good, words really can't describe it.. Now, if you're looking to eat healthy, I would suggest going somewhere else, but if you're having a cheat day and wanting something delicious, that'll stick to your ribs, this is the place to go. It's a really cool atmosphere too, I like the whole bar aspect of it. The chef here Sal, is a mad scientist in the kitchen and I would follow this dude and his food (nice little rhyme there) off the face of the earth. Excellent! Just Excellent!
